In recent years, there have been many requests from the construction side of buildings where elevators are installed to reduce the dimension from the floor surface of the top floor to the ceiling surface at the top of the elevator hoistway (generally referred to as the overhead dimension). In other words, it is necessary to reduce the height dimension of the car frame from the floor of the elevator to the top of the upper beam. The reason for this is the reduction in construction costs and the legal restrictions on sunlight and shade rights. The conventional car frame structure will be explained in detail below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.

The elevator car compartment 1 is fixedly mounted on the floor support frame 4 of the car frame 3 via a vibration-proof rubber 2. A frame 6 is erected and connected to an upper beam 7 at the top of the frame. The entire structure is suspended from the upper beam 7 by a main rope 9 via a rope hitch 8. Guide devices 10 are provided at four locations above and below. Further, a door machine 12 is mounted above the entrance via a rub 11 from a vertical frame 6 erected approximately at the center of the car, and a car door 13 is hung down. In order to maintain the strength of the door machine 12, a support 14 is connected to the floor support frame 4 and the rub 11. There is also a curtain plate 15 on the entrance/exit side of the car room 1 and a ceiling 16.
1C is equipped with lighting equipment 17, etc. For this reason, when trying to reduce the height of the car frame from the floor to the top of the upper beam, there is a drawback that it is not possible to reduce the height beyond a certain level due to constraints such as the size of the upper beam, the size of the rope hit part, the ceiling light fixture 16, etc. there were.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned points, and its purpose is to reduce the height of the car frame while satisfying various legal restrictions and restrictions between each machine. To provide an elevator car frame which is made compact by making the door eccentric and attaching a door mechanism part to a substantially mouth-shaped upper beam without applying excessive rotational force (twisting force) to the upper beam.

In the present invention, the cage frame, upper beam, and lower beam, which were conventionally placed near the center of the car, are placed in the curtain section above the doorway, making it possible to reduce the height of the car frame, and at the same time, the rope hitch section The frame is made eccentric from the center of the upper beam, and a reinforcing plate is provided on the approximately mouth-shaped upper beam to fix the door mechanism and eliminate unbalance to the upper beam to achieve compactness. [Embodiment of the invention] [Configuration of Embodiment] An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 3 to 5.

An elevator car 1 has a side plate 19 on a floor 18 and a ceiling 16 on which lighting equipment 17 and the like are attached. Additionally, there is an L-shaped curtain plate 15 on the top of the entrance pillar 20 on the entrance/exit side.

The positions of the lower beam 5, vertical frame 6, and upper beam 7 are such that the upper beam 7 enters a space corresponding to the L shape of the curtain plate 15 on the entrance/exit side. In addition, a rope hit part 23 is attached to the center of the upper beam 7, and a rope hit part 8 is attached via a pitch plate 24 at a position eccentric to the rear side from the upper beam 7. It is suspended by a rope 9. The upper beam 7 is approximately mouth-shaped, and the door man 12, the fulcrum 26 of the door link, or the door mechanism 27 such as the door rail 21 is fixed to the reinforcing plate 25 on the opening side. Car door 13 is hanging.

Further, the entire car frame 3 is guided by guide rails (not shown) fixed to the building by guide devices 10 at four locations, upper and lower. A stay 22 is attached to the vertical frame 6 and the floor support frame 4 to receive an unbalanced load.

In the structure described above, the upper beam 7 is disposed within the oblong curtain plate 15 on the entrance/exit side of the car room 1, so that the height of the car frame can be significantly increased. Further, since the rope hit portion 8 is eccentric from the upper surface of the upper beam 7, a large space can be provided above the upper beam 7. Moreover, since the door mechanism section 27 is attached to the front surface of the upper beam 7, the rotational force (twisting force) due to eccentricity between the upper beam 7 and the rope hitch section 8 is deflected by the door mechanism section 27.

Furthermore, since the door mechanism section 27 is attached to the front surface of the upper beam 7, it can be made more compact. Also, considering the overall balance of the car, even if the upper beam 7 is moved toward the entrance/exit side, the door mechanism section 27 is heavier than the side plate 19 on the back side, so a large unbalanced load will not result.

Moreover, since the rear side is supported by the car frame stay 22, there is little influence on the car compartment 1.

As explained above, the height of the car frame can be significantly lowered by arranging the upper beam in the abbreviated curtain plate section at the upper part of the doorway side. Furthermore, the door mechanism can be made more compact.

By making the main beam approximately shaped like a mouth and making the rope hit part eccentric, and by attaching the door mechanism section to the opening of the upper beam via a reinforcing plate, the rotational force (twisting force) on the upper beam can be reduced and the door mechanism section can be made compact. Moreover, the effect of eliminating the need for extra height for the entire building is extremely impressive.
