s1, material conveying: placing the material to be oiled on a conveying belt (101) and conveying the material to an oiling mechanism (2) through the conveying belt (101);
s2, material surface cleaning: the material passes through the pre-cleaning mechanism (5) in the moving process of the conveying belt (101), the expansion cleaning rod (52) expands under the action of the air blower (54) and contacts with the surface of the material, a plurality of micropores can jet air flow to blow impurities attached to the surface of the material up, the negative pressure box (50) generates negative pressure under the action of the air blower (55), so that the flying impurities enter the negative pressure box (50) from the dust suction hole under the action of the suction force and are finally collected in the dust collection box (51);
s3, oil passing: after the oil in the oil groove (20) is dipped by the oiling roller (21), the oil adheres to the hot oil roller (22) along with the rotation of the oiling roller (21) and then continuously adheres to the oiling roller (23), and when the material passes through the oiling roller (23), the oil is uniformly coated on the surface of the material, so that the oil is finished;
s4, primary drying: after the material is oiled, the material continuously moves along the conveying roller (101) and the conveying belt (100) and is removed from the discharge hole, and then the material is subjected to preliminary drying through the drying mechanism (4);
s5, cleaning conveying rollers: in the rotation process of the conveying roller (101), the oil scraping piece (31) can scrape off impurities attached to the surface of the conveying roller (101), and the oil collecting tank (30) can collect the scraped impurities.
