As shown in fig. 7, the moving slot driving device 206 includes an air cylinder, the telescopic end of which is used to drive the moving slot 204 to move, and fig. 7-8 are schematic structural diagrams for illustrating the two-stage pushing process, and the moving slot driving device 206 may be disposed at the upper portion, the lower portion or the side portion of the moving slot 204, so as to conveniently show the working principle of the moving slot driving device 206, and the moving slot driving device 206 is drawn below the moving slot 204.
Preferably, the front end of the moving slot 204 is provided with a lifting plate mechanism 207, and the lifting plate mechanism 207 is provided with a lifting plate which is used for preventing the gauze piece from falling off.
The working principle is as follows:
the gauze compression device 201 is used for compressing and compacting the gauze pieces in the material placing groove 101, so that the length dimension of a row of gauze pieces meets the bagging length, and on the other hand, the gauze pieces can be prevented from being toppled over.
The first-stage pushing device 202 is used for pushing gauze pieces in the discharge chute 101 into the moving chute 204, so that the empty discharge chute 101 can circularly feed.
Since the device needs to fill the packaging bag, and the packaging bag is continuously fed by the packaging bag feeding device, a movable moving groove 204 is designed, the moving groove 204 is used for actively inserting into the packaging bag 5,
the secondary pushing device 203 is used for pushing the gauze piece in the moving groove 204 into the packaging bag 5.
The wrapping bag loading attachment 3 in this technical scheme includes material loading groove 301, is used for placing the wrapping bag in the material loading groove 301, and material loading groove 301 tip is equipped with extraction mouth 302, and extraction mouth 302 department is equipped with wrapping bag material loading manipulator 303, and wrapping bag material loading manipulator 303 is used for transferring the wrapping bag to wrapping bag saddle 304, and wrapping bag saddle 304 top is equipped with single face and lifts up mechanism 305, and single face lifts up mechanism 305 and opens mouthful mechanism 306 and cooperatees, opens mouthful mechanism 306 and is used for opening the opening of wrapping bag.
The packaging bag in the technical scheme is a packaging paper bag, the packaging paper bag is folded into a flat shape, after the packaging paper bag is opened, the whole packaging paper bag is in a square column structure, the cross section shape of the packaging paper bag is matched with the shape of a gauze piece, and the existing gauze piece is generally a square piece; the extraction port 302 is provided in the lower half of the side of the upper trough 301. When the packaging bag feeding manipulator 303 extracts the packaging paper bag onto the packaging bag supporting table 304, the single-sided lifting mechanism 305 above the packaging bag supporting table 304 acts, the single-sided lifting mechanism 305 sucks and lifts the upper top surface of the packaging paper bag by adopting the sucker mechanism, the lower bottom surface of the packaging paper bag is separated from the upper top surface under the action of dead weight, and the opening of the packaging paper bag is slightly opened; opening mechanism 306 action struts the opening of packing paper bag, and the packing device action of gauze piece automatic packaging machine pushes a stack of gauze piece into packing paper bag, and subsequent closing device seals the wrapping bag.

In this embodiment, the packing bag in the feeding trough 301 is vertically placed, the suction cup extracting mechanism 303.1 is used for sucking and extracting the lower part of the packing bag for a certain distance, so that the lower edge of the packing bag is separated from the feeding trough 301, the movable clamp 303.2 clamps the lower edge of the packing bag and moves obliquely downwards, the packing bag is also rotated under the action of dead weight in the process of moving obliquely downwards by the movable clamp 303.2, the packing bag supporting table 304 is arranged under the feeding trough 301, and after the movable clamp 303.2 moves in place, the packing bag is horizontally placed on the packing bag supporting table 304. The mobile gripper 303.2 comprises a pneumatic gripper and a gripper traction mechanism, which may be driven by an electric push rod or a chain. Preferably, the bag pallet 304 is provided with a belt conveyor for fine-tuning the position of the bag.
Further, the single-sided lifting mechanism 305 includes a suction cup that is driven to move by a cylinder, and the single-sided lifting mechanism 305 is used to suck the upper top surface of the package bag and lift the package bag.
The package is placed on the package tray 304 in a flat condition, the upper top surface refers to the upward surface of the package, the lower surface refers to the downward surface of the package, when the single-sided lifting mechanism 305 lifts the package, the lower bottom surface of the package naturally sags, and the opening of the package is slightly opened.
Further, the opening mechanism 306 includes two insertion plates 306.1, the two insertion plates 306.1 are driven by the cylinder group to move, and the two insertion plates 306.1 are used for inserting the opening of the packaging bag and opening the opening of the packaging bag.
The cylinder group has the following functions: the two insert plates 306.1 are driven to move towards one end of the opening of the packaging bag, and when the two insert plates 306.1 are inserted into the opening of the packaging bag, the two insert plates 306.1 are relatively opened to open the opening of the packaging bag. In this embodiment, the two insert plates 306.1 are symmetrically arranged up and down, and when the two insert plates 306.1 are inserted into the opening of the packaging bag, the lower insert plate 306.1 moves downward. Further, the opening mechanism 306 is reciprocally driven by a lateral translation mechanism 308.
The transverse translation mechanism 308 drives the opening mechanism 306 to integrally translate, and in the automatic gauze piece packaging machine, the process rear end of the packaging bag feeding device is provided with a filling device which is used for pushing a stack of gauze pieces into packaging paper, so that when two inserting plates 306.1 are inserted into the opening of the packaging bag, the transverse translation mechanism 308 acts to translate the opening mechanism 306 together with the packaging bag to the filling device, so that the opening of the packaging bag and the stack of gauze pieces are aligned. During the filling process, two insert plates 306.1 are always inserted at the opening of the packaging bag.
The transverse translation mechanism 308 in the present embodiment may adopt an electric push rod or an air cylinder or a screw rod transmission mechanism or a rack and pinion transmission mechanism, as shown in fig. 16, the transverse translation mechanism 308 is replaced by a block diagram, and the structure thereof may adopt a parallel movement driving mechanism in the prior art.
Fig. 9 shows a shorter spacing between the opening mechanism 306 and the package, which corresponds to the design spacing of the actual product, while fig. 16 shows a longer spacing between the opening mechanism 306 and the package, which is schematically drawn for illustrating the principle of its cooperation.
Further, a cylinder group for driving the insert plate 306.1 to act is mounted on the moving frame 306.2, and a packing gap or a packing channel is provided on the moving frame 306.2.
During the filling process, two insert plates 306.1 are inserted all the time at the opening of the package bag, and the gauze piece passes through the filling gap or the filling channel. The packing device in the gauze piece automatic packing machine is provided with a telescopic packing groove, and the packing groove can pass through a packing gap or a packing channel.
Further, the moving frame 306.2 is provided with two filling channels, and two insertion plates 306.1 and a cylinder group for driving the insertion plates 306.1 to act are arranged at the two filling channels.
Preferably, before the packaging bag is filled and packed, the pre-stretching device 309 is used to fully stretch the packaging bag, so that the subsequent filling operation is facilitated. The packaging bag in this embodiment is a packaging paper bag, the purchased packaging paper bag is in a folded state, the tail of the packaging paper bag lifted by the single-sided lifting mechanism 305 is not completely opened, and after being sorted by the pre-supporting device 309, the packaging paper bag is in a rectangular cylinder structure.
Further, the horizontal translation mechanism 308 is used for driving the packaging bag to move towards the pre-supporting device 309, and the pre-supporting device 309 comprises a supporting plate 309.1 and a supporting plate 309.1 which is driven to move by an air cylinder.
The support plate 309.1 is used for moving back and forth once inside the packaging paper bag, and the outer contour of the support plate 309.1 is matched with the section of the packaging paper bag.
Further, a bag pushing mechanism 307 is provided in the loading chute 301, and the bag pushing mechanism 307 is configured to push the bag toward the extraction port 302.
The package pushing mechanism 307 includes a push plate driven by a cylinder or connected to an elastic member, so that the package is always attached to the extraction opening 302.
The packaging bag folding and sealing device 4 in the technical scheme comprises a bevel fork telescopic mechanism 401, a clamping plate lifting and rotating mechanism 402 and a turnover plate mechanism 403, wherein the bevel fork telescopic mechanism 401 comprises a bevel fork 401.1 which is obliquely arranged, and the bevel fork 401.1 is driven to move by a driving mechanism; the clamping plate lifting and rotating mechanism 402 comprises two groups of double clamping piece clamps 402.1, and each group of double clamping piece clamps 402.1 is driven by the lifting mechanism and the rotating mechanism together; the dual clip clamp 402.1 mates with the fork 401.1; the flap mechanism 403 includes a reversible flap.
The packaging bag 5 in this embodiment is a packaging paper bag, the unfolded shape of which is a cuboid structure, and the packaging paper bag is filled with a gauze piece, and when the gauze piece is packaged, the opening needs to be sealed. The invention realizes the multiple folding of the packaging paper bag by utilizing the cooperation of the inclined fork telescopic mechanism 401, the clamping plate lifting and rotating mechanism 402 and the turnover plate mechanism 403. The folding plate mechanism 403 is used for realizing third folding of the packaging bag, the folding plate is driven to rotate by a rotating motor, and the rotating angle of the folding plate is 180 degrees each time. The former process of the folding and sealing device for the packaging bag is a filling process, after the packaging bag is filled by the filling device, the packaging bag is transferred into a working area of the folding and sealing device for the packaging bag by a manipulator clamp, and as shown in fig. 23, a packaging paper bag is clamped by the manipulator clamp 6.
Further, the fork 401.1 comprises two parallel arranged bars with a diameter smaller than the maximum play of the dual clip clamp 402.1; the inclined fork 401.1 is used for being obliquely inserted into the inner side of the packaging bag, the double-clamping-piece clamp 402.1 is driven by the lifting mechanism to move upwards, and the double-clamping-piece clamp 402.1 is matched with the inclined fork 401.1 and used for carrying out first folding on the opening of the packaging bag; the diagonal prongs 401.1 are used to provide a reference edge for the first fold.
During the upward movement of the double jaw clamp 402.1, the bag is brought to fold, and the bag is folded for the first time along the line of the diagonal fork 401.1, since the diagonal fork 401.1 provides a folding reference edge.
Further, a shutter release prevention mechanism 404 is further included, the shutter release prevention mechanism 404 includes a shutter that is driven to move by a cylinder.
The baffle is used for separating the gauze piece and preventing the gauze piece from falling off from the packaging paper bag. When the paper bag is folded for the first time, the barrier of the barrier anti-drop mechanism 404 is retracted. The baffle release mechanism 404 is a preferred embodiment, and the purpose is to prevent the gauze piece from tipping, if the gauze piece is tightly packed, the baffle release mechanism 404 may be omitted.
Further, the double-clamping-piece clamp 402.1 is an electric clamp or a pneumatic clamp, and after the inclined fork 401.1 is retracted, the double-clamping-piece clamp 402.1 is used for clamping the packaging bag and driving the packaging bag to fold for the second time through the rotating mechanism.
The double-clamping-piece clamp 402.1 is an electric clamp or a pneumatic clamp with adjustable gaps, and two clamping pieces in the double-clamping-piece clamp 402.1 are used for clamping and overturning a packaging paper bag.
Further, the tops of the two clips of the dual clip clamp 402.1 are in a triangular configuration, with the hypotenuse of the triangle being the reference side for the second fold.
The double-clamping-piece clamp 402.1 is an important functional component of the invention, the lifting and rotating functions of the double-clamping-piece clamp 402.1 can be completed by adopting the existing mechanical arm, and the clamping function of the double-clamping-piece clamp 402.1 is the same as that of the existing electric or pneumatic clamp; the dual clip clamp 402.1 differs in that: the clamping part is of a triangular clamping piece structure, and the hypotenuse of the triangle is designed according to the size of the packaging paper bag.
Further, the packaging bag folding device also comprises a positioning plate mechanism 405, wherein the positioning plate mechanism 405 is provided with a movable positioning plate, the positioning plate is arranged opposite to the clamping plate lifting and rotating mechanism 402, and the positioning plate is used for being matched with the folding plate mechanism 403 to fold the packaging bag for the third time.
The width of locating plate is according to the width of wrapping bag and decides, and the function of locating plate lies in: first, pressing the part folded twice before; second, the side edges of the locating plate provide reference edges for the third fold.
Further, the positioning plate of the positioning plate mechanism 405 is operated by the vertical driving cylinder and the horizontal driving cylinder in combination.
The positioning plate mechanism 405 can be arranged on the manipulator clamp 6 and moves together with the manipulator clamp 6, the folding plate mechanism 403 in the invention can be independently arranged beside the diagonal fork telescopic mechanism 401, when the two previous folds are completed, the manipulator clamp 6 drives the packaging bag to move to the working area of the folding plate mechanism 403, the folding plate mechanism 403 is actuated to complete the third fold, and the positioning plate mechanism 405 is reset.
Preferably, a baffle adding device can be additionally arranged beside the gauze compressing device and comprises a baffle feeding groove, a push plate is arranged in the baffle feeding groove and is driven to move by a pushing device, and the pushing device is used for pushing the baffle in the baffle feeding groove to move; the outlet of the baffle feeding groove is provided with a sucker mechanism, the sucker mechanism is used for sucking the baffle, and the sucker mechanism is driven to move by a transverse translation mechanism. The baffle feeding groove is arranged beside the gauze compression device, the driving direction of the pushing device is consistent with that of the gauze compression device, and the driving direction of the transverse translation mechanism is mutually perpendicular to that of the pushing device; the transverse translation mechanism is used for being arranged at the junction of the gauze compression device and the discharge groove.
In the embodiment, the pushing device comprises a motor, the motor drives a screw rod to rotate, the screw rod is in threaded fit with an internal thread cylinder, and the internal thread cylinder is connected with a push plate through a slide rod; the bottom of the baffle feeding groove is provided with a strip-shaped notch, the slide bar penetrates through the strip-shaped notch, and the screw rod is positioned below the baffle feeding groove. The pushing device can be replaced by an air cylinder or an oil cylinder, the motor adopts a servo motor, the servo motor drives the screw rod to rotate, the screw rod is in threaded fit with the internal thread cylinder, the internal thread cylinder translates to drive the push plate to translate, and the push plate drives the partition plate to move.
Other pushing mechanisms may be used instead of the pushing device, such as: cylinder, hydro-cylinder or electric putter.
Further, the transverse translation mechanism is a first cylinder, and the telescopic end of the first cylinder is connected with the sucker mechanism. After the sucking disc mechanism absorbs a partition plate, the transverse translation mechanism acts to drive the partition plate to move between the gauze compression device and the discharge groove, gauze pieces needing to be compressed are placed in the discharge groove, and the partition plate is pushed into the discharge groove together while the gauze pieces are compressed. On the basis of the prior art, a hard partition plate is arranged at the end part of each stack of gauze pieces to be packaged, the gauze pieces and the partition plate are pushed together by utilizing a gauze compression device, when the gauze pieces are sealed by utilizing a sealing device, the partition plate plays a role in shaping, and finally, a formed finished product is not easy to generate a round corner at the sealing position, and the gauze pieces are not easy to deform, so that the product quality is ensured.
Further, the transverse translation mechanism is driven to move by a second air cylinder, and the driving direction of the second air cylinder is consistent with the driving direction of the pushing device. The second cylinder is used for driving the sucking disc mechanism to actively suck the partition board.
