The temperature and humidity clock 13 is fixed or hung on the inner side of the rear end plate 3012 of the fixed cabin body and is located above the oxygen bottle 12 for observing the temperature and humidity in the bilateral expansion cabin body 3 in real time. The surgical stool 14 is placed on the fixed compartment floor 3014 and can be moved by itself as needed, and the application is not limited thereto, and is preferably located near the fixed compartment rear end panel 3012.
The operation table 17 includes two pieces, a first operation table 1701 and a second operation table 1702, which are juxtaposed in the width direction of the fixed cabin 301 in the collapsed state of the double-sided extension shelter 3, on the fixed cabin floor 3014, and are fixed to the fixed cabin floor 3014 by a belt, for example. In the collapsed state of the double-sided extended shelter 3, the case housing the remote consultation information system 16 is stacked on the first operation table 1701, and is fixed to the fixed compartment base plate 3014 by a strap, as shown in fig. 7, since the case housing the remote consultation information system 16 and the first operation table 1701 are stacked, only the case housing the remote consultation information system 16 and a part of the first operation table 1701 can be seen in fig. 7. The remote consultation information system 16 can realize remote transmission sharing of the wounded operation treatment information through an audio and video acquisition device such as an external video conference terminal and a camera, and realize remote consultation of the operation. The remote consultation information system 16 has a network management remote monitoring function, and can set and monitor parameters of the modem remotely. The transmission rate of the remote video consultation is not less than 2048Kbps, the transmission rate of TCP/IP protocol data is not less than 256Kbps, and the resolution of the dynamic image is 720p/1080i; the maximum frame rate is 60 frames, the sound is coherent and clear, and the uploading and downloading time of the 1Mbytes wounded file is less than or equal to 1min. The cabinet 19 is placed at the front end of the fixed cabin bottom plate 3014 and can be moved by itself as required, which is not limited in the present application, and preferably, a power supply, a UPS power supply and a server are placed near the fixed cabin front end plate 3011. The display 20 is fixedly disposed on the fixed cabin front end panel 3011 for displaying images or other data during a surgical procedure, such as the negative pressure aspirator 38 or other devices requiring the assistance of the display 20, as the application is not limited in this regard. The film viewer 21 is fixedly mounted on the front panel 3011 of the fixed compartment and located on one side of the display 20 for viewing x-ray films when there is x-ray detection equipment in the double sided extended shelter 3 or other surgical cart. In the collapsed state of the double-sided expansion shelter 3, the medical equipment box 22 is provided on the fixed cabin bottom plate 3014, close to the fixed cabin front end plate 3011. In the collapsed state of the double-sided expanding shelter 3, the folding therapeutic cart 40 is stacked on the operation stool 14 and fixed to the fixed compartment bottom plate 3014 by a strap (not shown in the figure), and as shown in fig. 7, only the folding therapeutic cart 40 and a part of the operation stool 14 can be seen in fig. 3 because the folding therapeutic cart 40 and the operation stool 14 are stacked.
It should be noted that, the surgical medical information system device 9 and the remote consultation information system 16 belong to the prior art, the present application is not improved, and the surgical medical information system device 9 may be a notebook computer or a desktop computer; the remote consultation information system 16 may be loaded into the hard disk of a notebook or desktop computer as desired, which may be placed in the cabinet 19 or other location of the double sided expansion shelter 3, as the application is not limited in this regard.
As shown in fig. 1, the efficacy assurance unit is used to assist the surgical equipment unit in treating the patient. Specifically, the efficacy ensuring unit includes an air conditioner 27, an illumination lamp 28, an air duct 29, a socket 30, a distribution box 31, and a storage table 33.
The air conditioner 27 is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the front end plate 3011 of the fixed shelter and used for adjusting the temperature of the double-side expansion shelter 3, a plurality of illuminating lamps 28 are arranged on the inner side of the top plate 3013 of the fixed shelter and used for illuminating the double-side expansion shelter 3, and illustratively, the plurality of illuminating lamps 28 are divided into two groups, and the two groups of illuminating lamps 28 are arranged on the inner side of the top plate 3013 of the fixed shelter at intervals and are arranged in parallel. The air duct 29 is disposed at a central position inside the expansion cabin top plate 3023 and distributed along a length direction of the fixed cabin top plate 3013, and is connected to the air conditioner 27 so as to send air blown out by the air conditioner 27 into the fixed cabin 301, and illustratively, the air duct 29 has a plurality of air duct ports 2901, the plurality of air duct ports 2901 are divided into two groups of air duct ports 2901, wherein the two groups of air duct ports 2901 are arranged in a collinear manner corresponding to the two groups of illumination lamps 28, and the air duct ports 2901 are alternately arranged with the illumination lamps 28, so that two light bands are formed, each light band has the alternate illumination lamps 28 and air duct ports 2901, and the illumination lamps 28 do not affect air outlet of the air duct ports 2901. The sockets 30 are fixedly arranged on the front end plate 3021, the rear end plate 3022, the front end plate 3011 and the rear end plate 3012 of the extension cabin body to supply power to electric equipment. The distribution box 31 is fixed on the inner side of the rear end plate 3012 of the fixed cabin and is positioned on one side of the temperature and humidity clock 13, so as to keep the safety and stability of electricity consumption. The storage table 33 is fixedly disposed inside the expansion tank rear end plate 3022, and the storage table 33 is illustratively fixed to the expansion tank rear end plate 3022 by a threaded connection.
The medical equipment box 22 includes an infusion pump 34, a syringe pump 35, a multi-parameter monitor 36, an emergency ventilator 37, a negative pressure aspirator 38, and a high frequency electric knife 39.
As shown in fig. 8, in the unfolded state of the double-sided expansion shelter 3, the placement frame 11 and the unfolded folding therapy cart 40 can be moved by themselves as needed, which is not limited by the present application. The first-aid breathing machine 37 and the multi-parameter monitor 36 in the medical equipment box 22 are respectively placed on the object placing table board 33 for use; the negative pressure aspirator 38 and the high-frequency electric knife 39 are placed on the unfolded folding treatment cart 40, and the injection pump 35 and the infusion pump 34 are placed on the placement frame 11.
As shown in fig. 10, the communication system 6 includes a handheld ultrashort wave radio 601, a lodging mechanism 602 and a radio antenna 603, wherein the handheld ultrashort wave radio 601 is disposed in a cab of the vehicle body 1, the lodging mechanism 602 and the radio antenna 603 are disposed at the outer top of the cab of the operation vehicle, the radio antenna 603 is fixedly disposed on the lodging mechanism 602, and damage to the radio antenna 603 is reduced or avoided when facing complex road conditions such as a Mellin and a culvert; the hand-held ultrashort wave radio 602 is connected to a corresponding jack of a connection cable for a radio antenna 603, providing positioning navigation, communication and voice data.
As shown in fig. 2, the self-contained and self-contained mechanism 7 may include a connecting frame 306 and a hydraulic boom 201. The connection frame 306 is fixedly disposed between the two reinforcing frames 3051 in a horizontal direction, and the connection frame 306 is fixedly disposed between the two reinforcing frames 3051 in a horizontal direction by screw connection or welding, for example. The connecting frame 306 is comprised of a left -shaped frame 3061, an arcuate connecting rod 3062, and a right -shaped frame 3063. Illustratively, the connecting frame 306 is comprised of a left -shaped frame 3061, an arcuate connecting rod 3062, and a right -shaped frame 3063 that are threaded or welded, with the arcuate connecting rod 3062 being downwardly open. The hydraulic boom 201 is fixed on the cross-country motor chassis 2, and the end of the hydraulic boom 201 is a hydraulic boom hook 202. Under the folding state of the double-side expansion square cabin 3, the hydraulic suspension arm hooks 202 are clamped with the arc-shaped connecting rods 3062 to fix the double-side expansion square cabin 3 on the cross-country motor chassis 2, specifically, when the double-side expansion square cabin 3 is ready to be unfolded, the hydraulic suspension arm 201 is lifted, the hydraulic suspension arm hooks 202 are clamped with the arc-shaped connecting rods 3062 to drive the double-side expansion square cabin 3 to incline and move backwards, after the double-side expansion square cabin 3 is placed on the ground, the hydraulic suspension arm hooks 202 are loosened from being clamped with the arc-shaped connecting rods 3062 to complete the separation of the double-side expansion square cabin 3 and the cross-country motor chassis 2.
As shown in fig. 5, the parallel link expansion structure includes a slide rail 44, a supporting wheel 45 and an expansion link 46, the slide rail 44 is disposed at the bottom of the expansion cabin bottom plate 3024, the supporting wheel 45 is disposed on the fixed cabin 301, the supporting wheel 45 is a roller for supporting the slide rail 44, that is, in the case that the slide rail 44 is matched with the supporting wheel 45, the supporting wheel 45 not only can limit the sliding direction of the slide rail 44, but also can be matched with the slide rail 44 to form a sliding structure, so that the expansion cabin 302 and the fixed cabin 301 move relatively.
As shown in fig. 11, the expansion link 46 includes an expansion upper link 4 and an expansion lower link 5, one end of the expansion upper link 4 is hinged to the edge of the fixed cabin top plate 3013, and in the expanded state of the double-sided expansion square cabin 3, the other end is abutted to the edge of the upper end of the expansion cabin side plate 3025 for maintaining the expanded state of the double-sided expansion square cabin 3; one end of the expansion lower connecting rod 5 is hinged to the edge of the bottom plate 3104 of the fixed cabin, and in the open state of the double-side expansion shelter 3, the other end of the expansion lower connecting rod abuts against the edge of the lower end of the side plate 3025 of the expansion cabin, so that the open state of the double-side expansion shelter 3 is maintained.
In the state of unfolding the double-side expansion shelter 3, by manually pulling the expansion shelter body side plate 3025, the two plates of the expansion shelter top plate 3023 and the two plates of the expansion shelter bottom plate 3024 are completely unfolded through hinging, free ends of the expansion upper connecting rod 4 and the expansion lower connecting rod 5 are abutted against the upper end edge and the lower end edge of the expansion shelter body side plate 3025, and then the expansion shelter body front end plate 3021 and the expansion shelter body rear end plate 3022 are pulled to rotate to be in a completely closed state with the expansion shelter body top plate 3023, the expansion shelter body bottom plate 3024 and the expansion shelter body side plate 3025. The expansion capsule 302 is pulled out of the fixed capsule 301 by means of the sliding rails 44 at the bottom of the expansion capsule bottom plate 3024 and the supporting wheels 45 on the fixed capsule bottom plate 3014, and the expansion of the double-sided expansion square capsule 3 is completed.
In the state of folding the double-side expansion shelter 3, the free ends of the expansion upper connecting rod 4 and the expansion lower connecting rod 5 are separated from the edges of the upper end and the lower end of the expansion shelter side plate 3025, then the expansion shelter front end plate 3021 and the expansion shelter rear end plate 3022 are pulled to rotate to be attached to the expansion shelter side plate 3025, the expansion shelter side plate 3025 is pushed manually, two plates of the expansion shelter top plate 3023 and two plates of the expansion shelter bottom plate 3024 are folded and attached in opposite directions through hinging, and the expansion shelter 302 is pushed back into the fixed shelter 301 by means of the sliding rail 44 at the bottom of the expansion shelter bottom plate 3024 and the supporting wheel 45 on the fixed shelter bottom plate 3014, so that folding of the double-side expansion shelter 3 is completed.
In one embodiment, a field surgical cart further includes tent 18, preoperative prep bed 24, hand washing device 23, single hole operating lights 25, oxygenerator 15, debridement table 26, and tent fan 32.
The hand washing device 23, illustratively, is a sink or a counter. The tent 18 is a canopy frame structure, and in the unfolded state of the tent 18, the tent 18 is connected with the fixed cabin 301 in a sealing manner, and in an exemplary manner, the tent 18 is connected with the fixed cabin 301 in a sealing manner. As shown in fig. 9, the tent 18 includes two areas in the unfolded state, one of which is a preoperative preparation area 42 and the other of which is a dressing area 43 for increasing the working space for patient treatment.
In the unfolded state of the tent 18, the preoperative prep bed 24 is placed in a centered position in the preoperative prep area 42. The single hole surgical lamp 25 is placed in the preoperative preparation area 42 alongside the preoperative preparation bed 24. The oxygenerator 15 is placed on one side of the dressing change area 43. Debridement station 26 is positioned in pre-operative preparation area 42 on one side of pre-operative preparation bed 24 and hand washing apparatus 23 is positioned in pre-operative preparation area 42 on the other side of pre-operative preparation bed 24. The tent fan 32 is placed in the pre-operation preparation area 42 or the dressing area 43 and can be moved by itself as needed, which is not limited in the present application.
The preoperative preparation bed 24, the hand washing device 23, the single-hole operating lamp 25, the oxygenerator 15, the tent fan 32 and the debridement table 26 are respectively placed in the fixed cabin body 301 in the folded state of the double-side expansion square cabin 3. In the folded state of the double-sided expansion shelter 3, the box body provided with the tent fan heater 32 is stacked on the medical equipment box 22, the hand washing device 23 is stacked on the box body provided with the tent fan heater 32, and the hand washing device is fixed on the bottom plate 3014 of the fixed shelter body through a binding belt. As shown in fig. 3, since the hand washing device 23, the tent fan 32, and the medical equipment box 22 are stacked, only the hand washing device 23, a part of the tent fan 32, and a part of the medical equipment box 22 can be seen in fig. 3.
In the collapsed state of the double-sided expansion shelter 3, the box body containing the oxygenerator 15 is stacked on the first operating table 1701 and can be fixed on the fixed shelter base plate 3014 by a binding belt. As shown in fig. 7, since the box housing the oxygenerator 15 and the first operation table 1701 are stacked, only the box housing the oxygenerator 15 and a part of the first operation table 1701 can be seen in fig. 7.
In the collapsed state of the double-sided extended shelter 3, the second operation table 1702 is stacked with the case containing the remote consultation information system 16, the case containing the debridement table 26 is stacked with the case containing the remote consultation information system 16, and is fixed to the fixed compartment bottom plate 3014 by means of a belt, and as shown in fig. 7, since the case containing the debridement table 26, the case containing the remote consultation information system 16, and the second operation table 1702 are stacked, only the case containing the remote consultation information system 16 and a part of the second operation table 1702 can be observed in fig. 7.
In the collapsed state of the double-sided expansion shelter 3, the pre-operative preparation bed 24 is placed on the fixed shelter base plate 3014 and can be moved by itself as needed, and the present application is not limited thereto, and is preferably located at one side of the operating bed 17. In the collapsed state of the double-sided expansion shelter 3, the tent 18 is disposed on the fixed shelter base plate 3014 and can be moved by itself as needed, which is not limited to this aspect of the application, and is preferably disposed on the other side of the operating table 17. The single-hole operation lamp 25 is disposed on the bottom plate 3014 of the fixed cabin and can be moved by itself as required, which is not limited in the present application, and preferably, is disposed near the rear end plate 3012 of the fixed cabin for providing illumination during operation.
The region formed by the fixed cabin floor 3014 and the extended cabin floor 3024 is an operation region 41, the preoperative preparation region 42 and the dressing region 43 are collectively referred to as an operation region, and the operation region 41 may be used alone as an operation region if necessary
In the collapsed state of the double-sided expansion shelter 3, the devices (for example, the placement frame 11, the operation stool 14, the oxygen generator 15, the remote consultation information system 16, the operation table 17, the tent 18, the cabinet 19, the medical device box 22, the hand washing device 23, the preoperative preparation table 24, the single-hole operation lamp 25, and the debridement table 26) are orderly arranged with a small interval therebetween, so that the condition that severe collision does not occur during travel in a severe road section is satisfied, and the safety of the devices is ensured.
Examples
After the operation vehicle runs to a designated position, the hydraulic suspension arm 201 is lifted, the hydraulic suspension arm hook 202 is clamped with the arc-shaped connecting rod 3062, the double-side expansion square cabin 3 is driven to incline and move backwards, after the double-side expansion square cabin 3 is placed on the ground, the hydraulic suspension arm hook 202 is loosened from being clamped with the arc-shaped connecting rod 3062, and the separation of the double-side expansion square cabin 3 and the cross-country motor chassis 2 is completed. Next, the expansion tank side plate 3025 is manually pulled to fully spread the two plates of the expansion tank top plate 3023 and the two plates of the expansion tank bottom plate 3024 by hinging, then the free ends of the expansion upper link 4 and the expansion lower link 5 are abutted against the upper end and the lower end edge of the expansion tank side plate 3025, and finally the expansion tank front end plate 3021 and the expansion tank rear end plate 3022 are pulled to rotate to a fully closed state with the expansion tank top plate 3023, the expansion tank bottom plate 3024, and the expansion tank side plate 3025. The expansion pod 302 is pulled out of the fixed pod 301 by means of the sliding rails at the bottom of the expansion pod bottom plate 3024 and the supporting wheels on the fixed pod bottom plate 3014, completing the deployment of the double-sided expansion shelter 3. The tent 18 is removed and connected to the fixed cabin back end panel 3012, illustratively using a weather strip. The accompanying doctor enters the clothing changing area 43, clothes are changed, the washing and the disinfection are carried out through the hand washing device 23, the preparation work is carried out, the patient is placed on the preoperative preparation bed 24 of the preoperative preparation area 42, the preliminary examination is carried out on the patient by matching with the single-hole operating lamp 25, and when the patient needs debridement, the debridement table 26 is moved to the bedside for debridement. When the patient needs to inhale oxygen, the oxygen bottle 12 and the humidifying bottle 10 are combined or the oxygenerator 15 is moved to the bedside to supply oxygen. At the bottom of the temperature, tent fan 32 is used to heat the tent. When the patient is shocked, the first-aid respirator 37 is adopted for rescuing; the injection pump 35 and the infusion pump 34 perform injection of liquid medicine, and the multi-parameter monitor 36 is connected to the patient to perform real-time vital sign monitoring. After the preliminary examination is completed, the patient is moved to the operating table of the operating area 41 according to the specific situation, and the wound of the patient is treated by the cooperation of the high-frequency electric knife 39 and the negative pressure aspirator 38, so that the treatment method of the specific situation of the patient can be optimized by means of the surgical medical information system 9 and the remote consultation information system 16. After the operation is finished and the patient is handed over, the free ends of the expansion upper connecting rod 4 and the expansion lower connecting rod 5 and the edges of the upper end and the lower end of the expansion cabin side plate 3025 are separated, then the expansion cabin front end plate 3021 and the expansion cabin rear end plate 3022 are pulled to rotate to be attached to the expansion cabin side plate 3025, the expansion cabin side plate 3025 is pushed manually, two plates of the expansion cabin top plate 3023 and two plates of the expansion cabin bottom plate 3024 are folded and attached in opposite directions through hinging, and the expansion cabin 302 is pushed back into the fixed cabin 301 by means of the sliding rail of the bottom 3024 of the expansion cabin and the supporting wheels on the bottom plate 3014 of the fixed cabin, so that folding of the bilateral expansion cabin 3 is finished. The hydraulic boom 201 is lifted, the hydraulic boom hook 202 is clamped with the arc-shaped connecting rod 3062, and the double-side expansion square cabin 3 is pulled back to the cross-country mobile chassis 2 and fixed.
