In practice, two tents 5 may expand the space again while providing medical aid to more sick and wounded.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 6 and 7, the present invention further includes a function guarantee unit. The function guarantee unit comprises oxygen supply equipment, an air conditioner 9, a warm air blower 11 and electrical equipment. The oxygen supply equipment comprises an oxygen generator 10 arranged at the front part of the carriage 2, an oxygen supply pipeline embedded into the top wall of the carriage 2 and an oxygen terminal 17 fixed on the side wall of the carriage 2. Both the air conditioner 9 and the warm air blower 11 are provided in the front of the cabin 2. The electrical equipment comprises a distribution box 21 arranged on the side wall of the rear end of the carriage 2 and a lamp embedded in the top wall of the carriage 2. The front end of the cabin 2 is also provided with accessories such as a heater tank 12 and a tool box 13.
It should be noted that the above devices may be fixed in corresponding positions by using screws and brackets.
In the implementation, the function guarantee unit provides omnibearing guarantee for the whole first-aid system and provides perfect and convenient hardware support for field medical first-aid work.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. Claims (10)

1. The medical emergency trailer is characterized by comprising an unfolding state and a folding state, and comprises a chassis, a carriage, a tent, a detection injury classifying unit, an emergency unit and an intensive care unit;
the chassis is a universal transportation trailer chassis and is used for carrying the carriage;
the carriage comprises automatic loading and unloading modules arranged at four corners of the carriage; the automatic loading and unloading module is used for supporting the carriage and automatically adjusting the height of the carriage when loading and unloading the carriage;
the tent is of a foldable shed frame structure and is stored in the carriage after being folded;
in the folded state, the tent, the injury detection classification unit, the first-aid unit and the intensive care unit are all contained in the carriage;
in the unfolded state, the tent is unfolded and then arranged on one side of the carriage to form a detection injury classification area positioned on the outer side of the tent, an emergency operation area positioned in the tent and an intensive care area positioned in the front of the carriage;
the injury detection classification unit comprises injury detection equipment; in the folded state, the injury detection equipment is accommodated in the carriage; in the unfolded state, the injury detection equipment is arranged in the injury detection classification area and is used for detecting and judging the injury of the sick and wounded and distinguishing the category of the sick and wounded;
the first-aid unit comprises first-aid equipment; in the folded state, the first-aid equipment is accommodated in the carriage; in the unfolded state, the emergency equipment is arranged in the emergency operation area and is used for carrying out emergency treatment on the wounded;
the intensive care unit comprises intensive care equipment; in the folded state, the intensive care device is accommodated in the carriage; in the unfolded state, the intensive care device is arranged in the intensive care area and is used for carrying out intensive care and resuscitation rescue on the wounded.
2. The medical emergency trailer of claim 1, wherein in the deployed state, a rear portion of the cabin is disposed with a command work area providing a work area for building an information communication local area network.
3. The medical emergency trailer of claim 2, further comprising a command work unit; the command operation unit comprises a communication workstation; in the collapsed state, the communication workstation is housed in the cabin; in the deployed state, the communication workstation is disposed in the command work area for constructing the information communication local area network.

The medical emergency trailer of claim 1, wherein the triage unit further comprises a triage box set; in the folded state, the injury detection equipment is contained in the injury detection box group; the first-aid unit also comprises a first-aid kit group; in the folded state, the first-aid equipment is contained in the first-aid kit group; the intensive care unit further comprises an intensive care box group; in the folded state, the intensive care device is stored in the intensive care box group; the command operation unit further comprises a command operation box group; in the folded state, the command operation equipment is contained in the command operation box group; the injury detecting box group, the first-aid box group, the intensive care box group and the command operation box group are all standard boxes with the same size, and are all contained in the carriage in the furled state.

The medical emergency trailer according to claim 1, wherein the two side walls in the left-right direction of the cabin are provided with expansion plates; the expansion board can be outwards turned by 90 degrees to form a tent bottom board which is horizontal and has the same height as the bottom wall of the carriage.

The medical emergency trailer according to claim 5, wherein the upper end surface of the tent floor is provided with a rail; the tent comprises a plurality of brackets, and a sliding block matched with the track is arranged at the lower end of each bracket; when the tent is unfolded, the plurality of brackets sequentially slide along the track from the interior to the exterior of the carriage.

The medical emergency trailer of claim 1, wherein the automatic loading and unloading module is in the form of an electro-hydraulic pressure, including a control system and an electro-hydraulic cylinder; the four electric hydraulic cylinders are respectively fixed at four corners of the carriage, and the lower ends of the four electric hydraulic cylinders can extend downwards along the vertical direction; the control system is electrically connected with the electric hydraulic cylinders and used for controlling the action coordination synchronization of the four electric hydraulic cylinders.
8. The medical emergency trailer of claim 1, wherein the wound testing device comprises a minute hand carrier, a portable color doppler ultrasound diagnostic instrument, and an electrocardiograph; in the unfolding state, the injury detection equipment is placed at the upper end of the standard box;
the first-aid equipment comprises an electric aspirator, a portable cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine, a handheld B-ultrasonic instrument, a first-aid integrated machine, an injection pump, an inspection head lamp, an infusion pressurizing bag, an equipment belt and a CR folding treatment vehicle; in the unfolded state, the electric aspirator, the portable cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine and the handheld B-ultrasonic instrument are all placed on the CR folding treatment vehicle in the tent; the first-aid integrated machine, the injection pump, the inspection head lamp, the transfusion pressurizing bag and the equipment belt are all suspended and fixed on the bracket;
the intensive care equipment comprises an electric aspirator, a portable cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine, a handheld B-ultrasonic instrument, a defibrillation monitor and a CR folding treatment vehicle; in the unfolded state, the electric aspirator, the portable cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine and the handheld B ultrasonic instrument are all placed on the CR folding treatment vehicle, and the defibrillation monitor is suspended and fixed on the inner side of the front end side wall of the carriage.
9. The medical emergency trailer of claim 1, wherein the tent is two; the two tents are arranged at the left side and the right side of the carriage in the unfolded state to form two first-aid operation areas.
10. The medical emergency trailer of claim 1, further comprising a functional assurance unit; the function guarantee unit comprises oxygen supply equipment, an air conditioner, a warm air blower and electrical equipment; the oxygen supply equipment comprises an oxygen generator arranged at the front part of the carriage, an oxygen transmission pipeline embedded into the top wall of the carriage and an oxygen terminal fixed on the side wall of the carriage; the air conditioner and the warm air blower are both arranged at the front part of the carriage; the electric equipment comprises a distribution box arranged on the side wall of the rear end of the carriage and a lamp embedded in the top wall of the carriage.
