Abstract
The application discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting wound healing, a traditional Chinese medicine preparation and a preparation method thereof. The traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of nux vomica, 20-25 parts of honeysuckle, 15-20 parts of weeping forsythia, 10-15 parts of herba patriniae, 10-15 parts of Chinese lobelia herb, 15-20 parts of Japanese ampelopsis root, 10-15 parts of mirabilite, 10-15 parts of borneol, 15-20 parts of kuh-seng, 10-15 parts of alum, 15-20 parts of dittany bark, 15-20 parts of rhizoma atractylodis and 5-10 parts of calomel. The traditional Chinese medicine composition has the effects of clearing heat and detoxicating, resolving hard mass and detumescence, can effectively inhibit bacterial reproduction of wound surfaces, astringe wound surfaces and effectively promote wound healing.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting wound healing, a traditional Chinese medicine preparation and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Wound surfaces are damage to normal skin (tissue) caused by external injury factors such as surgery, external force, heat, current, chemicals, low temperature, and internal factors of the body such as local blood supply disorder. At present, after surgery, the wound surface is often changed by adopting an iodophor solution and a treatment method of dressing by using a sterile dressing, and the wound surface infection probability is higher after the conventional dressing change of the iodophor solution, the wound surface has good healing rate, the healing days are longer, and the wound surface is easy to develop into a chronic wound surface difficult to heal, so that more serious consequences are caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to solve the technical problems and provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting wound healing, a traditional Chinese medicine preparation and a preparation method thereof.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting wound healing, which is realized by adopting the following technical scheme.
A traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting wound healing comprises the following components in parts by weight:
10-15 parts of nux vomica, 20-25 parts of honeysuckle, 15-20 parts of weeping forsythia, 10-15 parts of herba patriniae, 10-15 parts of Chinese lobelia herb, 15-20 parts of Japanese ampelopsis root, 10-15 parts of mirabilite, 10-15 parts of borneol, 15-20 parts of kuh-seng, 10-15 parts of alum, 15-20 parts of dittany bark, 15-20 parts of rhizoma atractylodis and 5-10 parts of calomel.
In the formula of the application, the honeysuckle has aromatic smell, light weight, good property, and can disperse and dispel the cold and sweet smell, enter the lung and stomach, and has the effects of clearing heat and detoxicating; fructus forsythiae is fragrant in smell, light in weight, and has the effects of clearing heat, purging pathogenic fire, removing sore toxin, resolving carbuncles and resolving masses, and the two are combined to serve as monarch drugs to play roles of clearing heat, removing toxicity, resolving masses and relieving swelling. Herba Patriniae has effects of clearing heat and detoxicating, expelling pus and removing blood stasis; half Bian Lianqing is a good product for sterilization and anti-inflammation, and has the effects of heat and detoxification, and inducing diuresis to alleviate edema; the ampelopsis japonica has the effects of clearing heat and detoxicating, promoting tissue regeneration and relieving pain, and can promote wound healing; kuh-seng clears heat and eliminates dampness, kills insects; cortex Dictamni Radicis has effects of clearing heat, eliminating dampness, dispelling pathogenic wind and removing toxic substances; the rhizoma atractylodis has the effects of strengthening spleen, drying dampness, resolving depression and avoiding dirt, and the medicines are used as ministerial medicines to assist in increasing the effects of clearing heat and detoxicating, killing parasites and sterilizing, removing stasis and expelling pus, inhibit bacterial reproduction of wound surfaces and facilitate wound surface drying. (1) Inclusion criteria
(1) About 1 week after orthopaedics operation, the examination can see that more exudates appear at the incision or yellow exudates appear on the dressing; (2) pressing the patient incision, with free necrotic tissue or floating fat droplets; (3) the exudates are microscopic in that a large number of fat drops are visible, and bacteria are not grown after continuous multiple culture.
(2) Exclusion criteria
(1) Sinus formation, or severe infection with incisions; (2) there are other systemic underlying primary diseases; (3) mental abnormalities, failing to match the study.
120 patients receiving surgery were randomly divided into a Chinese medicinal tincture group and an iodophor group, each group of 60 patients. Spraying Chinese medicinal tincture (prepared in example 1) on wound surface and sterile gauze covering the wound surface, and maintaining sterile gauze wet dressing for 1 time every 3 days; patients in the iodophor group were conventionally dressed with iodophor solution, wrapped with sterile dressing, and dressed 1 time every 3 days.
The results show that 12 cases of patients in the traditional Chinese medicine tincture group have wound redness, 3 cases of patients have wound infection, the wound infection rate is 5%, the good healing rate is 75%, and the healing days are 12.78+/-1.21 days; the iodophor group has wound redness of 15 patients, wound infection of 7 patients, wound infection rate of 11.66%, good healing rate of 63.33%, and healing days of 14.78+ -1.77 days.
The statistical comparison shows that the wound infection rate of the traditional Chinese medicine tincture group is obviously lower than that of the iodophor group (P < 0.001), the good wound healing rate is obviously higher than that of the iodophor group (P < 0.001), and the healing days are obviously shorter than that of the iodophor group (P < 0.001).
