Abstract
本发明提供一种祛痘控油的护肤组合物及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的原料:植物提取物30~45份、橄榄油8~10份、烟酰胺12~18份、复合水杨酸7~10份、季铵盐‑73 5~10份、PCA锌3~7份、蜂王浆提取物1~3份、10‑羟基癸酸4~7份、1,10‑癸二醇3~5份;所述植物提取物包括积雪草提取物、黄芩根提取物、丹参提取物、波尔多树叶提取物中的一种或两种以上的组合。本发明的祛痘控油组合物配方合理,能够相互协同作用,能够起到抗菌消炎作用,在有效达到祛痘控油的同时也可以减少对肌肤的刺激性,对肌肤起到保护作用,帮助皮肤生长,促进痘痕皮肤的恢复效果,同时还能对皮肤进行调理,维持皮肤组织屏障的平衡,减少痤疮的发生,也对肌肤起到养护作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,特别涉及一种祛痘控油的护肤组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
痤疮又称“痘痘”,由于皮肤分泌过多的油脂造成毛囊皮脂腺导管堵塞、痤疮丙酸杆菌等细菌感染和炎症反应等因素引起,常见出现的有黑头粉刺、白头粉刺、结节、囊肿以及丘疹等,常常出现在面部、背部、胸部等皮肤表明。另外过度劳累、刺激性饮食、情绪紧张等因素引起内分泌紊乱也导致痤疮的形成和加重。为了减少痤疮、粉刺等皮肤问题的发生,往往需要使用相应的护肤产品来改善这种皮肤问题。目前,市场上出现了各种祛痘控油护肤产品,虽然能够对痤疮具有一定的抑制作用,但是功效产品功效单一,不能够有效进行控油和祛痘,作用效果不理想,另外,经过使用后痤疮处还留下明显的印痕,修复效果不理想。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提出一种祛痘控油的护肤组合物及其制备方法。本发明的祛痘控油的护肤组合物配方合理,能够相互协同作用,能够起到抗菌消炎作用,有效降低油脂分泌,在有效达到祛痘控油的同时也可以减少对肌肤的刺激性,对肌肤起到保护作用,帮助皮肤生长,促进痘痕皮肤的恢复。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种祛痘控油的护肤组合物,包括以下重量份的原料:植物提取物30~45份、药用层孔菌提取物6~12份、橄榄油8~10份、烟酰胺12~18份、复合水杨酸7~10份、季铵盐-735~10份、PCA锌3~7份、蜂王浆提取物1~3份、10-羟基癸酸4~7份、1,10-癸二醇3~5份;所述植物提取物包括积雪草提取物、黄芩根提取物、丹参提取物、波尔多树叶提取物中的一种或两种以上的组合。
进一步的,所述的祛痘控油的护肤组合物,包括以下重量份的原料:植物提取物30份、药用层孔菌提取物12份、橄榄油8份、烟酰胺12份、复合水杨酸9份、季铵盐-73 10份、PCA锌7份、蜂王浆提取物2份、10-羟基癸酸4份、1,10-癸二醇3份。
进一步的,所述植物提取物包括以下重量份的原料:积雪草提取物12~16份、黄芩根提取物8~12份、丹参提取物8~14份、波尔多树叶提取物16~20份。
进一步的,所述植物提取物的制备方法包括:将植物提取物重量的5~8%的PEG-40氢化蓖麻油加入植物提取物中,然后在温度为30~40℃、功率为120~200W、搅拌转速为200~300r/min进行超声混合得到。
进一步的,所述复合水杨酸包括以下百分比的原料:水杨酸12~18%、乳糖酸20~30%、聚乙二醇6~12%、甜菜碱6~10%、透明质酸钠交联聚合物20~35%。
进一步的,所述复合水杨酸的制备方法为:取水杨酸质量的30~60%的纯化水,将聚乙二醇加入水中进行搅拌,加入透明质酸钠交联聚合物进行超声搅拌,再加入水杨酸、乳糖酸超声搅拌,最后加入甜菜碱进行强力超声搅拌,即得到复合水杨酸。
进一步的,所述超声搅拌功率为200~300W、搅拌转速为100~200r/min、时间为10~18min;所述强力超声搅拌功率为500~600W、搅拌转速为500~600r/min、时间为8~12min。
祛痘控油的护肤组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将植物提取物加入水中,再加入药用层孔菌提取物进行搅拌混合,然后加入烟酰胺、复合水杨酸再次搅拌混合,得到混合料Ⅰ;
步骤二、将橄榄油、蜂王浆提取物、季铵盐-73、PCA锌、10-羟基癸酸、1,10-癸二醇与甘油硬脂酸酯搅拌混匀得到混合料Ⅱ,然后再加入上述步骤一的混合料Ⅰ搅拌混匀,即得到祛痘控油的护肤组合物。
进一步的,所述水的重量为植物提取物的20~30%;所述甘油硬脂酸酯的重量为混合料Ⅱ重量的4~8%。
进一步的,步骤一中,所述搅拌混合温度为25~40℃、转速为300~400r/min、时间为5~10min;步骤二中,所述搅拌混合温度为25~40℃、转速为500~700r/min、时间为4~8min。
进一步的,所述祛痘控油的护肤组合物为水溶液、精华液或者乳膏等洗护产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的祛痘控油组合物配方合理,能够相互协同作用,能够起到抗菌消炎作用,有效降低油脂分泌,在有效达到祛痘控油的同时也可以减少对肌肤的刺激性,对肌肤起到保护作用,帮助皮肤生长,促进痘痕皮肤的恢复,还能够有效对皮肤进行调理,维持皮肤组织屏障的平衡,减少痤疮的发生,同时也对皮肤起到养护作用。
(2)本发明在PCA锌、10-羟基癸酸、季铵盐-73与植物提取物协同作用,起到高效的抗菌消炎作用,能够有效抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌,减少皮肤的刺激性,减少油脂的分泌,从而有效防止痤疮的形成。
(3)本发明先将植物提取物与PEG-40氢化蓖麻油进行混合复配,在提高植物提取物中活性成分的稳定性的同时也可以促进植物提取物的控油祛痘的效果,能够对细胞进行激活有效促进细胞再生,增加细胞活力,促进肌肤的恢复。
(4)通过水杨酸和乳糖酸的相互作用,能够加速皮肤角质层的脱落,促进皮肤细胞的代谢,促进皮肤角质恢复正常,达到有效祛痘、控油的效果。在复合水杨酸中添加的聚乙二醇、甜菜碱和透明质酸钠交联聚合物可以提高水杨酸和乳糖酸的稳定性以及促进其高效渗透,提高角质层的脱落,同时也能够起到高效的保湿作用,保持皮肤的水分,显著促进皮肤细胞的修复作用,也可以有效减少毛囊壁不正常的脱落现象,预防新的痤疮的形成,另外也能够减轻水杨酸对皮肤的刺激性,提高恢复效果。

本发明实施例所用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
本发明实施例所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
本发明的药用层孔菌(FOMES OFFICINALIS)提取物、蜂王浆(ROYAL JELLY)提取物、积雪草(CENTELLA ASIATICA)提取物、黄芩(SCUTELLARIA BAICALENSIS)根提取物、丹参(SALVIA MILTIORRHIZA)提取物、波尔多树(PEUMUSBOLDUS)叶提取物等均为市售化妆品原料。
实施例1
本实施例的祛痘控油的护肤组合物,包括以下重量份的原料:积雪草提取物30份、药用层孔菌提取物12份、橄榄油8份、烟酰胺12份、复合水杨酸9份、季铵盐-73 10份、PCA锌7份、蜂王浆提取物2份、10-羟基癸酸4份、1,10-癸二醇3份;所述植物提取物包括以下重量份的原料:积雪草提取物16份、黄芩根提取物10份、丹参提取物12份、波尔多树叶提取物16份;
所述植物提取物的制备方法包括:将积雪草提取物、黄芩根提取物、丹参提取物、波尔多树叶提取物混合后加入植物提取物总重量的8%的PEG-40氢化蓖麻油,然后在温度为30℃、功率为120W、搅拌转速为200r/min进行超声混合得到;
所述复合水杨酸包括以下百分比的原料:水杨酸18%、乳糖酸30%、聚乙二醇12%、甜菜碱8%、透明质酸钠交联聚合物32%;
所述复合水杨酸的制备方法为:取水杨酸质量的60%的纯化水,将聚乙二醇加入水中进行搅拌,加入透明质酸钠交联聚合物进行在功率为300W、搅拌转速为150r/min进行超声搅拌10min,再加入水杨酸、乳糖酸在功率为200W、搅拌转速为150r/min进行超声搅拌15min,最后加入甜菜碱在功率为600W、搅拌转速为500r/min进行强力超声搅拌12min,即得到复合水杨酸;
所述的祛痘控油的护肤组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将植物提取物加入其重量的30%的水中,再加入药用层孔菌提取物在温度为25℃、转速为300r/min进行搅拌混合10min,然后加入烟酰胺、复合水杨酸在温度为25℃、转速为400r/min进行再次搅拌混合5min,得到混合料Ⅰ;
步骤二、将橄榄油、蜂王浆提取物、季铵盐-73、PCA锌、10-羟基癸酸、1,10-癸二醇与甘油硬脂酸酯在温度为30℃、转速为600r/min进行搅拌混合8min得到混合料Ⅱ,其中,甘油硬脂酸酯的重量为混合料Ⅱ重量的5%,然后再加入上述步骤一的混合料Ⅰ在温度为30℃、转速为600r/min进行搅拌混合8min,即得到祛痘控油的护肤组合物。
实施例2
本实施例的祛痘控油的护肤组合物,包括以下重量份的原料:植物提取物45份、药用层孔菌提取物6份、橄榄油9份、烟酰胺18份、复合水杨酸10份、季铵盐-73 5份、PCA锌3份、蜂王浆提取物3份、10-羟基癸酸7份、1,10-癸二醇4份;所述植物提取物由黄芩根提取物和丹参提取物按照质量比为1:1组成;
所述植物提取物的制备方法包括:将黄芩根提取物、丹参提取物混合后加入植物提取物总重量的6%的PEG-40氢化蓖麻油,然后在温度为40℃、功率为200W、搅拌转速为300r/min进行超声混合得到;
所述复合水杨酸包括以下百分比的原料:水杨酸18%、乳糖酸28%、聚乙二醇10%、甜菜碱9%、透明质酸钠交联聚合物35%;
所述复合水杨酸的制备方法为:取水杨酸质量的30%的纯化水,将聚乙二醇加入水中进行搅拌,加入透明质酸钠交联聚合物进行在功率为200W、搅拌转速为100r/min进行超声搅拌16min,再加入水杨酸、乳糖酸在功率为300W、搅拌转速为100r/min进行超声搅拌18min,最后加入甜菜碱在功率为550W、搅拌转速为600r/min进行强力超声搅拌10min,即得到复合水杨酸;
所述的祛痘控油的护肤组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将植物提取物加入其重量的25%的水中,再加入药用层孔菌提取物在温度为40℃、转速为400r/min进行搅拌混合5min,然后加入烟酰胺、复合水杨酸在温度为40℃、转速为300r/min进行再次搅拌混合10min,得到混合料Ⅰ;
步骤二、将橄榄油、蜂王浆提取物、季铵盐-73、PCA锌、10-羟基癸酸、1,10-癸二醇与甘油硬脂酸酯在温度为25℃、转速为700r/min进行搅拌混合5min得到混合料Ⅱ,其中,甘油硬脂酸酯的重量为混合料Ⅱ重量的6%,然后再加入上述步骤一的混合料Ⅰ在温度为25℃、转速为700r/min进行搅拌混合6min,即得到祛痘控油的护肤组合物。
实施例3
本实施例的祛痘控油的护肤组合物,包括以下重量份的原料:植物提取物40份、药用层孔菌提取物9份、橄榄油10份、烟酰胺14份、复合水杨酸7份、季铵盐-73 8份、PCA锌5份、蜂王浆提取物1份、10-羟基癸酸6份、1,10-癸二醇5份;所述植物提取物为波尔多树叶提取物;
所述植物提取物的制备方法包括:将波尔多树叶提取物重量的5%的PEG-40氢化蓖麻油加入波尔多树叶提取物中,然后在温度为35℃、功率为180W、搅拌转速为200r/min进行超声混合得到;
所述复合水杨酸包括以下百分比的原料:水杨酸16%、乳糖酸29%、聚乙二醇11%、甜菜碱10%、透明质酸钠交联聚合物34%;
所述复合水杨酸的制备方法为:取水杨酸质量的50%的纯化水,将聚乙二醇加入水中进行搅拌,加入透明质酸钠交联聚合物进行在功率为250W、搅拌转速为200r/min进行超声搅拌18min,再加入水杨酸、乳糖酸在功率为250W、搅拌转速为200r/min进行超声搅拌10min,最后加入甜菜碱在功率为500W、搅拌转速为500r/min进行强力超声搅拌8min,即得到复合水杨酸;
所述的祛痘控油的护肤组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将植物提取物加入其重量的20%的水中,再加入药用层孔菌提取物在温度为30℃、转速为350r/min进行搅拌混合8min,然后加入烟酰胺、复合水杨酸在温度为30℃、转速为350r/min进行再次搅拌混合8min,得到混合料Ⅰ;
步骤二、将橄榄油、蜂王浆提取物、季铵盐-73、PCA锌、10-羟基癸酸、1,10-癸二醇与甘油硬脂酸酯在温度为40℃、转速为500r/min进行搅拌混合4min得到混合料Ⅱ,其中,甘油硬脂酸酯的重量为混合料Ⅱ重量的7%,然后再加入上述步骤一的混合料Ⅰ在温度为40℃、转速为500r/min进行搅拌混合5min,即得到祛痘控油的护肤组合物。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例3的区别在于,不含有植物提取物及其制备方法。其余与对比例3相同。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例1的区别在于,植物提取物的组分配比不相同。本对比例的植物提取物包括以下重量份的原料:积雪草提取物10份、黄芩根提取物15份、丹参提取物18份、波尔多树叶提取物9份。
对比例3
本对比例与实施例3的区别在于,复合水杨酸7份替换成水杨酸7份。
本实施例的祛痘控油的护肤组合物,包括以下重量份的原料:植物提取物40份、药用层孔菌提取物9份、橄榄油10份、烟酰胺14份、水杨酸7份、季铵盐-73 8份、PCA锌5份、蜂王浆提取物1份、10-羟基癸酸6份、1,10-癸二醇5份;所述植物提取物为波尔多树叶提取物;

本对比例与实施例3的区别在于,护肤组合物的组分配比不相同。其余与实施例3相同。
本实施例的祛痘控油的护肤组合物,包括以下重量份的原料:植物提取物25份、药用层孔菌提取物16份、橄榄油5份、烟酰胺20份、复合水杨酸12份、季铵盐-73 3份、PCA锌9份、蜂王浆提取物5份、10-羟基癸酸9份、1,10-癸二醇8份。
试验情况
1、痤疮丙酸杆菌抑菌试验
取浓度为1×107~108CFU/ml的痤疮丙酸杆菌菌悬液,采用涂布棒将菌悬液涂抹到培养基中,然后分别滴加2ml实施例1-3以及对比例1-5的祛痘控油的护肤组合物样品到培养基中作为试验组别,同时以滴加2ml的生理盐水为空白对照组,将培养基在37℃的培养箱中培养2天后取出,测定培养皿的抑菌圈直径。每个组别的样品设有6个,测定结果取平均值。测试情况如下表1所示。
2、祛痘控油试验情况
选择年龄为15~35岁男女各半的面部有明显的痘痘和粉刺的测试人群90人,分成9组,每组10人,第1-8组分别将本发明实施例1-3以及对比例1-5制备得到的祛痘控油的护肤组合物每天早晚各1次涂抹到脸上,用量相同,连续使用12天,测试过程中不使用其他的护肤产品,第9组为空白对照组不涂抹任何祛痘控油产品和其他化妆品,12天后统计祛痘控油效果有效减少人数(有效判断标准为:痘痘消失不红肿,痘坑印很淡,使用去油纸擦拭面部,明显不见沾油),并且在使用产品前和使用12天后通过面部影像分析VISIA和Image ProPlus图像分析软件进行面部的左、中和右侧进行拍照,用IPP进行图像分析痘印面积,另外使用皮肤油脂测试探头Sebumeter SM815对面部的油脂分泌量进行测试,测试情况如下表1所示。

上述结果表明,本发明制备得到的祛痘控油护肤组合物能够有效达到祛痘控油的效果。与实施例3相比,对比例1未添加有植物提取物、对比例3复合水杨酸替换成单纯的水杨酸组分、对比例4中的复合水杨酸的制备方法不相同,导致测试的结果影响较大,使得抑菌、祛痘控油效果较差,对比例5的原料配方组分配比不相同,也会对抑菌、祛痘控油效果造成造成影响。与实施例1相比,对比例2的植物提取物的配方组分不相同,使得抑菌以及祛痘控油效果均有所降低。本发明的原料配方科学合理,能够起到增效作用,能够有效达到抗菌消炎作用,同时能够达到有效祛痘控油的效果,有利于皮肤的恢复。

1.一种祛痘控油的护肤组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:植物提取物30~45份、药用层孔菌提取物6~12份、橄榄油8~10份、烟酰胺12~18份、复合水杨酸7~10份、季铵盐-73 5~10份、PCA锌3~7份、蜂王浆提取物1~3份、10-羟基癸酸4~7份、1,10-癸二醇3~5份;所述植物提取物包括积雪草提取物、黄芩根提取物、丹参提取物、波尔多树叶提取物中的一种或两种以上的组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的祛痘控油的护肤组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:植物提取物30份、药用层孔菌提取物12份、橄榄油8份、烟酰胺12份、复合水杨酸9份、季铵盐-73 10份、PCA锌7份、蜂王浆提取物2份、10-羟基癸酸4份、1,10-癸二醇3份。
3.根据权利要求1或2任一所述的祛痘控油的护肤组合物,其特征在于,所述植物提取物包括以下重量份的原料:积雪草提取物12~16份、黄芩根提取物8~12份、丹参提取物8~14份、波尔多树叶提取物16~20份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的祛痘控油的护肤组合物,其特征在于,所述植物提取物的制备方法包括:将植物提取物重量的5~8%的PEG-40氢化蓖麻油加入植物提取物中,然后在温度为30~40℃、功率为120~200W、搅拌转速为200~300r/min进行超声混合得到。
5.根据权利要求1所述的祛痘控油的护肤组合物,其特征在于,所述复合水杨酸包括以下百分比的原料:水杨酸12~18%、乳糖酸20~30%、聚乙二醇6~12%、甜菜碱6~10%、透明质酸钠交联聚合物20~35%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的祛痘控油的护肤组合物,其特征在于,所述复合水杨酸的制备方法为:取水杨酸质量的30~60%的纯化水,将聚乙二醇加入水中进行搅拌,加入透明质酸钠交联聚合物进行超声搅拌,再加入水杨酸、乳糖酸超声搅拌,最后加入甜菜碱进行强力超声搅拌,即得到复合水杨酸。
7.根据权利要求1所述的祛痘控油的护肤组合物,其特征在于,所述超声搅拌功率为200~300W、搅拌转速为100~200r/min、时间为10~18min;所述强力超声搅拌功率为500~600W、搅拌转速为500~600r/min、时间为8~12min。
8.权利要求1-7任一所述的祛痘控油的护肤组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将植物提取物加入水中,再加入药用层孔菌提取物进行搅拌混合,然后加入烟酰胺、复合水杨酸再次搅拌混合,得到混合料Ⅰ;
步骤二、将橄榄油、蜂王浆提取物、季铵盐-73、PCA锌、10-羟基癸酸、1,10-癸二醇与甘油硬脂酸酯搅拌混合得到混合料Ⅱ,然后再加入上述步骤一的混合料Ⅰ搅拌混合,即得到祛痘控油的护肤组合物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的祛痘控油的护肤组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水的重量为植物提取物的20~30%;所述甘油硬脂酸酯的重量为混合料Ⅱ重量的4~8%。
10.根据权利要求8所述的祛痘控油的护肤组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤一中,所述搅拌混合温度为25~40℃、转速为300~400r/min、时间为5~10min;步骤二中,所述搅拌混合温度为25~40℃、转速为500~700r/min、时间为4~8min。
