Abstract
本发明公开了一种皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜，其包括下述原料：水、甘油、蜂蜡、霍霍巴籽油、番红花、雪莲花、白芨根、红没药醇、当归、山银花、薄荷、野杏仁油PEG‑6酯类、角鲨烷、丁二醇、氢化聚葵烯、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯、黄原胶、乳化剂。本发明的有益效果为：本发明属于中药类配方衍生的皮肤外用类产品，所含各原料进行优化配比，发挥协同作用，能使肌肤彻底排除毒素、促进血液循环，针对激素依赖性皮炎、痤疮、粉刺、过敏等肌肤问题具有很好的疗效、且治愈后不复发，不会产生药物依赖性和任何毒副作用，除此以外，本发明还能有效修复皮肤屏障，美白、滋润皮肤，长期使用，能够使皮肤白皙透亮、细腻柔软。

本发明涉及化妆品技术领域，具体涉及一种皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
痤疮，俗称青春痘、粉刺、暗疮，是皮肤科常见病，是一种发生于毛囊及皮脂腺的慢性炎症性皮肤疾病。据统计，在青春期约有85％的人患过不同程度的痤疮，痤疮产生的疤痕会严重影响患者的容貌，更进一步对其心理产生不良影响。
现有技术针对痤疮的治疗方法，主要有使用激素疗法、消炎药或弱酸腐蚀等方法，但这些方法大多会产生副作用，不可长期大剂量使用，且肌肤问题不能根除，易复发；长期使用会使皮肤出现不适感，如红肿、干燥。
中国专利CN 105687037 B公开了一种中药祛痘面膜。所述面膜包括下述重量份的原料及药用辅料：黄芩5-25份、黄连2-15份、丹参5-20份、丹皮5-20份、当归3-18份、赤芍4-20份、茯苓1-8份、绿豆10-40份、药用辅料25-60份、水200-300份，虽该发明所述中药祛痘面膜可有效用于祛痘消痘等多种功效，但是该发明所述中药祛痘面膜稳定性较差，保质期比较短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜及其制备方法，所述皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜可有效去痘、消痘，对痘痘肌肤、激素脸、过敏等炎症肌肤有很好的修复功效，同时修复皮肤屏障，美白、嫩化皮肤,本发明稳定性好、保质期长，制备方法简单，质量稳定可控。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜，包括下述重量份的原料：水30-40份、甘油3-4份、蜂蜡0.3-0.6份、霍霍巴籽油5-6份、番红花5-15份、雪莲花3-8份、白芨根3-8份、红没药醇1-3份、当归2-4份、山银花2-4份、薄荷0.8-1.2份、野杏仁油PEG-6酯类、角鲨烷2-4份、丁二醇1-2份、氢化聚葵烯0.3-0.5份、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯0.8-1.2份、羟苯甲酯1-2份、羟苯丙酯0.3-0.5份、黄原胶0.3-0.6份、乳化剂1-3份。
甘油为无色、无臭的有机物，可与水以任何比例混合，可做润滑油对皮肤进行滋润。
蜂蜡又称黄蜡、蜜蜡，味甘、性微温，是由蜂群内适龄工蜂腹部的4对蜡腺分泌出来的一种脂肪性物质，主要含有酸类、游离脂肪酸、游离脂肪醇和碳水化合物，此外还含有类胡罗卜素、维生素A、芳香物质等。具有收涩、生肌、止痛、调理的作用，常用来治疗溃疡、臁疮糜烂、创伤、烧伤、烫伤等。
霍霍巴籽油一般指荷荷芭油，具有良好的渗透性，还具有耐高温的特质，是很好的滋润及保湿油，可以维护皮肤水分，预防皱纹及软化皮肤，适合成熟及老化皮肤，常用于脸部、身体按摩。
番红花又称藏红花、西红花，是一种鸢尾科番红花属的多年生花卉，也是一种常见的香料。有镇静、祛痰、解痉作用。作为一种优选的实施方案，本发明所用番红花产地为伊朗霍拉桑省。
雪莲花属菊科多年生草本植物，微苦，具有通经活血、散寒除湿、止血消肿、排体内毒素的功效，常用来治疗头部创伤、妇科病、类风湿关节炎、高山反应，外敷消肿等。作为一种优选的实施方案，本发明所用雪莲花产地为新疆。
白芨根是平性药品，具有使肌肤滑嫩、生肌止痛的功效。作为一种优选的实施方案，本发明所用白芨根产地为四川。
红没药醇是存在于春黄菊花中的一种成分，具有很好的消炎作用。
当归属伞形科植物，味甘、性温，具有补血、活血、调经止痛、润燥滑肠的功能，常用来治疗月经不调、虚寒腹痛、肌肤麻木、肠燥便难，跌打损伤等。作为一种优选的实施方案，本发明所用当归产地为甘肃。
山银花，气清香、味微苦，主要成分为绿原酸、木犀草苷等，具有清热解毒、疏散风热的功效。作为一种优选的实施方案，本发明所用山银花产地为湖南。
薄荷在医药上用作刺激药，作用于皮肤或粘膜，有清凉止痒、消炎的作用，可促进血液循环、消肿等。作为一种优选的实施方案，本发明所用薄荷产地为江苏。
野杏仁油PEG-6酯类属于衍生物，能够滋润皮肤、养颜美容、可以软化肌肤、能够增加组分的溶解、降低表面界面张力、提高产品的稳定性。
角鲨烷是从深海鲨鱼肝脏中提取的角鲨烯经氢化制得一种烃类油脂，是少有的化学稳定性高，使用感极佳的动物油脂，对皮肤有较好的亲和性，具有较低的极性和中等的辅展性。
氢化聚葵烯是聚合的阿尔法烯烃，氢化后分馏出分子量分布不同的成分，因而产生不同的黏度，该产品在化妆品行业作为合成润滑油脂能满足化妆品工业配方师的各种需要，这些润肤剂结合了配方师所寻求达到的各种理想效果为一体，是稳定有效的，具有高度的滋润型和保湿性。
辛酸癸酸甘油三酯是由辛酸/癸酸和甘油酯化而成的高纯度油脂，是一种优秀的滋润油脂，具有良好的辅展性，使皮肤具有滑而不腻的感觉，容易被皮肤吸收，对化妆品的均匀细腻起到很好的作用，使皮肤润滑有光泽。
羟苯甲酯又称对羟基苯甲酸甲酯，为白色结晶粉末或无色结晶，易溶于醇、醚和丙酮，可与化妆品中存在的各种组分相互配伍。
羟苯丙酯。白色结晶，溶于乙醇、乙醚、丙酮等有机溶剂，微溶于水，主要用作食品、化妆品、医药的杀菌防腐剂、也用于饲料防腐剂。
黄原胶又名汉生胶，是由野油菜黄单胞杆菌以碳水化合物为主要原料经发酵工程生产的一种作用广泛的微生物胞外多糖，它具有独特的流变性、良好的水溶性，对热及酸碱的稳定性，与多种盐类有很好的相容性，可作为增稠剂、悬浮剂、乳化剂、稳定剂使用。
作为一种优选的实施方案，本发明所述皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜包括下述重量份的原料：水32-38份、甘油3-4份、蜂蜡0.4-0.5份、霍霍巴籽油5-6份、番红花8-12份、雪莲花4-6份、白芨根4-6份、红没药醇1-2份、当归2-3份、山银花2-3份、薄荷0.9-1.1份、野杏仁油PEG-6酯类1-2份、角鲨烷2-3份、丁二醇1-2份、氢化聚葵烯0.3-0.4份、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯0.9-1.1份、羟苯甲酯1-2份、羟苯丙酯0.3-0.4份、黄原胶0.4-0.5份、乳化剂1-2份。
作为一种优选的实施方案，本发明所述皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜包括下述重量份的原料：水35份、甘油3份、蜂蜡0.5份、霍霍巴籽油5份、番红花10份、雪莲花5份、白芨根5份、红没药醇2份、当归3份、山银花3份、薄荷1份、野杏仁油PEG-6酯类2份、角鲨烷3份、丁二醇2份、氢化聚葵烯0.4份、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯1份、羟苯甲酯2份、羟苯丙酯0.4份、黄原胶0.5份、乳化剂2份。
作为一种优选的实施方案，所述乳化剂为非离子型乳化剂，优选地，所述乳化剂为乳化剂72/721非离子乳化剂对；更优选地，乳化剂72和乳化剂721的重量比为1：3-2：3。
本申请还提供一种皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)分别制备番红花提取物、雪莲花提取物、白芨根提取物、当归提取物、山银花提取物、薄荷提取物；
(2)将甘油、黄原胶、红没药醇和丁二醇加入水中，加热混合搅拌均匀，得水相；
(3)将蜂蜡、霍霍巴籽油、野杏仁油PEG-6酯类、角鲨烷、氢化聚葵烯、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯、乳化剂，加热混合搅拌均匀，得油相；
(4)将步骤(2)所得水相和步骤(3)所得油相混合均匀，进行均质处理得基质，向降温后的基质中加入步骤(1)所得提取物，混合搅拌均匀，得所述皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜。
作为一种优选的实施方案，步骤(1)中，各原料提取物的制备方法为：
a、将各原料分别用水浸泡，待浸泡结束过滤得各原料水液，将浸泡后的各原料分别用乙醇回流提取，待提取结束，过滤得各原料滤液；
b、分别浓缩各原料水液、各原料滤液，并将浓缩产物相对应混合均匀，得各原料提取物。
进一步优选的，步骤a中，各原料与浸泡用水的重量比均为1：10-15，浸泡时间均为6-8h。
进一步优选的，步骤a中，各原料用乙醇回流提取的时间为12-16h。
作为一种优选的实施方案，步骤(2)中，加热的温度为85-90℃，在此温度下搅拌的时间为8-12h。
作为一种优选的实施方案，步骤(3)中，加热的温度为85-90℃，在此温度下搅拌的时间为12-16h。
作为一种优选的实施方案，步骤(4)中，待基质温度小于40℃时，再向基质中加入步骤(1)所得提取物。
相对于现有技术，本发明的有益效果为：
1、本发明所述皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜属于中药类配方衍生的皮肤外用类产品，所含各原料进行优化配比，发挥协同作用，能使肌肤彻底排除毒素、促进血液循环，针对激素依赖性皮炎、痤疮、粉刺、过敏等肌肤问题具有很好的疗效、且治愈后不复发，不会产生药物依赖性和任何毒副作用。
2、本发明所述皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜在治疗皮肤炎症问题的同时，还能有效修复皮肤屏障，美白、滋润皮肤，长期使用，能够使皮肤白皙透亮、细腻柔软，因而本发明具有治疗和美容的双重效果。
3、本发明所述皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜长期使用不会产生药物依赖性，且使用方便，直接涂于面部即可。

实验例
一、本发明皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜的抑菌效果研究
1.1测试方法
从青春痘患者皮肤处分离得到痤疮丙酸杆菌20株；
将痤疮患者皮损处严格消毒，无菌针头刺破皮损处皮肤，用灭菌后的痤疮针挤压出痤疮内容物，使用一次性接种环分区划线接种于布氏培养板中，使用气袋法，接种后将平板立即放入厌氧产气袋中置于35℃恒温CO2培养箱中培养48h，接种同时取部分痤疮内容物涂片，革兰氏染色后镜检；
同时转两个平板，一个继续厌氧培养，另一个需氧培养，48小时后观察结果；
需氧条件下，细菌无生长，取出经厌氧培养48h的平板，挑选出单个灰白色、圆形不透明的细小菌落，革兰氏染色后镜检，镜下见细菌呈棒状，直或微弯，排列呈X、Y、V及栅状；又经耐氧实验、触酶试验、吲哚实验、生化系列实验鉴定为痤疮丙酸杆菌；
菌株接种：挑选上述培养的菌落中的1个菌落接种于LB平板培养基上，37℃需氧培养24h，将需氧培养24h痤疮丙酸杆菌用无菌生理盐水冲洗，冲洗液放入无菌试管中，采用麦氏比浊法比浊，先比浊至3×108/mL，再用生理盐水稀释至106/mL；
LB培养基接种：将灭菌的棉球蘸取菌液，在LB平板上均匀涂布，并沿平皿边缘环扫一圈，盖后平皿，干燥，将无菌钢杯轻放于平板培养基上；
1.2获取实施例1-5和对比例1-6所述皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜；
1.3分别向11个上述平板培养基上加入实施例1-5和对比例1-6的皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜，放入37℃需氧培养24h见有抑菌圈形成，测抑菌圈的直径，结果如表1所示。根据相应抗生素标准，中药抗菌药敏等级划分，抑菌圈直径>20mm为高敏，10～20为中敏，<10mm为耐药。

二、本发明皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜的祛痘效果研究
2.1选取轻、中度面部寻常青春痘(参考PillSburv及国际改良痤疮粉剂法诊断中轻度痤疮者)志愿者共330名，其中男170名，女160人；年龄在17～35岁之间，平均年龄28.3岁；病程2周～4周，平均3.5年，在试验前2周，未使用糖皮质类激素、维A酸类和抗生素类药物。
2.2将上述330名志愿者随机分为11组，每组30人，分别为实施例1-5和对比例1-6，实施例1-5分别使用本申请实施例1-5所述皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜，对比例1-6分别使用对比例1-6所述皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜。受试者每日晚间以温水清洁面部后，外敷对应样品1次，连续使用1周。在使用前以及使用后，分别对受试者面部炎性损害总数(炎性丘疹和脓包总和)、非炎性损害总和(白头粉刺和黑头粉刺的总和)计数，同时详细记录使用后的不良反应；结果如表2所述：
评价标准：
基愈：疗效指数≥90％；
显效：60％≤疗效指数＜90％；
有效：20％≤疗效指数＜60％；
无效：疗效指数＜20％。

2.根据权利要求1所述皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜，其特征在于，包括下述重量份的原料：水32-38份、甘油3-4份、蜂蜡0.4-0.5份、霍霍巴籽油5-6份、番红花8-12份、雪莲花4-6份、白芨根4-6份、红没药醇1-2份、当归2-3份、山银花2-3份、薄荷0.9-1.1份、野杏仁油PEG-6酯类1-2份、角鲨烷2-3份、丁二醇1-2份、氢化聚葵烯0.3-0.4份、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯0.9-1.1份、羟苯甲酯1-2份、羟苯丙酯0.3-0.4份、黄原胶0.4-0.5份、乳化剂1-2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜，其特征在于，包括下述重量份的原料：水35份、甘油3份、蜂蜡0.5份、霍霍巴籽油5份、番红花10份、雪莲花5份、白芨根5份、红没药醇2份、当归3份、山银花3份、薄荷1份、野杏仁油PEG-6酯类2份、角鲨烷3份、丁二醇2份、氢化聚葵烯0.4份、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯1份、羟苯甲酯2份、羟苯丙酯0.4份、黄原胶0.5份、乳化剂2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜，其特征在于，所述乳化剂为非离子型乳化剂，优选地，所述乳化剂为乳化剂72/721非离子乳化剂对；更优选地，乳化剂72和乳化剂721的重量比为1：3-2：3。
5.权利要求1-4之一所述皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)分别制备番红花提取物、雪莲花提取物、白芨根提取物、当归提取物、山银花提取物、薄荷提取物；
(2)将甘油、黄原胶、红没药醇和丁二醇加入水中，加热混合搅拌均匀，得水相；
(3)将蜂蜡、霍霍巴籽油、野杏仁油PEG-6酯类、角鲨烷、氢化聚葵烯、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯、乳化剂，加热混合搅拌均匀，得油相；
(4)将步骤(2)所得水相和步骤(3)所得油相混合均匀，进行均质处理得基质，向降温后的基质中加入步骤(1)所得提取物，混合搅拌均匀，得所述皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤(1)中，各原料提取物的制备方法为：
a、将各原料分别用水浸泡，待浸泡结束过滤得各原料水液，将浸泡后的各原料分别用乙醇回流提取，待提取结束，过滤得各原料滤液；
b、分别浓缩各原料水液、各原料滤液，并将浓缩产物相对应混合均匀，得各原料提取物。
7.根据权利要求6所述皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤a中，各原料与浸泡用水的重量比均为1：10-15，浸泡时间均为6-8h；步骤a中，各原料用乙醇回流提取的时间为12-16h。
8.根据权利要求5所述皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤(2)中，加热的温度为85-90℃，在此温度下搅拌的时间为8-12h。
9.根据权利要求5所述皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤(3)中，加热的温度为85-90℃，在此温度下搅拌的时间为12-16h。
10.根据权利要求5所述皮肤修复、美白祛痘面膜的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤(4)中，待基质温度小于40℃时，再向基质中加入步骤(1)所得提取物。
