When the plug connector 400 moves to the interface position of the battery body 1, due to the elastic contact between the plug connector 400 and the battery body 1 in the previous moving process, when the plug connector 400 is aligned with the interface position, the plug connector 400 automatically stretches into the interface, and as the gas continuously enters the cavity 331, the plug connector 400 automatically plugs, and it is worth noting that in the detection system, the height of the horizontal member 310 which needs to rise can be determined before use, so that the automatic driving stop can be accurately controlled when the plug connector 400 moves to the interface position of the battery body 1.
Specifically, when the plug connector 400 extends out from the cavity 331 along with the continuous gas entering the cavity 331, the annular bag 340 arranged on the outer wall of the plug connector 400 can be compressed due to the blocking effect of the clamping ring to the annular bag 340, in the process, the annular bag 340 can be compressed, and then the gas inside the plug connector can enter the placing groove 401 formed in the plug connector 400 through the communicating pipe 341, and then the plug member 500 movably connected in the placing groove 401 is driven to extend out from the placing groove 401, so that the plug connector is connected with an interface on the battery body 1, the stable connection between the battery body 1 and an external detection mechanism is realized, and in order to better understand the specific connection mode, the groove wall of the placing groove 401 and the plug connector 400 are made of an electrifying material, no matter where the plug member 500 is in the placing groove 401, the plug connector can be kept in contact with the electrifying material, and further the stable electric connection with the external detection mechanism is realized.
In this case, the charging and discharging detection of the same type of battery body 1 are synchronous, so as to be convenient for comparing the exothermic processes of the battery body 1 in two working states, whether there is a difference, so as to facilitate the subsequent better improvement or remind the user of the problem that the two working states need to be noted, and the present invention further comprises a mounting rack 120 fixedly connected to the top surface of the rack body 100 and located between the middle parts of the two placing racks 210; the two sides of the mounting frame 120 are respectively provided with a bag body 130, the bag body 130 is filled with liquid which expands when encountering heat, and transparent pipe fittings 131 which are respectively communicated with the inside of the bag body 130 are respectively and fixedly arranged on the upper part of the mounting frame 120; the middle part of the mounting frame 120 is made of heat insulation material, and is used for avoiding heat exchange between the two bag bodies 130, and further comprises a comparison unit, wherein the comparison unit is used for comparing whether the liquid level in the transparent pipe fitting 131 exceeds a threshold value, and if the liquid level exceeds the threshold value, the power supply of the external detection mechanism is disconnected, and the detection is stopped; including setting up the liquid level sensor on transparent pipe fitting 131, specifically, through setting up the bag body 130 between two battery body 1 middle parts, when battery body 1 can be discharged by the charge, its temperature all can rise, through the rise of temperature, it can make the liquid that is in the bag body 130 and expands when encountering thermal expansion, as an embodiment, this liquid can be mercury, through observing the surface of the liquid level in transparent pipe fitting 131, can be provided with the scale on the outside of transparent pipe fitting 131, observe the scale and directly obtain the vertical of temperature, or detect the change of liquid level through the liquid level sensor who sets up in this system, utilize outside data to contrast and obtain the temperature value, simultaneously also can straight tube observe the liquid level of two transparent pipe fitting 131, obtain charging and in which link of discharging, the temperature is higher, and then be convenient for better guide user's use, and provide corresponding parameter for the improvement of follow-up battery body 1.
