s4, the smoke detector 17 monitors the internal environment of the shell 1 in real time, when the lithium ion battery pack is in a fire due to short circuit, the smoke detector 17 transmits signals to the controller 23, the controller 23 controls the electric control valve 24 to be opened, and dry powder in the dry powder high-pressure storage tank 3 is sprayed out from the fire extinguishing cover 25 through the connecting pipe to extinguish the fire in the shell 1.

The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, firstly, a user places a lithium ion battery pack body 33 on an installation frame 32, when the lithium ion battery pack body 33 is placed above the installation frame 32, the connecting plate 31 is driven by gravity to move downwards to push a connecting rod 29, so that a sliding block 27 moves on a sliding rod 26 to extrude connecting springs 28 at two sides, the connecting springs 28 buffer impact force, impact shaking of the lithium ion battery pack body 33 is reduced, the positive and negative poles of the lithium ion battery pack body 33 are respectively connected with a wire inlet end 35 and a wire outlet end 36, a locking column 21 is pressed, the locking column 21 moves on the inner side of a sliding groove I20 to extrude a return spring 22, the return spring 22 clamps a cover plate 2 on the top of a shell 1, the locking column 21 clamps on the inner side of a locking hole 11 due to self elasticity to realize stable connection between the cover plate 2 and the shell 1, and a rotating wheel 38 is rotated according to the use length of a connecting wire 40, the rotating wheel 38 drives the rotating roller 39 to rotate to unreel the connecting wire 40, the connecting wire 40 penetrates through the inner side of the clamping frame 7, the adjusting stud 45 is rotated to enable the fastening frame 46 to be screwed inwards to be matched with the soft cushion 44 to clamp the connecting wire 40, the fastening pad 48 is contacted with the connecting wire 40 to enable the fastening pad 48 to move on the inner side of the moving groove 47 to extrude the compression spring 49, the installation stability is improved, meanwhile, damage to the outer surface of the connecting wire 40 is reduced, the connector 41 is connected with power equipment, the leakage protector 34 detects the circuit condition in the charging and discharging processes of the lithium ion battery pack, when the leakage phenomenon caused by abnormal voltage is detected, the leakage protector 34 works to disconnect a circuit, an electric signal is transmitted to the control panel 9, the control panel 9 controls the warning lamp 10 to light up to warn users, the smoke detector 17 monitors the internal environment of the shell 1 in real time, when the lithium ion battery pack is in a fire due to short circuit, the smoke detector 17 transmits a signal to the controller 23, the controller 23 controls the electric control valve 24 to be opened, and dry powder in the dry powder high-pressure storage tank 3 is sprayed out of the fire extinguishing cover 25 through the connecting pipe to extinguish the fire in the shell 1.
