本申请涉及一种墙布及其制备方法,属于墙布技术领域。
背景技术
墙布是现代室内装饰材料的重要组成部分,是室内墙体表面的主要装饰装修材料之一;随着人们生活水平的提高,对室内家居环境越来越重视,因此对墙布的要求也越来越多样化。
传统墙布材质大多为棉麻纤维布料,其隔热性能较差,导致室内空间的能量容易穿过墙布进入外界环境,损失较大,并且其在高湿、温差大的环境中容易发生霉变,影响美观;此外,近几年随着消费者防火意识的增强,对墙布等装饰材料的防火要求越来越高,而传统墙布在家庭或工业装修使用过程中存在阻燃效果低的弊端。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,提供了一种墙布及其制备方法,该墙布兼具优异的阻燃性能、保温性能和抗菌性能,适用性广,满足了消费者多样化的需求。
本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种墙布,包括基布层和底布层,所述基布层远离所述底布层的一面复合有墨水层,所述底布层远离所述基布层的一面复合有静电植绒层,所述基布层与所述底布层之间依次复合有粘结层和保温层。
可选地,按重量份数计,所述墨水层包括80-150份水性聚氨酯乳液、10-15份纳米二氧化硅、5-10份改性高分子蜡、10-20份玻璃微球、0.2-0.5份消泡剂和50-80份水;
所述静电植绒层包括40-50份水性聚氨酯乳液、5-20份起泡剂、3-5份乳化剂、1-5份抗菌剂、2-3份交联剂、15-30份高岭土、5-10份金红石型钛白粉、20-30份溴锑阻燃剂和50-70份水;
所述粘结层包括100-200份水性聚氨酯乳液、30-50份钛白粉和20-40份水;
所述保温层包括40-50份水性聚氨酯乳液、5-20份起泡剂、3-5份乳化剂、2-3份交联剂、20-30份玻璃微球、5-10份高岭土、5-10份金红石型钛白粉、10-20份溴锑阻燃剂、1-5份抗菌剂和50-70份水。
可选地,改性高分子蜡为水性聚乙烯蜡或水性聚酰胺蜡;
消泡剂为水性有机硅消泡剂或水性聚醚类消泡剂;
起泡剂为硬脂酸铵;
乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠;

根据本申请的另一个方面,提供了一种如上述任意一项所述的墙布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份数计,将40-50份水性聚氨酯乳液、5-20份起泡剂、3-5份乳化剂、1-5份抗菌剂、2-3份交联剂、15-30份高岭土、5-10份金红石型钛白粉、20-30份溴锑阻燃剂和50-70份水混合均匀,并调节pH为8-10,粘度为800-1500cps,发泡倍率为2-4倍,得到静电植绒层涂料;然后将静电植绒层涂料涂布在底布层远离基布层的一面,并植入粘胶纤维,干燥、刷毛后形成静电植绒层;
(2)将40-50份水性聚氨酯乳液、5-20份起泡剂、3-5份乳化剂、2-3份交联剂、20-30份玻璃微球、5-10份高岭土、5-10份金红石型钛白粉、10-20份溴锑阻燃剂、1-5份抗菌剂和50-70份水混合均匀,并调节pH为8-10,粘度为800-1500cps,发泡倍率为4-6倍,得到保温层涂料;然后将保温层涂料涂布在底布层靠近基布层的一面,干燥、压平后形成保温层;
(3)将100-200份水性聚氨酯乳液、30-50份钛白粉和20-40份水混合均匀,并调节pH为8-10,粘度为8000-12000cps,得到粘结层涂料;然后将粘结层涂料涂布在基布层靠近底布层的一面,得到粘结层;随后通过复合辊将保温层与粘结层复合即可;
(4)将80-150份水性聚氨酯乳液、10-15份纳米二氧化硅、5-10份改性高分子蜡、10-20份玻璃微球、0.2-0.5份消泡剂和50-80份水混合均匀,并调节pH为8-10,粘度为5000-7000cps,得到墨水层涂料;然后将墨水层涂料涂布在基布层远离底布层的一面,干燥后形成墨水层,即得墙布。
可选地,所述墨水层涂料的固含量为45±2wt%;
所述静电植绒层涂料的固含量为43±2wt%;
所述保温层涂料的固含量为43±2wt%;
所述粘结层涂料的固含量为55±2wt%。
可选地,步骤(1)中所述粘胶纤维每平方米克重为5-10gsm。
可选地,步骤(1)、步骤(2)和步骤(4)中均采用10节烘箱进行干燥;
步骤(1)中10节烘箱的温度依次设置为50-70℃、70-90℃、90-110℃、110-130℃、140-160℃、140-160℃、140-160℃、140-160℃、110-130℃和70-90℃;
步骤(2)中10节烘箱的温度依次设置为50-70℃、70-90℃、110-130℃、120-140℃、120-140℃、120-140℃、120-140℃、120-140℃、100-120℃和70-90℃;
步骤(4)中10节烘箱的温度依次设置为110-130℃、140-160℃、140-160℃、140-160℃、140-160℃、140-160℃、140-160℃、140-160℃、140-160℃和110-130℃。
可选地,步骤(3)中复合辊由3节直径是1.5m的加热辊构成,3节加热辊的温度依次设置为140-160℃、170-190℃和170-190℃。
可选地,所述静电植绒层涂料的涂布湿量为100-200gsm,涂布车速为25-40m/min;
所述保温层涂料的涂布湿量为200-500gsm,涂布车速为30-40m/min;
所述粘结层涂料的涂布湿量为15-25gsm,涂布车速为10-18m/min;

本申请中,“水性聚氨酯乳液”的Tg值为-40℃~-5℃。
本申请的有益效果包括但不限于:
1.本申请的墙布,具有基布层和底布层,二者材质均为玻璃纤维和/或化纤混纺,从基材端提高了墙布的阻燃性能,墨水层、静电植绒层、粘结层和保温层中的水性聚氨酯能够改善玻璃纤维的脆性和韧性,因此制得的墙布具有优良的耐候性、柔韧性、抗撕裂、抗拉伸和抗剥离强度;通过在静电植绒层和保温层内添加复配阻燃剂,进一步提升了墙布的防火等级。
2.本申请的墙布,通过控制发泡倍率在4-6倍,赋予产品合适的涂层厚度,外加产品的微孔结构,为产品提供良好的保温效果,并通过选用低导热系数的玻璃微球、高岭土、金红石型钛白粉作为填充料,有效降低涂层的导热系数,赋予产品良好的保温效果,夏季可有效阻止室内因墙体热传导造成的空调制冷效果降低,能耗增加,冬季可有效阻止室内因墙体热传导造成的制暖效果的降低,能耗增加。
3.本申请的墙布,通过在静电植绒层和保温层内添加抗菌剂,赋予墙布良好的防霉效果;通过植绒工艺在静电植绒层中植入吸水性粘胶纤维,便于用户后期刷胶使用;通过在基布层远离底布层的一面设置墨水层,增强了墙布的阻燃性能和打印性能,客户可根据自己的需求,定制个性化图案;粘结层的设置便于将基布层和保温层直接相连,使得各层之间不易分离,提高了墙布整体的抗剥离强度;保温层设置在底布层与粘结层之间,有利于保证墙布的保温效果;静电植绒层和墨水层分别设置在墙布的正反两面,方便静电植绒层与墙体相连,同时有利于将墨水层展示出来,提高观赏性。
4.本申请的墙布的制备方法,静电植绒层和保温层均采用3mm弯钩型刮刀涂布,有效增加了涂层对底布层的附着力;通过调整涂布湿量和抗菌剂的份数,从而有效控制墙布的柔软度和防霉等级;通过调节发泡倍率和低导热系数填料的份数,控制涂层的厚度和微孔结构,从而对产品的保温效果进行调控;该墙布的制备方法简单,操作方便,可用于大规模生产。

实施例1
一种墙布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份数计,将50份水性聚氨酯乳液、20份硬脂酸铵、3份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、1份银离子抗菌剂、3份聚碳化二亚胺、30份高岭土、5份金红石型钛白粉、20份十溴二苯乙烷与三氧化锑的混合物和50份水混合均匀,并调节pH为9,粘度为800cps,发泡倍率为4倍,得到固含量为45wt%的静电植绒层涂料;然后采用3mm弯钩型刮刀间隙涂布方式将静电植绒层涂料涂布在底布层远离基布层的一面,涂布车速为40m/min,涂布湿量为100gsm,并通过静电植绒箱植入10gsm粘胶纤维,经过10节温度依次为60℃、80℃、100℃、120℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、120℃和80℃的烘箱干燥固化,刷毛处理后形成厚度为200μm的静电植绒层;
(2)将50份水性聚氨酯乳液、20份硬脂酸铵、3份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、3份聚碳化二亚胺、20份玻璃微球、10份高岭土、5份金红石型钛白粉、10份十溴二苯乙烷与三氧化锑的混合物、2份银离子抗菌剂和50份水混合均匀,并调节pH为9,粘度为800cps,发泡倍率为6倍,得到固含量为45wt%的保温层涂料;然后采用3mm弯钩型刮刀间隙涂布方式将保温层涂料涂布在底布层靠近基布层的一面,涂布车速为40m/min,涂布湿量为200gsm,经过10节温度依次为120℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃和120℃的烘箱干燥固化,压平处理后形成厚度为300μm的保温层;
(3)将100份水性聚氨酯乳液、30份钛白粉和20份水混合均匀,并调节pH为9,粘度为8000cps,得到固含量为57wt%的粘结层涂料;然后采用网纹辊涂布方式将粘结层涂料涂布在基布层靠近底布层的一面,涂布车速为18m/min,涂布湿量为15gsm,得到厚度为20μm的粘结层;随后通过3节直径是1.5m的加热辊将保温层与粘结层复合在一起,3节加热辊的温度依次为150℃、180℃和180℃;
(4)将80份水性聚氨酯乳液、10份纳米二氧化硅、5份水性聚乙烯蜡、10份玻璃微球、0.2份水性有机硅消泡剂和50份水混合均匀,并调节pH为9,粘度为5000cps,得到固含量为43wt%的墨水层涂料;然后采用1mm尖刀底板刮刀涂布方式将墨水层涂料涂布在基布层远离底布层的一面,涂布车速50m/min,涂布湿量100gsm,经过10节温度依次为120℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃和120℃的烘箱干燥固化,形成厚度为20μm的墨水层,即得墙布;
其中基布层和底布层的材质均由质量比是1:1的玻璃纤维和化纤混纺组成,且二者规格均为300D×300D。
实施例2
一种墙布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

(2)将50份水性聚氨酯乳液、20份硬脂酸铵、3份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、3份聚异氰酸酯、20份玻璃微球、10份高岭土、5份金红石型钛白粉、10份十溴二苯乙烷与三氧化锑的混合物、2份有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂和50份水混合均匀,并调节pH为9,粘度为1000cps,发泡倍率为5.5倍,得到固含量为44wt%的保温层涂料;然后采用3mm弯钩型刮刀间隙涂布方式将保温层涂料涂布在底布层靠近基布层的一面,涂布车速为38m/min,涂布湿量为300gsm,经过10节温度依次为120℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃和120℃的烘箱干燥固化,压平处理后形成厚度为450μm的保温层;
(3)将140份水性聚氨酯乳液、28份钛白粉和36份水混合均匀,并调节pH为9,粘度为9000cps,得到固含量为56wt%的粘结层涂料;然后采用网纹辊涂布方式将粘结层涂料涂布在基布层靠近底布层的一面,涂布车速为16m/min,涂布湿量为18gsm,得到厚度为22μm的粘结层;随后通过3节直径是1.5m的加热辊将保温层与粘结层复合在一起,3节加热辊的温度依次为150℃、180℃和180℃;
(4)将80份水性聚氨酯乳液、10份纳米二氧化硅、5份水性聚酰胺蜡、10份玻璃微球、0.2份水性聚醚类消泡剂和50份水混合均匀,并调节pH为9,粘度为5000cps,得到固含量为43wt%的墨水层涂料;然后采用1mm尖刀底板刮刀涂布方式将墨水层涂料涂布在基布层远离底布层的一面,涂布车速50m/min,涂布湿量120gsm,经过10节温度依次为120℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃和120℃的烘箱干燥固化,形成厚度为22μm的墨水层,即得墙布;
其中基布层和底布层的材质均由质量比是3:2的玻璃纤维和化纤混纺组成,且二者规格均为300D×500D。
实施例3
一种墙布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份数计,将50份水性聚氨酯乳液、20份硬脂酸铵、5份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、1份银离子抗菌剂、3份聚碳化二亚胺、30份高岭土、5份金红石型钛白粉、20份十溴二苯乙烷与三氧化锑的混合物和50份水混合均匀,并调节pH为9,粘度为1200cps,发泡倍率为4倍,得到固含量为42wt%的静电植绒层涂料;然后采用3mm弯钩型刮刀间隙涂布方式将静电植绒层涂料涂布在底布层远离基布层的一面,涂布车速为35m/min,涂布湿量为140gsm,并通过静电植绒箱植入8gsm粘胶纤维,经过10节温度依次为60℃、80℃、100℃、120℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、120℃和80℃的烘箱干燥固化,刷毛处理后形成厚度为300μm的静电植绒层;
(2)将50份水性聚氨酯乳液、20份硬脂酸铵、3份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、3份聚碳化二亚胺、20份玻璃微球、10份高岭土、5份金红石型钛白粉、10份十溴二苯乙烷与三氧化锑的混合物、2份银离子抗菌剂和50份水混合均匀,并调节pH为9,粘度为1200cps,发泡倍率为5倍,得到固含量为42wt%的保温层涂料;然后采用3mm弯钩型刮刀间隙涂布方式将保温层涂料涂布在底布层靠近基布层的一面,涂布车速为35m/min,涂布湿量为380gsm,经过10节温度依次为120℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃和120℃的烘箱干燥固化,压平处理后形成厚度为600μm的保温层;
(3)将160份水性聚氨酯乳液、40份钛白粉和32份水混合均匀,并调节pH为9,粘度为10000cps,得到固含量为54wt%的粘结层涂料;然后采用网纹辊涂布方式将粘结层涂料涂布在基布层靠近底布层的一面,涂布车速为14m/min,涂布湿量为20gsm,得到厚度为25μm的粘结层;随后通过3节直径是1.5m的加热辊将保温层与粘结层复合在一起,3节加热辊的温度依次为150℃、180℃和180℃;
(4)将80份水性聚氨酯乳液、10份纳米二氧化硅、5份水性聚乙烯蜡、10份玻璃微球、0.2份水性有机硅消泡剂和50份水混合均匀,并调节pH为9,粘度为6000cps,得到固含量为43wt%的墨水层涂料;然后采用1mm尖刀底板刮刀涂布方式将墨水层涂料涂布在基布层远离底布层的一面,涂布车速40m/min,涂布湿量160gsm,经过10节温度依次为120℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃和120℃的烘箱干燥固化,形成厚度为26μm的墨水层,即得墙布;
其中基布层和底布层的材质均由质量比是3:2的玻璃纤维和化纤混纺组成,且二者规格均为600D×600D。
实施例4
一种墙布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份数计,将50份水性聚氨酯乳液、20份硬脂酸铵、5份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、1份有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂、3份聚异氰酸酯、30份高岭土、5份金红石型钛白粉、20份十溴二苯乙烷与三氧化锑的混合物和50份水混合均匀,并调节pH为9,粘度为1200cps,发泡倍率为4倍,得到固含量为41wt%的静电植绒层涂料;然后采用3mm弯钩型刮刀间隙涂布方式将静电植绒层涂料涂布在底布层远离基布层的一面,涂布车速为30m/min,涂布湿量为180gsm,并通过静电植绒箱植入8gsm粘胶纤维,经过10节温度依次为60℃、80℃、100℃、120℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、120℃和80℃的烘箱干燥固化,刷毛处理后形成厚度为430μm的静电植绒层;
(2)将50份水性聚氨酯乳液、20份硬脂酸铵、3份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、3份聚异氰酸酯、20份玻璃微球、10份高岭土、5份金红石型钛白粉、10份十溴二苯乙烷与三氧化锑的混合物、2份有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂和50份水混合均匀,并调节pH为9,粘度为1200cps,发泡倍率为4.5倍,得到固含量为41wt%的保温层涂料;然后采用3mm弯钩型刮刀间隙涂布方式将保温层涂料涂布在底布层靠近基布层的一面,涂布车速为33m/min,涂布湿量为420gsm,经过10节温度依次为120℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃和120℃的烘箱干燥固化,压平处理后形成厚度为700μm的保温层;
(3)将180份水性聚氨酯乳液、36份钛白粉和45份水混合均匀,并调节pH为9,粘度为11000cps,得到固含量为53wt%的粘结层涂料;然后采用网纹辊涂布方式将粘结层涂料涂布在基布层靠近底布层的一面,涂布车速为12m/min,涂布湿量为23gsm,得到厚度为27μm的粘结层;随后通过3节直径是1.5m的加热辊将保温层与粘结层复合在一起,3节加热辊的温度依次为150℃、180℃和180℃;
(4)将80份水性聚氨酯乳液、10份纳米二氧化硅、5份水性聚酰胺蜡、10份玻璃微球、0.2份水性聚醚类消泡剂和50份水混合均匀,并调节pH为9,粘度为6000cps,得到固含量为43wt%的墨水层涂料;然后采用1mm尖刀底板刮刀涂布方式将墨水层涂料涂布在基布层远离底布层的一面,涂布车速35m/min,涂布湿量180gsm,经过10节温度依次为120℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃和120℃的烘箱干燥固化,形成厚度为28μm的墨水层,即得墙布;
其中基布层和底布层的材质均为玻璃纤维,且二者规格均为300D×500D。
实施例5
一种墙布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份数计,将50份水性聚氨酯乳液、20份硬脂酸铵、5份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、1份银离子抗菌剂、3份聚碳化二亚胺、30份高岭土、5份金红石型钛白粉、20份十溴二苯乙烷与三氧化锑的混合物和50份水混合均匀,并调节pH为9,粘度为1500cps,发泡倍率为2倍,得到固含量为43wt%的静电植绒层涂料;然后采用3mm弯钩型刮刀间隙涂布方式将静电植绒层涂料涂布在底布层远离基布层的一面,涂布车速为25m/min,涂布湿量为200gsm,并通过静电植绒箱植入5gsm粘胶纤维,经过10节温度依次为60℃、80℃、100℃、120℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、120℃和80℃的烘箱干燥固化,刷毛处理后形成厚度为500μm的静电植绒层;
(2)将50份水性聚氨酯乳液、20份硬脂酸铵、3份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、3份聚碳化二亚胺、20份玻璃微球、10份高岭土、5份金红石型钛白粉、10份十溴二苯乙烷与三氧化锑的混合物、2份银离子抗菌剂和50份水混合均匀,并调节pH为9,粘度为1500cps,发泡倍率为4倍,得到固含量为43wt%的保温层涂料;然后采用3mm弯钩型刮刀间隙涂布方式将保温层涂料涂布在底布层靠近基布层的一面,涂布车速为30m/min,涂布湿量为500gsm,经过10节温度依次为120℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃和120℃的烘箱干燥固化,压平处理后形成厚度为800μm的保温层;
(3)将200份水性聚氨酯乳液、50份钛白粉和40份水混合均匀,并调节pH为9,粘度为12000cps,得到固含量为55wt%的粘结层涂料;然后采用网纹辊涂布方式将粘结层涂料涂布在基布层靠近底布层的一面,涂布车速为10m/min,涂布湿量为25gsm,得到厚度为30μm的粘结层;随后通过3节直径是1.5m的加热辊将保温层与粘结层复合在一起,3节加热辊的温度依次为150℃、180℃和180℃;
(4)将80份水性聚氨酯乳液、10份纳米二氧化硅、5份水性聚乙烯蜡、10份玻璃微球、0.2份水性有机硅消泡剂和50份水混合均匀,并调节pH为9,粘度为7000cps,得到固含量为43wt%的墨水层涂料;然后采用1mm尖刀底板刮刀涂布方式将墨水层涂料涂布在基布层远离底布层的一面,涂布车速35m/min,涂布湿量200gsm,经过10节温度依次为120℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃和120℃的烘箱干燥固化,形成厚度为30μm的墨水层,即得墙布;
其中基布层和底布层的材质均为玻璃纤维,且二者规格均为600D×600D。
对比例
一种墙布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份数计,将80份水性聚氨酯乳液、1份硬脂酸铵、10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、8份有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂、7份聚异氰酸酯、5份高岭土、1份金红石型钛白粉、2份十溴二苯乙烷与三氧化锑的混合物和30份水混合均匀,并调节pH为7,粘度为2000cps,发泡倍率为1倍,得到固含量为43wt%的静电植绒层涂料;然后采用3mm弯钩型刮刀间隙涂布方式将静电植绒层涂料涂布在底布层的一面,涂布车速为10m/min,涂布湿量为300gsm,并通过静电植绒箱植入1gsm粘胶纤维,经过10节温度依次为60℃、80℃、100℃、120℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、120℃和80℃的烘箱干燥固化,刷毛处理后形成厚度为150μm的静电植绒层;
(2)将20份水性聚氨酯乳液、30份硬脂酸铵、0.5份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、10份聚异氰酸酯、2份玻璃微球、1份高岭土、1份金红石型钛白粉、30份十溴二苯乙烷与三氧化锑的混合物、0.1份有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂和80份水混合均匀,并调节pH为7,粘度为600cps,发泡倍率为2倍,得到固含量为43wt%的保温层涂料;然后采用3mm弯钩型刮刀间隙涂布方式将保温层涂料涂布在底布层远离静电植绒层的一面,涂布车速为60m/min,涂布湿量为100gsm,经过10节温度依次为120℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃和120℃的烘箱干燥固化,压平处理后形成厚度为50μm的保温层;
(3)将300份水性聚氨酯乳液、10份钛白粉和10份水混合均匀,并调节pH为7,粘度为6000cps,得到固含量为55wt%的粘结层涂料;然后采用网纹辊涂布方式将粘结层涂料涂布在保温层远离底布层的一面,涂布车速为30m/min,涂布湿量为5gsm,得到厚度为7μm的粘结层;随后通过3节直径是1.5m的加热辊将保温层与粘结层复合在一起,3节加热辊的温度依次为150℃、180℃和180℃;
(4)将60份水性聚氨酯乳液、25份纳米二氧化硅、1份水性聚酰胺蜡、2份玻璃微球、1份水性聚醚类消泡剂和30份水混合均匀,并调节pH为7,粘度为8000cps,得到固含量为45wt%的墨水层涂料;然后采用1mm尖刀底板刮刀涂布方式将墨水层涂料涂布在粘结层远离保温层的一面,涂布车速20m/min,涂布湿量300gsm,经过10节温度依次为120℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃和120℃的烘箱干燥固化,形成厚度为30μm的墨水层,即得墙布;
其中底布层的材质为棉麻纤维,规格为600D×600D。
对实施例1-5和对比例的制备方法制得的墙布进行性能测试,依据德国DIN 4102、美国NFPA 701、法国NF P 92、日本JIS L 1091标准对墙布的阻燃性能进行评价,依据GB/T10295-2008对墙布的保温性能进行评价,依据GB/T 24346-2009《纺织品防霉性能的评价》对墙布的抗菌性能进行评价,依据GB/T 2791-1995对墙布的粘附性能进行评价,结果如表1所述。

由表1可以看出,实施例1-5得到的墙布兼具优异的阻燃性能、保温性能、抗菌性能、粘附性能和打印性能,尤其是在实施例5制备条件下制得的墙布的综合性能为最优,而对比例得到的墙布的各项性能均明显低于实施例1-5。

Claims (10)
1.一种墙布,其特征在于,包括基布层和底布层,所述基布层远离所述底布层的一面复合有墨水层,所述底布层远离所述基布层的一面复合有静电植绒层,所述基布层与所述底布层之间依次复合有粘结层和保温层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的墙布,其特征在于,按重量份数计,所述墨水层包括80-150份水性聚氨酯乳液、10-15份纳米二氧化硅、5-10份改性高分子蜡、10-20份玻璃微球、0.2-0.5份消泡剂和50-80份水;
所述静电植绒层包括40-50份水性聚氨酯乳液、5-20份起泡剂、3-5份乳化剂、1-5份抗菌剂、2-3份交联剂、15-30份高岭土、5-10份金红石型钛白粉、20-30份溴锑阻燃剂和50-70份水;
所述粘结层包括100-200份水性聚氨酯乳液、30-50份钛白粉和20-40份水;
所述保温层包括40-50份水性聚氨酯乳液、5-20份起泡剂、3-5份乳化剂、2-3份交联剂、20-30份玻璃微球、5-10份高岭土、5-10份金红石型钛白粉、10-20份溴锑阻燃剂、1-5份抗菌剂和50-70份水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的墙布,其特征在于,所述墨水层的厚度为20-30μm;
所述静电植绒层的厚度为200-500μm;
所述粘结层的厚度为20-30μm;
所述保温层的厚度为300-1000μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的墙布,其特征在于,所述基布层为玻璃纤维和化纤混纺中的一种或两种;
所述底布层为玻璃纤维和化纤混纺中的一种或两种。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任意一项所述的墙布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份数计,将40-50份水性聚氨酯乳液、5-20份起泡剂、3-5份乳化剂、1-5份抗菌剂、2-3份交联剂、15-30份高岭土、5-10份金红石型钛白粉、20-30份溴锑阻燃剂和50-70份水混合均匀,并调节pH为8-10,粘度为800-1500cps,发泡倍率为2-4倍,得到静电植绒层涂料;然后将静电植绒层涂料涂布在底布层远离基布层的一面,并植入粘胶纤维,干燥、刷毛后形成静电植绒层;
(2)将40-50份水性聚氨酯乳液、5-20份起泡剂、3-5份乳化剂、2-3份交联剂、20-30份玻璃微球、5-10份高岭土、5-10份金红石型钛白粉、10-20份溴锑阻燃剂、1-5份抗菌剂和50-70份水混合均匀,并调节pH为8-10,粘度为800-1500cps,发泡倍率为4-6倍,得到保温层涂料;然后将保温层涂料涂布在底布层靠近基布层的一面,干燥、压平后形成保温层;
(3)将100-200份水性聚氨酯乳液、30-50份钛白粉和20-40份水混合均匀,并调节pH为8-10,粘度为8000-12000cps,得到粘结层涂料;然后将粘结层涂料涂布在基布层靠近底布层的一面,得到粘结层;随后通过复合辊将保温层与粘结层复合即可;
(4)将80-150份水性聚氨酯乳液、10-15份纳米二氧化硅、5-10份改性高分子蜡、10-20份玻璃微球、0.2-0.5份消泡剂和50-80份水混合均匀,并调节pH为8-10,粘度为5000-7000cps,得到墨水层涂料;然后将墨水层涂料涂布在基布层远离底布层的一面,干燥后形成墨水层,即得墙布。
6.根据权利要求5所述的墙布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述墨水层涂料的固含量为45±2wt%;
所述静电植绒层涂料的固含量为43±2wt%;
所述保温层涂料的固含量为43±2wt%;
所述粘结层涂料的固含量为55±2wt%。
7.根据权利要求5所述的墙布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述粘胶纤维每平方米克重为5-10gsm。
8.根据权利要求5所述的墙布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)、步骤(2)和步骤(4)中均采用10节烘箱进行干燥;
步骤(1)中10节烘箱的温度依次设置为50-70℃、70-90℃、90-110℃、110-130℃、140-160℃、140-160℃、140-160℃、140-160℃、110-130℃和70-90℃;
步骤(2)中10节烘箱的温度依次设置为50-70℃、70-90℃、110-130℃、120-140℃、120-140℃、120-140℃、120-140℃、120-140℃、100-120℃和70-90℃;
步骤(4)中10节烘箱的温度依次设置为110-130℃、140-160℃、140-160℃、140-160℃、140-160℃、140-160℃、140-160℃、140-160℃、140-160℃和110-130℃。
9.根据权利要求5所述的墙布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中复合辊由3节直径是1.5m的加热辊构成,3节加热辊的温度依次设置为140-160℃、170-190℃和170-190℃。
10.根据权利要求5所述的墙布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述静电植绒层涂料的涂布湿量为100-200gsm,涂布车速为25-40m/min;
所述保温层涂料的涂布湿量为200-500gsm,涂布车速为30-40m/min;
所述粘结层涂料的涂布湿量为15-25gsm,涂布车速为10-18m/min;
所述墨水层涂料的涂布湿量为100-200gsm,涂布车速为35-50m/min。
