Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a method for manufacturing inorganic artificial stone with freely customized patterns.
Background
The inorganic artificial stone is an artificial decorative material which is prepared by taking cement as a main binding material, taking various natural stone particles or other decorative particles as aggregate, taking powder of the natural stone or other powder as filler, combining other auxiliary agents (color paste/toner, emulsion, cellulose ether, water reducing agent, early strength agent and the like), and carrying out processes of proportioning, mixing, vacuum pressurizing, forming, curing, cutting, polishing and the like, has good environmental protection, higher hardness, difficult deformation and good chemical solvent resistance, and is widely applied, and the inorganic artificial stone is mostly used in the form of sheets and plates and is widely used for decorating walls and floors or used as a plate raw material for manufacturing furniture and other appliances;
the appearance of the decorative texture style of inorganic artificial stone mainly depends on the combination of the following aspects: 1. color mixing of the stone matrix is carried out by color paste in the material; 2. the color of the aggregate in the material; 3. the color of the powder material in the material; the main decorative texture style system of the artificial stone is formed by combining the colors of the materials and combining the forming process, and common decorative styles are as follows: aggregate combinations with different colors and particle sizes, combinations of different color slurries, or some simple mosaic patterns, etc.;
however, the prior art has the following drawbacks in the manufacture of inorganic artificial stones:
