背景技术
女性阴道的生理结构特征决定了其非常容易受到外源病毒及病原体细菌的感染，以至很多妇女都患有不同程度的妇科阴道疾病，如外阴炎、子宫颈炎、细菌性阴道病以及霉菌性、滴虫性和非特异性阴道炎等。近十年来妇科阴道疾病已经成为严重危害女性健康的常见病和多发病，据有关统计，目前世界上患有妇科阴道疾病的患者数占据女性成年人口的40％以上，女性平均每人每年使用妇科药物在5-8次以上，而在诸多影响女性健康的妇科病症之中，因妇科不洁而导致的阴道疾病又是女性疾病发生频率最高的一种疾病，也是危害女性健康的第一大疾病，为了使女性阴部的细菌进行抑制，促进阴部健康，因此，设计一种抑菌、补水和紧致多功能一体泡沫剂及其制作方法较为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种抑菌、补水和紧致多功能一体泡沫剂及其制作方法。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用下述技术方案：一种抑菌、补水和紧致多功能一体泡沫剂，各成分按重量比为：纯化水80～90%、苦参1～3%、乳香1～3%、五倍子0.5～1%、艾叶1～3%、蛇床子1～5%、血竭0.5～1%、黄柏0.5～1%、当归1～3%、天竺葵0.5～1%、丹参0.5～1%、冰片0.5～1%、薄荷脑0.5～1%、溶解酶0.05～0.2%、吐温-80 0.5～1%、十二烷基硫酸钠（K12）0.05～0.2%、透明质酸钠0.1～0.5%。
优选的，各成分按重量比为：纯化水86.5%、苦参1%、乳香1%、五倍子0.5%、艾叶3%、蛇床子3%、血竭0.5%、黄柏0.5%、当归1%、天竺葵0.5%、丹参0.5%、冰片0.5%、薄荷脑0.5%、溶解酶0.1%、吐温-80 0.5%、十二烷基硫酸（K12）0.1%、透明质酸钠0.3%。
一种抑菌、补水和紧致多功能一体泡沫剂及其制作方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）按重量比称取上述成分药材，净制干燥，备用；
（2）取苦参、乳香、五倍子、艾叶、蛇床子、血竭、黄柏、当归、天竺葵、丹参粉碎成粗粉，按照流浸膏与浸膏剂项下的渗漉法，用95%乙醇作溶剂，每次加乙醇为药物2倍量，提取2次；每次浸渍7天后，缓缓渗漉，合并2次漉液；压榨药渣，压榨液与渗漉液合并，混合均匀，静置24小时，回收乙醇至相对密度为1.08-1.10（60℃），备用；
（3）取溶菌酶溶于适量纯化水中进行溶解；
（4）取冰片、薄荷脑用煮沸的纯化水溶解；
（5）在搅拌中慢慢将步骤（2）、（3）、（4）中加入纯化水稀释过滤，慢慢加入吐温-80溶液至PH值6时的溶液基质；
（6）合并上述液体加入K12，加水至足量，备用；
（7）分装、检验、包装、入库。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明采用中药配治而成，并通过溶解酶的酶活性，对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌有抑菌作用，具有清除阴道异味以 及抑菌、杀菌、抗病毒的作用，从而促进阴部健康。

为了更好地理解本发明，下面用具体实例来详细说明本发明的技术方案。
一种抑菌、补水和紧致多功能一体泡沫剂，各成分按重量比为：纯化水86.5%、苦参1%、乳香1%、五倍子0.5%、艾叶3%、蛇床子3%、血竭0.5%、黄柏0.5%、当归1%、天竺葵0.5%、丹参0.5%、冰片0.5%、薄荷脑0.5%、溶解酶0.1%、吐温-80 0.5%、十二烷基硫酸（K12）0.1%、透明质酸钠0.3%。
本发明中成分的药理说明：
苦参：味苦，性寒，具有清热燥湿、祛风止痒、清热利尿功效。
乳香：辛苦，温。调气活血，定痛，追毒。治气血凝滞、心腹疼痛，痈疮肿毒，跌打损伤，痛经，产后瘀血刺痛。
五倍子：味酸涩、性寒，归肺、大肠和肾经。五倍子的主要功效是敛肺降火、涩肠止泻、敛汗止血以及收湿敛疮。
艾叶：苦辛，温。治心腹冷痛，泄泻转筋，久痢，吐衄，下血，月经不调，崩漏，带下。
蛇床子：辛，苦，温，有小毒，归肾经，主要功效为杀虫止痒、祛风燥湿、温肾助阳。
血竭：甘咸，平。散瘀定痛，止血生肌。
黄柏：泻肾火，清湿热，解疮毒。
当归：补血、行血、润肠、调经。
天竺葵：止血，护肤，排毒，利尿。
丹参：活血祛瘀，安神宁心，排脓，止痛。
冰片：通诸窍，散郁火，去翳明目，消肿止痛。
薄荷脑：止痒、消炎、止痛。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌、补水和紧致多功能一体泡沫剂，其特征在于，各成分按重量比为：纯化水86.5%、苦参1%、乳香1%、五倍子0.5%、艾叶3%、蛇床子3%、血竭0.5%、黄柏0.5%、当归1%、天竺葵0.5%、丹参0.5%、冰片0.5%、薄荷脑0.5%、溶解酶0.1%、吐温-800.5%、十二烷基硫酸（K12）0.1%、透明质酸钠0.3%。
3.一种抑菌、补水和紧致多功能一体泡沫剂及其制作方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）按重量比称取上述成分药材，净制干燥，备用；
（2）取苦参、乳香、五倍子、艾叶、蛇床子、血竭、黄柏、当归、天竺葵、丹参粉碎成粗粉，按照流浸膏与浸膏剂项下的渗漉法，用95%乙醇作溶剂，每次加乙醇为药物2倍量，提取2次；每次浸渍7天后，缓缓渗漉，合并2次漉液；压榨药渣，压榨液与渗漉液合并，混合均匀，静置24小时，回收乙醇至相对密度为1.08-1.10（60℃），备用；
（3）取溶菌酶溶于适量纯化水中进行溶解；
（4）取冰片、薄荷脑用煮沸的纯化水溶解；
（5）在搅拌中慢慢将步骤（2）、（3）、（4）中加入纯化水稀释过滤，慢慢加入吐温-80溶液至PH值6时的溶液基质；
（6）合并上述液体加入K12，加水至足量，备用；
（7）分装、检验、包装、入库。
