Abstract
本发明属于中药领域，具体涉及一种治疗痔疮的熏洗药，是由下述重量配比的原料药材置入砂锅中加水煎煮15～20分钟制成：牛奶树根30～35份，地丁20～25份、儿茶15～20份，防风10～12份，白矾6～10份，侧柏葉8～12份，紫苏子8～12份，艾叶6～8份，水以盖过中药为准，产品具有润肠通便、消炎止血、活血逐淤、行气通脉的作用，无毒副作用，使用安全，直接作用于病变部位，渗透性好，对常见的内痔、外痔、混合痔、血栓痔、肝裂、肛门瘙痒等症均具有较好的疗效。

技术领域：
本发明属于中药领域，具体涉及一种治疗痔疮的熏洗药。
背景技术：
在临床上痔疮是一种常见病，发病率较高，他不仅给患者带来严重的精神困扰，而且使患者饱受折磨，影响人们的生活和工作，而且痔疮的治疗比较困难，因而民间有“十痔九不治”的说法。近年来采取手术的方法治疗痔疮的比较多，但手术疗法有疼痛的感觉，且对于有严重心血管疾病、肝肾功能不好的患者以及家庭经济状况差的患者不适用，且有时还有并发症和后遗症。现有技术中，也有许多采用口服或外涂的中药或西药，但这些药物制备工艺复杂、疗效有的不太明显。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种原料易得、製作容易、藥價低、用藥量少、見效快、無毒副作用的新的治疗痔疮的熏洗药。
为实现本发明的目的，本发明采用了下述技术方案：
本发明的治疗痔疮的熏洗药，是由下述重量配比的原料药材置入砂锅中加水煎煮15～20分钟制成：牛奶树根30～35份，地丁20～25份、儿茶15～20份，防风10～12份，白矾6～10份，侧柏葉8～12份，紫苏子8～12份，艾叶6～8份，水以盖过中药为准。
上述方案中，还可采用四环素軟膏60～70％重量份：芦荟汁30～40％重量份的软膏涂于患部。
本发明的上述配方，是根据我国的中医理论并结合祖传医学实践经验研制而成，根据中医理论，痔疮是因“风湿邪热、邪热攻于肠中，致使大便涩而燥、热郁血、，气血下降会结聚肛门、停滞不散而冲突为滞”，因而治疗痔疮应采取“泻火、解毒、凉血、润燥、滋阴生津、活血祛淤、行气通脉”的原则，本发明的原料药材中：牛奶树根具有清热解毒、散淤止痛之功效；儿茶具有收湿蔹疮、生肌止血的作用；侧柏葉具有凉血、止血、燥湿、止痛的作用；防风具有散风解表、胜湿止痛之功；地丁具有清热利湿、解毒消舯的作用；艾叶具有理气血、逐寒湿、温经、止血的作用；紫苏子具有润燥、利隔宽肠之效；白矾具有燥湿、止血、解毒、杀虫之功效，本发明以牛奶树根、儿茶、地丁、侧柏葉、防风为君药，辅以紫苏子、白矾、艾叶，即可通便，又具有较好的润肠通便、消炎止血、活血逐淤、行气通脉的作用。各种组分“除配料外”均为纯中药，无毒副作用，使用安全，直接作用于病变部位，渗透性好，对常见的内痔、外痔、混合痔、血栓痔、肝裂、肛门瘙痒等症均具有较好的作用，各组分发挥协同互补、辨证施治、标本兼治的功效，有效减轻病人的痛苦。
下面通过实施例进一步描述本发明，本发明不仅限于所述实施例。
具体实施方式：
实施例一
本发明的治疗痔疮的熏洗药，是由下述重量配比的原料药材置入砂锅中加水煎煮15分钟制成：牛奶树根30份，地丁20份、儿茶15份，防风12份，白矾10份，侧柏葉8份，紫苏子8份，艾叶6份，水以盖过中药为准。
实施例二
本发明的治疗痔疮的熏洗药，是由下述重量配比的原料药材置入砂锅中加水煎煮18分钟制成：牛奶树根32份，地丁22份、儿茶18份，防风10份，白矾8份，侧柏葉10份，紫苏子10份，艾叶7份，水以盖过中药为准。
实施例三
本发明的治疗痔疮的熏洗药，是由下述重量配比的原料药材置入砂锅中加水煎煮20分钟制成：牛奶树根35份，地丁25份、儿茶20份，防风12份，白矾6份，侧柏葉12份，紫苏子12份，艾叶8份，水以盖过中药为准。
本发明的上述实施例应用于临床的情况述说如下：
一、疾病的诊断标准：
1.内痔：便血，痔团脱出。
2.外痔：肿胀，疼痛。
3.混合痔：便血，痔团脱出，肿胀，淤血。
4.血栓痔：肛周突出，溃烂，水肿。
5.肛裂：便后疼痛，出血，便秘。
6.肛门瘙痒：瘙痒。
二、用药方法：用药情况：将本发明实施例的原料药材粉碎成细末，包装成袋，或直接使用，使用时加水煮沸10～15分钟，放入盆中熏肛门部15～20分钟，然后坐浴15～30分钟，每天可使用2～3次，7日为一个疗程，直至治愈。其配方用量必须严格在规定的范围内调整，否则效果不佳。坐浴后采用四环素軟膏60～70％重量份：芦荟汁30～40％重量份的软膏涂于患部，效果更佳。
三、疗效的判断标准：
1.痊愈：症状完全消失。
2.显效：症状明显好转。
3.有效：症状基本好转。
4.无效：症状没有改变。

本发明的产品对于内痔、外痔、肛门瘙痒的有效率可达93％以上，对于混合痔、血栓痔、肛裂的有效率可达87％以上，对于重度患者，35天左右可以痊愈；中度患者，25天左右可以痊愈；轻度患者15天左右可以痊愈，具有作用迅速，疗效持久、治疗彻底、无痛苦、适应面广的优点。
