背景技术
小麦茎基腐病是由于多种病原菌引起的土传性病真菌病害,病原菌可以在作物残茬上存活较长时间,发病的特征也较为复杂。小麦茎基腐病可由多种镰刀菌引起,包括假禾谷镰刀菌、禾谷镰刀菌、黄色镰刀菌、木贼镰刀菌、尖孢镰刀菌等。其中,假禾谷镰刀菌为我国多个地区小麦茎基腐病的优势致病菌。
小麦是我国重要的粮食作物之一,近年来,由于秸秆还田及常年连作,深翻耕地等农业作业习惯,导致小麦茎基腐病呈连年加重趋势。目前,市场上存在的抗小麦茎基腐病的小麦不多,小麦品种普遍感病,轮作在广大麦区又难以实施,小麦茎基腐病防治缺乏特别有效的控制办法,严重影响小麦生产健康稳定发展。研究发现,药剂拌种是防治小麦茎基腐病常用的防治方法之一。
种衣剂可以节约用药量、节约劳动成本、省力省时,在防控作物病虫害和调节作物生长等方面已经发挥了重要作用。随着种衣剂的大面积使用,种衣剂的安全性问题也备受关注。但目前生产中发现,三唑类杀菌剂种衣剂能够导致小麦的不同程度的药害发生,其影响幼苗出土,对幼苗生长抑制作用也较为明显;而新烟碱类杀虫剂易推迟种子出苗。
CN110432277A中公开了一种用于水稻种子处理的杀虫杀菌组合物,并且具体公开了该杀虫杀菌组合物用于防治水稻恶苗病和水稻蓟马,但是关于丙硫菌唑与咯菌腈和噻虫胺进行三元复配用于防小麦茎基腐病,并没有任何报道。CN108935486A和CN115152773A中公开了丙硫菌唑和咯菌腈的两元组合物,也并没有公开针对小麦茎基腐病防治效果。申请人经过研究发现将丙硫菌唑与咯菌腈以及噻虫胺进行合理复配,对小麦进行种子包衣处理,不仅对小麦茎基腐病具有优异的防治效果,同时有效提高小麦出苗率、降低小麦植株畸形率、提高小麦生长活性。
发明内容
基于以上情况,本发明目的在于提供一种含有丙硫菌唑和咯菌腈的农药组合物用于防治小麦茎基腐病、提高小麦生长活性的用途,农药组合物能够有效防治小麦茎基腐病,减轻药害发生,改善小麦发芽率、根条数、株高、植株重量等生长活性指标,降低小麦畸形率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:一种含有丙硫菌唑和咯菌腈的农药组合物用于防治小麦茎基腐病、提高小麦生长活性的用途,其特征在于,所述的农药组合物成分包含杀菌剂和杀虫剂,所述的杀菌剂为丙硫菌唑和咯菌腈,所述的杀虫剂为噻虫胺。

实施例1:室内毒力测定试验
试验参照NY/T 1156.2-2006中华人民共和国农业行业标准《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀菌剂第2部分:抑制病原菌菌丝生长试验平皿法》。
试验靶标:假禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium pseudograminearum)、禾谷镰刀菌(Fusariumgraminearum)。
供试药剂:95%丙硫菌唑原药、98%咯菌腈原药、98%噻虫胺原药。
药剂配制:将以上原药分别用丙酮溶解后,再用0.1%的吐温80水溶液稀释,分别配制单剂母液,并根据混配目的、药剂活性设计不同的配比,各单剂及每组配比混剂配制成所需的系列质量浓度。
试验重复:试验药剂每个浓度4个培养皿,每个重复1个培养皿,共4次重复,以不含药剂的0.1%吐温80水溶液作为空白对照。
药剂处理:在无菌操作条件下,根据试验处理将预先融化、灭菌的PDA培养基定量加入到无菌锥形瓶中,从低浓度到高浓度依次定量吸取配制好的各处理药液10mL,分别加入到上述锥形瓶中,充分摇匀,然后等量倒入到培养皿中,制成相应浓度的含药平板。筛选出丙硫菌唑与咯菌腈对假禾谷镰刀菌的最佳配比,并将此配比的混剂作为一个杀菌剂组合,与噻虫胺按照不同质量比进行三元复配。试验设置不添加药剂的0.1%吐温80水溶液作空白对照,每处理4个重复。
接种:将预先培养好的病原菌,在无菌条件下用灭菌打孔器自菌落边缘切取菌饼,用接种器将菌饼接种于含药平板中央,盖上皿盖,放置在25±1℃的恒温培养箱中培养。
数据调查:根据空白对照培养皿中菌丝生长情况调查病原菌菌丝的生长情况。用直尺测量菌落直径,单位为厘米(cm),每个菌落用十字交叉法测量直径各一次,取平均值,并记录每个处理所有重复的原始数据。
数据统计与分析:根据调查结果,计算各处理浓度对供试靶标菌的菌丝生长抑制率,单位为百分率(%)计算结果保留小数点后两位。

孙云沛法:根据共毒系数(CTC)来评价药剂混用的增效作用,复配的共毒系数CTC≥120表现为增效作用;CTC≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<CTC<120表现为相加作用。

由表1试验结果可知,丙硫菌唑和咯菌腈复配对假禾谷镰刀菌具有较好的防治效果。丙硫菌唑与咯菌腈质量比为1:9~12:1,共毒系数大于120,表现为增效作用,而在质量比为1:12、25:1时,表现为相加作用。其中二者质量比为2:1时,对假禾谷镰刀菌共毒系数为187.240,增效作用最显著。

由表2试验结果可知,丙硫菌唑与咯菌腈的质量比为1:60~2:1范围内对禾谷镰刀菌表现为增效作用;而在质量比为6:1~12:1范围内,其共毒系数小于120,表现为相加作用。

由表3试验结果可知,以“丙硫菌唑+咯菌腈”混剂质量比为3:1.5(2:1)与噻虫胺进行复配对假禾谷镰刀菌生长表现出一定的抑制作用;其中噻虫胺:丙硫菌唑:咯菌腈质量比为(5~35):3:1.5时对假禾谷镰刀菌表现出增效作用,而噻虫胺:丙硫菌唑:咯菌腈质量比为(40~45):3:1.5对假禾谷镰刀菌表现出相加作用。
实施例2:
为了测定表3中丙硫菌唑+咯菌腈+噻虫胺复配各配比对禾谷镰刀菌活性,参照实施例1试验方法,采用实施例1表3中的质量配比进行室内活性测定实验,测定结果如表4所示:

上表试验结果可知(见表4),虽然以“丙硫菌唑+咯菌腈”混剂质量比为3:1.5(2:1)与噻虫胺进行复配对禾谷镰刀菌菌丝生长仅表现为相加作用,但是其与噻虫胺进行复配后在一定质量配比下对禾谷镰刀菌表现为增效作用。其中,噻虫胺:丙硫菌唑:咯菌腈质量比为(15~30):3:1.5,共毒系数大于120,表现为增效作用。
实施例3:室内各药剂处理对小麦种子萌发和生长的影响
供试小麦品种:济麦22。
供试药剂:29.5%丙硫菌唑·咯菌腈·噻虫胺种子处理悬浮剂(制备例1)、4.5%丙硫菌唑·咯菌腈种子处理悬浮剂、28%丙硫菌唑·噻虫胺种子处理悬浮剂、26.5%咯菌腈·噻虫胺种子处理悬浮剂、100克/升丙硫菌唑种子处理悬浮剂、2.5%咯菌腈种子处理悬浮剂、8%噻虫胺种子处理悬浮剂、27%苯醚甲环唑·咯菌腈·噻虫胺种子处理悬浮剂、29.5%丙硫菌唑·咯菌腈·呋虫胺种子处理悬浮剂。
各处理有效成分用药量如下表所示:

种子处理方法:将各试验药剂根据试验设计加水稀释后进行均匀拌种,空白对照用等量的清水进行拌种,拌种后的种子放在阴凉通风处晾干24h。
试验方法:
采用沙培法。挑选大小一致、饱满正常的小麦种子,用定量、干净、灭菌的沙子平铺于直径15cm的塑料盆中,选取拌种和对照小麦种子进行播种,每盆播种30粒,每个处理重复4次。种子上层均匀覆盖等量的沙子,置于温度为20±1℃,光周期为光照∶黑暗=12h:12h条件下萌发,每天在相同时间补充等量水分,保持沙子湿润。
调查方法:空白对照发芽后,在每天相同时间内统计各个处理的小麦发芽率。于各个处理发芽率不再发生变化时,记录每个处理的总发芽率及麦苗生长情况(畸形率),然后拔出小麦植株,小心除去根部的沙子,每个处理随机选取5株小麦幼苗,测量小麦株高、苗鲜重、根数、根鲜重。

从表6调查结果看出,到种子萌发第7天时,29.5%丙硫菌唑·咯菌腈·噻虫胺种子处理悬浮剂处理组相对于其他处理组及空白对照处理发芽率明显提高;8%噻虫胺种子处理悬浮剂在种子萌发前期明显抑制种子萌发;而100克/升丙硫菌唑种子处理悬浮剂相对于其他处理在萌发后期发芽率降低。

由表7小麦植株生物活性调查结果可以看出,各处理组药剂进行小麦种子包衣对小麦幼苗的畸形率、苗高、苗鲜质量和苗干质量具有不同程度的影响,上表结果显示,29.5%丙硫菌唑·咯菌腈·噻虫胺种子处理悬浮剂包衣对各项小麦生长活性均表现为促进作用,且小麦畸形率最低。
实施例4:田间防治小麦茎基腐病药效试验
试验于河南省通许县冯庄乡前山村开展田间小麦药效试验,同时调查田间种衣剂对小麦种子萌发和生长的影响,试验地土壤为壤质潮土,试验地水肥管理条件良好,前茬作物为玉米,试验前秸秆还田并旋耕,试验地小麦茎基腐病连年发生。
供试小麦品种:矮抗58。
试验靶标:待小麦茎基腐病发病后采取田间病原菌于室内进行分离鉴定菌株主要为禾谷镰刀菌和假禾谷镰刀菌。
供试药剂:29.5%丙硫菌唑·咯菌腈·噻虫胺种子处理悬浮剂(制备例1)、4.5%丙硫菌唑·咯菌腈种子处理悬浮剂、28%丙硫菌唑·噻虫胺种子处理悬浮剂、26.5%咯菌腈·噻虫胺种子处理悬浮剂、100克/升丙硫菌唑种子处理悬浮剂、2.5%咯菌腈种子处理悬浮剂、8%噻虫胺种子处理悬浮剂、27%苯醚甲环唑·咯菌腈·噻虫胺种子处理悬浮剂、29.5%丙硫菌唑·咯菌腈·呋虫胺种子处理悬浮剂。
各药剂处理有效成分用药量:同实施例3。
种子处理方法:同实施例3。
试验设计:试验地小麦播种时间为2021年10月12日,人工播种。
试验共设置两组小区处理,一组用于田间药效及小麦生长情况调查,另一组用于小麦出苗率调查。
1)田间药效及小麦生长情况试验组:试验设置9个药剂处理和1个清水对照处理,所有试验小区采用随机区组排列,每个处理重复4次,每个小区20m2。
2)出苗率调查试验组:试验设置9个药剂处理和1个清水对照处理,所有试验小区采用随机区组排列,每个处理重复4次,每个小区0.25m2(0.5m×0.5m),每个小区播种100粒小麦。
以上试验组按照当地正常的肥水操作进行管理,采取人工除草的方式,整个生育期不施用其他任何农药。
试验调查方法:
出苗率调查:播种后第15d,调查统计每个小区中的小麦出苗情况。
小麦生长情况调查:播种后第60d,每小区采用5点取样法,每点挖取1株,用清水冲去植株表面泥土和杂物后,吸水纸吸干表面水分,调查株高和地上部分的鲜质量,然后在120℃杀青30min,降至45℃下恒温烘干后称量地上部分的干质量。
田间药效调查:在小麦乳熟期进行调查,每个小区采取5点取样法,每点取样100株小麦,调查各级病株数。分级标准如下所示:
病情按照以下标准进行分级:
0级:整株无变褐症状;
1级:根部有变褐现象;
3级:地上部分第一茎节有变褐腐烂现象;
5级:地上部分第二茎节有变褐腐烂现象;
7级:病斑超过第二茎节,但无白穗;
9级:病斑超过第二茎节,有白穗;

田间试验结果如下表所示:

种衣剂对田间小麦幼苗生长情况的影响结果见表8。不同处理种衣剂对小麦株高、地上鲜质量和干质量的作用效果不同;但仅有29.5%丙硫菌唑·咯菌腈·噻虫胺种子处理悬浮剂处理的小麦地上鲜质量和干质量高于对照,其中,28%丙硫菌唑·噻虫胺种子处理悬浮剂和100克/升丙硫菌唑种子处理悬浮剂地上鲜质量和地上干质量显著低于对照。对于田间对小麦茎基腐病防效可以看出,本发明的29.5%丙硫菌唑·咯菌腈·噻虫胺种子处理悬浮剂可有效控制防治小麦茎基腐病的发生。
通过以上试验进行验证,本发明的农药组合物对小麦种子安全,并且能够明显的提高小麦生长活性,对小麦茎基腐病防治效果显著,增产作用明显。

1.一种含有丙硫菌唑和咯菌腈的农药组合物用于防治小麦茎基腐病、提高小麦生长活性的用途,其特征在于,所述的农药组合物成分包含杀菌剂和杀虫剂,所述的杀菌剂为丙硫菌唑和咯菌腈,所述的杀虫剂为噻虫胺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的丙硫菌唑和咯菌腈的重量比为1:12~25:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的丙硫菌唑和咯菌腈的重量比为1:9~12:1;
优选的,所述的丙硫菌唑与咯菌腈的重量比为1:6~6:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,以所述农药组合物的总重量为100wt%计,所述的活性成分在所述农药组合物中的含量为1%~60%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的杀菌剂在所述的农药组合物中的含量为0.5%~20%;
优选的,所述的杀菌剂在所述的农药组合物中的含量为1%~9%。

9.根据权利要求8所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的剂型为种子处理悬浮剂。
10.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述小麦茎基腐病病原菌为假禾谷镰刀菌或禾谷镰刀菌,所述提高小麦生长活性为改善发芽率、根条数、株高和/或地上部重量。
