The front end equipment has specifically adopted circulation transmission mechanism, carry equipment tool circulation, when passing through equipment conveyor, all install shell equipment mechanism, copper sheathing assembly devices, fixing base assembly devices and hold-down mechanism in the frame and arrange in proper order in equipment conveyor's one side, assemble shell, copper sheathing, fixing base in proper order in the equipment process, compress tightly fixedly through fixing base hold-down mechanism after accomplishing the assembly to guarantee the stability of assembly, snatch the connector after the assembly through extracting mechanism and transfer to next station and assemble. The problem of current connector equipment degree of difficulty is high, inefficiency has been solved, has adopted the automatic cycle of equipment tool to carry, and automatic positioning equipment does not need manual operation in the equipment process, greatly increased productivity, promotes production efficiency, reduction in production cost.
The rear end assembly is used for completing the connector assembled by the preamble shell, the copper sleeve and the fixing base to carry out subsequent assembly, in the assembly process, the connector is continuously conveyed through the assembly transfer mechanism, an insulator is arranged on the fixing base of the connector through the insulator assembly mechanism in the conveying process, the terminal assembly mechanism is used for assembling the electric terminal on the insulator, and the tail cover at the tail part of the connector is assembled through the tail cover assembly mechanism after the electric terminal is assembled, so that the assembled insulator and terminal have a sealing protection effect. Therefore, the problems of low assembly efficiency and high difficulty of the connector insulator and the terminal in the prior art are solved, full-automatic assembly is adopted, the assembly is sequentially carried out, the assembly efficiency is high, and labor is greatly saved.
The terminal assembly mechanism comprises a terminal discharging device, a terminal feeding device positioned below the terminal discharging device and a terminal pushing device positioned below the terminal feeding device, wherein the terminal discharging device is used for discharging a terminal to the terminal feeding device, the terminal feeding device feeds the terminal towards the terminal pushing device and cuts off the terminal entering the terminal pushing device, and the terminal pushing device clamps and inserts the cut terminal into an insulator assembled on the connector; in the terminal assembly process, the strip-shaped terminal discharging device is used for discharging, the terminal is fed through the terminal feeding device, and the terminal is fed to the terminal pushing device for pushing and assembling, so that the assembly efficiency is high, and the precision is high.
The assembly jig is provided with a plurality of assembly jigs, the plurality of assembly jigs are circularly transmitted on the circular transmission mechanism, and the assembly positioning device is used for positioning the assembly jigs on the assembly conveying device; the assembly jig comprises a jig bottom plate, a conveying connecting plate and a jig panel, wherein the conveying connecting plate is installed on the jig bottom plate and is flush with the bottom surface of the jig bottom plate, the jig panel is installed on the jig bottom plate and covers the conveying connecting plate, an assembly positioning piece is installed on the jig panel, an assembly positioning shaft is installed on the assembly positioning piece, and a plurality of assembly positioning shafts are arranged; in the assembly process, the stability in the transmission process is guaranteed through the cooperation of the jig bottom plate, the conveying connecting plate and the jig panel, the assembly positioning piece is designed to be used for positioning the shell, the assembly positioning shaft is used for sleeving the copper bush into the positioning, the precision of the connector in the assembly process is further guaranteed, and the problem of assembly precision is avoided.

As shown in fig. 1 to 34, in one embodiment of the present invention, an automatic connector assembly line is related to, which comprises a frame 1, a circulating transmission mechanism 2, an assembly jig 3, a housing assembly mechanism 4, a copper bush assembly mechanism 5, a fixing seat assembly mechanism 6, a fixing seat pressing mechanism 7 and a material taking mechanism 8, wherein the circulating transmission mechanism 2 comprises an assembly conveying device 21, a first transferring device 22, a second transferring device 23 and a backflow conveying device 24 which are installed on the frame 1, a feeding end of the assembly conveying device 21 is connected with the first transferring device 22, a discharging end of the assembly conveying device 21 is connected with the second transferring device 23, a discharging end of the second transferring device 23 is connected with the backflow conveying device 24, and a discharging end of the backflow conveying device 24 is connected with the first transferring device 22; a plurality of groups of assembly positioning devices 9 are arranged on one side of the assembly conveying device 21; the assembly jig 3 is provided with a plurality of assembly jigs 3, the plurality of assembly jigs 3 are circularly transmitted on the circular transmission mechanism 2, and the assembly positioning device 9 is used for positioning the assembly jig 3 on the assembly conveying device 21. An assembly transfer mechanism 10, an insulator assembly mechanism 20, a terminal assembly mechanism 30, a tail cap assembly mechanism 40, and a blanking mechanism 50, the assembly transfer mechanism 10 being used for connector transfer assembly, the assembly transfer mechanism 10 being disposed along a length direction of the frame; the insulator assembling mechanism 20 is installed on the frame and located at one side of the assembling and transferring mechanism 10, and is used for assembling insulators on the connector on the assembling and transferring mechanism 10; the terminal assembling mechanism 30 is arranged on the frame and positioned on one side of the assembling and transferring mechanism 10, the terminal assembling mechanism 30 comprises a terminal discharging device 301, a terminal feeding device 302 positioned below the terminal discharging device 301 and a terminal pushing device 303 positioned below the terminal feeding device 302, the terminal discharging device 301 is used for discharging the terminal to the terminal feeding device 302, the terminal feeding device 302 feeds the terminal towards the terminal pushing device 303 and cuts off the terminal entering the terminal pushing device 303, and the terminal pushing device 303 clamps and inserts the cut-off terminal into an insulator assembled on the connector; the tail cap assembling mechanism 40 is used for assembling the tail part of the connector after the terminals are assembled and installing the tail part into the end cap for sealing; the blanking mechanism 50 is used for blanking the connector after the assembly is completed. In this embodiment, the connector for completing the assembly of the preamble housing, the copper sleeve and the fixing base is assembled subsequently, in the assembly process, the connector is continuously transported by the assembly transfer mechanism 10, the insulator is installed on the fixing base of the connector by the insulator assembly mechanism 20 in the transportation process, the terminal assembly mechanism 30 is used for assembling the electric terminal on the insulator, and the tail cover of the tail part of the connector is assembled by the tail cover assembly mechanism 40 after the assembly of the electric terminal is completed, so that the assembled insulator and terminal have a sealing protection function. Therefore, the problems of low assembly efficiency and high difficulty of the connector insulator and the terminal in the prior art are solved, full-automatic assembly is adopted, the assembly is sequentially carried out, the assembly efficiency is high, and labor is greatly saved. In the terminal assembling process of the above embodiment, the strip-shaped terminal discharging device 301 is used for discharging, the terminal is fed through the terminal feeding device 302, and the terminal is fed to the terminal pushing device 303 for pushing and assembling, so that the assembling efficiency is high and the precision is high.
Referring to fig. 7 to 8, the assembling jig 3 includes a jig base plate 31, a conveying connecting plate 32 mounted on the jig base plate 31 and flush with the bottom surface of the jig base plate 31, and a jig panel 33 mounted on the jig base plate 31 and covering the conveying connecting plate 32, wherein an assembling positioning piece 331 is mounted on the jig panel 33, an assembling positioning shaft 332 is mounted on the assembling positioning piece 331, and a plurality of assembling positioning shafts 332 are provided; in the assembly process, the assembly positioning piece 331 is designed to be used for positioning the shell through the matching of the jig bottom plate 31, the conveying connecting plate 32 and the jig panel 33, and the assembly positioning shaft 332 is used for sleeving and positioning the copper bush, so that the precision of the connector in the assembly process is ensured, and the problem of assembly precision is avoided.
To the automatic equipment that is used for the connector, link together front end equipment and rear end equipment, front end equipment is with shell, copper sheathing and the automatic equipment of fixing base, and the rear end equipment includes insulator, terminal and the equipment of rear cover, has realized the full automatization equipment to the connector, and assembly efficiency is high, and degree of automation is high, does not need manual operation, greatly increased productivity.
Referring to fig. 5 to 8, the assembly conveyor 21 includes an assembly conveyor bracket 211, an assembly conveyor belt 212 transferred on the assembly conveyor bracket 211, assembly conveyor wheels 213 connected to both ends of the assembly conveyor belt 212, and an assembly conveyor motor 214 connected to the assembly conveyor wheels 213, wherein a conveyor connection block 215 is provided on the assembly conveyor belt 212, and a conveyor push block 216 is mounted on the conveyor connection block 215; specifically, the assembly conveying motor 214 drives the assembly conveying wheel 213 to drive the assembly conveying belt 212 to drive, and the assembly conveying belt 212 drives the conveying connecting block 215 and the conveying pushing block 216 to push and convey the assembly jig 3 on the assembly conveying bracket 211 during the transmission.
Specifically, two groups of assembly conveying brackets 211 are symmetrically arranged, conveying steps are formed between the two groups of assembly conveying brackets 211, a conveying cover plate 217 is arranged on the surface of the assembly conveying brackets 211, a conveying groove 218 is formed between the conveying cover plate 217 and the conveying steps, the assembly conveying belt 212 is used for driving a conveying pushing block to drive and push an assembly jig 3 to be conveyed on the conveying groove 218, conveying rollers 333 are arranged on two sides of the jig panel 33, and the jig panel 33 is conveyed on the conveying groove 218 through the conveying rollers 333; the conveying roller 333 is arranged on the jig panel 33, and the assembly jig 3 is ensured to be stably conveyed on the conveying groove 218 under the action of the conveying roller 333, and particularly the conveying connecting block 215 and the conveying pushing block 216 are driven to be conveyed by the assembly conveying belt 212 so as to push the jig panel 33 to move.
The assembly conveying bracket 211 is provided with positioning slots 2111 at one side of the conveying step, the assembly positioning device 9 comprises a positioning bracket 91, a positioning cylinder 92 arranged on the positioning bracket 91 and positioning inserting rods 93 arranged on the positioning cylinder 92, the number of the positioning inserting rods 93 is two, the number of the positioning slots 2111 is two, an assembly position for positioning the assembly jig 3 is formed between the two positioning slots 2111, and one end of the positioning inserting rod 93 is inserted into the positioning slots 2111 and used for positioning the assembly jig 3 on the assembly position; in this embodiment, a positioning slot is provided between the two positioning pins 93 to position the assembly fixture 3, so that the connector can be conveniently assembled after positioning.
The conveying cover plate 217 is provided with a jig press block 2171 at the upper side of the assembly position, the conveying cover plate 217 is provided with a positioning press groove, the positioning press groove is connected with a positioning press block 2172 in a sliding manner, one end of the positioning press block 2172 is provided with a compression spring, one end of the compression spring is abutted to the jig press block 2171, in the embodiment, the positioning press block 2172 is arranged to compress the positioned assembly jig 3 under the action of the compression spring after positioning, and the connector does not shake in the assembly process, so that the assembly precision is ensured.
The first transfer device 22 comprises a first transfer track 221 and a first transfer cylinder 222, the first transfer cylinder 222 is connected with a first transfer pushing block 223, the first transfer cylinder 222 is used for driving the first transfer pushing block 223 to push the assembly jig 3 to be conveyed on the first transfer track 221, the feeding end of the first transfer track 221 is connected with the backflow conveying device 24, and the discharging end of the first transfer track 221 is connected with the assembly conveying device 21; the assembly jig 3 flows back to the first transfer rail 221 from the back flow conveying device 24, and the first transfer air cylinder 222 drives the first transfer pushing block 223 to push the assembly jig 3 onto the assembly conveying device 21 for transmission. Specifically, the second transfer device 23 includes a second transfer rail 231 and a second transfer cylinder 232, where the second transfer cylinder 232 is connected with a second transfer push block 233, and the second transfer cylinder 232 is used to drive the second transfer push block 233 to push the assembly fixture 3 to convey on the second transfer rail 231, and a feeding end of the second transfer rail 231 is connected to the assembly conveying device 21, and a discharging end of the second transfer rail 231 is connected to the reflow conveying device 24; the assembly jig 3 enters the second transfer rail 231 from the assembly conveying device 21, and the assembly jig 3 is sent to the reflow conveying device 24 to be conveyed under the action of the second transfer pushing block 233 driven by the second transfer cylinder 232.
The return conveying device 24 includes a return conveying bracket 241, a return conveying roller 242 connected to the return conveying bracket 241, a return conveying belt 243 conveying the return conveying roller 242, and a return motor 244 mounted on the return conveying bracket 241 and connected to the return conveying roller 242; a backflow pushing cylinder 245 is arranged at the discharge end, close to the second transfer rail 231, of the backflow conveying support 241, and the backflow pushing cylinder 245 is used for conveying the assembly jig 3 towards the conveying belt; the reflux motor 244 drives the mixing conveying roller to drive the reflux conveying belt 243 to carry the assembly jig 3 in a reflux manner, and the reflux pushing cylinder 245 is arranged to push the assembly jig 3, so that the conveying stability is ensured.
Specifically, the reflow conveyor 243 is a metal conveyor belt, the conveying connection plate 32 is provided with a magnet 321, and the metal conveyor belt is adsorbed by the magnet 321 to drive the assembly jig 3 to convey, and the metal conveyor belt and the magnet 321 are matched to convey, so that the reflow conveying stability of the assembly jig 3 is further ensured.
Referring to fig. 11, the housing assembly mechanism 4 includes a housing supply tray 41, a housing supply rail 42 connected to the housing supply tray 41, a housing positioning block 43 connected to the housing supply rail 42, and a housing take-out device 44 for taking out materials on the housing positioning block 43; the shell feeding disc 41 is used for conveying shell vibration feeding to the shell positioning block 43 for positioning through the shell feeding track 42, and the shell taking device 44 is used for grabbing and assembling the shell on the shell positioning block 43 on the assembling positioning piece 331 on the assembling jig 3 for positioning and assembling. In this embodiment, the housing feeding tray 41 is a vibration tray, and the housing feeding rail 42 is a vibration rail, so as to realize automatic feeding, and the housing feeding device 44 that automatically feeds the material is used for feeding and assembling the material.
