Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐候单向透视防火多层复合透明防弹材料及工艺,包括包括基础材料预加步骤、复合加工步骤、抽真空步骤、高温高压步骤、降温静停步骤;所述基础材料预加步骤是加入防火特种玻璃、粘结增强膜材料、玻璃材料和单向透视镀膜玻璃;本发明以防火特种玻璃材料和单向透视镀膜玻璃和透明防弹材料为基础,经过复合加工、抽真空、高温高压及降温静停步骤,使得多层透明材料可以高强度粘合成一种单向透视/防火多层复合透明防弹材料的整体材料;本新型材料兼具透明、单向透视、防火、防弹功能在零下60度至零上60度的环境下不分层,不开裂。

技术领域
本发明涉及防弹材料技术领域,具体为一种耐候单向透视防火多层复合透明防弹材料及工艺。
背景技术
目前市场上军用/民用的防弹玻璃材料,只是单一的防弹功能,不能适应现代战争军事技术的发展,以及军用/警用/民用对单向透视的要求,急需一种具有单向透视并兼具防火功能的多层复合透明防弹材料(含中空);
普通的防弹玻璃产品,虽然具有一定的防止枪弹射击的功能,但是军用、警用以及民用对单向透视功能是需要的,因此必须要有新型的“单向透视并兼具防火功能的多功能复合透明材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐候单向透视防火多层复合透明防弹材料及工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出现有市场中普通的防弹玻璃产品仅具备有防弹的功能,但是不同时具备单向透视和防火功能的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种耐候单向透视防火多层复合透明防弹材料及工艺,包括基础材料预加步骤、复合加工步骤、抽真空步骤、高温高压步骤、降温静停步骤;
所述基础材料预加步骤是加入防火特种玻璃、粘结增强膜材料、玻璃材料和单向透视镀膜玻璃;
所述复合加工步骤是将上述基础材料复合加工成多层复合材料;
所述抽真空步骤是将复合加工步骤后的多层复合材料放入至抽真空软性容器内部进行抽真空操作;
所述高温高压步骤是将多层复合材料抽真空组件放入至高压釜的内部,进行升温增压处理,其温度首先是室温经过1~2h升温至80~90度,再经过3h升温至130~150度;其中压力通过0.5~1h升至8~9atm,再经过3~4h升至12~13atm;
所述降温静停步骤是将高压釜的内部保温1~1.5h,再保压降温4~5h,然后进行常温静停处理,降压至常压,最后从抽真空软性容器内部将多层复合材料取出,既为制作完成的防弹材料成品。
优选的,所述复合加工步骤具体是将防火特种玻璃底部通过粘结增强膜材料A粘合在玻璃材料的顶部,通过玻璃材料的底部通过粘结增强膜材料B粘合有单向透视镀膜玻璃。
优选的,所述抽真空步骤中真空软性容器内的真空度为0.08~0.12MP。
优选的,所述多层复合材料包括防火特种玻璃、粘结增强膜材料A、玻璃材料、粘结增强膜材料B和单向透视镀膜玻璃。
优选的,所述粘结增强膜材料A为SGP膜或PU膜。
优选的,所述玻璃材料可为普通玻璃或特种玻璃。
优选的,所述粘结增强膜材料B可为SGP膜、PU膜或PC膜。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:以防火特种玻璃材料和单向透视镀膜玻璃和透明防弹材料为基础,经过复合加工、抽真空、高温高压及降温静停步骤,使得多层透明材料可以高强度粘合成一种单向透视/防火多层复合透明防弹材料的整体材料;本新型材料兼具透明、单向透视、防火、防弹功能在零下60度至零上60度的环境下不分层,不开裂。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明提供的实施例:一种耐候单向透视防火多层复合透明防弹材料及工艺,包括基础材料预加步骤、复合加工步骤、抽真空步骤、高温高压步骤、降温静停步骤;
基础材料预加步骤是加入防火特种玻璃、粘结增强膜材料、玻璃材料和单向透视镀膜玻璃;
复合加工步骤是将上述基础材料复合加工成多层复合材料;
复合加工步骤具体为将复合加工步骤具体是将防火特种玻璃1底部通过粘结增强膜材料A2粘合在玻璃材料3的顶部,通过玻璃材料3的底部通过粘结增强膜材料B4粘合有单向透视镀膜玻璃5,以形成多层复合材料;
抽真空步骤是将复合加工步骤后的多层复合材料放入至抽真空软性容器内部进行抽真空操作;抽真空步骤中真空软性容器内的真空度为0.08~0.12MP;
高温高压步骤是将多层复合材料抽真空组件放入至高压釜的内部,进行升温增压处理,其温度首先是室温经过1~2h升温至80~90度,再经过3h升温至130~150度;其中压力通过0.5~1h升至8~9atm,再经过3~4h升至12~13atm;
降温静停步骤是将高压釜的内部保温1~1.5h,再保压降温4~5h,然后进行常温静停处理,降压至常压,最后从抽真空软性容器内部将多层复合材料取出,既为制作完成的防弹材料成品;
多层复合材料包括防火特种玻璃1、粘结增强膜材料A2、玻璃材料3、粘结增强膜材料B4和单向透视镀膜玻璃5;粘结增强膜材料A为SGP膜或PU膜;玻璃材料可为普通玻璃或特种玻璃;粘结增强膜材料B为SGP膜或PU膜或PC膜。

Claims (7)
1.一种耐候单向透视防火多层复合透明防弹材料制备工艺,包括基础材料预加步骤、复合加工步骤、抽真空步骤、高温高压步骤、降温静停步骤,其特征在于:
所述基础材料预加步骤是加入防火特种玻璃、粘结增强膜材料、玻璃材料和单向透视镀膜玻璃;
所述复合加工步骤是将上述基础材料复合加工成多层复合材料;
所述抽真空步骤是将复合加工步骤后的多层复合材料放入至抽真空软性容器内部进行抽真空操作;
所述高温高压步骤是将多层复合材料抽真空组件放入至高压釜的内部,进行升温增压处理,其温度首先是室温经过1~2h升温至80~90度,再经过3h升温至130~150度;其中压力通过0.5~1h升至8~9atm,再经过3~4h升至12~13atm;
所述降温静停步骤是将高压釜的内部保温1~1.5h,再保压降温4~5h,然后进行常温静停处理,降压至常压,最后从抽真空软性容器内部将多层复合材料取出,既为制作完成的防弹材料成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候单向透视防火多层复合透明防弹材料制备工艺,其特征在于:所述复合加工步骤具体是将防火特种玻璃(1)底部通过粘结增强膜材料A(2)粘合在玻璃材料(3)的顶部,通过玻璃材料(3)的底部通过粘结增强膜材料B(4)粘合有单向透视镀膜玻璃(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候单向透视防火多层复合透明防弹材料制备工艺,其特征在于:所述抽真空步骤中真空软性容器内的真空度为0.08~0.12MP。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候单向透视防火多层复合透明防弹材料,其特征在于:所述多层复合材料包括防火特种玻璃(1)、粘结增强膜材料A(2)、玻璃材料(3)、粘结增强膜材料B(4)和单向透视镀膜玻璃(5)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种耐候单向透视防火多层复合透明防弹材料,其特征在于:所述粘结增强膜材料A(2)为SGP膜或PU膜。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种耐候单向透视防火多层复合透明防弹材料,其特征在于:所述玻璃材料(3)可为普通玻璃或特种玻璃。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种耐候单向透视防火多层复合透明防弹材料,其特征在于:所述粘结增强膜材料B(4)可为SGP膜、PU膜或PC膜。
