Referring to fig. 3, 5, 8 and 11, the filter assembly 3 is provided with a plurality of oil cylinders 31 distributed on the bottom plate 12, stirring blades 62 on stirring rods 61 are located between two adjacent oil cylinders 31, the oil cylinders 31 are arranged in a vertical state, the upper ends of the oil cylinders 31 are connected with the treatment tank 1 through upper end fixing frames 14, the lower ends of the oil cylinders 31 are connected with the bottom plate 12 through lower end fixing frames 15, oil inlets 311 are formed in the side walls of the oil cylinders 31 along the axial direction of the oil cylinders, oil outlets 312 extending downwards through the bottom plate 12 are formed in the lower ends of the oil cylinders 31, each oil cylinder 31 is wrapped with a filter membrane 32, and conical heads 33 coaxial with the oil cylinders are fixedly arranged at the tops of the oil cylinders 31.
When the petroleum coke is stirred and cleaned, the oil and water in the petroleum coke enter the oil drum 31 through the filtering membrane 32, the oil and water enter the petroleum coke along the oil inlet 311, impurities are blocked outside, the oil and water is finally discharged through the oil outlet 312, and the petroleum coke is filtered more fully through the arrangement of the plurality of oil drums 31, so that the filtering efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, 5, 9 and 11, the discharging assembly 13 is provided with a rotary disk 131, the rotary disk 131 is rotatably arranged on the bottom plate 12, the lower end of each oil drum 31 passes through the rotary disk 131, arc-shaped openings 1311 coaxial with the rotary disk 131 are formed in the position, corresponding to each oil drum 31, on the rotary disk 131, of the discharging assembly 13, the discharging openings 121 on the bottom plate 12 are respectively located between every two adjacent arc-shaped openings 1311, a shifting plate 1312 is further arranged on the rotary disk 131 and at a position avoiding the oil drum 31, and a rotary driver 132 for driving the rotary disk 131 to rotate is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate 12.
When the petroleum coke is filtered, the blanking port 121 and the arc port 1311 on the rotary disk 131 are in a staggered and non-communicated state under normal conditions, and as the rotary disk 131 rotates, the arc port 1311 corresponds to the blanking port 121, so that impurities are discharged through the blanking port 121, the stirring plate 1312 on the rotary disk 131 has the effect of stirring the petroleum coke outwards, and the condition that the petroleum coke is gathered at the central position of the rotary disk 131 and cannot be discharged is avoided.
According to the application, the secondary crushing of the petroleum coke by the extrusion assembly 4 ensures that the size of the petroleum coke is in a specified size range, which is beneficial to the treatment of the petroleum coke, and the secondary cleaning of the petroleum coke by the dispersion cleaning assembly 5 and the stirring cleaning assembly 6 ensures that the oil content in the petroleum coke is fully extracted by the filtering assembly 3, thereby improving the petroleum extraction effect and avoiding the conditions that excessive impurities remain in the subsequent treatment due to insufficient crushing and incomplete cleaning of the petroleum coke.
