Under the control and the connecting action of the external control mechanism, after the weight plate 5 falls onto the weight sensor 11, the total weight of the weight plate 5 in the weight box 2 can be displayed on the display screen 19, so that a trainer can observe the current training weight in the training process, thereby facilitating the trainer to know own physical strength and ensuring the training effect.
