when the user normally takes exercise, connect rope 9 and remain the tensioning state throughout, the carousel 19 rotational speed reaches the degree that makes limiting plate 22 outer end follow and accomodate groove 191 and remove, and limiting plate 22 can not push down on spacing platform 24, and the user can carry out normal bench press and take exercise.
