The commonly used biological agents for promoting the growth and development of plants comprise auxin, plant growth bacteria, plant growth fungi, amino acid, plant extracts and the like, wherein the plant extracts are increasingly widely applied in the field of biological agents due to the characteristics of green, pollution-free, environment-friendly and the like.
However, when the plant extract is used as a biological agent for promoting plant growth in agricultural production, there are the following problems: the function is single, and the functions of promoting the growth and development of crops and improving the yield of the crops, improving the quality of agricultural products or improving the stress resistance of the crops are generally achieved; the action time is short, active ingredients in the plant extract are easy to lose efficacy, and the plant extract needs to be used for multiple times; the action effect is greatly influenced by the soil condition, and particularly when the soil is used in acid soil, the action effect is greatly reduced; poor stability, easy agglomeration and caking in long-term storage, and reduced action effect.
In order to solve the problems, the most commonly used method at present is to compound the plant extract with other biological agents and stabilizing aids, but the plant extract and the other biological agents may affect each other, so that the respective action effects are reduced; the stabilizing auxiliary has short action time and poor ultraviolet resistance, and can lose effect quickly under the action of ultraviolet rays, so that the effect of improving the action time of the biological agent is small.

The biological agents for promoting plant growth and development prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were left open for 100d in an environment at 40℃and 65% humidity, and then observed for the presence of agglomeration or caking, as follows:
the biological agent for promoting plant growth and development after being placed for 100 days in an open place is completely used in open cucumber planting according to the method of the embodiment 2, and finally the average value of the total yield and the individual yield of cucumber planting fields 1-5 is counted, and the counting result is as follows:
from the above results, it can be seen that the storage stability of the biological agent can be improved by performing the subsequent treatment of the mixed powder and the post-treatment of the solid carrier in the carrier preparation step; the coating film of the outer layer of the mixed powder and the coating film of the outer layer of the solid carrier can play a role in stabilizing, so that the problems of agglomeration and caking of biological agents and the occurrence of decline of the action effect in long-term storage are avoided.
The percentages used in the present invention are mass percentages unless otherwise indicated.
