In the process of conveying the part box, the second middle rotating frame 421 moves to the upper side of the second mounting frame 422 through the driving part of the second lifting driving part 423, so that the part box can move along the second middle rotating frame 421 until the part box completely enters the upper conveying area 211, then, the second lifting driving part 423 drives the second middle rotating frame 421 to move to the upper side of the second mounting frame 422, the part box is conveyed to the upper side of the second mounting frame 422 from the second middle rotating frame 421, and the part box can move along the second mounting frame 422 because the part box is located on the second mounting frame 422, so that the part box can move to the real box conveying frame 41 without the need of shifting the part box by a staff area, and the labor burden of staff is reduced.
Further, the second middle rotating frame 421 includes a plurality of second conveying rods 4211 extending along a longitudinal direction, the plurality of second conveying rods 4211 are disposed at intervals along a transverse direction, second mounting grooves 4212 are formed in the second conveying rods 4211, an extending direction of the second mounting grooves 4212 is consistent with an extending direction of the second conveying rods 4211, a plurality of second rollers 4213 are disposed in the second mounting grooves 4212, the plurality of second rollers 4213 are disposed at intervals along the extending direction of the second mounting grooves 4212, each second roller 4213 is rotatably connected with a side groove wall of the second mounting groove 4212, and an outer edge of each second roller 4213 is exposed out of a notch of the second mounting groove 4212. In this embodiment, the second conveying rod 4211 is provided with a plurality of second rollers 4213, and the second rollers 4213 can rotate relative to the part box, so that the part box can be transported in an auxiliary manner, the transportation efficiency is improved, the friction between the part box and the second conveying rod 4211 is reduced, and the part box is protected.

The scanning member 62 can scan the surrounding area of the parts cassette transport cart to monitor the surrounding environment in real time, thereby helping the parts cassette transport cart 100 to achieve more accurate movement. And can detect surrounding obstacles and personnel, thereby reducing the risk of accidents.

the empty box conveying mechanism comprises an empty box conveying frame and an empty box middle rotating frame, wherein the empty box conveying frame and the empty box middle rotating frame are arranged in the lower conveying area, the empty box conveying frame transversely extends, one end of the empty box conveying frame is positioned at the feeding port, the other end of the empty box conveying frame is in butt joint with the empty box middle rotating frame, the empty box middle rotating frame is positioned at the discharging port and longitudinally extends, the empty box conveying frame is downwards inclined towards the direction of the empty box middle rotating frame, and the empty box middle rotating frame is downwards inclined towards the direction of the discharging port;
the real box conveying mechanism comprises a real box conveying frame and a real box middle rotating frame, wherein the real box conveying frame is arranged in the upper conveying area, the real box conveying frame extends transversely, one end of the real box conveying frame is located at the discharge hole, the other end of the real box conveying frame is in butt joint with the real box rotating frame, the real box middle rotating frame is located at the feed opening and extends longitudinally, the real box conveying frame is arranged in a downward inclined mode in a direction away from the real box middle rotating frame, and the real box middle rotating frame is arranged in a downward inclined mode in a direction away from the feed opening.
