the lower part of drive sleeve (11) is provided with locking part, locking part is including guide post (25), promotes frame (28) and spacing round (26), guide post (25) fixed connection is in on adjusting shaft (18), spacing round (26) pass through guide post (25) with adjusting shaft (18) sliding fit, promote frame (28) fixed connection be in the bottom of spacing round (26), be provided with a plurality of tooth's socket (27) on the lower part inside of drive sleeve (11), the outer wall of spacing round (26) with a plurality of tooth's socket (27) joint cooperation, the bottom of adjusting shaft (18) is provided with compression spring (29), the bottom of compression spring (29) with promote frame (28) fixed connection, the bottom of promoting frame (28) is provided with adjust knob (17).

The pepper crushing and granulating device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said transmission part comprises a motor bracket (5), a driving motor (10) and a transmission member, said motor bracket (5) is arranged at the bottom of said crushing tank (1), said driving motor (10) is arranged on said motor bracket (5), and said driving motor (10) is in transmission connection with said driving sleeve (11) through said transmission member.

s1: adding peppers to be crushed into a feed hopper (2), driving a plurality of extrusion wheels (7) on two rotating shafts (9) by a rotating motor (6) to extrude the peppers to be crushed, and crushing the peppers seeds with harder textures;
s2: the driving motor (10) drives the transmission pinion (16) to rotate through the driving large gear (15), the driving sleeve (11) is driven in an accelerating way, the driving sleeve (11) drives the large crushing cutter heads (13) and the small crushing cutter heads (14) to rotate at a high speed, and the peppers to be crushed are crushed;
