Abstract
The invention relates to the field of fabric production, in particular to a production process of a red bean velvet soft and light antibacterial ultraviolet-proof fabric, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, selecting all-cotton combed yarn, wherein the count is 32-40 inches, the second-grade pure cotton is combed, the doffing is controlled to be 20-25%, and the yarn twist setting coefficient is 325-330; step two, knitting into fabric by a double-sided weft knitting machine with any one specification of 34 inches of cylinder diameter, 28 needles/inch of cylinder diameter or 38 inches of cylinder diameter and 24 needles/inch of cylinder diameter; and thirdly, refining and bleaching the fabric obtained in the second step. According to the invention, in the production process of the red bean velvet soft light fabric, the anti-ultraviolet slurry and the antibacterial agent are used for rolling the fabric, so that the fabric has the anti-ultraviolet capability on the premise of having the antibacterial capability, and the added value of the product is improved.
