Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of knitted sock fabrics in the knitted fabric processing technology, in particular to a comfortable and easily dyed knitted sock fabric.
Background
Socks are indispensable articles for daily use in the life of people, and the production of the socks is an important component of the knitting industry in China. Socks belong to the formed products of weft knitted fabrics, which not only require comfortable wearing, but also conform to the shape of feet, do not fall off or turn over in the wearing process, and require good extensibility and air permeability, and in addition, good hygroscopicity and wear resistance.
Due to the functional limitation and the wide application of chemical fiber raw materials, the fabric for the hosiery usually does not adopt a single fabric such as pure cotton and the like for weaving, two or more fabrics are usually adopted for interweaving and weaving, and the effects of elasticity, softness, moisture absorption, wear resistance and deodorization are obtained by a process and a weaving method. The bamboo fiber is used as a novel fiber raw material and is a high polymer fiber processed by using bamboo as a raw material, the fiber has good antibacterial, moisture absorption and air permeability effects, can adsorb peculiar smell and is very suitable for serving as a sock weaving fabric, however, the sock weaving fabric woven or interwoven by the bamboo fiber has the problem of difficult dyeing, and the fabric is also treated by a complex and an acid-base modification process, but the traditional dyeing modification process can enhance the dyeing effect to a certain extent, but can seriously affect the wearing comfort of the fabric, and the dyed fabric still has the problems of poor dyeing effect and poor color fastness, and the product with good visual effect is difficult to obtain by treatment.

Further, the other fabric may be cotton yarn, or a mixture of cotton yarn, polyamide and polyester fiber, viscose fiber, lyocell fiber, and modal fiber.
As a further limitation, the lyocell bamboo fiber is a cellulose fiber prepared by directly dissolving bamboo cellulose pulp serving as a raw material in an aqueous solution of N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide and performing wet spinning.
As a further limitation, when the fabric is woven, the twist of the warp yarn is 1800-2000T/m, and the density is 150-180T/cm; and the weft density of the weft yarn is 80-110T/cm.
In a further limitation, when the modified bamboo fiber is subjected to the sodium hydroxide solution soaking treatment, the soaking concentration of the sodium hydroxide solution is controlled to be 3-5%, the soaking temperature is controlled to be 20-25 ℃, and the soaking time is controlled to be 24-36 hours.
And as a further limitation, in the enzyme treatment process, adding cellulase and amylase according to the ratio of 20-30 mg of cellulase/g of bamboo fiber to 15-20 mg of amylase/g of bamboo fiber, uniformly stirring, adjusting the pH of the system to be 4.7-5.6, and reacting for 48-72 hours at the temperature of 15-20 ℃.
And as further limitation, when the urea and the ammonium persulfate are added, 1/10-1/8 in mass ratio of 3:1 and 1/10-1/8 in mass amount of the bamboo fibers are added, deionized water accounting for 30-50 times of the weight of the urea and the ammonium persulfate is added together, a water bath reaction is carried out at the temperature of 65-70 ℃, and the mixture is taken out after 80-120 min of reaction.
Has the advantages that: according to the invention, the bamboo fiber is modified, and is mixed with the Lyocell bamboo fiber after modification, and the mixed yarn of the modified bamboo fiber and other fabrics is respectively used as the warp yarn and the weft yarn for weaving, so that on one hand, the natural property of the bamboo fiber suitable for being used as a sock fabric can be better reserved, and simultaneously, the dyeing property of the bamboo fiber can be effectively improved, so that the sock fabric has better dyeing effect and color fastness, and the mechanical property of the sock fabric can be effectively ensured while the dyeing effect of the fiber fabric is improved.
