Background of the Invention
Many efforts have been made to develop cool wearable suits in subtropical climates with hot summers like Korea, but have not yet been realized. The well-being developed so far in the subtropical climate as summer suit welfare is mainly dominated by wool welfare or wool / polyester blended welfare. However, these well-beings have a cool, hot feeling when worn, and also have many wrinkles.
The present inventors use the Siro Fil spinning technology to study the soft water (twisting) and processing process of spinning, including the selection of raw materials for cool wear in summer, so that general wool welfare or wool / poly To overcome the hot and wrinkled disadvantages of the ester mixed well-being is to develop a product of the present invention that can be comfortably worn without sweating or sticking to the body in the summer.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a summer wool blend suit fabric suitable for subtropical climates that can be worn cool in moist, hot summers.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a summer wool blend suit fabric suitable for subtropical climates with less wrinkles as compared to conventional wool / polyester blend welfare or 100 wool wool.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a summer wool blend suit fabric suitable for subtropical climates with good ventilation compared to conventional wool / polyester blended welfare or 100 wool wool.
The above and other objects of the present invention can be achieved by the present invention described below.
There are two fill yarns for producing the wool blend suit fabric of the present invention.
One is a yarn spun between 20 denier polyester filament yarns on a roving made of 100 wool of 19 micrometers or less in diameter, consisting entirely of about 87 wool and about 13 polyester. In this yarn, two kinds of wool having different single yarn counts are used. In the present invention, single yarn counts of 80 and 100 threads are used.
The other is a yarn spinning yarn consisting of about 45 wool and about 55 polyester in total by speaking 20 denier polyester filament yarns in rovings made of wool 50 with a diameter of 19 microns or less and polyester 50 of 3 denier or less. In this yarn, one type of wool with 120 single yarn counts is used.
In the spinning process of spinning the yarn, the yarn was manufactured with a yarn in between yarns so as to enable single yarn weaving three times, and has a higher number of 43-53 years than that of the yarn in yarn. By having the lecture as described above, the visa method was changed to make the weaving smooth. Also, in order to increase the weaving ability of the speaker, the four joint method was used as the knotter joint method. This product is capable of both dyeing of yarn and cloth after weaving and improved high temperature dyeing and post-treatment methods to improve the fastness of dark color in dyeing process. In order to wear cool in the hot summer, the processing process was carried out strongly and the overall hair was omitted to improve the feel.
In the hot summer, the number of wool single yarns is selected from 120, 100 and 80 in order to produce lightly breathable and not wrinkled well. When blended with polyester, the number of blends is 120 so (絲) to manufacture and increase the soft water (twist number) compared to the yarn in the past, 43-53, and when woven into a fabric, the breathability is excellent, and the feel is expressed in three times to make it light weight.
In the raw material sector, wool with a diameter of 19μ or less, which is the number of raw materials, is selected from existing raw materials to prevent hard and rough touches when yarn is manufactured by lecture.
By selecting and using three times the number of wool raw materials, the solution of the homogenizer can be solved, and the polyester 20 denia filament is wrapped and spun to enable weaving by single yarn. Table 1 shows the spinning work results and the physical properties of the spun yarn according to the present invention. Standard years of the yarns of the present invention and the conventional yarns are shown in Table 2.
As shown in Table 1, the spun yarn used in the present invention is three times single yarn twisted yarn, but polyester filament is included 9-13, so the strength is good, weaving is possible with single yarn twist. Since the twist rate is about 43-53 higher than that of the conventional products, in order to smooth weaving in the weaving process, the visa condition for fixing the twist of yarn was performed twice at the temperature of 85 ° C. twice for 10 minutes. 10 minutes and 25 minutes twice at 85 ℃ to increase the time to stabilize the twist of the yarn is improved to improve the efficiency degradation portion generated in the weaving.
The yarns used in the products of the present invention are wrapped in 100 rovings of wool, or 20 denier polyester filaments, respectively, in blended rovings of wool 50 and polyester 3 denia 50 and spanned for the first time by the International Bureau of Wool (IWS). (SIRO-SPUN) Using the spinning method, the filament is wrapped in the span during spinning and produced in single yarn, while the yarn is twisted about 43-50 times higher than the conventional products. Because it is a manufactured product, it has excellent breathability and wrinkles, and the fabric feels comfortable to wear in hot summer.
In the dyeing process, since the polyester filament is used for the yarn according to the present invention, the dyeing and the color fastness of the dyeing and darkening (dark color) problems during dyeing have improved the high temperature dyeing method development and post-treatment method.
The main contents of the dyeing process are pretreatment and treatment for 10 minutes at 90 ° C, and dyeing is heated at 40 ° C for 1 minute to 1 ° C and maintained at 85 ° C for 15 minutes. Dye for 10, 20, or 30 minutes, depending on the color, while maintaining it. However, in the case of deep color, the temperature is raised to 120 ° C. and maintained for 1 minute at 40 ° C. for 1 minute.
As a post-treatment method, the color should be dyed at 105 ° C. for 20 minutes at 60 ° C. and the deep color dyed at 120 ° C. for 20 minutes at 80 ° C. Finally, it should be treated with softener for 15 minutes at 45 ℃. The product of the present invention is capable of both yarn dyeing and fabric dyeing after weaving, and can also impart two color effects by dyeing wool and polyfilament portions in different colors.
When weaving by using the yarn in accordance with the present invention because weaving between yarns in the weaving tangling each other in the weaving efficiency is low, so the twisting of the yarn in the yarn state is very important. Therefore, the present invention solved these problems by improving the visa condition, and selected and weaved the most efficient loom for this product. Weaving conditions and weaving results applied in the present invention are shown in Table 3.
It is possible to produce various varieties of fabric tissue using three-stage lectures to provide light and cool wear in hot and hot subtropical climates, but the design specification of the lightest tissue is preferred. The tissue design specifications of the fabric applied in the present invention are shown in Table 4.
The product of the present invention can also be improved by the processing process in order to implement a cool touch. In other words, in the processing process, embossing is performed to express the cool touch and omitting the whole hair, thereby minimizing the occurrence of cow wool and supplementing the hardening part by treating the softening agent to compensate for the case that the fabric becomes hard. The processing process of this product is classified into case of dyeing and dyeing. In case of dyeing, OPEN bathing → suture → high speed sintering → heat treatment → small → sintering → softening → CD (Conti Decatizing) → FD (Full Decatizing).
