Abstract

本发明公开了一种纵置混联式混合动力传动系统及控制方法,包括发动机、P1电机、P3电机、升速机构、减速换挡机构以及后桥;发动机与P1电机以及P3电机同轴心设置,发动机与P1电机之间通过升速机构连接,以实现发动机与P1电机之间传递动力;P3电机与后桥之间通过减速换挡机构连接,以实现车轮驱动;减速换挡机构与升速机构之间通过同步器连接,以实现发动机与P3电机的连接或断开。本发明满足纯电驱动,发动机直驱,串联/并联混合动力传动等功能,满足整车节能降耗目标。采用圆柱齿轮实现升/减速,结构设计及零件工艺简单,技术成熟设计及工艺成本低,系统效率高。

一种纵置混联式混合动力传动系统及控制方法
技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力传动技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种纵置混联式混合动力传动系统及控制方法。
背景技术
由于环境污染和能源危机问题日益突出,环保问题越来越受到国内外的重视,国家也一直在更新汽车尾气排放的相关法规。现有的传统燃油车驱动模式单一,动力系统的优化难以应对严格的法规,而纯电动汽车则受限于续航里程、电池、成本等问题无法完全替代传统动力汽车。
混合动力汽车以电池和燃油为能量源,以发动机和电动机提供驱动力,兼具传统燃油汽车长续航和纯电动汽车运行效率高、排放少的优点,混合动力汽车的油耗及排放水平有了很大的提升,对环境保护及能源节约具有重大意义。
现有技术一:一种应用于混合动力商用车的动力系统,包括发动机、具有增速功能的增速齿轮总成、发电机、耦合机构、驱动电机、具有减速功能的减速齿轮总成、输入轴和输出轴;所述输入轴和输出轴通过耦合机构连接,耦合机构控制输入轴和输出轴的结合和分离。
现有技术一的缺点:
1)齿轮与离合器分别在电机不同侧布置,不利于润滑设计;
2)传动系统布置,壳体设计分段数量多,装配复杂;
3)发动机直驱模式下,仅通过后桥速比降速,速比不能调整,影响发动机效率。
现有技术二:
一种纵置混合动力车辆驱动装置,它包括:发动机、与所述发动机同轴布置的第一电动机与第二电动机、与所述第一电动机相连的第一齿轮组、与所述第二电动机相连的第二齿轮组、连接所述发动机与所述第一齿轮组的输入轴以及连接所述输入轴与所述第二齿轮组的输出轴,所述输入轴和输出轴与所述发动机同轴布置。
现有技术二的缺点:
1)减速机构齿轮与离合器和升速机构齿轮分别在电机不同侧布置,不利于润滑设计;
2)传动系统布置,壳体设计分段数量多,装配复杂;
3)发动机直驱模式下,仅通过后桥速比降速,速比不能调整,影响发动机效率。
因此,如何提供一种可有效满足纯电驱动,发动机直驱,串联/并联混合动力传动等功能,满足整车节能降耗目标的纵置混联式混合动力传动系统成为本领域亟需解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纵置混联式混合动力传动系统及控制方法,满足纯电驱动,发动机直驱,串联/并联混合动力传动等功能,满足整车节能降耗目标。采用圆柱齿轮实现升/减速,结构设计及零件工艺简单,技术成熟设计及工艺成本低,系统效率高。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种纵置混联式混合动力传动系统,包括发动机、P1电机、P3电机、升速机构、减速换挡机构以及后桥;
所述发动机与所述P1电机以及所述P3电机同轴心设置,所述发动机与所述P1电机之间通过升速机构连接,以实现所述发动机与所述P1电机之间传递动力;
所述P3电机与所述后桥之间通过减速换挡机构连接,以实现车轮驱动;所述减速换挡机构与所述升速机构之间通过同步器连接,以实现所述发动机与所述P3电机的连接或断开;
所述减速换挡机构包括啮合套和第二中间轴,P3电机轴上设有第五齿轮,所述第二中间轴上设有第六齿轮,所述第五齿轮与所述第六齿轮啮合;所述啮合套滑动套设在所述第二中间轴上,并能够随着所述第二中间轴同步转动,且所述啮合套上设有第七齿轮和第九齿轮,所述后桥的输出轴上设有第八齿轮和第十齿轮,所述啮合套通过第七齿轮与所述第八齿轮啮合,或第九齿轮与所述第十齿轮啮合,以实现所述后桥输出的档位控制。
可选地,根据本发明所述的纵置混联式混合动力传动系统,所述升速机构包括第一齿轮、第二齿轮、第三齿轮以及第四齿轮,所述发动机通过曲轴飞轮组与所述第一齿轮连接,所述第二齿轮与所述第三齿轮通过第一中间轴同轴连接,所述第一齿轮与所述第二齿轮啮合传动,所述第四齿轮与P1电机轴同轴连接,并与所述第三齿轮啮合传动;所述第一中间轴与所述第二中间轴通过同步器连接,以实现所述第一中间轴与所述第二中间轴的同步传动。
可选地,根据本发明所述的纵置混联式混合动力传动系统,所述同步器前端与第一中间轴连接、后端与所述第二中间轴通过花键连接,通过所述同步器结合与分离实现所述传动系统的模式切换。
根据本发明的第二方面,还提供了一种纵置混联式混合动力传动系统控制方法,采用上述实施例所述的纵置混联式混合动力传动系统,并实现以下功能模式:
纯电行驶:所述发动机停止工作,所述同步器分离,所述P3电机工作、驱动所述减速换挡机构和所述后桥实现车轮驱动;
串联行驶:所述发动机正常工作,通过所述升速机构驱动所述P1电机给电池系统供电;所述同步器分离,所述P3电机工作、驱动所述减速换挡机构和所述后桥实现车轮驱动;
高速直驱:所述发动机正常工作,所述同步器结合,P1电机和P3电机停止工作;即所述发动机通过所述升速机构、P1电机轴、同步器、换挡减速机构以及输出轴至后桥驱动车轮;
能量回收:所述发动机停止工作,所述同步器分离,车辆制动减速,车轮通过后桥反驱动减速换挡机构,从而驱动P3电机实现能量回收。
可选地,根据本发明所述的纵置混联式混合动力传动系统控制方法,还包括耦合并联行驶模式,在该模式下,纯电行驶和高速直驱模式能够独立存在或同时存在。
可选地,根据本发明所述的纵置混联式混合动力传动系统控制方法,在所述纯电行驶模式下,所述P3电机通过P3电机轴驱动第五齿轮旋转,所述第五齿轮驱动第六齿轮旋转,所述第六齿轮驱动所述第二中间轴及所述啮合套同步旋转;
所述啮合套通过第七齿轮与所述第八齿轮啮合,或第九齿轮与所述第十齿轮啮合,从而使得输出轴驱动后桥实现车轮驱动。
可选地,根据本发明所述的纵置混联式混合动力传动系统控制方法,在所述串联行驶模式下,所述发动机提供曲轴飞轮组驱动输入轴转动,所述输入轴驱动第一齿轮旋转,所述第一齿轮驱动所述第二齿轮旋转,所述第二齿轮通过第一中间轴驱动所述第三齿轮旋转,所述第三齿轮驱动所述第四齿轮旋转,所述第四齿轮驱动P1电机轴转动从而驱动P1电机给电池系统充电;
同时,所述P3电机通过P3电机轴驱动第五齿轮旋转,所述第五齿轮驱动第六齿轮旋转,所述第六齿轮驱动所述第二中间轴及所述啮合套同步旋转所述啮合套通过第七齿轮与所述第八齿轮啮合,或第九齿轮与所述第十齿轮啮合,从而使得输出轴驱动后桥实现车轮驱动。
可选地,根据本发明所述的纵置混联式混合动力传动系统控制方法,在所述高速直驱模式下,发动机通过曲轴飞轮组驱动输入轴转动,输入轴驱动所述第一齿轮旋转,所述第一齿轮驱动所述第二齿轮旋转,所述第二齿轮通过中间轴驱动所述第三齿轮旋转,所述第三齿轮驱动第四齿轮旋转,所述第四齿轮驱动P1电机轴转动,所述P1电机轴经同步器驱动所述第二中间轴转动,所述啮合套通过第七齿轮与所述第八齿轮啮合,或第九齿轮与所述第十齿轮啮合,从而使得输出轴驱动后桥实现车轮驱动。
可选地,根据本发明所述的纵置混联式混合动力传动系统控制方法,在所述能量回收模式下,所述车轮反驱动后桥,所述后桥驱动输出轴转动,所述输出轴带动啮合套和第二中间轴旋转,所述第二中间轴带动第五齿轮旋转,所述第五齿轮驱动P3电机轴转动从而驱动P3电机实现能量回收。
本发明提供一种纵置混联式混合动力传动系统及控制方法,满足纯电驱动,发动机直驱,串联/并联混合动力传动等功能,满足整车节能降耗目标。采用圆柱齿轮实现升/减速,结构设计及零件工艺简单,技术成熟设计及工艺成本低,系统效率高:
1)将传动系统中的齿轮/离合器集中布置,轴向尺寸短,润滑设计简单;
2)各个动力模式下均为两对齿轮副实现速比变化,传动效率高;
3)平行轴升/减输入输出同轴设计,实现发动机/电机/离合器同轴传递动力,整体径向尺寸小,实现轻量化同时提升整车布置自由度;
4)升速机构提高转速,降低扭矩,从而减小同步器负载,控制成本;
5)高速行驶时,发动机会占据主要输出地位,可以通过挡位调节,控制发动机转速,使其保持在合理的转速范围内,这样既能确保强有力的动力输出,还优化了燃油经济性和噪音控制;
6)发动机直驱路线更适应速比匹配,便于调整,提高发动机效率。

根据图1和图2所示,本发明提供了一种纵置混联式混合动力传动系统,包括发动机1、P1电机3、P3电机4、升速机构C、减速换挡机构D以及后桥5。
整体布置结构分几个功能模块:发动机模块A驱动升速机构C实现发电机B高效充电;电机E驱动通过减速换挡机构D和后桥5实现车轮驱动;发电机B和电机E之间布置同步器9,实现发动机模块A的动力与电机E的动力连接或断开;以上各个模块功能采用控制模块控制实现DHT不同工作模式,达到高效驱动目标。
发动机1与P1电机3以及P3电机4同轴心设置,发动机1与P1电机3之间通过升速机构C连接,以实现发动机1与P1电机3之间传递动力。
P3电机4与后桥5之间通过减速换挡机构D连接,以实现车轮驱动;减速换挡机构D与升速机构C之间通过同步器9连接,以实现发动机1与P3电机4的连接或断开。
减速换挡机构D包括啮合套10和第二中间轴11,P3电机轴12上设有第五齿轮18,第二中间轴11上设有第六齿轮19,第五齿轮18与第六齿轮19啮合;啮合套10滑动套设在第二中间轴11上,并能够随着第二中间轴11同步转动,且啮合套10上设有第七齿轮20和第九齿轮22,后桥5的输出轴13上设有第八齿轮21和第十齿轮23,啮合套10通过第七齿轮20与第八齿轮21啮合,或第九齿轮22与第十齿轮23啮合,以实现后桥5输出的档位控制。
减速换挡机构D与P3电机4传动连接,P3电机轴12为减速换挡机构D传动轴与电机转子轴共用设计,即P3电机轴12上布置第五齿轮18,同时与P3电机4转子装配。
减速换挡机构D由三对圆柱齿轮实现,P3电机轴12与输出轴13同轴,第五齿轮18布置在P3电机轴12上,且与P3电机轴12一体设计。第六齿轮19与第二中间轴11一体,第七齿轮20、第九齿轮22通过啮合套10空套在第二中间轴11上,第八齿轮21、第十齿轮23布置在与后桥5连接的输出轴13上,与输出轴13一体设计。
进一步地,升速机构C包括第一齿轮14、第二齿轮15、第三齿轮16以及第四齿轮17,发动机1通过曲轴飞轮组2与第一齿轮14连接,第二齿轮15与第三齿轮16通过第一中间轴8同轴连接,第一齿轮14与第二齿轮15啮合传动,第四齿轮17与P1电机轴7同轴连接,并与第三齿轮16啮合传动;第一中间轴8与第二中间轴11通过同步器9连接,以实现第一中间轴8与第二中间轴11的同步传动。
升速机构C的输入轴6与曲轴飞轮组2连接,且发动机1的传动轴与P1电机3转子轴共用设计,即P1电机轴7上布置第四齿轮17,同时与P1电机3转子装配;
升速机构C由两对圆柱齿轮实现,输入轴6与P1电机轴7同轴,第一齿轮14布置在输入轴6上,且与输入轴6一体设计。第二齿轮15、第三齿轮16与第一中间轴8为一体,第四齿轮17布置在P1电机轴7,与P1电机轴7一体设计。
再进一步地,同步器9前端与第一中间轴8连接、后端与第二中间轴11通过花键连接,通过同步器9结合与分离实现传动系统的模式切换。
根据本发明的第二方面,还提供了一种纵置混联式混合动力传动系统控制方法,采用上述实施例的纵置混联式混合动力传动系统,并实现以下功能模式:
纯电行驶:发动机1停止工作,同步器9分离,P3电机4工作、驱动减速换挡机构D和后桥5实现车轮驱动;
串联行驶:发动机1正常工作,通过升速机构C驱动P1电机3给电池系统供电;同步器9分离,P3电机4工作、驱动减速换挡机构D和后桥5实现车轮驱动;
高速直驱:发动机1正常工作,同步器9结合,P1电机3和P3电机4停止工作;即发动机1通过升速机构C、P1电机轴7、同步器9、换挡减速换挡机构D以及输出轴13至后桥5驱动车轮;
能量回收:发动机1停止工作,同步器9分离,车辆制动减速,车轮通过后桥5反驱动减速换挡机构D,从而驱动P3电机4实现能量回收。
进一步地,还包括耦合并联行驶模式,在该模式下,纯电行驶和高速直驱模式能够独立存在或同时存在。
进一步地,在纯电行驶模式下,P3电机4通过P3电机轴12驱动第五齿轮18旋转,第五齿轮18驱动第六齿轮19旋转,第六齿轮19驱动第二中间轴11及啮合套10同步旋转;
啮合套10通过第七齿轮20与第八齿轮21啮合,或第九齿轮22与第十齿轮23啮合,从而使得输出轴13驱动后桥5实现车轮驱动。
进一步地,在串联行驶模式下,发动机1提供曲轴飞轮组2驱动输入轴6转动,输入轴6驱动第一齿轮14旋转,第一齿轮14驱动第二齿轮15旋转,第二齿轮15通过第一中间轴8驱动第三齿轮16旋转,第三齿轮16驱动第四齿轮17旋转,第四齿轮17驱动P1电机轴7转动从而驱动P1电机3给电池系统充电;
同时,P3电机4通过P3电机轴12驱动第五齿轮18旋转,第五齿轮18驱动第六齿轮19旋转,第六齿轮19驱动第二中间轴11及啮合套10同步旋转啮合套10通过第七齿轮20与第八齿轮21啮合,或第九齿轮22与第十齿轮23啮合,从而使得输出轴13驱动后桥5实现车轮驱动。
进一步地,在高速直驱模式下,发动机1通过曲轴飞轮组2驱动输入轴6转动,输入轴6驱动第一齿轮14旋转,第一齿轮14驱动第二齿轮15旋转,第二齿轮15通过中间轴驱动第三齿轮16旋转,第三齿轮16驱动第四齿轮17旋转,第四齿轮17驱动P1电机轴7转动,P1电机轴7经同步器9驱动第二中间轴11转动,啮合套10通过第七齿轮20与第八齿轮21啮合,或第九齿轮22与第十齿轮23啮合,从而使得输出轴13驱动后桥5实现车轮驱动。
进一步地,在能量回收模式下,车轮反驱动后桥5,后桥5驱动输出轴13转动,输出轴13带动啮合套10和第二中间轴11旋转,第二中间轴11带动第五齿轮18旋转,第五齿轮18驱动P3电机轴12转动从而驱动P3电机4实现能量回收。
本系统同步器9可采用但不限于湿式摩擦片离合器,电磁离合器代替。

1.一种纵置混联式混合动力传动系统,其特征在于,包括发动机、P1电机、P3电机、升速机构、减速换挡机构以及后桥;
所述发动机与所述P1电机以及所述P3电机同轴心设置,所述发动机与所述P1电机之间通过升速机构连接,以实现所述发动机与所述P1电机之间传递动力;
所述P3电机与所述后桥之间通过减速换挡机构连接,以实现车轮驱动;所述减速换挡机构与所述升速机构之间通过同步器连接,以实现所述发动机与所述P3电机的连接或断开;
所述减速换挡机构包括啮合套和第二中间轴,P3电机轴上设有第五齿轮,所述第二中间轴上设有第六齿轮,所述第五齿轮与所述第六齿轮啮合;所述啮合套滑动套设在所述第二中间轴上,并能够随着所述第二中间轴同步转动,且所述啮合套上设有第七齿轮和第九齿轮,所述后桥的输出轴上设有第八齿轮和第十齿轮,所述啮合套通过第七齿轮与所述第八齿轮啮合,或第九齿轮与所述第十齿轮啮合,以实现所述后桥输出的档位控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纵置混联式混合动力传动系统,其特征在于,所述升速机构包括第一齿轮、第二齿轮、第三齿轮以及第四齿轮,所述发动机通过曲轴飞轮组与所述第一齿轮连接,所述第二齿轮与所述第三齿轮通过第一中间轴同轴连接,所述第一齿轮与所述第二齿轮啮合传动,所述第四齿轮与P1电机轴同轴连接,并与所述第三齿轮啮合传动;所述第一中间轴与所述第二中间轴通过同步器连接,以实现所述第一中间轴与所述第二中间轴的同步传动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纵置混联式混合动力传动系统,其特征在于,所述同步器前端与第一中间轴连接、后端与所述第二中间轴通过花键连接,通过所述同步器结合与分离实现所述传动系统的模式切换。
4.一种纵置混联式混合动力传动系统控制方法,其特征在于,采用权利要求3所述的纵置混联式混合动力传动系统,并实现以下功能模式:
纯电行驶:所述发动机停止工作,所述同步器分离,所述P3电机工作、驱动所述减速换挡机构和所述后桥实现车轮驱动;
串联行驶:所述发动机正常工作,通过所述升速机构驱动所述P1电机给电池系统供电;所述同步器分离,所述P3电机工作、驱动所述减速换挡机构和所述后桥实现车轮驱动;
高速直驱:所述发动机正常工作,所述同步器结合,P1电机和P3电机停止工作;即所述发动机通过所述升速机构、P1电机轴、同步器、换挡减速机构以及输出轴至后桥驱动车轮;
能量回收:所述发动机停止工作,所述同步器分离,车辆制动减速,车轮通过后桥反驱动减速换挡机构,从而驱动P3电机实现能量回收。
5.根据权利要求4所述的纵置混联式混合动力传动系统控制方法,其特征在于,还包括耦合并联行驶模式,在该模式下,纯电行驶和高速直驱模式能够独立存在或同时存在。
6.根据权利要求4所述的纵置混联式混合动力传动系统控制方法,其特征在于,在所述纯电行驶模式下,所述P3电机通过P3电机轴驱动第五齿轮旋转,所述第五齿轮驱动第六齿轮旋转,所述第六齿轮驱动所述第二中间轴及所述啮合套同步旋转;
所述啮合套通过第七齿轮与所述第八齿轮啮合,或第九齿轮与所述第十齿轮啮合,从而使得输出轴驱动后桥实现车轮驱动。
7.根据权利要求4所述的纵置混联式混合动力传动系统控制方法,其特征在于,在所述串联行驶模式下,所述发动机提供曲轴飞轮组驱动输入轴转动,所述输入轴驱动第一齿轮旋转,所述第一齿轮驱动所述第二齿轮旋转,所述第二齿轮通过第一中间轴驱动所述第三齿轮旋转,所述第三齿轮驱动所述第四齿轮旋转,所述第四齿轮驱动P1电机轴转动从而驱动P1电机给电池系统充电;
同时,所述P3电机通过P3电机轴驱动第五齿轮旋转,所述第五齿轮驱动第六齿轮旋转,所述第六齿轮驱动所述第二中间轴及所述啮合套同步旋转所述啮合套通过第七齿轮与所述第八齿轮啮合,或第九齿轮与所述第十齿轮啮合,从而使得输出轴驱动后桥实现车轮驱动。
8.根据权利要求4所述的纵置混联式混合动力传动系统控制方法,其特征在于,在所述高速直驱模式下,发动机通过曲轴飞轮组驱动输入轴转动,输入轴驱动所述第一齿轮旋转,所述第一齿轮驱动所述第二齿轮旋转,所述第二齿轮通过中间轴驱动所述第三齿轮旋转,所述第三齿轮驱动第四齿轮旋转,所述第四齿轮驱动P1电机轴转动,所述P1电机轴经同步器驱动所述第二中间轴转动,所述啮合套通过第七齿轮与所述第八齿轮啮合,或第九齿轮与所述第十齿轮啮合,从而使得输出轴驱动后桥实现车轮驱动。
9.根据权利要求4所述的纵置混联式混合动力传动系统控制方法,其特征在于,在所述能量回收模式下,所述车轮反驱动后桥,所述后桥驱动输出轴转动,所述输出轴带动啮合套和第二中间轴旋转,所述第二中间轴带动第五齿轮旋转,所述第五齿轮驱动P3电机轴转动从而驱动P3电机实现能量回收。
