when the weight of the big tea in the rope drawing and packing bag 24 reaches a set value, the picking motor 6, the conveying motor 10 and the moving motor 33 stop working;
then the fixed piston rod 23 of the fixed oil cylinder is retracted downwards, the restriction on the fixed hole on the rope-drawing and packing bag 24 is canceled, then the telescopic rod 20 drives the annular supporting frame 21 to move upwards, the rope-drawing wound on the tightening piston rod 22 is tensioned upwards to tighten the opening of the rope-drawing and packing bag 24, and then the tightening piston rod 22 of the tightening oil cylinder is retracted downwards to cancel the restriction on the rope-drawing; finally, the packed rope-drawing packing bag 24 is taken down from the position of the supporting chassis 19 far away from the lifting supporting leg side;
and then installing a new rope-drawing packing bag 24, repeating the steps, and continuing the picking and packing operation of the big tea.
According to the application, through the arrangement of the integral structure, the integrated operation of picking, transporting and packing the big tea is realized: make saw chain 4 span in tea ridge top through both sides lift landing leg to pick the tealeaves of the whole top of tea ridge through saw chain 4, effectively reduce and leak and draw the rate and improve and pick efficiency, combine picking mechanism and packing mechanism together through transport mechanism, realized that big tea is picked transportation and is collected and packing function integration, use manpower sparingly, material resources, reduced manufacturing cost, improved production efficiency.

Claims (10)

1. The integrated device for picking, transporting, collecting and packing the big tea is characterized by comprising a lifting mechanism, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises two lifting support legs which can be separately arranged at two sides of a tea ridge;
the front end of the top of the lifting mechanism is provided with a picking mechanism for picking big tea;
the rear end of the lifting mechanism is provided with a packing mechanism for collecting and packing big tea, and the packing mechanism comprises two packing components positioned at the outer sides of the lifting supporting legs;
the lifting mechanism at the rear end of the picking mechanism is provided with a conveying mechanism for conveying big tea picked by the picking mechanism to the packing assembly;
the bottom of the lifting mechanism is provided with a running mechanism for realizing movement.
2. The integrated device for picking, transporting, collecting and packing big tea according to claim 1, wherein the picking mechanism comprises an arc-shaped guide plate, and two ends of the arc-shaped guide plate are fixedly arranged at the front ends of the tops of the corresponding side lifting supporting legs through supports respectively;
the support is rotatably matched with a chain wheel, and the two chain wheels are connected through a saw chain; one of the supports is provided with a picking motor, and an output shaft of the picking motor is coaxially and fixedly connected with a corresponding chain wheel;
the front side and the rear side of the arc-shaped guide plate are respectively provided with an arc-shaped guide groove extending along the arc-shaped length direction of the arc-shaped guide plate, and the front section and the rear section of the saw chain are respectively positioned in the corresponding arc-shaped guide grooves.

the upper part of the horizontal transportation way is provided with a pushing component for pushing the big tea backwards along the horizontal transportation way.
4. A tea picking, transporting, collecting and packing integrated device according to claim 3, wherein the conveying assembly comprises two baffles arranged in parallel along the front-back direction, and the baffles are fixedly arranged at the top ends of the lifting support legs;
an inclined transportation channel with a bilateral symmetry structure is fixedly arranged between the two baffles, and the inclined transportation channel is in a structure with high middle and low two sides.

The integrated device for picking, transporting, collecting and packing big tea according to claim 4, wherein the pushing assembly comprises two synchronous belt shafts which are arranged in parallel along the front-back direction, and the synchronous belt shafts extend along the left-right direction;
the two ends of the synchronous belt shaft are respectively in running fit with corresponding mounting seats, and the mounting seats are fixedly arranged at the top ends of the corresponding lifting supporting legs; the end part of one synchronous belt shaft is coaxially and fixedly connected with the output shaft of the conveying motor;
the two synchronous belt shafts are connected with synchronous belts;
the outer side surface of the synchronous belt is uniformly provided with a plurality of poking sheets along the movement direction of the synchronous belt, and the end parts of the poking sheets are provided with brushes;
in the process that the poking piece follows the synchronous belt, a hairbrush on the poking piece can contact with a horizontal conveying channel or an arc conveying channel.

The integrated device for picking, transporting, collecting and packing big tea according to claim 5, wherein a protecting cover capable of covering the pushing assembly and the arc-shaped transporting channel is arranged on the horizontal transporting channel, a big tea inlet is arranged at the front end of the protecting cover, and a big tea outlet for enabling big tea to enter the inclined transporting channel from the arc-shaped transporting channel is arranged at the rear end of the protecting cover.

the lower part of the screw rod is coaxially provided with a worm, and the first lifting seat is provided with a turbine matched with the worm and a lifting motor for driving the turbine to rotate.
