The input rotating shaft 24 and the first rotating shaft 21 are linked through a first geneva gear 25, a driving plate in the first geneva gear 25 is arranged on the input rotating shaft 24, geneva gears in the first geneva gear 25 are arranged on the first rotating shaft 21, the number of round pins on the driving plate in the first geneva gear 25 is 1, and the number of grooves on the geneva gears in the first geneva gear 25 is 4, so that an intermittent ratio of 1/4 is formed. In the actual working process, the motor 22 drives the input rotating shaft 24 to rotate through the speed reducer 23, and the input rotating shaft 24 drives the large rotary table 2 on the first rotating shaft 21 to perform corresponding intermittent rotation through the first sheave mechanism 25, so that the temperature controller 100 is gradually operated to judge the position 11, the defective product discharging position 12, the finished product adjusting position 13 and the finished product discharging position 14.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, specifically, in this embodiment, the placement base 7 is in a T-shaped stepped shaft shape, the placement base 7 rotates to mount the large turntable 2, the bottom of the placement base 7 penetrates through the bottom of the large turntable 2, and the top of the placement base 7 is provided with a mounting opening for supporting the temperature control main body 101 in the temperature controller 100 in a partially rotating manner.
The posture-forming adjusting mechanism 5 includes an adjusting base 51, a winding column 511, an adjusting turntable 512, and a jaw unit 513; wherein, the adjusting base 51 is fixed on the top of the material table 1 and is positioned below the large turntable 2. The winding column 511 is arranged at the top of the adjusting base 51 through a hanging frame 514, the winding column 511 is vertically arranged and is positioned above the large turntable 2, the installation height position of the winding column 511 is correspondingly arranged with the position of the wiring pin 103 in the temperature controller 100, and the winding column 511 is lower than the mounting frame 102 in the temperature controller 100.
A second sheave mechanism 52, a third sheave mechanism 53 and a fourth sheave mechanism 54 are arranged between the input rotating shaft 24 and the finished product pose adjusting mechanism 5, round pins on driving plates in the second sheave mechanism 52, the third sheave mechanism 53 and the fourth sheave mechanism 54 are 1 in number, grooves on sheaves are 4 in number, and driving plates in the first sheave mechanism 25, the second sheave mechanism 52, the third sheave mechanism 53 and the fourth sheave mechanism 54 are sequentially and uniformly arranged at intervals in a staggered mode to form sequential driving. The adjusting rotary table 512 is rotatably installed on the adjusting base 51, the clamping jaw unit 513 is installed on the top of the adjusting base 51, the input rotary shaft 24 controls the clamping jaw unit 513 to clamp the bottom of the placing seat 7 through the second sheave mechanism 52, the input rotary shaft 24 controls the adjusting rotary table 512 to rotate through the third sheave mechanism 53, and the input rotary shaft 24 controls the clamping jaw unit 513 to loosen the placing seat 7 through the fourth sheave mechanism 54.
In the actual working process, the motor 22 rotates through the input rotating shaft 24 of the speed reducer 23, and in the process, firstly, the input rotating shaft 24 controls the large turntable 2 to rotate through the first sheave mechanism 25 so as to transfer the temperature controller 100 on the placing seat 7 from the defective material discharging position 12 to the finished product adjusting position 13; then the input rotating shaft 24 controls the clamping jaw unit 513 to clamp the bottom of the placing seat 7 through the second sheave mechanism 52; then, the input rotating shaft 24 controls the adjusting turntable 512 to rotate one circle through the third sheave mechanism 53 so as to control the temperature controller 100 on the placing seat 7 to rotate and adjust until the wiring pins 103 in the temperature controller 100 collide with the winding posts 511 for positioning, so that the posture of the temperature controller 100 is uniformly adjusted. Finally, the input shaft 24 controls the jaw unit 513 via the fourth geneva gear 54 to release the setting bed 7 to wait for the next cycle.
Specifically, the second rotating shaft 55, the third rotating shaft 56 and the fourth rotating shaft 57 are rotatably installed on the adjusting base 51, and the input rotating shaft 24 controls the second rotating shaft 55, the third rotating shaft 56 and the fourth rotating shaft 57 to rotate in a one-to-one correspondence manner through the second geneva gear 52, the third geneva gear 53 and the fourth geneva gear 54 respectively.
The third rotating shaft 56 and the adjusting rotary table 512 are driven by a gear pair with a transmission ratio of 1:4, so as to control the adjusting rotary table 512 to make a full rotation.
A square seat 58 is fixed on the adjusting turntable 512, and a first transmission bevel gear 581, a second transmission bevel gear 582 and a third transmission bevel gear 583 are arranged in the square seat 58; the number of teeth on the first transmission bevel gear 581 is half, the first transmission bevel gear 581 is located above and rotatably mounted on the square seat 58 through the first transmission shaft 584, and the second rotation shaft 55 and the first transmission shaft 584 are driven through a gear pair with a transmission ratio of 1:4 so as to control the first transmission shaft 584 to rotate in a whole circle. Similarly, the number of teeth on the second drive bevel gear 582 remains half, the second drive bevel gear 582 is located below and rotatably mounted on the square seat 58 through the second drive shaft 585, and the fourth shaft 57 and the second drive shaft 585 are driven by a gear pair with a transmission ratio of 1:4 to control the first drive shaft 584 to rotate in a whole circle. The third transmission bevel gear 583 is located at the left side position and is rotatably mounted on the square seat 58 through the third transmission shaft 586, and the first transmission bevel gear 581 and the second transmission bevel gear 582 can both be meshed with the third transmission bevel gear 583 for transmission.
The adjusting base 51 is provided with a fourth transmission shaft 587, the fourth transmission shaft 587 is coaxially arranged with the rotating shaft of the adjusting turntable 512, and two ends of the fourth transmission shaft 587 respectively penetrate through the upper side and the lower side of the adjusting turntable 512. The bottom end of the fourth drive shaft 587 is driven by a bevel gear pair engaged with the third drive shaft 586. The jaw unit 513 includes a left jaw 515, a right jaw 516, and the left jaw 515 is disposed opposite to the right jaw 516 and is slidably mounted on top of the adjustment turntable 512 in directions toward/away from each other. The ball screw pair 588 is installed on the top of the adjusting turntable 512, the screws in the ball screw pair 588 are double-headed screws with opposite screw threads, the left clamping jaw 515 and the right clamping jaw 516 are respectively and fixedly connected with two nuts in the ball screw pair 588, and the top end of the fourth transmission shaft 587 is in transmission with the screws in the ball screw pair 588 through a bevel gear pair meshed with each other.
In the process of clamping the bottom of the placing seat 7 by the clamping jaw unit 513 controlled by the second sheave mechanism 52 through the input rotating shaft 24, the second rotating shaft 55 is controlled by the second sheave mechanism 52 to rotate, the second rotating shaft 55 drives the first transmission shaft 584 to rotate through a gear pair with a transmission ratio of 1:4, the first transmission shaft 584 drives the third transmission shaft 586 to rotate positively through the first transmission bevel gear 581 and the third transmission bevel gear 583, and the third transmission shaft 586 controls the left clamping jaw 515 and the right clamping jaw 516 to move towards each other through the fourth transmission shaft 587 and the ball screw pair 588 so as to clamp the placing seat 7. And the toothed end of the first drive bevel gear 581 faces away from the third drive bevel gear 583 after the first drive shaft 584 is stopped. Similarly, in the process that the input rotating shaft 24 controls the clamping jaw unit 513 to loosen the placing seat 7 through the fourth sheave mechanism 54, the input rotating shaft 24 controls the fourth rotating shaft 57 to rotate through the fourth sheave mechanism 54, the fourth rotating shaft 57 drives the second transmission shaft 585 to rotate through the gear pair with the transmission ratio of 1:4, the second transmission shaft 585 drives the third transmission shaft 586 to reversely rotate, and the third transmission shaft 586 controls the left clamping jaw 515 and the right clamping jaw 516 to move away from each other through the fourth transmission shaft 587 and the ball screw pair 588 so as to loosen the placing seat 7. And after the second drive shaft 585 is stopped, the toothed end of the second drive bevel gear 582 faces away from the third drive bevel gear 583.

Claims (10)

1. A discharging device of temperature controller processing equipment, which is characterized in that: comprises a material table (1), a large turntable (2) arranged on the material table (1), an image recognition camera (3), a defective product blanking mechanism (4), a finished product pose adjusting mechanism (5) and a finished product blanking mechanism (6); the large turntable (2) is arranged at the top of the material table (1), the material table (1) is sequentially provided with a judging position (11), a defective material discharging position (12), a finished product adjusting position (13) and a finished product discharging position (14) which are uniformly arranged at intervals around the periphery of the large turntable (2), and the image recognition camera (3), the defective material discharging mechanism (4), the finished product pose adjusting mechanism (5) and the finished product discharging mechanism (6) are sequentially arranged and arranged at the judging position (11), the defective material discharging position (12), the finished product adjusting position (13) and the finished product discharging position (14); four placing seats (7) for placing the temperature controllers (100) are uniformly arranged on the large turntable (2) around the circumference of the large turntable, and the large turntable (2) is used for intermittently conveying the temperature controllers (100) to the judging position (11), the defective product discharging position (12), the finished product adjusting position (13) and the finished product discharging position (14); the material table (1) is also provided with a defective product blanking box (15) for blanking by a defective product blanking mechanism (4) and a finished product stacking frame (16) for blanking by a finished product blanking mechanism (6).

The discharge device of a thermostat process apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the defective product blanking mechanism (4) and the finished product blanking mechanism (6) comprise a blanking frame (41), a blanking seat (42) and a blanking air claw (43), a first rodless cylinder (44) and a second rodless cylinder (45) are arranged on the blanking frame (41), the first rodless cylinder (44) is horizontally arranged and fixed on the blanking frame (41), and the second rodless cylinder (45) is vertically arranged and fixedly arranged on a sliding seat of the first rodless cylinder (44); the blanking seat (42) is fixedly arranged on the sliding seat of the second rodless cylinder (45), and the blanking air claw (43) is fixedly arranged on the blanking seat (42) and is downwards arranged.

The discharge device of a thermostat process apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the large turntable (2) is rotatably mounted on the material table (1) through a first rotating shaft (21), an input rotating shaft (24) is rotatably mounted on the material table (1), and the input rotating shaft (24) is driven to rotate through a motor (22) and a speed reducer (23); the input rotating shaft (24) is in linkage with the first rotating shaft (21) through a first sheave mechanism (25), the number of round pins on a driving plate in the first sheave mechanism (25) is 1, and the number of grooves on sheaves in the first sheave mechanism (25) is 4.

A discharge device of a thermostat process apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the large turntable (2) is rotatably mounted on the placement seat (7), the bottom of the placement seat (7) penetrates through the bottom of the large turntable (2), and a mounting opening for the temperature control main body (101) of the temperature controller (100) to be partially rotatably supported is formed in the top of the placement seat (7).

The discharge device of a thermostat process apparatus of claim 4, wherein: the finished product pose adjusting mechanism (5) comprises an adjusting base (51), a winding column (511), an adjusting rotary table (512) and a clamping jaw unit (513); the adjusting base (51) is fixed at the top of the material table (1) and is positioned below the large turntable (2); the winding column (511) is arranged at the top of the adjusting base (51) through a hanging frame (514), the winding column (511) is vertically arranged and is positioned above the large turntable (2), the installation height position of the winding column (511) is arranged corresponding to the position of a wiring pin (103) in the temperature controller (100), and the winding column (511) is lower than the mounting frame (102) in the temperature controller (100); a second sheave mechanism (52), a third sheave mechanism (53) and a fourth sheave mechanism (54) are arranged between the input rotating shaft (24) and the finished product pose adjusting mechanism (5), round pins on driving dials in the second sheave mechanism (52), the third sheave mechanism (53) and the fourth sheave mechanism (54) are 1, the number of grooves on sheaves is 4, and driving dials in the first sheave mechanism (25), the second sheave mechanism (52), the third sheave mechanism (53) and the fourth sheave mechanism (54) are sequentially and uniformly arranged at intervals in a staggered mode to form sequential driving; the adjusting rotary table (512) is rotatably arranged on the adjusting base (51), the clamping jaw unit (513) is arranged at the top of the adjusting base (51), the input rotary shaft (24) controls the clamping jaw unit (513) to clamp the bottom of the placing seat (7) through the second grooved pulley mechanism (52), the input rotary shaft (24) controls the adjusting rotary table (512) to rotate through the third grooved pulley mechanism (53), and the input rotary shaft (24) controls the clamping jaw unit (513) to loosen the placing seat (7) through the fourth grooved pulley mechanism (54).

The discharge device of a thermostat manufacturing apparatus of claim 5, wherein: the adjusting base (51) is rotatably provided with a third rotating shaft (56), the input rotating shaft (24) controls the third rotating shaft (56) to rotate through a third sheave mechanism (53), and the third rotating shaft (56) and the adjusting rotary table (512) are transmitted through a gear pair with a transmission ratio of 1:4.

The discharge device of a thermostat process apparatus of claim 6, wherein: the clamping jaw unit (513) comprises a left clamping jaw (515) and a right clamping jaw (516), wherein the left clamping jaw (515) and the right clamping jaw (516) are oppositely arranged and can be slidably arranged at the top of the adjusting turntable in the directions of approaching to/separating from each other; a ball screw pair (588) is arranged at the top of the adjusting turntable (512), screws in the ball screw pair (588) are double-headed screws with opposite screw threads, and the left clamping jaw (515) and the right clamping jaw (516) are respectively and fixedly connected with two nuts in the ball screw pair (588); the input rotating shaft (24) controls the clamping jaw unit (513) to clamp the placing seat (7) through the second sheave mechanism (52) and the ball screw pair (588), and the input rotating shaft (24) controls the clamping jaw unit (513) to loosen the placing seat (7) through the fourth sheave mechanism (54) and the ball screw pair (588).

The discharge device of a thermostat process apparatus of claim 7, wherein: the second rotating shaft (55) and the fourth rotating shaft (57) are rotatably arranged on the adjusting base (51), and the input rotating shafts (24) correspondingly control the second rotating shaft (55) and the fourth rotating shaft (57) to rotate one by one through a second sheave mechanism (52) and a fourth sheave mechanism (54) respectively; a square seat (58) is fixed on the adjusting rotary table (512), a first transmission bevel gear (581), a second transmission bevel gear (582) and a third transmission bevel gear (583) are rotatably arranged in the square seat (58) through a first transmission shaft (584), a second transmission shaft (585) and a third transmission shaft (586) respectively, and the first transmission bevel gear (581) and the second transmission bevel gear (582) can be meshed with the third transmission bevel gear (583) for transmission; the second rotating shaft (55) and the first transmission shaft (584) are transmitted through a gear pair with a transmission ratio of 1:4; the fourth rotating shaft (57) and the second transmission shaft (585) are driven through a gear pair with a transmission ratio of 1:4, the number of teeth on the first transmission bevel gear (581) is kept half, and the number of teeth on the second transmission bevel gear (582) is kept half.
