Thus, a feature defining "a first" or "a second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. In the present application, unless specifically stated and limited otherwise, the terms "connected," "affixed," and the like are to be construed broadly, and for example, "affixed" may be a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral body; can be mechanically or electrically connected; either directly or indirectly, through intermediaries, or both, may be in communication with each other or in interaction with each other, unless expressly defined otherwise. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art according to the specific circumstances.
In addition, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other, but it is necessary to be based on the fact that those skilled in the art can implement the technical solutions, and when the technical solutions are contradictory or cannot be implemented, the combination of the technical solutions should be considered as not existing, and not falling within the scope of protection claimed by the present application.
In the related art, for the realization of the steam function, some laundry treating apparatuses generate steam using a separate steam generator and discharge the steam from a steam outlet into a tub of the laundry treating apparatus; some laundry treatment apparatuses generate hot steam by providing a wash heating pipe in a washing tub, and controlling the wash heating pipe to heat water in the washing tub by setting a target wash temperature value and a fixed heating time.
However, the hardware cost and the complexity of the coordinated control between the structures of the laundry treating apparatus are certainly increased for the manner of using the separate steam generator; the steam generation mode which only controls the water temperature and the time cannot adapt to the environmental change, so that the time difference of the steam receiving of the clothes in the washing barrel is relatively large, and the clothes treatment effect is poor.
In order to solve the above technical problems, in the embodiment of the present application, the actual steam effect is detected by the cooperation of the existing sensors in the laundry treatment apparatus, so as to adapt to different environmental changes.
In an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the laundry treating apparatus includes a tub 10, a wash heating pipe 20 for heating water in the tub, a first temperature sensor 30 for detecting a temperature of water in the tub, and a second temperature sensor 40 for detecting a temperature of air entering the drying tunnel.
It should be noted that, the second temperature sensor 40 used in the embodiment of the present application may be a temperature sensor disposed at an air inlet of the drying tunnel, and because the clothes treating apparatus belongs to an internal circulation system, air discharged from the washing tub 10 will enter the washing tub 10 again from the air inlet of the drying tunnel, so that the second temperature sensor 40 at the air inlet of the drying tunnel is used to obtain the air temperature heated by the washing tub 10 more easily, and even if the drying heating pipe in the drying tunnel works, the air in the washing tub 10 enters the drying tunnel and does not reach the position of the drying heating pipe to be heated, and then the second temperature sensor at the air inlet detects the air temperature.
That is, the air temperature detected by the second temperature sensor 40 in the drying tunnel may represent the temperature of steam generated by heating in the tub 10, and the air temperature may reflect the current environmental condition of the laundry treating apparatus, and then the water temperature detected by the first temperature sensor 30 may better reflect the environmental condition.
Based on this, the steam effect is commonly detected by the cooperation of the second temperature sensor 40 and the first temperature sensor 30, so that the laundry in the washing tub can receive stable steam time in any environment, and the laundry treatment effect is not affected by the environmental change.
In another alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the laundry treating apparatus includes a tub 10, a wash heating pipe 20 for heating water in the tub, a first temperature sensor 30 for detecting a temperature of water in the tub, and a second temperature sensor 40 for detecting a temperature of air entering the drying tunnel. In addition, the laundry treating apparatus further includes a humidity sensor 50 for detecting the humidity of the air in the tub.
In this embodiment, through the cooperation of the second temperature sensor 40, the first temperature sensor 30 and the humidity sensor 50, the actually generated steam effect can be detected more accurately, so that the clothes in the washing tub can receive stable steam time in any environment, the clothes treatment effect is better ensured not to be affected by environmental changes, and the satisfaction degree of the user on the clothes treatment effect is improved.
In order to better understand the solution of the present application, the following description will clearly and completely describe the solution of the present application in the specific embodiment of the steam control process.
Embodiment one:
fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a steam control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the steam control method being applied to the laundry treating apparatus of fig. 1 described above, as shown in fig. 3, the steam control method comprising the steps of:
step 301: and detecting a heating signal of the washing heating pipe, and detecting the water temperature and the air temperature in the washing barrel of the clothes processing device.
The detected heating signal of the washing heating pipe indicates that the clothes treating apparatus enters a steam flow, water in the washing tub is being heated by the washing heating pipe, and the temperature in the washing tub rises to gradually generate steam, so that the water temperature and the air temperature in the washing tub need to be monitored in real time to judge the effect of the steam actually generated.
In one possible implementation, after the clothes treating apparatus triggers the steam flow, when the water level in the washing tub is detected to be higher than the preset water level, a heating signal for the washing heating pipe is generated to enable the washing heating pipe to start working, and in the heating process, the temperature of water in the washing tub starts to rise to gradually generate steam.
The preset water level can be set according to the installation position of the first temperature sensor in the washing barrel, the water level can ensure that water submerges the first temperature sensor, and the first temperature sensor can accurately detect the water temperature in the washing barrel.
It will be appreciated that the detection of the water level in the washing tub may be detected using a water level sensor.
When the method is implemented, after the clothes treatment device triggers a steam flow, firstly, the water level in the washing barrel is detected, if no water exists in the washing barrel or the water level is lower than a preset water level, a water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device is opened to add water into the washing barrel, the water level of the water in the washing barrel is detected in real time during water adding, and when the water level is detected to be higher than the preset water level, the water inlet valve is closed, so that water injection into the washing barrel is completed.
For the process of detecting the water temperature and the air temperature in the washing tub of the laundry treatment apparatus, based on the structure of the laundry treatment apparatus shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present application, the water temperature may be detected in real time by a first temperature sensor provided in the washing tub, and the air temperature may be detected in real time by a second temperature sensor provided in the drying tunnel air inlet of the laundry treatment apparatus.
It will be appreciated that for a real-time detection implementation of water temperature and a real-time detection implementation of air temperature, the detection may be performed at the detection frequency of the first temperature sensor and the detection frequency of the second temperature sensor.
In a preferred mode, the detection frequency of the first temperature sensor and the detection frequency of the second temperature sensor are set to be the same, so that the first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor can keep consistency of detection time, and further consistency of acquisition time of water temperature and air temperature is guaranteed.
In the embodiment of the application, in the heating process of the washing heating pipe, namely in the whole steam flow, the washing barrel can be controlled to intermittently rotate so as to adjust the position of clothes in the washing barrel, and meanwhile, the water temperature in the washing barrel is uniformly stirred, so that the problem that the clothes are seriously damaged by local heating is avoided.
In an alternative implementation, for intermittent rotation of the tub, the tub may be rotated at a preset rotational speed for a period of time at regular intervals.
In another alternative implementation, for the intermittent rotation process of the washing barrel, the washing barrel can be controlled to rotate forward for a period of time and then rotate reversely for a period of time at regular intervals.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the intermittent rotation control of the washing tub given above is merely illustrative, and the present application is not limited thereto, as long as the purpose of adjusting the position of the laundry in the washing tub can be achieved and the water temperature in the washing tub can be uniformly stirred.
Step 302: and determining that the water temperature and the air temperature meet the first preset condition and maintain the first preset time period, and controlling the washing heating pipe to stop heating.
In an alternative specific embodiment, during the real-time detection of the water temperature and the air temperature by using the first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor, each time a pair of the water temperature and the air temperature is detected, it is required to determine whether the water temperature and the air temperature currently detected at a time satisfy the first preset condition, a flag for indicating that the condition is satisfied is added to the pair of the water temperature and the air temperature when the first preset condition is determined to be satisfied, and a flag for indicating that the condition is not satisfied is added to the pair of the water temperature and the air temperature when the first preset condition is determined not to be satisfied.
Further, by counting the duration of the continuous occurrence of the mark for indicating that the condition is satisfied and comparing the duration with the first preset duration, when the duration reaches the first preset duration, indicating that the desired steam effect is achieved, the heating operation of the washing heating pipe may be stopped to end the steam flow currently in progress.
It is to be understood that the above-mentioned statistical manner of the maintenance time for the water temperature and the air temperature to satisfy the first preset condition is only an exemplary illustration, and the present application is not limited thereto, and other statistical manners for obtaining the maintenance time, which will appear in the future, are also within the scope of the present application.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first preset time period refers to a holding time for achieving the steam effect, and the holding time can be flexibly set according to actual laundry treatment requirements. For example, the first preset time period may be set to 2 minutes for a simple steam function required in the laundry treating apparatus.
It should be noted that, for a specific process of determining that the water temperature and the air temperature satisfy the first preset condition, reference may be made to the detailed description of the following embodiments, and the present application will not be described in detail herein.
It should be further noted that, when the heating duration of the washing heating pipe is detected to exceed the second preset duration, the washing heating pipe is controlled to stop heating, and the current steam flow is ended.
The second preset time period refers to the timeout time of the steam flow. It should be noted that the second preset time period is far longer than the first preset time period.
That is, if the actual steam effect cannot be achieved all the time within a certain time range, the current steam flow needs to be ended to ensure that the subsequent laundry treatment flow is entered.
So far, the control flow shown in fig. 3 is completed, when the washing heating pipe starts to heat, the water temperature and the air temperature in the washing barrel are detected in real time, a certain preset condition is met and a certain duration is maintained at the water temperature and the air temperature, the steam effect is determined to be achieved, and the steam flow is ended. Because the temperature of water and air temperature in the real-time detection washing bucket can reflect the environmental change difference to satisfy certain condition through judging temperature and air temperature, with the actual steam effect of production, make the clothing in the washing bucket can accept stable steam time in any environment no matter, guarantee that clothing treatment effect does not receive environmental change influence, and then satisfy the demand of user to clothing treatment effect.
Embodiment two:
fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a steam control method of another laundry treating apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, and based on the embodiment shown in fig. 3, as shown in fig. 4, the steam control method of the laundry treating apparatus includes the steps of:
step 401: when the heating signal of the washing heating pipe is detected, the water temperature and the air temperature in the washing tub of the laundry treating apparatus are detected.
For a specific implementation of step 401, reference may be made to the description of step 301 in the above embodiment, and the description of this application is omitted here.
Step 402: a temperature difference between the detected water temperature and the air temperature is determined.
Wherein, when determining the temperature difference between the water temperature and the air temperature, the water temperature and the air temperature detected at the same time are required to be used to ensure the consistency of the data in the time space.
In the embodiment of the present application, since steam is generated due to the increase in temperature of water, the water temperature is generally higher than the air temperature when the actual steam effect is achieved.
Based on this, the temperature difference between the water temperature and the air temperature may specifically be the difference of the water temperature minus the air temperature, so that the temperature difference always maintains a positive value, which is convenient for subsequent comparison.
Step 403: and determining that the water temperature and the air temperature meet a first preset condition according to the fact that the temperature difference is smaller than a preset threshold value and the water temperature is larger than a preset temperature.
The preset threshold value refers to a temperature difference between a water temperature and an air temperature required for achieving an actual steam effect, and may be set to 20 degrees, for example. The preset temperature refers to a temperature value that the water in the tub needs to reach to achieve the actual steam effect, and may be set to 60 degrees, for example.
When the actual steam effect is achieved, the control of the temperature difference between the water temperature and the air temperature and the control of the temperature value of the water in the washing barrel can be obtained through multiple experimental tests.
It should be noted that, the preset threshold is related to the ambient temperature, so the preset threshold may be adjusted according to the actual ambient temperature, where the adjustment method includes: the current environment temperature is obtained from the cloud server, and the preset threshold value is adjusted according to the current environment temperature.
Specifically, the environmental temperature is reduced, and the preset threshold value can be adjusted to be larger, so that the clothes in the washing barrel can receive stable steam time in any environment, and the clothes treatment effect is not influenced by environmental change.
Based on the above description, the first preset condition is that the temperature difference between the water temperature and the air temperature is smaller than the preset threshold value, and the water temperature is also larger than the preset temperature.
Step 404: and determining that the water temperature and the air temperature meet a first preset condition and maintain the first preset duration, and controlling the washing heating pipe to stop heating.
Thus, the control flow shown in fig. 4 is completed, when the washing heating pipe starts to heat, the water temperature and the air temperature in the washing barrel are detected in real time, a certain preset condition is met and a certain duration is maintained when the water temperature and the air temperature are met, the steam effect is determined to be achieved, and the steam flow is ended.
In addition, the preset condition is that the temperature difference between the water temperature and the air temperature is smaller than the preset threshold value, and the water temperature is higher than the preset temperature, so that the water temperature is relatively close to the air temperature, and the limitation that the water temperature is relatively high can ensure that the actual steam effect is really achieved.
Embodiment III:
fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a steam control method of a further laundry treating apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, which may be applied to the laundry treating apparatus of fig. 2 described above, in combination with the embodiments of fig. 3 to 4 described above.
As shown in fig. 5, the steam control method of the laundry treating apparatus includes the steps of:
step 501: the heating signal of the washing heating pipe is detected, and the water temperature, the air temperature and the air humidity in the washing tub of the laundry treating apparatus are detected in real time.
For specific processes of detecting the heating signal of the washing heating pipe and detecting the water temperature and the air temperature in the washing tub in real time, reference may be made to the related description of step 301 in the above embodiment, and the present application will not be described in detail herein.
In the embodiment of the application, the real-time detection process of the air humidity can be realized through the humidity sensor arranged in the washing barrel.
Based on the detection explanation of the water temperature and the air temperature in the above embodiment, it can be understood that the detection frequency of the first temperature sensor, the detection frequency of the second temperature sensor, and the detection frequency of the humidity sensor can be set to be the same, so that the first temperature sensor, the second temperature sensor, and the humidity sensor can maintain consistency of detection time, and further ensure consistency of the water temperature, the air temperature, and the acquisition time of the air humidity.
Step 502: and determining that the water temperature, the air temperature and the air humidity meet the second preset condition and maintain the first preset time period, and controlling the washing heating pipe to stop heating.
The statistical principle of the maintaining time for the water temperature, the air temperature and the air humidity to meet the second preset condition is the same as the statistical principle of the maintaining time for the water temperature and the air temperature to meet the first preset condition in the step 302 of the embodiment, and the present application is not described in detail herein.
In an alternative specific embodiment, by determining a temperature difference between the water temperature and the air temperature, the water temperature, the air temperature and the air humidity are determined to satisfy the second preset condition according to the temperature difference being smaller than a preset threshold value and the water temperature being greater than the preset temperature and the air humidity being greater than the preset humidity.
Thus, the control flow shown in fig. 5 is completed, and the solution is based on consideration of water temperature and air temperature, and the air humidity in the washing barrel can reflect the environmental change difference, so that the actual steam effect can be better generated by judging that the water temperature, the air temperature and the air humidity meet certain conditions, so that the clothes in the washing barrel can receive stable steam time no matter in any environment, the clothes treatment effect is not influenced by environmental change, and the requirement of a user on the clothes treatment effect is further met.
Embodiment four:
fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart showing a steam control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, and based on the scheme described in connection with the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the steam control method of the laundry treating apparatus specifically includes the following steps:
step 601: when the steam flow is triggered, the water level in the washing tub is detected.
Step 602: if the detected water level is higher than the preset water level, a heating signal for the washing heating pipe is generated.
Step 603: the washing heating pipe is started to work based on the heating signal, and the water temperature and the air temperature in the washing tub of the laundry treating device are detected.
Step 604: and judging whether the detected water temperature and air temperature meet the first preset condition and maintain the first preset duration.
