Abstract
The invention discloses a washing control method and a washing machine.A first pH value of washing water is obtained in the running process of a washing program of the washing machine, and whether the first pH value is smaller than a set threshold value or not is judged; if yes, the heating mode is started. By judging the pH value of the washing water, the heating mode is started to heat the washing water when the set threshold value is not met, so that the decomposition of the hydrogen peroxide in the detergent is promoted, and the aim of improving the washing effect is fulfilled.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of washing machines, and particularly relates to a washing control method and a washing machine.
Background
In washing machine applications, the sterilization performance of laundry is more and more appreciated by consumers.
The liquid detergent has the advantages that the application population of the liquid detergent is gradually increased, and the liquid detergent sold in the market is a multi-position neutral detergent which adopts a neutral formula, has no irritation, is wide in application range, is suitable for clothes with various textures such as cotton, hemp, silk, cashmere, down feather, synthetic fibers and blended fabrics, and is also suitable for underclothes such as infant clothes and underwear. The neutral liquid detergent basically contains the following bactericidal components: hydrogen peroxide; the hydrogen peroxide can be decomposed from the liquid detergent, and a large number of experiments prove that the hydrogen peroxide is better decomposed in an alkaline environment, particularly the hydrogen peroxide is optimally decomposed at a pH value of 8, but the decomposition degree of the hydrogen peroxide is different under the influence of temperature.

The application provides a washing control method and a washing machine, which establish a washing environment most suitable for decomposing hydrogen peroxide from a liquid detergent, promote the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide or in the liquid detergent and realize the technical effect of improving the washing effect.

The following describes embodiments of the present application in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The washing control method provided by the application is shown in fig. 1 and comprises the following steps:

On the basis of the current heating temperature, the heating temperature is increased to a set temperature, the washing water is continuously heated, and the hydrogen peroxide in the detergent is promoted to be decomposed, wherein the set temperature can be a preset fixed value.
In step S11, if the material of the clothes is determined based on the change of the water level value, an appropriate set temperature can be determined according to the material of the clothes when the heating temperature is adjusted, so as to ensure that the clothes made of the specific material is heated within the acceptable water temperature range.
Step S17: the heating mode is turned off after the second set time and the washing process is continued.
After the heating is continued for the second set time, the heating mode is closed and the washing program is continued without detecting the pH value; the purpose of this step is to heat the temperature of the washing water as much as possible under the condition of the limitation of the material of the clothes or other conditions to promote the decomposition of the hydrogen peroxide in the detergent as much as possible, so as to achieve the technical effect of improving the washing effect as much as possible.
Based on the above proposed washing control method, the present application also proposes a washing machine, which includes a washing module 11 for performing a washing process, a pH sensor 12, a determination module 13, and a heating control module 14, as shown in fig. 2.
A pH sensor 12 installed at the bottom of the outer tub of the washing machine for detecting the pH of the washing water; the judging module 13 is configured to obtain a first pH value of the washing water detected by the pH sensor, and judge whether the first pH value is smaller than a set threshold; if so, the heating control module 14 is used to turn on the heating mode; the determining module 13 obtains a second pH value of the washing water detected by the pH sensor after the first set time, and determines whether the second pH value reaches a set threshold, if so, the heating control module 14 turns off the heating mode, and the washing module 11 continues the washing program.
The washing machine further comprises a heating temperature up-regulation module 15 for controlling the heating control module 14 to up-regulate the heating temperature of the heating mode to the set temperature when the judgment module 13 judges that the second pH value does not reach the set threshold, and turning off the heating mode after the second set time, and the washing module 11 continues the washing program.
The washing machine further comprises a clothes material judgment module 16, and the heating temperature up-regulation module 15 comprises a set temperature setting unit 151; the clothes material judging module 16 is used for starting a washing program in the washing module 11, starting water inflow to a first preset water level, and determining the material of clothes based on the change of the water level value after stirring; the set temperature setting unit 151 is configured to determine the set temperature based on the determined material of the laundry, so that the heating control module 14 controls to raise the heating temperature of the heating mode to the set temperature for the second set time when the second pH value does not reach the set threshold.
The washing machine includes a heating duct 17 and a drying module 18; the heating control module 14 is specifically configured to turn on the heating pipe 17 to heat the washing water; and/or, starting the drying module 18 to send hot air to the washing water.
The washing machine further includes a heating minimum value determining module 19 for determining a heating minimum value according to the season information such that the heating control module 14 turns on the heating mode at the heating minimum value.
The washing control method of the washing machine has been described in detail in the above-mentioned washing control method, and is not described herein again.
In the washing control method and the washing machine provided by the application, whether the pH value of the washing water meets the set threshold value or not is judged in the washing program, the heating mode is started to heat the washing water for the first set time when the pH value of the washing water does not meet the set threshold value so as to promote the decomposition of the hydrogen peroxide in the detergent, the pH value of the washing water is increased due to the decomposition of the hydrogen peroxide, whether the second pH value reaches the set threshold value is judged again, and if the pH value does not meet the set threshold value, the washing water is heated for the second set time again under the condition that the limitation of the material of clothes or other conditions is allowed, so that the decomposition of the hydrogen peroxide is promoted as much as possible, and the purpose of improving the washing effect is achieved.

obtaining a first pH value of washing water;
judging whether the first pH value is smaller than a set threshold value or not; if so,
starting a heating mode;
after turning on the heating mode, the method further comprises:
obtaining a second pH value of the washing water after the first set time;
judging whether the second pH value reaches the set threshold value; if so,
closing the heating mode;
if the second pH value is not judged to reach the set threshold, the method further includes:
adjusting the heating temperature of the heating mode to a set temperature;
closing the heating mode after the second set time and continuing the washing program;
before obtaining the first pH value of the washing water, the method further comprises the following steps:
starting a washing program, starting water inflow to a first preset water level, and determining the material of clothes based on the change of the water level value after stirring;
before the heating temperature of the heating mode is adjusted up to the set temperature, the method further comprises:
determining the set temperature based on the determined material quality of the laundry.

determining a heating minimum value according to the season information;
turning on the heating mode at the heating minimum.
3. The washing machine comprises a washing module for executing a washing program, and is characterized by further comprising a pH value sensor, a judgment module and a heating control module;
