As for the control method of the laundry treating apparatus, the control method of the laundry treating apparatus is used for the laundry treating apparatus having a drying system and a washing system, wherein it is understood that the laundry treating apparatus includes a dryer or a washer-dryer, etc. The clothes dryer comprises a heat pump clothes dryer, a condensation clothes dryer and a direct exhausting clothes dryer. Taking a heat pump clothes dryer as an example, the heat pump clothes dryer comprises a condenser, an evaporator, a fan, a water tank, a water storage box and the like, after the fan drives air flow to exchange heat with the condenser, high-temperature and low-humidity air enters a barrel body to dry clothes in the barrel, the dried low-temperature and high-humidity air flows through the evaporator and condenses water vapor on the surface of the evaporator, the condensed water is discharged into the water tank for temporary storage, and then is discharged into the water storage box through a drainage device until a user removes the condensed water.
Referring to fig. 1, which is a schematic view illustrating a detailed structure of a drainage device of a laundry treatment apparatus, as can be seen from fig. 1, the laundry treatment apparatus specifically includes a water tank 1, a water storage box 2, a drainage pump 3, a drainage pipe 4, and a water return pipe 5.
Wherein, during the clothes drying process of the clothes treatment device, the air flow discharged from the barrel of the clothes treatment device can be condensed into condensed water to flow into the water tank 1 for storage, and the condensed water collected in the water tank 1 can be pumped into the water storage box 2 by the drainage pump 3 through the drainage pipe 4.
The working principle that the drainage pump 3 pumps the condensed water to the water storage box 2 is as follows: during the operation of the drainage pump 3, the water obtains energy under the action of inertial centrifugal force by virtue of the impeller rotating at high speed, the pressure is increased, the water flies out from the blades, after the water in the drainage pump 3 is thrown out, a vacuum area is formed at the central part of the impeller, the water in the water tank 1 is pressed in under the action of atmospheric pressure, and therefore the water is circulated, and the condensed water in the water tank 1 is continuously pumped into the water storage box 2.
In addition, when the water in the water storage box 2 is full after the laundry treating apparatus is dried, if the user forgets to pour the water in the water storage box 2, the water in the water storage box 2 flows back to the water tub 1 through the water return pipe 5.
At present, in the process of drying clothes in the clothes treatment device, under normal conditions, the drainage pump 4 is started for a certain period of time to drain water, for example, every 6 minutes, and the drainage pump 4 is operated for 30 seconds to drain water.
And, during the period that the drain pump 4 stops operating, the water level in the water tank 1 is detected in real time, and when the detected water level exceeds the high water level limit, even if the time for which the drain pump 4 operates has not been reached, the drain pump 4 is controlled to operate for a relatively long period of time, for example, for 1 minute, and if the drain pump 4 continues to operate for a relatively long period of time, the water level in the water tank 1 still exceeds the high water level limit, the laundry treating apparatus alarms to stop.
The reasons for the above-mentioned alarm shutdown are: under some operating modes, when having the air in the drain pump, the air can form the gasbag in the drain pump, blocks up the runner, and impeller working capacity descends, can't in time discharge the comdenstion water, leads to the water level in the basin to rise always, when detecting that the water level in the basin is higher than the restriction of highest water level, and clothing processing apparatus can only report to the police and shut down, and consequently current drainage procedure can't solve this problem, can cause the waste of time and resource to the user that can't accomplish real time monitoring like this.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a drain control method of a laundry treatment apparatus, which controls a drain pump in the laundry treatment apparatus to perform an intermittent operation to discharge air in the drain pump when a water tank full alarm signal for collecting condensed water in the laundry treatment apparatus is detected.
Based on the above description, it can be seen that when the sump full alarm signal is detected, it indicates that the drain pump may not discharge the condensed water in the sump according to the normal drainage procedure due to air trapping, and the drain pump is controlled to perform the intermittent operation, and particularly, during the period that the drain pump stops operating, the water flows back to fill the drain pump, so that the air in the drain pump is discharged along the drain pipe. Therefore, when the drainage pump operates again, a part of condensed water in the water tank can be drained, so that the water tank water full alarm signal is eliminated, and the drainage pump is restored to the drainage program under the normal condition.
In order to make the technical solutions better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
The first embodiment is as follows:
fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating an embodiment of a drainage control method of a clothes treatment apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the drainage control method being applied to the clothes treatment apparatus including the drainage apparatus shown in fig. 1, as shown in fig. 2, the drainage control method including the steps of:
step 201: detecting whether a water tank in the clothes processing device has a full water alarm signal, if so, executing step 202, otherwise, continuing to execute step 201.
In the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 1, the full water alarm signal indicates that the drain pump 3 is full of the condensed water collected in the water tank 1 even if the drain pump 3 is started for a certain period of time to drain the condensed water according to a normal condition, which indicates that the drain pump 3 may not drain the condensed water in the water tank 1 according to a normal drainage procedure due to air trapping.
The generation principle of the trapped air of the drainage pump 3 is as follows: when the drainage pump 3 is started, if air exists in the drainage pump 3, the density of the air is very low, and the centrifugal force generated after the impeller rotates is very small, so that the low pressure formed in the center of the impeller is not enough to suck the condensed water in the water tank 1 into the drainage pump 3, and the drainage pump 3 is trapped in air, and the condensed water cannot be pumped out.
It will be appreciated that if the water full alarm signal is not detected, this indicates that the condensed water collected in the sump 1 can be drained according to the normal starting cycle of the drain pump 3.
It should be noted that, for the specific generation process of the full water alarm signal, reference may be made to the following detailed description of the embodiments, and the detailed description of the present application is omitted here.
Step 202: controlling a drain pump of the laundry treating apparatus to perform an intermittent operation.
The intermittent operation of the drainage pump means that the drainage pump is operated for a period of time and then stopped for a period of time, and particularly, during the stop operation of the drainage pump, after the high pressure at the drainage port of the drainage pump is balanced with the low pressure at the center of the impeller, water flows back to fill the drainage pump, so that air in the drainage pump is discharged along the drainage pipe, and the drainage pump can normally pump water when being restarted.
It should be noted that, for the specific process of controlling the drain pump to perform the intermittent operation, reference may be made to the following detailed description of the embodiments, and the detailed description of the present application is omitted here.
To this end, the control flow shown in fig. 2 is completed, and through the control flow shown in fig. 2, when the water tank full alarm signal of the laundry treatment apparatus is detected, it indicates that the drain pump may not drain the condensed water in the water tank according to the normal drainage program due to air trapping, and the drain pump is controlled to perform the intermittent operation, and particularly during the stop operation of the drain pump, the water may flow back to fill the drain pump, so that the air in the drain pump is discharged along the drain pipe. Therefore, when the drainage pump operates again, a part of condensed water in the water tank can be drained, so that the water tank water full alarm signal is eliminated, and the drainage pump is restored to the drainage program under the normal condition.
Example two:
fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart illustrating an embodiment of a drainage control method of a clothes treatment device according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and based on the embodiment illustrated in fig. 2, as illustrated in fig. 3, the drainage control method of the clothes treatment device includes the following steps:
step 301: and generating a water full alarm signal when the water level in the water tank is detected to be continuously higher than the preset water level.
In the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 1 described above, the drainage device may further include a water level sensor disposed in the water tank 1 for detecting a water level of the condensed water in the water tank 1.
In an optional embodiment, the process for detecting that the water level in the water tank is continuously higher than the preset water level comprises the following steps:
step 3011: and starting timing according to the fact that the water level in the water tank is detected to be higher than the preset water level.
Wherein, the preset water level is the highest water level limit value of the water tank, and if the water level is higher than the preset water level, the water tank is full.
Step 3012: during the timing, the water level in the water tank is detected at a preset period.
The preset period is a detection period of the water level sensor, and the water level sensor may detect the level of the condensed water in the water tank every 20 milliseconds, for example.
Step 3013: and stopping detection according to the first preset time when the timing is reached, and determining that the water level in the water tank is continuously higher than the preset water level according to the fact that the detected water level is higher than the preset water level during the timing.
The first preset time can be set according to actual requirements, the longer the first preset time is set, the more the water level times of continuous detection are, the too long the first preset time cannot be set, and the problem that condensed water in the water tank overflows during continuous detection is avoided.
It is understood that if the water level detected each time during the time period is higher than the preset water level, it means that the condensed water in the water tank cannot be drained according to the normal drainage procedure.
Step 302: and controlling a drain pump of the clothes treatment device to perform intermittent operation based on the water full alarm signal.
It should be noted that, for the specific process of controlling the drain pump to perform the intermittent operation, reference may be made to the following detailed description of the embodiments, and the detailed description of the present application is omitted here.
So far, accomplish the control flow that above-mentioned fig. 3 shows, through the control flow that fig. 3 shows, this application is under the water level that detects in the basin lasts to be higher than predetermineeing the water level condition, produces full alarm signal of water, that is to say, only detect the water level that is higher than predetermineeing the water level in the basin many times in succession, just produce full alarm signal of water, can avoid the alert problem of wrong report like this. In order to eliminate the problem of the full alarm of the water tank caused by the trapped air of the water discharge pump, the intermittent operation of the water discharge pump is controlled, and particularly during the stop operation of the water discharge pump, the water can flow back to fill the water discharge pump, so that the air in the water discharge pump is discharged along the water discharge pipe. Therefore, when the drainage pump operates again, a part of condensed water in the water tank can be drained, so that the water tank water full alarm signal is eliminated, and the drainage pump is restored to the drainage program under the normal condition.
Example three:
fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart illustrating an embodiment of a drain control method of a clothes treatment apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, which is based on the embodiments illustrated in fig. 2 to 3, and as shown in fig. 4, the drain control method of the clothes treatment apparatus includes the following steps:
step 401: and acquiring the number of times of alternation of stop and operation of the drainage pump in the intermittent operation process according to the detected water tank water full alarm signal.
It should be noted that, for the process of detecting the water tank water full alarm signal, reference may be made to the relevant description in the above embodiments, and the detailed description of the present application is omitted here.
In an optional embodiment, the number of times of alternation of stop and operation in the process of intermittent operation of the drain pump can be preset according to experimental calibration. For example, after experimental test calibration, in the case that the drain pump is trapped, after the process of operation → stop → operation, the air in the drain pump is exhausted, and the water level in the water tank is also exhausted to be lower than the maximum water level limit value, the alternation number may be preset 2 times.
In another alternative embodiment, the number of alternation may also be determined in real time according to the current condition of the laundry treatment device, for example, the number of alternation of the intermittent operation of the drainage pump may be determined according to the current water level in the water tank, and the water level in the water tank is in positive correlation with the number of alternation.
Step 402: and controlling the drainage pump to operate intermittently according to the alternation times.
In an alternative embodiment, the process of intermittently operating the drain pump according to the alternating number of times includes the steps of:
step 4021: and reducing the alternation times by 1 every time the drainage pump is controlled to operate for the second preset time period and then stopped for the third preset time period.
Step 4022: and when the alternation time is 0, ending the intermittent operation process of the drainage pump.
Wherein, in order to guarantee the intermittent operation process of the drain pump, the water level in the water tank can be drained to be below the maximum water level limit value, and the total operation time of the drain pump needs to exceed the minimum drainage time.
That is, the product of the second preset time period and the alternation times is larger than the preset minimum drainage time period.
Wherein the minimum drain time period refers to a minimum time required to drain the water level in the sump below the maximum water level limit value.
For example, assuming that the minimum drain time period is 1 minute and the number of alternation is set to 2, the second preset time period is required to be 30 seconds, and if the third preset time period is set to 10 seconds, that is, the intermittent operation process of the drain pump is operated for 30 seconds → stopped for 10 seconds → operated for 30 seconds.
So far, the control flow shown in fig. 4 is completed, and through the control flow shown in fig. 4, when the water full alarm signal is detected, the control flow can eliminate the water full alarm signal by acquiring the number of times of alternation of stopping and running of the drain pump in the intermittent running process and controlling the drain pump to perform intermittent running according to the number of times of alternation so as to ensure that the water level in the water tank is drained below the maximum water level limit value while air in the drain pump is completely drained.
Example four:
fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart illustrating an embodiment of a drain control method of a clothes treatment apparatus according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and based on the embodiments illustrated in fig. 2 to 4, as shown in fig. 5, the drain control method of the clothes treatment apparatus includes the following steps:
step 501: and controlling a drainage pump of the clothes treatment device to operate intermittently according to the detected water tank full alarm signal.
It should be noted that, for the process of step 501, reference may be made to the relevant description of the above embodiments, and the detailed description of the present application is omitted here.
Step 502: when the water level in the water tank is detected to be continuously higher than the preset water level, alarming and reminding are carried out, and the clothes treatment device is switched from the running state to the closing state.
In an optional embodiment, an alarm component may be provided in the laundry treatment apparatus, and if the water level in the water tank is still continuously higher than the preset water level after the drainage pump is intermittently operated, the alarm component is used for alarming and reminding a user of paying attention.
So far, the control flow shown in fig. 5 is completed, and after the control flow shown in fig. 5 is used for controlling the drainage pump of the clothes treatment device to operate intermittently according to the alarm signal for detecting that the water tank is full of water, if the water level in the water tank is detected to be continuously higher than the preset water level, the alarm reminding is carried out, the clothes treatment device is switched from the operating state to the closing state, and the user is reminded to pay attention to the operation state, and meanwhile, the problem that the water tank overflows due to the continuous operation of the clothes treatment device is avoided.
Example five:
fig. 6 is a detailed flow chart of a drainage control method of a laundry treatment device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, which is based on the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to 5, and as shown in fig. 6, the drainage control method of the laundry treatment device includes the following steps:
step 601: and when the water level in the water tank is detected to be continuously higher than the preset water level, generating a full alarm signal.
Step 602: and acquiring the number of times of alternation of stop and operation of the drainage pump in the intermittent operation process based on the water full alarm signal.
Step 603: and controlling the drainage pump to operate intermittently according to the alternation times.
Step 604: if the water level in the water tank is detected to be continuously higher than the preset water level, alarming and reminding are carried out, and the clothes treatment device is switched from the running state to the closing state.
