Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method for a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment of the present invention is applicable to a case of controlling a washing machine, and the method may be executed by a control device for a washing machine, and the control device may be composed of hardware and/or software, and may be generally integrated in a washing machine having a control function for a washing machine. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 101, detecting the concentration of detergent contained in the discharged water during the water discharging process of the washing machine.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the washing machine is powered on, the washing machine can execute washing, rinsing, dewatering and other programs. After any one of the washing, rinsing or dewatering is performed, the washing machine may be controlled to drain water. During the draining process of the washing machine, the concentration of the detergent contained in the drained water is detected. The drainage water may be drainage water drained after the washing process is performed, drainage water drained after the rinsing process is performed, or drainage water drained after the dewatering process is performed, and it should be noted that the drainage water is not limited to the drainage water drained after which process is performed.
Optionally, a containing cavity is arranged at the water outlet of the washing machine, and an automatic throwing valve is arranged in the containing cavity; before detecting the concentration of the detergent contained in the discharged water in the process of draining water by the washing machine, the method further comprises the following steps: when the washing machine is detected to execute a drainage program, controlling the throwing valve to throw target substances into the cavity; the target substance includes a chemical substance that chemically reacts with the detergent; accordingly, the detecting of the concentration of the detergent contained in the discharged water during the draining process of the washing machine includes: during the draining process of the washing machine, the concentration of the detergent contained in the drain water is detected by the target product generated by the chemical reaction between the target substance and the detergent contained in the drain water. This arrangement has an advantage in that the concentration of the detergent contained in the discharged water can be accurately detected.
For example, a water outlet is provided in the washing machine to discharge water in the washing machine through the water outlet, a cavity may be opened at the water outlet of the washing machine, and an automatic feeding valve may be provided in the cavity, wherein the automatic feeding valve may feed a target substance into the cavity, and the target substance is a solid substance that can chemically react with main chemical components of the detergent (such as sodium alkylsulfonate and sodium stearate). When the washing machine is detected to execute a drainage program, the throwing valve is controlled to throw the target substance into the cavity discharged by the drainage outlet, so that in the process of draining water by the washing machine, detergent contained in the drainage water can chemically react with the target substance in the cavity to generate a target product, and the concentration of the detergent contained in the drainage water can be determined according to the quantity of the target product.
Optionally, detecting the concentration of the detergent contained in the discharged water by using a target product generated by a chemical reaction between the target product and the detergent contained in the discharged water includes: obtaining the content of the target product; determining a detergent concentration contained in the drain water based on the content of the target product; wherein the higher the content of the target product is, the higher the detergent concentration contained in the drain water is. It is understood that when the concentration of the detergent contained in the discharged water is high, the target product is generated more after the detergent in the discharged water reacts with the target substance; when the concentration of the detergent contained in the discharged water is low, the target product is less produced after the detergent in the discharged water reacts with the target substance. The target product may be a gaseous substance, a solid substance, or a liquid substance, and the form of presentation of the target product is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
Optionally, a detergent sensor may be directly disposed at the drain port, and the detergent concentration may be directly detected by the detergent sensor.
And 102, judging whether the concentration of the detergent is greater than a first preset concentration threshold, if so, executing a step 103, otherwise, executing a step 105.
And 103, controlling the washing machine to execute a rinsing program after controlling the washing machine to feed water to a preset water level.
And 104, controlling a drain valve to be opened after the washing machine finishes the rinsing program so as to drain water from the washing machine, and returning to execute the step 101.
And 105, controlling the rinsing program of the washing machine to be ended.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the detergent concentration contained in the discharged water is detected, it is determined whether the detergent concentration is greater than a first preset concentration threshold. When the concentration of the detergent is greater than a first preset concentration threshold value, controlling the washing machine to feed water to a preset water level, and controlling the washing machine to execute a rinsing program; and when the concentration of the washing machine is smaller than a first preset concentration threshold value, controlling the rinsing program of the washing machine to be ended. It can be understood that, when the detergent concentration is greater than the first preset concentration threshold, it indicates that the concentration of the detergent contained in the discharged water is higher, and the laundry washed by the washing machine contains more detergent, which may cause great damage to human skin, such as easily causing allergy or other diseases, so that the laundry in the washing machine may be rinsed again to reduce the detergent concentration contained in the water in the tub of the washing machine, so that the water quality in the tub reaches the standard requirement, so that the detergent remaining in the laundry is reduced as much as possible, and the laundry is ensured to be clean. And when the concentration of the detergent is less than the first preset concentration threshold, the concentration of the detergent contained in the discharged water is higher, the water quality in the barrel reaches the standard requirement, and the detergent remained in the clothes is less, so that the washing machine can be controlled to finish the rinsing process. Optionally, after the washing machine finishes the rinsing process, the washing machine may be controlled to perform a dehydration process to dry the laundry as much as possible.
Optionally, the target product is a gas; judging whether the concentration of the detergent is greater than a first preset concentration threshold value, if so, controlling the washing machine to execute a rinsing program after controlling the washing machine to intake water to a preset water level, otherwise, controlling the rinsing program of the washing machine to end, and the method comprises the following steps: detecting the target product concentration based on a gas sensor; when the concentration of the target product is greater than a second preset concentration threshold, determining that the concentration of the detergent is greater than a first preset concentration threshold, and controlling the washing machine to execute a rinsing program after controlling the washing machine to feed water to a preset water level; and when the concentration of the target product is smaller than a second preset concentration threshold value, determining that the concentration of the detergent is smaller than a first preset concentration threshold value, and controlling the rinsing program of the washing machine to be finished.
For example, when the main chemical components in the detergent chemically react with the target substance to generate a target product, which is gas, a gas sensor may be disposed in the washing machine, and if the gas sensor detects that the concentration of the target product is greater than a second preset concentration threshold, it indicates that the concentration of the detergent contained in the discharged water is greater than a first preset concentration threshold, at this time, an electric control board in the washing machine may be triggered, and the electric control board may issue a re-rinsing instruction, and when the washing machine is controlled to enter water to a preset water level, the washing machine may be controlled to execute a rinsing procedure. If the gas sensor detects that the concentration of the target product is smaller than the second preset concentration threshold, the concentration of the detergent contained in the discharged water is smaller than the first preset concentration threshold, and at the moment, the rinsing program of the washing machine can be directly controlled to be finished.
In the embodiment of the invention, the washing machine is controlled to execute the rinsing program, after the washing machine executes the rinsing program, the water valve is controlled to be opened, so that the washing machine executes the drainage program, the concentration of the detergent contained in the drainage water is detected again in the drainage process of the washing machine, the step 102 is executed, and the steps are circulated until the rinsing program of the washing machine is controlled to be ended when the concentration of the detergent is smaller than the first preset concentration threshold value.
According to the control method of the washing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention, the concentration of the detergent contained in the discharged water is detected in the process of draining water by the washing machine; judging whether the concentration of the detergent is greater than a first preset concentration threshold value, if so, controlling the washing machine to execute a rinsing program after controlling the washing machine to feed water to a preset water level, and if not, controlling the rinsing program of the washing machine to be ended; and after the washing machine finishes the rinsing program, controlling a drain valve to open so as to drain the washing machine, and returning to the washing machine to detect the concentration of the detergent contained in the drained water during the draining process. The washing machine control method provided by the embodiment of the invention can effectively improve the cleanliness of the washing machine for washing clothes and improve the user experience.
In some embodiments, before detecting the concentration of the detergent contained in the discharged water during the draining process of the washing machine, the method further includes: acquiring a first weight of clothes in a barrel before the washing machine is fed with water for the first time; after the rinsing program for controlling the washing machine is finished, the method further comprises the following steps: acquiring a second weight of the laundry in the tub after the dehydration process is finished; determining whether to control the washing machine to repeatedly perform a dehydration process based on the first weight and the second weight. For example, after the washing machine is powered on and clothes to be washed are put into the inner tub of the washing machine, and before the washing machine is filled with water, the clothes in the inner tub are weighed to obtain a first weight of the clothes in the tub, that is, to obtain the weight of dry clothes which are not soaked in water in the tub of the washing machine. Wherein obtaining the first weight of the laundry in the tub may include: the washing machine is controlled to idle, and the first weight of clothes in the bucket is determined according to the running current of the motor, wherein the different weights of the clothes in the bucket can cause different running currents of the motor of the washing machine, and the heavier the clothes in the bucket, the larger the running current of the motor. After the rinsing process of controlling the washing machine is finished and the washing machine also performs the dehydrating process, the second weight of the laundry in the tub, i.e., the weight of the rinsed and dehydrated laundry, is acquired. Wherein the obtaining of the second weight of the laundry in the tub may include: and controlling the washing machine again, and determining a second weight of the laundry in the tub according to the magnitude of the motor operation current. Then, it is judged whether to control the washing to repeatedly perform the dehydrating process according to the first weight and the second weight. For example, a difference between the first weight and the second weight is calculated, and it is determined whether to control the washing machine to repeatedly perform the dehydration process according to the difference. Alternatively, the moisture content of the laundry may be calculated based on the first weight and the second weight, and whether to control the washing to repeatedly perform the dehydration process may be determined based on the moisture content of the laundry.
Optionally, determining whether to control the washing machine to repeatedly perform a spin-drying process based on the first weight and the second weight includes: calculating a difference between the second weight and the first weight; judging whether the difference value is larger than a preset weight threshold value, if so, controlling the washing machine to execute a dehydration program, and returning to execute the dehydration program and acquiring a second weight of the clothes in the barrel; otherwise, controlling the dehydration process of the washing machine to be ended. For example, when the difference between the second weight and the first weight is greater than the preset weight threshold, it indicates that after the washing machine is controlled to perform a dehydration operation, the laundry has more moisture and is not dry enough, at this time, the washing machine may be controlled to perform the dehydration process again, and the washing machine may be controlled to return to the dehydration process, and then the second weight of the laundry in the tub may be obtained until the difference between the second weight and the first weight is less than the preset weight threshold. When the difference between the second weight and the first weight is less than the preset weight threshold, it indicates that the laundry has less moisture and is sufficiently dried after the laundry machine is controlled to perform the dehydration operation, and at this time, the dehydration process of the laundry machine may be controlled to be ended.
Optionally, determining whether to control the washing machine to repeatedly perform a spin-drying process based on the first weight and the second weight includes: calculating a moisture content of the laundry based on the second weight and the first weight; judging whether the water content is larger than a preset water content threshold value or not, if so, controlling the washing machine to execute a dehydration program, and returning to execute the dehydration program and acquiring a second weight of the clothes in the barrel after the dehydration program is finished; otherwise, controlling the dehydration process of the washing machine to be ended. Wherein calculating the moisture content of the laundry based on the second weight and the first weight comprises: calculating a difference between the second weight and the first weight, and taking a ratio of the difference to the first weight as the moisture content of the laundry.
Optionally, in the process of controlling the washing machine to execute the spin-drying program, the rotation speed of the motor is increased step by step with the increase of the number of times of executing the spin-drying program. It can be understood that the more the dehydration process is performed, the less moisture is contained in the laundry, the lighter the laundry weight is, and the greater the motor rotation speed is. This arrangement is advantageous in that the number of times the washing machine performs the dehydrating process can be reduced to ensure drying of the laundry as much as possible.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a control method of a washing machine according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the steps of:
step 201, when detecting that the washing machine executes a drainage program, controlling a throwing valve to throw target substances into a cavity; the cavity is arranged at a water outlet of the washing machine, and the target substance comprises a chemical substance which is chemically reacted with the detergent.

And step 205, controlling the drain valve to be opened after the washing machine finishes the rinsing program so as to drain water from the washing machine, and returning to the step 201.
