Claims (7)

1. A system for preparing a patchouli extract, comprising:
the machine case comprises a working chamber, a collecting chamber and a recovery chamber, wherein the collecting chamber is arranged below the working chamber, the recovery chamber is arranged at the side edges of the working chamber and the collecting chamber, and an opening communicated with the recovery chamber is arranged on the working chamber;
the translation module is arranged in the working chamber and used for driving the spreading module and the pressurizing circulation module to translate;
the pressurizing circulation module is used for pressurizing water and then spraying the water to the patchouli raw materials, and simultaneously absorbing water from the liquid collecting box to realize water circulation;
the placing disc is used for placing the patchouli raw materials and simultaneously is used for allowing the liquid-solid mixture separated from the patchouli raw materials to flow downwards from the leak holes;
the spreading module is arranged on the translation module and used for pushing the patchouli raw materials on the placement module to spread and move;
a filter plate provided on the recovery chamber, the filter plate being mounted on the second bracket for filtering the liquid-solid mixture left from the placement module;
a liquid collection tank disposed in the collection chamber for storing water and collecting the liquid extract;
the recovery box is placed in the recovery chamber and is used for recovering the residual patchouli raw materials swept out from the placement module;
the control module is arranged on the chassis and is in communication connection with the translation module, the pressurizing circulation module and the spreading module.

The system of claim 1, wherein the translation module comprises a mounting frame, an X-axis moving unit, a Y-axis moving unit, a support frame and a mounting platform, wherein the mounting frame is fixedly arranged in the working chamber, the X-axis moving unit is arranged on the mounting frame and is used for driving the mounting platform to move along a first direction, the Y-axis moving unit is arranged on the X-axis moving unit and is used for driving the mounting platform to move along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and the support frame is used for connecting the mounting platform with the Y-axis moving unit.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the spreading module comprises a second mounting frame, a first driving motor and a roller, the second mounting frame is disposed on the lower portion of the mounting platform, the roller is rotatably disposed on the second mounting frame, and the first driving motor is fixedly disposed on the second mounting frame and is configured to rotate the roller.

A system for preparing herba Pogostemonis extract as claimed in claim 3, wherein the cross-section of the roller is elliptical, and the spindle of the driving motor is connected with the roller in an off-axis manner; through the off-axis connection design of the rotating roller and the motor, the travel range of the bottommost end of the rotating roller is further enlarged.

The system for preparing patchouli extract as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pressurizing circulation module comprises a communication pipeline, a pressurizing unit and a spray head, the bottom of the liquid collecting box is provided with a water outlet, the water outlet is connected with the water inlet end of the pressurizing unit through a connecting pipeline, the pressurizing unit is arranged on a fixing frame, the spray head is arranged on the mounting platform, and the communication pipeline is used for connecting the water outlet end of the pressurizing unit with the water inlet end of the spray head through a pipeline.
6. The supercharging unit according to claim 5, wherein the supercharging unit is configured as a high-pressure water pump, the operating pressure of which is 200-250bar; the connecting pipeline is a high-pressure hose.
7. The preparation process of the patchouli extract is characterized by applying the preparation system of the patchouli extract, and further comprising the following steps:
s1, adding a standard: opening a sliding door, adding purified water into the liquid collecting box, controlling the starting of the pressurizing and circulating module by the control module, observing whether water flow is sprayed out of a nozzle of the pressurizing and circulating module, and closing the sliding door;
s2, flattening: placing the cleaned patchouli rhizome raw material on a placing disc, adjusting the angle of a rotating roller by a flattening module, and then starting the flattening module by a control module to drive the flattening module to reciprocate so as to realize flattening;
s3, impact stripping: after the flattening process is carried out for a set time, the control module controls the starting of the pressurizing circulation module to spray water, high-pressure water flow impacts the patchouli rhizome raw materials on the placing plate, the patchouli rhizome raw materials are peeled off to generate a solid-liquid mixture, the solid-liquid mixture flows down to the filter plate from the drain holes of the placing plate, the filter plate filters the solid-liquid mixture, fixed extraction materials are filtered out, separated matters and water are separated, and then the separated matters and the water flow down to the liquid collecting box after passing through the filter plate;
s4, recycling, namely after a stripping process for a set time, controlling a spreading module to sweep the patchouli rhizome raw materials on the placing plate from the opening to a recycling bin;
when the sweeping procedure is carried out, the pressurizing circulation module can be controlled to be continuously started, so that the raw materials and the solid-liquid mixture left by the placing tray are impacted to flow down from the leakage holes;
s5, static separation: after the stripping process of the set time, the control module controls the translation module and the pressurizing circulation module to stop, then an operator can open the push-pull door to move the liquid collecting box out, then the water and the separated matters in the liquid collecting box are poured into the storage container, the storage container is sealed and kept still for the set time, and a layer of floating liquid which is not compatible with the water on the water surface is absorbed, so that the patchouli extract is extracted.
S6, blending: the obtained patchouli extract was mixed and formulated in the proportions shown in table 1, thereby obtaining patchouli paste:
