meanwhile, the rolling process of the filter gauze 414 is more convenient and faster through cleaning the filter gauze 414, and the filter gauze 414 rolled after being used can still be used for the second time after being cleaned, so that the waste of resources is effectively reduced, and the extraction cost of plant pigments is reduced.
The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: in the practical application process, in the process of extracting the pigment in the plant raw material through the extraction tank 1, the plant raw material needs to be simply processed to accelerate the subsequent grinding efficiency, and simultaneously, additives which promote pigment precipitation, enhance the grinding effect and prevent the oxidation of the precipitated pigment are added into the extraction tank 1 together, the cleaned and drained plant raw material is added to the top of the conveying belt 304 in the conveying cover 302, the plant raw material is driven to be conveyed forwards through the conveying belt 304, after the plant raw material is conveyed to the tail end of the material adding cover 303, the raw material conveyed to the tail end of the conveying belt 304 is rolled through the mutual matching between the lower pressing roller 305 and the upper pressing roller 309, the upper pressing roller 309 is driven to slide along the inside of the installation frame 306 through the extrusion spring 307 and the sliding cross block 308, and the dynamic adjustment of the gap 305 between the lower pressing roller and the upper pressing roller 309 is realized;

while the plant raw material is ground by the grinding cone sleeve 207 and the grinding ring 208, the cooling liquid in the cooling tank 223 is introduced into the liquid suction pipe 226 by the circulating pump 225 and enters the cooling tank 223 through the liquid suction pipe 226, the heat generated on the grinding cone sleeve 207 and the grinding ring 208 is absorbed when the cooling liquid flows through the cooling tank 223, the cooling liquid enters the cooling tank 223 along with the liquid discharge pipe 227, and the heat dissipation efficiency of the cooling tank 223 is accelerated by the heat dissipation fins 224 outside the cooling tank 223, so that the temperature of the interior of the extraction tank 1 is reduced;

1. A preparation method of a natural plant hair dye with a hair nourishing function is characterized by comprising the following steps: comprises the following production steps;

s2, grinding cloth: raw materials and additives are synchronously added into the grinding cone sleeve (207) and the grinding ring (208) through the discharging cover (319), so that the raw materials are ground through the grinding balls (212) and the grinding sheets (213), pigments are precipitated from the interior of the raw materials, the grinding cone sleeve (207) and the grinding ring (208) are cooled in the grinding process, and the additives are prevented from being volatilized in a large amount in the grinding process;
s3, filtering and collecting: guiding the mixture generated after grinding to the top of a filtering gauze (414) through a guiding conical ring (401), so as to filter the mixture, and enabling the solution containing the pigment to smoothly drop to the bottom of the extraction tank (1) and be collected;
s4, mixing and stirring: purifying the collected pigment, adding the purified pigment and other ingredients into a mixing tank, and continuously stirring to mix various raw materials into the hair dye;
s5, checking and packaging: sampling and detecting the hair dye obtained after mixing, and quantitatively packaging the prepared hair dye after the hair dye reaches the standard to finish the production and packaging of the hair dye;
the portable multi-angle grinding and cooling mechanism (2) is arranged in the extraction tank (1), the cut raw materials are gradually ground through the deformable grinding balls (212) and the grinding sheets (213), and the temperature in the extraction tank (1) is kept in the grinding process, so that the extraction rate of the pigment is ensured;

a lower sliding sleeve (218) is fixedly connected to the top of the mounting underframe (201) corresponding to the outer side of the lifting rod (202), an upper sliding sleeve (219) is slidably connected to the top of the inner side of the lower sliding sleeve (218), the top of the upper sliding sleeve (219) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the rotating motor (203), a mounting inclined plate (220) is embedded and mounted in a rectangular groove in the edge of the mounting conical block (205), an auxiliary spring (221) is fixedly connected to the middle of an inclined plane at the outer side of the mounting inclined plate (220), and the other end of the auxiliary spring (221) is fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the upper swing rod (210);
