Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a mask and a preparation method thereof, in particular to an electrostatic spinning invisible mask suitable for being used in multiple occasions and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The facial mask mainly comprises four types of paste type, tearing type, gel type and wet tissue type, wherein the wet tissue type facial mask is convenient to carry and simple to operate, and is popular among the masses. The wet tissue type facial mask is characterized in that a non-woven fabric substrate is used as an auxiliary material, nutritional ingredients and medicines are used as auxiliary materials, the wet tissue type facial mask is coated on the face, and moisture and nutritional substances in the facial mask permeate into the cuticle of the skin epidermis by using the short time of covering the face, so that the skin becomes soft and elastic. However, such masks have the following problems (1) that they affect the experience. The mask is immersed in the nutrient solution, the nutrient solution is inevitably dripped in the process of taking out or dressing, and particularly in the process of dressing, the viscous nutrient solution can influence the experience whether dripped on clothes or skin. (2) potential safety hazards exist. The nutrient solution contains a large amount of nutrient substances, and is easy to spoil or grow bacteria even after sterilization, so that potential safety hazards are caused; to prevent bacterial growth, preservatives are often added. (3) the adhesion is not tight. Because the fineness of the fiber of the non-woven fabric is thick, the thickness of the non-woven fabric is large, the non-woven fabric can not be completely attached to the face even if the mask is pressed, and the nutrient solution can not reach the easily-occurring parts of the corners of eyes, chin and wrinkles. (4) limited use time. The wet tissue type facial mask should not be used for too long each time, usually not more than 20 minutes, if the time is too long, the facial mask can absorb moisture in skin after being dried. (5) limited use. The wet tissue type facial mask is covered on the face when in use, has a thick thickness, hardly causes no attention when in use, and is severely limited in use occasions. And (6) waste and increase cost. The mask is immersed in the nutrient solution for preservation, and excessive nutrient solution is often stored in the packaging bag, so that waste is caused, and the cost is increased; liquid packaging needs to prevent the packaging bag from being punctured, and is not beneficial to transportation and storage and can increase packaging cost.
In order to solve the problems of nutrient solution waste and overhigh cost caused by soaking the wet tissue type facial mask in the nutrient solution, and simultaneously avoid bacteria breeding and improve skin care effect, chinese patent CN106880504A discloses a manufacturing method of a dry type facial mask, which comprises the following steps: extracting nutritional ingredients from plant raw materials to prepare a nutritional liquid; placing the mask substrate into nutrient solution to prepare wet mask; drying the wet mask, wherein the water content is lower than 5%, sealing, packaging and sterilizing. The technical proposal disclosed by the patent has the advantages that although the drip of nutrient solution during use is avoided, the use comfort is improved; the water content is extremely low, so that deterioration and bacterial breeding are avoided, the use is safe and healthy, and the shelf life is prolonged; is convenient for transportation and storage, reduces transportation and storage conditions, and the like. However, the mask substrate is a non-woven fabric in a shape of a human face, so that the problem that the mask cannot be tightly attached to the skin is not solved. In addition, when the dry mask is used, the mask is taken out, and a proper amount of liquid such as water or milk is added to make the mask wet uniformly before the mask can be applied. The use occasion and the use time are also limited. In addition, the mask paper is soaked in the nutrient solution and then dried, a large amount of nutrient solution is needed to be prepared as a soaking stock solution, and the nutrient solution is often expensive, so that waste is caused and the cost is increased.
Chinese patent CN107898716a discloses a preparation method of a dry mask based on nanofibers. The technical proposal is as follows: respectively preparing a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, a chitosan aqueous solution, a sodium hyaluronate solution and a nutrient solution; mixing the prepared products as spinning solution to carry out multi-needle electrostatic spinning; using a non-woven fabric substrate for a mask as a receiving screen, and finally forming a layer of nanofiber membrane on the non-woven fabric substrate for the mask to prepare a composite fiber membrane; oven drying, cutting, shaping, sealing, packaging, and sterilizing. The invention mixes the active ingredients in the mask liquid into the polyvinyl alcohol spinning base liquid, prepares nano-fiber by electrostatic spinning technology and fixes the nano-fiber on the mask non-woven fabric. The technical scheme has the following advantages: the fineness of the fibers prepared by electrostatic spinning is fine, and the fibers can be closely attached; the water content of the facial mask is extremely low before use, and the chitosan natural antibacterial component is added, so that the shelf life is prolonged, and the facial mask is convenient to transport and store. However, when the facial mask is used, the facial mask is taken out, and a proper amount of purified water is sprayed on the front surface, so that the facial mask is fully wetted and can be applied. The use field contract is similarly limited.
Therefore, there is an urgent need to find a mask which is safe, does not drip nutrient solution, has good fitting degree, and is suitable for various occasions.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the technical problems, the invention aims to provide the invisible mask which is safe, does not drip nutrient solution, has good fitting degree and is suitable for multiple occasions and a preparation method thereof.

Furthermore, in the invisible mask suitable for multiple occasions, the average molecular weight of the sodium hyaluronate selected in the electrostatic spinning solution is 20000-60000, and the average molecular weight of the hydrolyzed collagen selected is 1000-3000.
Furthermore, in the invisible mask suitable for multiple occasions, the mass ratio of the sodium hyaluronate to the hydrolyzed collagen selected in the electrostatic spinning solution is (1:5) - (5:1).
Furthermore, in the invisible mask suitable for multiple occasions, 1.2-hexanediol selected in the electrostatic spinning solution is 1.2-hexanediol with high polymerization degree, and the average molecular weight is 25000-35000.
Furthermore, in the invisible mask suitable for multiple occasions, the butanediol used in the electrostatic spinning solution is butanediol with low polymerization degree, and the average molecular weight is 6000-10000.
In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of any invisible mask, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Placing the selected polyvinyl alcohol slices into deionized water, stirring at room temperature to fully swell, then rapidly heating to above 60 ℃ and stirring to prepare a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution;
(2) Dissolving colorless or white cellulose gum particles in deionized water at normal temperature to obtain cellulose gum aqueous solution;
(3) Dissolving sodium hyaluronate into an aqueous solution, and stirring at room temperature to obtain a sodium hyaluronate aqueous solution;

(7) Respectively adding the products prepared in the steps (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6) into the solution prepared in the step (1) to obtain mixed solutions of nutrient solutions such as polyvinyl alcohol, cellulose gum, sodium hyaluronate, hydrolyzed collagen, adenosine, centella asiatica extract and the like as electrostatic spinning solutions; the polyvinyl alcohol: cellulose gum: sodium hyaluronate: the mass ratio of the hydrolyzed collagen is 1 (0.02-0.2): (0.01-0.2): (0.01-0.2).
(8) Carrying out multi-needle electrostatic spinning on the mixed solution obtained in the step (7) by using 15-25 g/m 2 The polypropylene spun-bonded non-woven fabric substrate is taken as a receiving substrate, and a layer of composite nanofiber membrane is finally formed on the non-woven fabric substrate; the electrostatic spinning method comprises the steps of using a 0.9mm flat needle, 10kV voltage and 8cm distance;
(9) And (3) drying the composite nanofiber membrane obtained in the step (8) until the liquid content is 5-15%.
Further, in the preparation method of the invisible mask suitable for multi-occasion application, the multi-needle electrostatic spinning process comprises the following steps: 0.9mm flat needle, 20KV voltage and 10-20 cm distance.
The beneficial effects are that: the invention is different from the traditional mask in a new idea, active ingredients in mask liquid are mixed into spinning base liquid such as polyvinyl alcohol, and composite nano fibers are prepared by an electrostatic spinning technology and are fixed on an accepted non-woven fabric base material in a transparent film shape. When in use, the invisible mask is taken out, the protective layer covered on the invisible mask is removed, the mask is covered on the skin to be maintained, then the non-woven fabric base material layer is removed, and the transparent polyvinyl alcohol composite nanofiber membrane is only reserved on the skin. The facial mask can be applied without sufficiently wetting the mask by spraying water on the skin or on the mask. Has the following outstanding characteristics: (1) the nutrient solution does not drip. The polyvinyl alcohol composite nanofiber film layer contains a certain amount of moisture and is rich in nutritional ingredients, and because the composite nanofiber film layer contains a large amount of moisture retention ingredients, liquid is locked in the gel layer, so that the liquid or the nutritional liquid cannot drop in the use process, and the use comfort is greatly improved; (2) the skin care cream is tightly attached to the skin and has good skin care effect. The fineness of the skin-contacting fiber in the common non-woven fabric mask is in the micron order, usually tens of microns, even if the non-woven fabric mask is made of superfine fiber, the fineness of the skin-contacting fiber is not lower than 4 microns, and the skin-contacting fiber still belongs to the micron order; the invention adopts electrostatic spinning to prepare nano-fiber, the fineness of the fiber is extremely fine, and the fineness of the fiber of the invisible mask contacted with the skin is nano-scale and is about 0.08-0.8 micrometer. The finer the fiber, the better the skin comfort and the more accessible the nutrients to the deep layers of the skin. Therefore, the nutrient substances can better reach deep layers of the skin, the laminating performance is better, the nanofiber film is very thin and has certain toughness, the skin can be well laminated, the nutrient substances can still be kept intact after being used for a certain time, and the nutrient substances are ensured to better play a nourishing and maintenance effect on the face. And (4) the method is suitable for multiple occasions. The mask applied on the skin is not only a transparent film, is completely adhered, and the transparent film still remains complete after 15 minutes, is not easy to draw attention, but also is convenient to operate before use like using the adhesive bandage, and is suitable for various occasions such as offices, airports, waiting rooms and the like. (5) As alcohol disinfection and sterilization antibacterial components are added in the electrostatic spinning solution, deterioration and bacterial breeding are avoided, the shelf life is prolonged, and the use is safer. (6) convenient carrying, transportation and storage. Because the liquid is tightly locked in the film, the finished product mask package has no liquid, and is convenient to carry and transport.

The fineness of the skin-contacting fiber in the common non-woven fabric mask is usually in the order of micrometers and is tens of micrometers; the fineness of the skin-contacting fibers in the superfine fiber mask is also in the micron order, and is usually about 4 microns; the fineness of the contact skin fiber of the invisible mask provided by the invention is nano-scale and about 0.08-0.7 micrometers.
The finished facial mask provided by the invention is divided into 3 layers, and the finished facial mask comprises the following components in sequence from top to bottom: a protective layer 1, a nanofiber membrane layer 2 and a substrate layer 3. The protective layer 1 and the substrate layer are common spunbonded nonwoven fabrics, preferably polypropylene spunbonded nonwoven fabrics. The nanofiber thin film layer is an innovation point of the present invention. The nanofiber thin film layer is prepared by adopting an electrostatic spinning method, and the configuration of an electrostatic spinning solution is critical in the preparation process. The electrostatic spinning solution for the mask comprises 4 types of components: skeleton material, skin care nutrient component, moisturizing and sterilizing chemical and solvent. According to the requirements of the 4 components, 13 substances are selected to prepare the electrostatic spinning solution for the mask, wherein the 13 substances comprise deionized water, 1.2-hexanediol, butanediol, sodium hyaluronate, hydrolyzed collagen, nicotinamide, glycerol, coconut oil, centella asiatica extract, adenosine, essence, cellulose gum and polyvinyl alcohol.
Regarding the transparent skeletal material: the invention mainly adopts transparent water-soluble polymer materials, such as polyvinyl alcohol PVA, but if only PVA is adopted, the film forming strength is insufficient in the electrostatic spinning process, the film is easy to damage, and the film is easy to dry after the film is formed, and certain moisture can not be maintained, so the invention also adds sodium hyaluronate, cellulose gum and a small amount of hydrolyzed collagen. The cellulose gum is used as a good film forming agent, and can play roles in forming films, increasing strength and keeping strength uniformity. The sodium hyaluronate is used as a skeleton of the nanofiber and can keep the finished facial mask at a certain water content. The PVA, cellulose gum, hydrolyzed collagen and sodium hyaluronate act together to realize the film forming thickness and toughness of the nanofiber film, so that the formed PVA hydrogel can keep a certain shape and toughness. Sodium hyaluronate and hydrolyzed collagen are used together with PVA as the skeleton of nanometer fiber and as the components of the skin care and beautifying nutrient solution.
With respect to skin care cosmetic nutritional liquids: mainly comprises essence, hydrolyzed collagen, nicotinamide, glycerol, coconut oil, centella asiatica extract and adenosine.
(1) And (5) essence. The essence has the effects of generating pleasant smell, giving fragrance to the product, attracting consumers and improving the purchase intention of the consumers. In addition, the spice has antibacterial, antiseptic and mildew-proof effects. The essence in the invention not only plays a role in flavoring, but also plays a role in prolonging the shelf life of the invisible mask because the water content of the finally formed mask is higher than that of the dry mask. The addition amount of the essence is 0.1-1 weight part.
(2) And (3) hydrolyzing collagen. The collagen is subjected to enzymolysis to form hydrolyzed collagen. The chemotaxis of hydrolyzed collagen to fibroblasts stimulates the growth of fibroblasts of the skin, obviously increases the density of the fibroblasts, the diameter and density of collagen fibers and the percentage of dermatan sulfate of decorin, so that the mechanical strength of the skin is increased, the mechanical property is improved, the softness and elasticity are increased, the moisturizing capability is stronger, and the fine wrinkles and deep wrinkles of the skin are improved. The hydrolyzed collagen has larger molecular mass and stronger relative hydrophobic effect, and can better maintain the molecular configuration, thereby having better oil absorption, emulsifying property and emulsifying stability in a two-phase system. However, since the present invention requires a certain moisture retention property, a hydrolyzed collagen having a high degree of hydrolysis and a small molecular weight is selected. The molecular weight of the selected hydrolyzed collagen is 5000 daltons. The polar groups can form polar acting forces such as hydrogen bonds, ionic bonds and the like, so that the water-absorbing agent has good water absorption, solubility and water-retaining property. The formed invisible mask can be maintained at a certain water content. Hydrolyzed collagen having an average molecular weight of 1000 to 3000 is preferred.
(3) Nicotinamide. The nicotinamide has the effects of whitening skin and resisting aging. Nicotinamide down regulates melanosome transport from melanocytes to keratinocytes without inhibiting tyrosinase activity or cell proliferation, thereby affecting skin pigmentation, and it also interferes with cell signaling pathways between keratinocytes and melanocytes, reducing melanogenesis. Studies have shown that the use of niacinamide at 5% levels reduces wrinkles, erythema, yellowing, and staining of aged facial skin. Nicotinamide is fat-soluble and readily penetrates the stratum corneum, which is largely impermeable to water-soluble components. The content of nicotinamide is 5-15 parts by weight.
(4) Glycerol. Is a clear, sweet and viscous liquid without color and smell, and can absorb moisture from air. The chemical is glycerol. The glycerol has the effects of moisturizing, promoting damaged cell repair and the like in skin care cosmetics.
(5) Coconut oil. Coconut oil has the main function of softening agent, humectant, safety and no acne in cosmetics and skin care products. Has effects in moistening skin, keeping moisture, and resisting aging.
(6) Centella asiatica extract. Centella asiatica is also called Lei Gong, copper Qian Cao and water chestnut grass, and is the whole herb of centella asiatica belonging to the family Umbelliferae. The main active ingredients of centella asiatica herb are asiaticoside, madecassoside, asiatic acid and madecassic acid. Centella asiatica extracts exhibit a broad spectrum of biological activity, most importantly antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and anticancer activity. Centella asiatica extracts can stimulate fibroblast proliferation and activate SMAD signaling pathways, thus increasing type I collagen production and reducing striae gravidarum and inflammatory response formation. Centella asiatica extract is insoluble in water and soluble in alcoholic solvents.
(7) Adenosine. The adenosine has the effects of moisturizing and resisting oxidation, and can better condition skin. Has been widely used in skin care emulsions for conditioning skin, anti-aging, anti-wrinkling, whitening, etc. The addition amount of adenosine is as follows: 2 to 10 weight portions. The adenosine adopted in the invention is white crystal powder, is easy to dissolve in water and is almost insoluble in ethanol and diethyl ether.
With respect to solvents and other additives. The solvent in the invention is mainly deionized water. Most deionized water is used to dissolve PVC to form a hydrosol. A small part of the water-soluble skin care nutrient is used for dissolving the water-soluble skin care nutrient to form a nutrient solution. Sodium hyaluronate and cellulose gum are also included. Wherein the cellulose gum is also known as sodium carboxymethyl ether cellulose. Cellulose gums are natural polymers, insoluble in water, and are used in cosmetics as binders, emulsion stabilizers and film formers. Sodium hyaluronate, also called hyaluronic acid or hyaluronic acid, has excellent moisturizing effect, is one of the most commonly used moisturizing substances for cosmetics at present, and is preferably sodium hyaluronate with average molecular weight of 20000-60000.
1.2-hexanediol is also added in the present invention. 1, 2-hexanediol is nontoxic, has extremely high hygroscopicity and water retention, and is the most commonly used humectant in cosmetics. Compared with the common preservative for other skin care products, the 1, 2-pentanediol has relatively small irritation and is safer. In the present invention, hexanediol is used not only as a preservative and a humectant for cosmetics, but also as a solvent and a PVC tackifier, so that the resulting mask can retain sufficient moisture, preferably 1.2-hexanediol having a high polymerization degree, more preferably 1.2-hexanediol having an average molecular weight of 25000 to 35000.
Butanediol is also added in the present invention. The butanediol is 1, 3-butanediol, and has antibacterial agent, solvent and humectant effects in cosmetics and skin care products. The butanediol has mild texture and no acne-causing property, can be used as a small molecular moisturizing component, can keep moisture in horny layer, has good hygroscopicity, can absorb moisture which is equivalent to 12.5 percent (relative humidity 50 percent) and 38.5 percent (relative humidity 80 percent) of the mass of the butanediol, and has certain antibacterial effect. Butanediol having a low degree of polymerization is preferred, and butanediol having an average molecular weight of 6000 to 10000 is more preferred.
