技术领域
本发明涉及储氢容器技术领域,具体说是一种高压储氢容器。
背景技术
高压储氢具有动态响应快、充气速度快、温度适应范围广、成本低和存储规模大等优点,是现阶段使用最广泛、可商业化的储氢方式高压储氢。目前高压储氢主要有无缝压缩气储罐、多功能钢带错绕多层储罐和碳纤维缠绕铝合金内胆气瓶三种形式。
其中,无缝压缩气储罐为统一的无缝体,避免了焊接引起的裂纹、气孔、夹渣等缺陷,但是单台设备的容积小,储罐压力受到壁厚的限制,无抑爆抗爆功能,健康状态检测困难。多功能钢带错绕多层储罐适于高参数氢气储罐,具有抑爆抗爆功能,健康状态可在线诊断,但设备直径和设备长度容易受到结构形式的限制,且具备错绕带压力容器生产的制造厂少。碳纤维缠绕铝合金内胆气瓶重量轻、压力高、体积小的碳纤维缠绕铝合金内胆气瓶是为车载氢气瓶而开发的,但其造价昂贵,生产成本较高,难以普及。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种高压储氢容器,通过多层结构的中间筒体与半球形上封头、半球形下封头焊接而成储氢容器,且半球形上封头、半球形下封头也为多层结构,具有抑爆抗爆功能,同时其制造材料易于制备和获得,解决了传统高压储氢抑爆抗爆功能差、受结构形式限制制造困难以及造价昂贵、生产成本较高且无法普及的问题。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种高压储氢容器,包括中间筒体、半球形上封头和半球形下封头,中间筒体的顶端与半球形上封头焊接连接,中间筒体的底端与半球形下封头焊接连接,所述中间筒体从外到内依次包括多层包扎的筒体层板、筒体盲层和筒体内层,所述筒体层板的筒高从内到外逐渐变大,所述筒体层板、筒体盲层和筒体内层两两之间均采用焊接方式相连;
所述半球形上封头、半球形下封头从内到外依次包括内封头、封头盲层和外封头,所述内封头、封头盲层和外封头两两之间均采用焊接的方式相连;
所述半球形下封头的底端中心设有氢气进口,所述氢气进口连接有进气管,所述半球形下封头在氢气进口的右侧设有氢气出口,所述氢气出口连接有出气管。
所述外封头和筒体层板的材料均为Q345R,其中外封头δ=150,单层筒体层板δ=12,筒体层板的层数为15。
进一步的,所述半球形上封头的顶端中心设有人孔,所述半球形上封头在人孔的右侧设有仪表接口,仪表接口处安装有检测仪表,所述仪表接口与中间筒体竖直中线的夹角为45°。
进一步的,所述氢气出口中心线与氢气进口中心线的夹角为30°。
进一步的,所述半球形下封头下端焊接有裙座,所述裙座设有用于供进气管和出气管穿出的支撑窗口。
进一步的,所述裙座包括支撑圈、内支撑板、外加强板、螺孔和铭牌座,所述半球形下封头下端焊接连接有支撑圈,所述支撑圈的外侧壁靠近中部的位置沿其周向均匀开设有与预埋螺栓相配合的螺孔,所述支撑圈左侧壁靠近上端的位置安装有铭牌座,所述内支撑板设置在支撑圈内侧且沿支撑圈内壁周向均匀设置,所述内支撑板的顶端与半球形下封头下端外侧壁相抵接,所述支撑圈下侧上端沿其周向通过横向螺栓均匀安装有外加强板,外加强板端头延伸至支撑圈内侧且和内支撑板固定相连。
进一步的,所述中间筒体上端和半球形上封头下端之间焊接有承压环,所述中间筒体下端和半球形下封头上端之间也焊接有承压环。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明所述的中间筒体与半球形上封头、半球形下封头焊接而成,与无缝压缩气储罐和多功能钢带错绕多层储罐相比,储氢容器全容积较大,所述的中间筒体从内到外依次包括筒体内层、筒体盲层和多层包扎的筒体层板,S31603、Q345R钢板等原料易于制备和获得,与碳纤维缠绕铝合金内胆气瓶相比,降低了生产成本。
2、本发明所述的仪表接口用于安装检测仪表,通过仪表的指数获得储氢容器内的参数,能够实时监测储氢容器的健康状态。
3、本发明所述的内支撑板和外加强板能够增加裙座与地面的接触支撑面,增加裙座的稳定性,提高安全系数,内支撑板协同支撑圈支撑半球形下封头,避免支撑圈局部支撑压力过大,进一步提高了该高压储氢容器在使用时的稳定性。

所述中间筒体1上端和半球形上封头2下端之间焊接有承压环7,所述中间筒体1下端和半球形下封头3上端之间也焊接有承压环7。
相邻两块所述单层筒体层板8之间均采用机械手拉紧、整板直接缠绕包扎(即每层层板圆筒只有一条焊接接头)的方法,且不得采用钢丝绳缠绕箍紧包扎。
具体工作时,先通过现有技术将组成该高压储氢容器的各个零件加工出来,随后再按照上述焊接方式将各个零件焊接相连,焊接完成后,先进行消除残余应力热处理,再将该高压储氢容器的内外表面打磨光滑,然后进行水压试验,水压试验时的金属壁温控制在5摄氏度及以上,控制介质中氯离子含量小于25ppm,水压试验结束后,再对设备内壁进行酸洗钝化处理,直至利用蓝点检测法检测时无蓝点方为合格;
将该高压储氢容器下端平放在地面上,保持其上端密闭,随后通过现有的充气设备通过氢气进口的进气管16向该高压储氢容器内部冲入氢气,在此过程中检测仪表14能够实时检测该高压储氢容器内部的健康状态,氢气冲入结束后,关闭氢气进口。
需要说明的一点就是,内筒组在焊接完成并检验合格后,外表面所有焊接接头均打磨至与母材齐平。
实施例二:
与实施例一技术方案基本相同,参阅图1至图5,区别在于:所述半球形下封头3下端焊接有裙座31,所述裙座31设有用于供进气管16和出气管15穿出的支撑窗口32。
所述裙座31包括支撑圈311、内支撑板312、外加强板313、检查孔314和铭牌座315,所述半球形下封头3下端焊接连接有支撑圈311,所述支撑圈311的外侧壁靠近中部的位置沿其周向均匀开设有检查孔314,所述支撑圈311的外周设有与预埋螺栓相配合的螺孔,所述支撑圈311左侧壁靠近上端的位置安装有铭牌座315,所述内支撑板312设置在支撑圈311内侧且沿支撑圈311内壁周向均匀设置,所述内支撑板312的顶端与半球形下封头3下端外侧壁相抵接,所述支撑圈311下侧上端沿其周向通过横向螺栓均匀安装有外加强板313,外加强板313端头延伸至支撑圈311内侧且和内支撑板312固定相连。
需要强调的是,在本实施例中,所述的焊接连接处均采用全焊透和全熔合的焊接方式进行,且焊接连接处表面不存在咬边、裂纹、气孔、弧坑和飞溅物缺陷。
具体工作时,在充气阶段以及充气完成阶段,内支撑板312和外加强板313能够相互协作,从而增加裙座31和地面之间的接触支撑力,保证裙座31的稳定性,提高安全系数,同时内支撑板312协同支撑半球形下封头3,能够避免支撑圈311局部支撑力过大而造成其出现晃动。
还需说明的一点就是,为了便于该高压储氢容器的搬运,所述的半球形上封头2上端靠近左侧的位置焊接有吊耳11,详情可参照图1。
本发明在使用时的工作原理:
一:先通过现有技术将组成该高压储氢容器的各个零件加工出来,随后再按照上述焊接方式将各个零件焊接相连,焊接完成后,先进行消除残余应力热处理,再将该高压储氢容器的内外表面打磨光滑,然后进行水压试验,水压试验时的金属壁温控制在5摄氏度及以上,控制介质中氯离子含量小于25ppm,水压试验结束后,再对设备内壁进行酸洗钝化处理,直至利用蓝点检测法检测时无蓝点方为合格;
二:将该高压储氢容器下端平放在地面上,保持其上端密闭,随后通过现有的充气设备通过氢气进口的进气管16向该高压储氢容器内部冲入氢气,在此过程中检测仪表14能够实时检测该高压储氢容器内部的健康状态,氢气冲入结束后,关闭氢气进口;
三:在充气阶段以及充气完成阶段,内支撑板312和外加强板313能够相互协作,从而增加裙座31和地面之间的接触支撑力,保证裙座31的稳定性,提高安全系数,同时内支撑板312协同支撑半球形下封头3,能够避免支撑圈311局部支撑力过大而造成其出现晃动;
四:上述步骤三结束后,通过现有的吊装设备将充气完成的高压储氢容器吊装至储存区域进行安全存放处理。

Claims (7)
1.一种高压储氢容器,包括中间筒体(1)、半球形上封头(2)和半球形下封头(3),中间筒体(1)的顶端与半球形上封头(2)焊接,中间筒体(1)的底端与半球形下封头(3)焊接,其特征在于:
所述中间筒体(1)从外到内依次包括多层包扎的筒体层板(8)、筒体盲层(9)和筒体内层(10),所述筒体层板(8)的筒高从内到外逐渐变大,所述筒体层板(8)、筒体盲层(9)和筒体内层(10)两两之间均采用焊接方式相连;
所述半球形上封头(2)、半球形下封头(3)从内到外依次包括内封头(4)、封头盲层(5)和外封头(6),所述内封头(4)、封头盲层(5)和外封头(6)两两之间均采用焊接的方式相连;
所述半球形下封头(3)的底端中心设有氢气进口,所述氢气进口连接有进气管(16),所述半球形下封头(3)在氢气进口的右侧设有氢气出口,所述氢气出口连接有出气管(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压储氢容器,其特征在于:所述外封头(6)和筒体层板(8)的材质均为Q345R,所述筒体层板(8)的层数为15。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压储氢容器,其特征在于:所述半球形上封头(2)的顶端中心设有人孔(12),所述半球形上封头(2)在人孔(12)的右侧设有仪表接口(13),仪表接口(13)处安装有检测仪表(14),所述仪表接口(13)与中间筒体(1)竖直中线的夹角为45°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压储氢容器,其特征在于:所述氢气出口中心线与氢气进口中心线的夹角为30°。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压储氢容器,其特征在于:所述半球形下封头(3)下端焊接有裙座(31),所述裙座(31)设有用于供进气管(16)和出气管(15)穿出的支撑窗口(32)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高压储氢容器,其特征在于:所述裙座(31)包括支撑圈(311)、内支撑板(312)、外加强板(313)、检查孔(314)和铭牌座(315),所述半球形下封头(3)下端焊接连接有支撑圈(311),所述支撑圈(311)的外侧壁靠近中部的位置沿其周向均匀开设有检查孔(314),所述支撑圈(311)的外周设有与预埋螺栓相配合的螺孔,所述支撑圈(311)左侧壁靠近上端的位置安装有铭牌座(315),所述内支撑板(312)设置在支撑圈(311)内侧且沿支撑圈(311)内壁周向均匀设置,所述内支撑板(312)的顶端与半球形下封头(3)下端外侧壁相抵接,所述支撑圈(311)下侧上端沿其周向通过横向螺栓均匀安装有外加强板(313),外加强板(313)端头延伸至支撑圈(311)内侧且和内支撑板(312)固定相连。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压储氢容器,其特征在于:所述中间筒体(1)上端和半球形上封头(2)下端之间焊接有承压环(7),所述中间筒体(1)下端和半球形下封头(3)上端之间也焊接有承压环(7)。
