本发明专利涉及一种生产污水处理装置。
背景技术
现有企业生产过程中的污水处理时不能彻底的清除污泥且过程长容易浪费时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有的技术问题,而提出的一种生产污水处理装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种生产污水处理装置,包括调节池、气浮槽、厌氧池、好氧池、膜生物反应器、污泥暂存池、污泥池和带式脱水机,调节池上设有污水进口,调节池连接气浮槽将调节池内的污水转运到气浮槽内,气浮槽连接厌氧池和污泥暂存池,经过气浮槽后的污水转运至厌氧池并将经过气浮槽后的浮渣、污泥转运至污泥暂存池;厌氧池连通好氧池,好氧池连通膜生物反应器,膜生物反应器上设有净化水出水口,污泥暂存池连接污泥池,污泥池连接带式脱水机,带式脱水机的出水口连通调节池。
进一步的,气浮槽和厌氧池之间还设有电絮凝反应器和快沉槽,气浮槽连通电絮凝反应器,电絮凝反应器连通快沉槽,快沉槽连通厌氧池,电絮凝反应器连接污泥暂存池将浮渣转运至污泥暂存池,电絮凝反应器连接污泥池将污泥转运至污泥池;快沉槽连接污泥池将污泥转运至污泥池。
进一步的,调节池内还包括调节提升泵,由调节池浮球液位开关控制,高液位启动,低液位停止;调节池内装有曝气器,通过曝气支管阀门控制曝气量。
进一步的,气浮槽由将气浮池清水区的水经由溶气水泵加压至溶气罐,空压机同时向溶气罐进气,使气和水在溶气罐内高压条件下充分混合,尔后经由出水管路至气浮池溶气释放区的溶气系统和,水面的浮渣刮至浮渣槽自流进入污泥暂存池刮渣机组成。

进一步的,带式脱水机包括以下工作步骤:浓缩污泥→污泥调理搅拌均匀→离心式重力泥、水转鼓分离→重力脱水→预压脱水→高压脱水→高压剪力脱水→泥饼刮除→清运处理。
本发明的有益效果是:结构紧凑工序时间短,处理清除污泥彻底。

实施例1结合附图1,一种生产污水处理装置,包括调节池1、气浮槽2、厌氧池5、好氧池6、膜生物反应器7、污泥暂存池8、污泥池9和带式脱水机10,调节池上设有污水进口,调节池连接气浮槽将调节池内的污水转运到气浮槽内,气浮槽连接厌氧池和污泥暂存池,经过气浮槽后的污水转运至厌氧池并将经过气浮槽后的浮渣、污泥转运至污泥暂存池;厌氧池连通好氧池,好氧池连通膜生物反应器,膜生物反应器上设有净化水出水口,污泥暂存池连接污泥池,污泥池连接带式脱水机,带式脱水机的出水口连通调节池。
一种生产污水处理装置,气浮槽和厌氧池之间还设有电絮凝反应器3和快沉槽4,气浮槽连通电絮凝反应器,电絮凝反应器连通快沉槽,快沉槽连通厌氧池,电絮凝反应器连接污泥暂存池将浮渣转运至污泥暂存池,电絮凝反应器连接污泥池将污泥转运至污泥池;快沉槽连接污泥池将污泥转运至污泥池。
电絮凝反应器作用:针对该废水含盐量较高、导电性较好的特点,选用电絮凝工艺通过外加电场作用废水,设计去除COD率达50%以上;
原理如下:以铝、铁等金属为阳极,在直流电的作用下,阳极被溶蚀,产生Al3+、Fe2+等离子,再经一系列水解、聚合及亚铁的氧化过程,发展成为各种羟基络合物、多核羟基络合物以至氢氧化物,使废水中的胶态杂质、悬浮杂质凝聚沉淀而分离。同时,带电的污染物颗粒在电场中泳动,其部分电荷被电极中和而促使其脱稳聚沉。废水进行电解絮凝处理时,不仅对胶态杂质及悬浮杂质有凝聚沉淀作用,而且由于阳极的氧化作用和阴极的还原作用,能去除水中多种污染物。在处理污水时,存在电解氧化还原、电解絮凝和电解气浮三种协同效应。
快沉槽通过控制废水的pH,并采用混凝/助凝剂来沉淀电絮凝反应过程中产生的大量悬浮态污染物,减轻后续生物处理系统的负荷。
好氧池作用:生物接触氧化工艺,其技术实质是在生物反应池内充填填料,已经充氧的污水浸没全部填料,并以一定的流速流经填料。在填料上布满生物膜,污水与生物膜广泛接触,在生物膜上微生物的新陈代谢的作用下,污水中有机污染物得到去除,污水得到净化。
膜生物反应器作用:利用好氧微生物的新陈代谢作用去除废水中大量的溶解态生物可降解的有机污染物,同时采用先进的MBR膜过滤工艺保证废水中悬浮状的活性污泥及颗粒污染物被截留,使得处理出水中悬浮物含量极低,并辅以曝气手段,以延缓膜片清洗的周期并延长膜片的寿命,保证废水的稳定达标。
一种生产污水处理装置,调节池内还包括调节提升泵,由调节池浮球液位开关控制,高液位启动,低液位停止;调节池内装有以防止废水中大量的油污上浮的曝气器,通过曝气支管阀门控制曝气量。两台调节提升泵均由调节池浮球液位开关控制,高液位启动,低液位停止,一般情况下为一用一备。若开启1号泵,则将总电控柜中调节池1号泵升泵转换为自动即可;若开启2号泵,则将总电控柜中调节池2号泵转换为自动即可;亦可以两台调节提升泵均转换为自动,已对电控柜PLC系统进行内部设置,两台调节提升泵定时0.1小时(可以自由变更)自动切换。
一种生产污水处理装置,气浮槽由将气浮池清水区的水经由溶气水泵加压至溶气罐,空压机同时向溶气罐进气,使气和水在溶气罐内高压条件下充分混合,尔后经由出水管路至气浮池溶气释放区的溶气系统和,水面的浮渣刮至浮渣槽自流进入污泥暂存池刮渣机组成。浮除废水中绝大部分的油类、悬浮物及部分胶体类有机物,其具有去除SS效率高、运行稳定可靠、操作简便优点。
气浮槽原理如下:将气浮池清水区的水经由溶气水泵加压至溶气罐,空压机同时向溶气罐进气,使气和水在溶气罐内高压条件下充分混合,尔后经由出水管路至气浮池溶气释放区,高压的气水混合物在释放区内经溶气释放器瞬间低压释放,使得已溶解的气体以极微小气泡的形势大量释放并上升至水面,此过程中废水中所含有的油及大量细小的悬浮物和部分溶解有机物均被气泡带至水面而形成浮渣,浮渣在水面集结,最后由刮渣机刮至浮渣槽,尔后自流进入污泥暂存池。
一种生产污水处理装置,气浮槽加入所需药剂:PAC、PAM阴离子;电絮凝反应器加入所需药剂:H2SO4、H2O2;快沉槽加入所需药剂:NaOH、PAC、PAM阴离子;膜生物反应器加入所需药剂:NaClO;带式脱水机加入所需药剂:PAM阳/阴离子。
一种生产污水处理装置,带式脱水机包括以下工作步骤:浓缩污泥→污泥调理搅拌均匀→离心式重力泥、水转鼓分离→重力脱水→预压脱水→高压脱水→高压剪力脱水→泥饼刮除→清运处理。

1.一种生产污水处理装置,包括调节池、气浮槽、厌氧池、好氧池、膜生物反应器、污泥暂存池、污泥池和带式脱水机,其特征在于:调节池上设有污水进口,调节池连接气浮槽将调节池内的污水转运到气浮槽内,气浮槽连接厌氧池和污泥暂存池,经过气浮槽后的污水转运至厌氧池并将经过气浮槽后的浮渣、污泥转运至污泥暂存池;厌氧池连通好氧池,好氧池连通膜生物反应器,膜生物反应器上设有净化水出水口,污泥暂存池连接污泥池,污泥池连接带式脱水机,带式脱水机的出水口连通调节池。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生产污水处理装置,其特征在于:气浮槽和厌氧池之间还设有电絮凝反应器和快沉槽,气浮槽连通电絮凝反应器,电絮凝反应器连通快沉槽,快沉槽连通厌氧池,电絮凝反应器连接污泥暂存池将浮渣转运至污泥暂存池,电絮凝反应器连接污泥池将污泥转运至污泥池;快沉槽连接污泥池将污泥转运至污泥池。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种生产污水处理装置,其特征在于:调节池内还包括调节提升泵,由调节池浮球液位开关控制,高液位启动,低液位停止;调节池内装有曝气器,通过曝气支管阀门控制曝气量。
