The lower protection mechanism 30 comprises a plurality of conveying rollers 31 which are arranged at equal intervals and are rotatably arranged in the second collecting box body 6, a plurality of lower coating rollers 36 which are arranged at equal intervals, the conveying rollers 31 are positioned on one side of the lower coating rollers 36, belt pulleys 32 are fixedly arranged on the outer surfaces of the conveying rollers 31, conveying belts are connected between the belt pulleys 32, driven wheels 33 are symmetrically arranged in the second collecting box body 6, a driving wheel 34 positioned below one of the driven wheels 33 is rotatably arranged in the second collecting box body 6, a lower coating belt is connected between the two driven wheels 33, the upper outer surfaces of the lower coating belts are in contact with the lower surface of the lower coating rollers 36 and the lower surface of one of the conveying rollers 31, the lower outer surfaces of the lower coating belts are in contact with the upper surface of the driving wheel 34, a containing box II 35 positioned at the lower end of the driving wheel 34 is fixedly arranged in the second collecting box body 6, and a power motor used for driving the driving wheel 34 to rotate is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the second collecting box body 6.
