s1: the distance between a scribing pen A (98) and a scribing pen B (99) is adjusted according to the required equal-distance folding distance, a driving motor (2) drives a screw rod A (92) to rotate, and the screw rod A (92) is connected with a screw rod B (93) through a coupler, so that the screw rod B (93) can also rotate along with the rotation of the screw rod A (92), and the screw rod A (92) and the screw rod B (93) can respectively drive a sliding block A (94) and a sliding block B (95) to move in the rotating process, so that the distance between the scribing pen A (98) and the scribing pen B (99) can be adjusted until the distance between the scribing pen A (98) and the scribing pen B (99) is adjusted to a proper position;

S3: in the process that the aluminum single plate (12) moves forwards, the driving motor (2) drives the rotating shaft (82) and the gear (83) to rotate, and the gear (83) is meshed with the rack (84) and the rack (84) is installed on the supporting frame (7), so that the gear (83) can drive the moving frame (81) to move on the supporting frame (7) in the rotating process so as to scribe the aluminum single plate (12) through a scribing pen A (98) and a scribing pen B (99);
s4: the scribed aluminum single plate (12) moves forwards, when the scribed aluminum single plate moves to a bending seat (14), a hydraulic cylinder (10) drives a pressing plate (11) to move downwards and press the aluminum single plate (12), meanwhile, a bending knife (13) is driven by the hydraulic cylinder (10) to move downwards, and the aluminum single plate (12) is subjected to edge folding operation through the bending knife (13);
s5: in the process of folding the edge of the aluminum single plate (12), marking the aluminum single plate (12) at equal intervals by using a marking pen A (98) and a marking pen B (99), folding the edge again after marking, and circulating in sequence until the edge folding of the aluminum single plate (12) is finished.
