Examples
The roll includes various kinds, and for convenience of description, the roll is replaced with a film roll.
The present application provides a tape winding apparatus for roll packaging, referring to fig. 1, the tape winding apparatus includes a first mounting plate 10, the first mounting plate 10 being for mounting on a rack. A mounting plate 11 is mounted on the first mounting plate 10, the mounting plate 11 being used for mounting a roll of adhesive tape. The first mounting plate 10 is further provided with a fastening structure 30, the fastening structure 30 comprises a first air cylinder 31 and a fastening roller 32, the first air cylinder 31 is mounted on the first mounting plate 10, the fastening roller 32 is rotatably connected to the first mounting plate 10, the output end of the first air cylinder 31 abuts against the fastening roller 32 when the first air cylinder 31 stretches, and the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape is in contact with the fastening roller 32. The first mounting plate 10 also has a pressing structure 40 mounted thereon, and the pressing structure 40 is used for pressing the adhesive tape onto a roll (e.g., a film roll). The first mounting plate 10 is further mounted with a cutting structure 50, and the cutting structure 50 is used for cutting the adhesive tape. When the adhesive tape is wound on the film roll, the adhesive tape sequentially passes through the fastening roller 32 and the pressing structure 40, one end of the adhesive tape, which is used for being bonded with the film roll, is arranged between the pressing structure 40 and the film roll, the adhesive tape is pressed on the film roll by the pressing structure 40 and then starts to be wound, the output end of the first air cylinder 31 stretches after winding is completed, the output end of the first air cylinder 31 is abutted to the fastening roller 32, and the fastening roller 32 cannot rotate. Since the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape is in contact with the fastening roller 32, when the fastening roller 32 cannot rotate, the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape cannot be stretched by the friction force, so that the cutting structure 50 can smoothly cut the adhesive tape.
In one embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the pinch structure 40 includes a first pinch roller 41 and a second pinch roller 42. Wherein a first pinch roller 41 and a second pinch roller 42 are rotatably connected to the first mounting plate 10 at a distance from each other, the second pinch roller 42 being arranged directly below the first pinch roller 41. The first pinch roller 41 and the second pinch roller 42 cooperate to pinch the tape against the film roll.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the film roll is typically disposed beside the tape winding apparatus. After the film roll is placed, the first pressing roller 41 and the second pressing roller 42 are abutted against the film roll, and the adhesive tape between the two pressing rollers and the film roll is attached to the film roll after being extruded. After the tape winding device and the film roll are rotated relatively, the tape on the mounting plate 11 will be wound on the film roll. And the first compaction roller 41 and the second compaction roller 42 which are arranged at intervals are matched and clung to the film roll, so that the film roll and the adhesive tape winding device keep stable in the process of relative rotation, and the adhesive tape can be stably wound.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the tape winding apparatus further includes a second mounting plate 20, the second mounting plate 20 is rotatably connected to the first mounting plate 10, and a second cylinder 21 is mounted on the second mounting plate 20. The second cylinder 21 is used to drive the first mounting plate 10 to rotate relative to the second mounting plate 20.
The winding process of the tape winding device for winding the tape will be further described with reference to fig. 3 and 4. The tape winding device and the film roll can have two relative rotation conditions, and when the film roll has large mass, the tape winding device can be driven to rotate relative to the film roll. When the film roll quality is small, the film roll or the adhesive tape winding device can be driven independently.
When winding the adhesive tape, as shown in fig. 3, one end of the adhesive tape is first stretched to release the adhesive tape roll, and the adhesive tape is sequentially passed through the fastening roller 32, the first pinch roller 41 and the second pinch roller 42, and the one end of the adhesive tape is finally positioned between the second pinch roller 42 and the film roll. When the tape arrangement is completed, the film roll is placed on one side of the tape winding device. The placed film roll will abut the first and second pinch rollers 41, 42 as shown in fig. 3, and the adhesive tape at the first and second pinch rollers 41, 42 will adhere to the film roll. After the end of the tape is adhered to the film roll, the tape winding device and the film roll are rotated relative to each other, at which time the tape is wound around the film roll, and after the tape has been wound around the film roll a sufficient number of turns, the tape winding device or the film roll stops moving.
With the movement of the first cylinder 31 and the second cylinder 21, referring to fig. 4, the first cylinder 31 is extended so that the output end of the first cylinder 31 abuts on the fastening roller 32, and the second cylinder 21 is extended so that the first mounting plate 10 is rotated counterclockwise. At this time, the fastening roller 32 cannot rotate after the fastening roller 32 is abutted against the output end of the first cylinder 31. Because the rotating shaft of the first mounting plate 10 is located at the lower left of the second pinch roller 42, after the first mounting plate 10 rotates anticlockwise, the second pinch roller 42 will move upwards for a certain distance in the anticlockwise rotation process, so that the second pinch roller 42 is tightly abutted against the film roll.
As can be seen from an analysis of the force applied to the adhesive tape between the second pinch roller 42 and the fastening roller 32 in conjunction with fig. 5, since the output end of the first cylinder 31 is in contact with the fastening roller 32, the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape is in contact with the fastening roller 32, and the adhesive tape is bent at the fastening roller 32 in an acute angle state, when the adhesive tape is pulled on the right side of the fastening roller 32, the adhesive tape needs to overcome a large friction force between the adhesive surface and the fastening roller 32. The adhesive tape at the second pinch roller 42 is tightly pressed on the film roll by the second pinch roller 42, so that the adhesive tape between the second pinch roller 42 and the fastening roller 32 is tight at this time, the adhesive tape roll on the mounting disc 11 cannot rotate to enable the adhesive tape to be loose, and the cutting device can smoothly cut the adhesive tape.
Preferably, in one embodiment of the present invention, to avoid damage to the film roll during packaging, both the first pinch roller 41 and the second pinch roller 42 are rubber covered rollers.
Preferably, in one embodiment of the present invention, the fastening roller 32 is an aluminum patterned roller, and the contact area between the patterned roller and the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape is small, so that the adhesive tape can be well prevented from adhering to the fastening roller 32.
Of course, the output end of the first cylinder 31 may be provided with a rubber coating, so that the output end of the first cylinder 31 and the fastening roller 32 can be stabilized when being abutted.
Preferably, in one embodiment of the invention, the mounting plate 11 is typically an inflatable plate that is capable of gripping the inner wall of the tape after venting so that the roll of tape remains stable during movement of the tape winding device.
As shown in fig. 5 in conjunction with fig. 4, when the film roll is brought into abutment with the first pinch roller 41 and the second pinch roller 42, a portion of the film roll will extend between the first pinch roller 41 and the second pinch roller 42. Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first mounting plate 10 is further provided with a notch 12, where the notch 12 is disposed between the first pinch roller 41 and the second pinch roller 42, and the notch 12 is generally configured in an arc shape, so as to avoid interference between the first mounting plate 10 and the film roll.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 6, the tape winding apparatus further includes a tape holder 60, the tape holder 60 being disposed between the fastening roller 32 and the pressing structure 40, the tape holder 60 being for preventing the tape from being offset.
Specifically, the adhesive tape holder 60 includes a main body 61 and two bending portions 62, the main body 61 is an "L" shaped plate, the bending portions 62 are in a "U" shaped structure, the two bending portions 62 are respectively and fixedly connected to two sides of the bottom of the main body 61, and openings of the two bending portions 62 are oppositely arranged to form a through slot 63 for passing adhesive tape.
Referring to fig. 6, two U-shaped bent portions 62 are spaced apart and formed with an opening to facilitate insertion of the tape into the through-slot 63 therethrough.
Further, in an embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 1 and 6, the tape winding apparatus further includes a direction-changing roller 70 rotatably coupled to the first mounting plate 10, the direction-changing roller 70 is disposed between the tape holder 60 and the fastening roller 32, and the direction-changing roller 70 and the tape holder 60 are disposed on the same plane.
Referring to fig. 1, the adhesive tape extending from the bottom of the fastening roller 32 to the adhesive tape holder 60 is located under the adhesive tape holder 60. When the adhesive tape is directly extended to the adhesive tape holder 60 without passing through the direction-changing roller 70, a large height difference exists between the bottom of the fastening roller 32 and the adhesive tape holder 60, and a large angle exists between the adhesive tape holder 60 and the fastening roller 32 and the plane in which the through groove 63 is located. After the adhesive tape passes through the direction-changing roller 70, the direction-changing roller 70 makes the adhesive tape entered into the adhesive tape holder 60 and the adhesive tape holder 60 tend to be flush, thereby enabling the adhesive tape to enter the adhesive tape holder 60 smoothly. Meanwhile, after the direction-changing roller 70 is provided, the adhesive tape that tends to be flush with the adhesive tape holder 60 is not easily detached from the adhesive tape holder 60 from the opening, so that the adhesive tape can be stably conveyed.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the tape winding apparatus further includes a first pressing plate 81 and a torsion spring 82, wherein the first pressing plate 81 is rotatably connected to the first mounting plate 10, the torsion spring 82 is mounted on the first mounting plate 10, and the torsion spring 82 is used to drive the first mounting plate 10 to press against the first pressing roller 41. As illustrated, when the first pressing plate 81 presses the adhesive tape, the adhesive tape on the first and second pressing rollers 41 and 42 naturally sags, thereby making it easier to adhere the adhesive tape to the film roll.
Referring to fig. 8, when the end of the film roll is wrapped by the flower disc, the petal portions of the flower disc need to be pressed against the film roll in order to adhere the flower disc to the end of the film roll by the adhesive tape. The petals of the flower disc shown in fig. 8 are bent by the bending device, and the shape of the flower disc is changed into the shape shown in fig. 9. In order to avoid the interference of the adhesive tape on the winding of the petals, the bending device is only abutted against one side of the petals, which is close to the end part of the film roll, when the petals are bent. After bending, one end of the petals, which is close to the end part of the film roll, is clung to the film roll, and one end of the petals, which is far away from the end part of the film roll, is slightly tilted. Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, the tape winding device further includes a second pressing plate 91. Referring to fig. 1 and 3, a second presser plate 91 is mounted on the first mounting plate 10, the second presser plate 91 being used to press the ends of slightly tilted petals against the film roll. When the tape winding device rotates clockwise relative to the film roll or the film roll rotates anticlockwise relative to the tape winding device, the second pressing plate 91 flattens petals, so that the tape can be smoothly wound on the petals, and the flower disc is fixed.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 or 3, the tape winding apparatus is further provided with a third cylinder 92. A third air cylinder 92 is mounted on the first mounting plate 10, a second pressure plate 91 is rotatably connected to the first mounting plate 10, and the third air cylinder 92 is used for driving the second pressure plate 91 to rotate relative to the first mounting plate 10.
In practice, the wrapping of a partial film roll requires wrapping of its ends with a flower disc, while the wrapping of a partial film roll requires wrapping of its ends with a flat plate (flower disc without petals). In an embodiment of the present invention, when the end of the film roll is packaged by using the flower disc, the third air cylinder 92 is extended, the second pressing plate 91 is abutted against the petals of the flower disc under the driving of the third air cylinder 92, and the petals are tightly attached to the film roll in the tape winding process under the action of the second pressing plate 91, so that the tape can smoothly attach the petals to the film roll.
Specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, the cutoff structure 50 includes a fourth cylinder 51 and a cutoff knife 52, and referring to fig. 1 or 3 or 4, the fourth cylinder 51 is mounted on the first mounting plate 10, and the cutoff knife 52 is mounted at an output end of the fourth cylinder 51. When the output end of the fourth air cylinder 51 is extended, the cutter 52 is extended from between the first pinch roller 41 and the second pinch roller 42 to cut the adhesive tape.
The cutting edge of the cutter 52 may be provided with a spike, so that the adhesive tape can be cut better.
It will be understood that equivalents and modifications will occur to those skilled in the art based on the present invention and its spirit, and all such modifications and substitutions are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
