Abstract

Description

真空吸尘器头部
本发明涉及一种真空吸尘器头部。
公知的真空吸尘器头部具有刚毛，其设置使灰尘和在使用中扫过某一表面而搅起的碎屑可被吸入真空吸尘器。该具有刚毛的头部通常装在一刚性管子的一端，再依次通过一软管连至真空吸尘器机身。使该具有刚毛的头部松散地与该刚性管连接，从而在真空吸尘器的使用过程中可有一些相对运动。将具有刚毛的头部直接装在真空吸尘器机身上，有其固有的优点：节约空间和刚性管及软管的费用，特别是对于相对小型或手持的真空吸尘器。例如，如果一种公知的头部直接装于一真空吸尘器机身，则在使用中会妨碍该真空吸尘器的操作，并且特别难以控制和完成有效的清扫动作。
本发明的一个目的是克服或至少是减小这个缺陷。

该摩擦接触可包括一个或更多的可弹性伸长的垫片，平等于各自刚毛排安装，比一排或两排刚毛更靠近中心轴。
真空吸尘器头部包括一位于头部内的中心通道，其入口表面大致位于与摩擦接触相同的平面。
入口的横截面为椭圆形，以中心轴为中心，椭圆的主轴沿摩擦接触之间伸展。
该中心通道较佳地在入口处伸展约头部的长度，在该中心通道的出口处；宽度则减小至约头部长度的五分之一。
露出的弹性紧压触头在使用中将头部安装并紧固于真空吸尘器机身。

如图所示，该头部包括中空的矩形机壳10和11。该头部的上表面12紧贴于真空吸尘器13的外表面。刚毛带14和15安装在机壳10和11之间，延伸至该头部的刚毛摩擦(即刷)接触的远端。塑料海绵摩擦垫14A和15A亦固设于机壳10和11之间。一隔板16安装在机壳11和底罩17之间。该底罩17有一弧形的中心管道18，沿该真空吸尘器的中心轴19，由入口向上伸展，通过隔板16及机壳10和11到达位于靠近机身13的外表面的出口。由于管道18有一较大的横截面，由刚毛扫起的灰尘和碎屑等废弃物，包括香烟头等，将通过管边18被直接吸入真空吸尘器机身。
需指出的是，最好如图2所示，关于中心轴19呈约70°角的带14和15形成所设想的连接摩擦接触的平面20。这意味着当真空吸尘器直接由手动操作时(或通过一刚性手柄，图中未示，连于机身13上，与头部相对)，可完成良好而自然的清扫动作。当使两刚毛带14和15的远端与所要清扫的表面保持接触时，即可做到这样。换句话说，当手动操作时，机身13的良好定向，垂直或与垂直方向呈约20°，可使刚毛完成有效而自然的清扫，并通过真空吸尘器吸走清扫物。
刚毛可由布带或皮草带或弹性材料带，例如海绵泡沫，代替或补充。它们的露出的表面将其大致支撑在平面20上。也就是说，使用了不同材料带的地方，每个带的安装均使其摩擦或接触表面至少基本上位于平面20上。在清扫动作中，将真空吸尘器机身的中心轴与垂直方向保持约20°，这种情况下的刷，擦及其结合效果良好。还可有如所述的刚毛和泡沫带或其它摩擦材料带，紧靠一组刚毛14，在该组14和管道18之间。其作用可在任何情况下提高使用中的真空吸尘器的吸入效果。

Claims (8)

1、一种真空吸尘器头部，适于直接装于一真空吸尘器机身，该机身有一纵向中心轴，并配有一电机，一风扇和灰尘收集仓；该头部包括一大致为矩形的中空机壳，其上表面紧贴于机身的外表面，其下表面在使用中与地面形成摩擦接触；其中摩擦接触形成一个关于中心轴偏移约70°的平面，并沿下表面的两相对侧面设置，其间形成一个间隙，使灰尘和碎屑通过头部进入真空吸尘器机身。
2、如权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器头部，其中摩擦接触由安装在头部、分别沿相对侧面分布的两排刚毛组成。
3、如权利要求2所述的真空吸尘器头部，其中摩擦接触包括一个或更多个可弹性伸长的垫片，分别平行于刚毛排安装，比一排或两排刚毛更靠近中心轴。
4、如权利要求1至3的任一权利要求所述的真空吸尘器头部，包括一位于头部内的中心通道，其入口表面大致位于与摩擦接触相同的平面。
5、如权利要求4所述的真空吸尘器头部，其中该入口的横截面为椭圆形，以中心轴为圆心，椭圆的主轴延伸于摩擦接触之间。
6、如权利要求5所述的真空吸尘器头部，其中该中心通道在入口处伸展约头部的长度，在该中心通道的出口处的宽度则减小至约头部长度的五分之一。
7、如权利要求1至6的任一权利要求所述的真空吸尘器头部，包括露出的弹性紧压触头，在使用中将头部直接安装并紧固于真空吸尘器机身。
8、一种真空吸尘器头部，参照附图基本如此所述。
