技术领域
本发明属于农药制剂领域,具体涉及一种毒死蜱乳油及其应用。
背景技术
毒死蜱,化学学名为O,O-二乙基-O-3,5,6-三氯-2-吡啶基硫逐磷酸酯,是一种世界范围内广泛应用的有机磷杀虫剂。毒死蜱具有广谱和高效的特点,作为高毒农药的替代品,对昆虫具有触杀、胃毒和熏蒸作用。由于其对人畜毒性相对较低,成本低廉,再加上市场的广大需求,近年来毒死蜱的登记注册量呈上升趋势。已登记的剂型有乳油、水乳剂、颗粒剂、可湿性粉剂等,其中毒死蜱乳油制剂产品分别占毒死蜱单剂登记总量的35%左右。
与其他农药剂型相比,乳油具有有效成分含量高、生物活性高、稳定性好、使用方便、防治效果好、加工工艺简单、设备要求不高等特点,种种优点使得乳油在农药剂型中占有一席之地,因此,它不可能被完全替代。但目前乳油含有大量有毒的挥发性有机溶剂(如甲苯、二甲苯),存在易燃、易爆和中毒的危险,易产生药害、与环境相容性差和贮运不安全等问题,所以对传统乳油进行改造迫在眉睫,也是必然的。利用绿色溶剂替代危害性较大的芳烃类溶剂和极性溶剂,再配合使用易降解的表面活性剂,是未来乳油生存和进一步发展的必然方向,也是环境友好型乳油研制生产和推广使用必然之路,更是社会可持续发展的必须。
农药从喷雾机喷出后主要有三个去向:一是直接喷洒在昆虫体表,二是直接进入环境中,三是洒落在植物叶表面上。农药喷晒到植物表面后进行粘着、渗透是其发挥药效的必要途径。但植物叶片表皮有层较厚的蜡质层,水溶性强的药液难以在叶片表面润湿展布,喷晒到叶面上的药液呈液珠状态,很易滚落,从而影响防治效果。因此提高毒死蜱乳油制剂的粘着渗透性可有效提升乳油制剂的防治效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供优异防效的一种毒死蜱乳油及其应用,具体技术方案为:
一种毒死蜱乳油,包含如下重量百分含量成分:35-60%毒死蜱原药,乳化剂5-15%,渗透剂氮酮 0.5-1.5%,溶剂补足100%;
所述的乳化剂由Termul 2507 和 Ethylan 992 组成,Termul 2507 和 Ethylan992的质量配比为1:3-3:1;
所述的溶剂由蓖麻油 和 葵花油组成,蓖麻油 和 葵花油的体积比为1:3-3:1。
优选的,所述的毒死蜱乳油,包含如下重量百分含量成分:40-50%毒死蜱原药,乳化剂6-12%,渗透剂氮酮 0.5-1%,溶剂补足100%;Termul 2507 和 Ethylan 992的质量配比为1:2-2:1或1:1;蓖麻油 和 葵花油的体积比为1:2-2:1或1:1。
优选的,所述的毒死蜱乳油,包含如下重量百分含量成分:45%毒死蜱原药,Termul2507 4%、 Ethylan 992 4%,渗透剂氮酮 0.8%,溶剂补足100%;蓖麻油 和 葵花油的体积比为1:1。
所述的毒死用于防治作物害虫的用途,所述的作物害虫为小麦蚜虫、柑橘树介壳虫、水稻稻纵卷叶螟、水稻稻飞虱、苹果树桃小食心虫或苹果树绵蚜。

实施例1 不同溶剂对毒死蜱乳油理化性质影响
乳油配制工艺
配方组成:包含如下重量百分含量的组分:45%毒死蜱原药,8% 乳化剂(其中Termul 2507 4%、 Ethylan 992 4%),渗透剂氮酮 0.8%,溶剂补足100%。溶剂分别选为松节油、大豆油、蓖麻油、葵花油中的一种或多种。
制备方法:将原药溶解于溶剂中,再加入乳化剂,在搅拌下混合溶解,制成均相透明的液体。
指标测试
乳液粒径测定
用激光粒度分析仪测定了不同溶剂毒死蜱乳油1500稀释液的粒径。每个处理重复测定 4 次。
乳液表面张力测定
用BYZ-1型全自动表面张力测定仪测定待测溶液的表面张力,仪器使用前先较零。铂片分别用去离子水和无水乙醇冲洗 3 次,用酒精灯加热至红色。当它冷却时,把铂片挂在钩子上,然后设置为零。在加载台上的塑料皿上加入 15-20 mL 的溶液,每个处理重复测定4次。
乳液黏附功的测定
药液在水稻植物叶片表面上的黏附功(Wa);根据溶液表面张力值和溶液接触角值以及润湿方程来计算。Wɑ = γ(cosθ +1)。其中,γ 为溶液的表面张力,θ 为溶液在靶标界面的接触角,Wa 为液滴在靶标界面上的黏附功。
其中,乳液接触角的测定:用接触角测量仪捕捉各待测溶液在植物叶上接触角的静态图像,用量角法测量接触角。

在叶面喷雾施用乳油时,首先农药雾滴会附着在靶标界面上,其中药剂的活性成分必须通过物理扩散过程才能进入到亲脂层,再进入其它植物组织中发挥作用。平均粒径越小比表面积越大,与植物以及病原菌表面接触面积增加,扩散效果越好。溶剂单独使用时,蓖麻油的平均粒径最小,为1.7μm;混合溶剂使用时,以蓖麻油和葵花油为溶剂的毒死蜱乳油粒径小,1.4μm,有助于药效的发挥。
当液体的表面张力低于界面的临界表明张力时液滴才能在界面上发生润湿行为,进而展布附着在植物叶片上发挥作用。因此液体的表面张力越小越有利于药效的发挥。溶剂单独使用时,蓖麻油的表面张力最小;混合溶剂使用时,以蓖麻油和葵花油为溶剂的毒死蜱乳油表面张力最小,33.8mN/m,有助于药效的发挥。
通过黏附功的计算可以更加清楚的明确不同溶剂种类的乳油2000倍稀释液在水稻叶片上的黏附能力的变化,黏附功越大,液滴越容易黏附在靶标作物表面。以蓖麻油和葵花油为溶剂的毒死蜱乳油黏附功最大,30.3 mJ/m2,有助于药效的发挥。
实施例2 不同乳化剂对毒死蜱乳油理化性质影响
乳油配制工艺
配方组成:包含如下重量百分含量的组分:45%毒死蜱原药,8% 乳化剂,渗透剂氮酮 0.8%,溶剂(蓖麻油+葵花油的体积比1:1)补足100%。乳化剂分别选为蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚EL20、Termul 2507、EthylanNS-500LQ、Ethylan 992中的两种。
制备方法:将原药溶解于溶剂中,再加入乳化剂,在搅拌下混合溶解,制成均相透明的液体。

试验设4个处理,并设置清水空白对照。每个处理4次重复,每个小区面积约 50m2,随机排列。五(3)代稻纵卷叶螟卵孵高峰期施药2次,间隔7d,采用喷雾方式,亩用水量50kg,喷药时间为傍晚前。
调查时间和方法
第2次用药药后 14 天,调查各处理水稻卷叶数和稻纵卷叶螟的残留虫量。采用 5点取样法,每个小区对角线调查 5 个点,每点调查 5 穴,记载卷叶数和残留活虫数,计算保叶效果和杀虫效果。
杀虫效果 =(对照区虫口数 - 处理区虫口数)/ 调查卷叶数×100%;
卷叶率 = 调查卷叶数 / 调查总叶数 ×100%;
保叶效果 =(对照区卷叶率 - 处理区卷叶率)/ 对照区卷叶率 ×100%。

Claims (4)
1.一种毒死蜱乳油,其特征在于,包含如下重量百分含量成分:35-60%毒死蜱原药,乳化剂5-15%,渗透剂氮酮 0.5-1.5%,溶剂补足100%;
所述的乳化剂由Termul 2507 和 Ethylan 992 组成,Termul 2507 和 Ethylan 992的质量配比为1:1;
所述的溶剂由蓖麻油 和 葵花油组成,蓖麻油 和 葵花油的体积比为1:1。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的毒死蜱乳油,其特征在于,40-50%毒死蜱原药,乳化剂6-12%,渗透剂氮酮 0.5-1%,溶剂补足100%;
Termul 2507 和 Ethylan 992的质量配比为1:1;
蓖麻油 和 葵花油的体积比为1:1。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的毒死蜱乳油,其特征在于,包含如下重量百分含量成分:45%毒死蜱原药,Termul 2507 4%、 Ethylan 992 4%,渗透剂氮酮 0.8%,溶剂补足100%;
蓖麻油 和 葵花油的体积比为1:1。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的毒死蜱乳油用于防治作物害虫的用途,其特征在于,所述的作物害虫为水稻稻纵卷叶螟。
