本发明公开了保鲜膜技术领域的水煮、蒸煮专用高阻隔复合尼龙膜,包括高阻隔复合层,所述高阻隔复合层的顶部设置有CPP高阻隔复合尼龙膜,其结构合理,本发明通过设有防护层机构A和防护层机构B,将防护层机构A和防护层机构B设为多层防护薄膜层,并将防护层机构A和防护层机构B以镀膜的方式分别镀在CPP高阻隔复合尼龙膜的上表面和PE高阻隔复合尼龙膜的下表面,使CPP高阻隔复合尼龙膜和PE高阻隔复合尼龙膜对高阻隔复合层保护的同时,再由防护层机构A和防护层机构B进行再一次进行保护,从而达到增加高阻隔复合尼龙膜的强度,避免高阻隔复合尼龙膜受到高温而无法安全的进行水煮或蒸煮使用的情况发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及保鲜膜技术领域,具体为水煮、蒸煮专用高阻隔复合尼龙膜。
背景技术
高阻隔膜是把气体阻隔性很强的材料与热缝合性、水分阻隔性很强的聚烯烃同时进行挤出而成,是多层结构的薄膜,现有的水煮、蒸煮专用高阻隔复合尼龙膜在进行水煮或蒸煮的过程中,随着温度的不断升高,会导致所用的高阻隔复合尼龙膜受到热胀冷缩的效应,产生爆炸的情况发生,同时水煮、蒸煮专用高阻隔复合尼龙膜在使用过程中,所用的高阻隔复合尼龙膜表面受到擦碰的情况下,会大大降低了所用的高阻隔复合尼龙膜的韧性及强度,从而导致在水煮或蒸煮的过程中,也会增加热胀冷缩的效应,而产生爆炸的概率,高阻隔复合尼龙膜安全性能低的情况下,不利于高阻隔复合尼龙膜使用。
因此需要研发水煮、蒸煮专用高阻隔复合尼龙膜很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供水煮、蒸煮专用高阻隔复合尼龙膜,通过设有防护层机构A和防护层机构B,将防护层机构A和防护层机构B设为多层防护薄膜层,并将防护层机构A和防护层机构B以镀膜的方式分别镀在CPP高阻隔复合尼龙膜的上表面和PE高阻隔复合尼龙膜的下表面,使CPP高阻隔复合尼龙膜和PE高阻隔复合尼龙膜对高阻隔复合层保护的同时,再由防护层机构A和防护层机构B进行再一次进行保护,从而达到增加高阻隔复合尼龙膜的强度,避免高阻隔复合尼龙膜受到高温而无法安全的进行水煮或蒸煮使用的情况发生,有效的实现了高阻隔复合尼龙膜可适用与水煮或蒸煮处理,提高了高阻隔复合尼龙膜的使用效果,以解决上述背景技术中提出高阻隔复合尼龙膜韧性及强度低而无法适用于水煮或蒸煮处理的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:水煮、蒸煮专用高阻隔复合尼龙膜,包括高阻隔复合层,所述高阻隔复合层的顶部设置有CPP高阻隔复合尼龙膜,所述高阻隔复合层的底部设置有PE高阻隔复合尼龙膜,所述CPP高阻隔复合尼龙膜的顶部设置有防护层机构A,所述PE高阻隔复合尼龙膜底部设置有防护层机构B;
所述防护层机构A包括抗菌BOPP预涂薄膜层A,所述防护层机构B包括抗菌BOPP预涂薄膜层B。
优选的,所述高阻隔复合层、CPP高阻隔复合尼龙膜和PE高阻隔复合尼龙膜的厚度设为20μm-30μm。
优选的,所述抗菌BOPP预涂薄膜层A从上至下依次设置EVA耐撕裂薄膜层A、聚氨酯胶粘剂薄膜层A、PVDC耐高温薄膜层A和PE聚乙烯薄膜层A。
优选的,所述抗菌BOPP预涂薄膜层A、EVA耐撕裂薄膜层A、聚氨酯胶粘剂薄膜层A、PVDC耐高温薄膜层A和PE聚乙烯薄膜层A厚度设为10μm-20μm。

工作原理:在使用本发明时,将高阻隔复合层1的上表面设置CPP高阻隔复合尼龙膜2,并将高阻隔复合层1的下表面设置PE高阻隔复合尼龙膜3,利用CPP高阻隔复合尼龙膜2其一具有透明、质轻,密度为0,9g/cm3,是最轻的树脂品种之一,能浮于水面,其二耐热性能好,熔点高达164-170℃,在没有外界压力的情况下,制品加热到150℃时不变形,这是许多热塑性塑料所没有的优良性能,其三机械强度好,抗张强度达365-390kg/cm3。表面硬度大、弹性率大、不易断裂、摩擦系数小、机械操作时不易擦伤,蠕变性小,成品不易变形,其四化学稳定性好,耐酸、耐碱、耐油,具有防潮防水的功能,其五无毒、无臭、无味,和聚乙烯一样是世界上公认的接触食品最佳材料,完全符合食品包装材料卫生标准,其六防止透氧性中等,隔绝异味性和防紫外线穿透性差,利用PE高阻隔复合尼龙膜3其一具有高阻隔性,从而达到对氧气、水、二氧化碳和异味的高阻隔效果,其二具有耐油、防潮、耐90℃高温蒸煮、耐低温冷冻、保质、保鲜、除臭,其三具有强度高,使其复合强度高于普通塑料包装,不分层,柔韧性好,热封性能优良的特点,通过将防护层机构A4和防护层机构B5设为多层防护薄膜层,并将防护层机构A4和防护层机构B5以镀膜的方式分别镀在CPP高阻隔复合尼龙膜2的上表面和PE高阻隔复合尼龙膜3的下表面,利用防护层机构A4和防护层机构B5上的抗菌BOPP预涂薄膜层A401和抗菌BOPP预涂薄膜层B501具有抗菌效果,经过与其他材料复合,可使整个包装材料具有抗杀菌效果,保证小食品食用更安全、卫生等效果,同时抗菌母粒与聚丙烯树脂有很好的相容性,且抗菌功能团的组装率经过工艺调整得到控制,故可以令抗菌功能团在抗菌薄膜层呈纳米尺寸分布,使它具有高效的抗菌效果,对多种有害细菌及霉菌有极为优异的抑制效果,利用EVA耐撕裂薄膜层A402和EVA耐撕裂薄膜层B502具有良好的柔软性,橡胶般的弹性,在-50℃下仍然具有较好的可挠性,透明性和表面光泽性,化学稳定性良好,抗老化和耐臭氧强度好,无毒性,与填料的掺混性、着色性和成型加工性好,一般醋酸乙烯VA的含量在5%-40%,与聚乙烯PE相比,EVA由于在分子链中引入单体,从而降低了高结晶度,提高了韧性、抗冲击性、填料相溶性和热密封性能,利用聚氨酯胶粘剂薄膜层A403和聚氨酯胶粘剂薄膜层B503具有耐寒、耐油、耐药品、透明、耐磨等效果,从而增强耐蒸煮性能,利用PVDC耐高温薄膜层A404和PVDC耐高温薄膜层B504具有阻隔性高、韧性强以及低温热封、热收缩性和化学稳定性良好的理想包装材料,利用PE聚乙烯薄膜层A405和PE聚乙烯薄膜层B505具有防潮、抗氧、耐酸、耐碱、气密性一般,热封性优异等性能,从而达到增加高阻隔复合尼龙膜的强度,避免高阻隔复合尼龙膜受到高温而无法安全的进行水煮或蒸煮使用的情况发生,有效的实现了高阻隔复合尼龙膜可适用与水煮或蒸煮处理,提高了高阻隔复合尼龙膜的使用效果。
虽然在上文中已经参考实施例对本发明进行了描述,然而在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,本发明所披露的实施例中的各项特征均可通过任意方式相互结合起来使用,在本说明书中未对这些组合的情况进行穷举性的描述仅仅是出于省略篇幅和节约资源的考虑。因此,本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。
Claims (6)
1.水煮、蒸煮专用高阻隔复合尼龙膜,包括高阻隔复合层(1),所述高阻隔复合层(1)的顶部设置有CPP高阻隔复合尼龙膜(2),所述高阻隔复合层(1)的底部设置有PE高阻隔复合尼龙膜(3),其特征在于:所述CPP高阻隔复合尼龙膜(2)的顶部设置有防护层机构A(4),所述PE高阻隔复合尼龙膜(3)底部设置有防护层机构B(5);
所述防护层机构A(4)包括抗菌BOPP预涂薄膜层A(401),所述防护层机构B(5)包括抗菌BOPP预涂薄膜层B(501)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水煮、蒸煮专用高阻隔复合尼龙膜,其特征在于:所述高阻隔复合层(1)、CPP高阻隔复合尼龙膜(2)和PE高阻隔复合尼龙膜(3)的厚度设为20μm-30μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水煮、蒸煮专用高阻隔复合尼龙膜,其特征在于:所述抗菌BOPP预涂薄膜层A(401)从上至下依次设置EVA耐撕裂薄膜层A(402)、聚氨酯胶粘剂薄膜层A(403)、PVDC耐高温薄膜层A(404)和PE聚乙烯薄膜层A(405)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的水煮、蒸煮专用高阻隔复合尼龙膜,其特征在于:所述抗菌BOPP预涂薄膜层A(401)、EVA耐撕裂薄膜层A(402)、聚氨酯胶粘剂薄膜层A(403)、PVDC耐高温薄膜层A(404)和PE聚乙烯薄膜层A(405)厚度设为10μm-20μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水煮、蒸煮专用高阻隔复合尼龙膜,其特征在于:所述抗菌BOPP预涂薄膜层B(501)从上至下依次设置EVA耐撕裂薄膜层B(502)、聚氨酯胶粘剂薄膜层B(503)、PVDC耐高温薄膜层B(504)和PE聚乙烯薄膜层B(505)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的水煮、蒸煮专用高阻隔复合尼龙膜,其特征在于:所述抗菌BOPP预涂薄膜层B(501)、EVA耐撕裂薄膜层B(502)、聚氨酯胶粘剂薄膜层B(503)、PVDC耐高温薄膜层B(504)和PE聚乙烯薄膜层B(505)厚度设为20μm-30μm。
