Abstract
本发明公开了一种头盔面罩用低成本高折射率防雾UV涂料,它是由质量百分比的20‑50%的多官能聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、20‑40%的烷氧基化的丙烯酸酯单体、1‑10%胺改性丙烯酸酯、1‑20%环氧丙烯酸酯、10‑50%特殊高折射率单体、2‑5%引发剂、0.2‑0.5%的流平剂、0‑0.1%的表面活性剂、0‑0.1%的分散剂、1‑5%无机纳米粒子、1‑5%的硅烷偶联剂、1‑5%醇类溶剂制成。本发明通过大量实验筛选出最佳的原料组成,研发出了一种头盔面罩用的高折射率防雾UV涂料,该涂料原材料易得,涂层生产工艺简单高效,只需在面罩内侧喷涂该种涂料并经UV固化后,可提高面罩的折射率、透光率等光学性能,并获得持久的防雾性能,且不影响在常规的PC、PMMA等面罩基材的附着力和抗划伤性,具有广泛的应用前景。

背景技术
随着现代交通安全规范的日益完善,无论是通勤还是短距离出行,电瓶车都是不二首选,而头盔便成为了必不可少的工具,每位电瓶车主都需要戴上头盔,使得头盔的需求量日益增大。而常规的市售头盔成本在二十至上百元不等,面罩作为头盔的辅助性部件,所占成本肯定不能太高,某些生产商为降低成本而忽略面罩的一些性能,,使得一些常规头盔的面罩的部分性能较差甚至不具备如面罩的折射率、透光率等光学性能和防雾性能。当头盔面罩的温度低于环境温度时,周围空气的水蒸气会在面罩表面冷凝,形成小水滴,发生雾化现象而导致视觉模糊,影响行车的安全性,当气温较低,温差变化大的时候尤其是冬季,头盔面罩的防雾性就显得尤为重要;目前的通用面罩的材质多为聚碳酸酯(PC)或是有机玻璃,虽然耐摔但抗划伤性不好,且本身的折射率不高(1.5-1.6),光学性能较差;现有的一些提高UV涂层的折射率的方法成本较高,例如有专利CN104629612采用含硫原料制得高折射率含亲水基的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,可以获得高折射率的防雾涂层,但原料及工艺复杂,因未有量化生产的产品而限制了该方法的应用范围;也有人研究出在透明玻璃或塑料基材表面喷涂防雾剂来提高基材的防雾性能,但这样的喷剂会降低面罩的抗划伤性和折射率等光学性能,不仅使用不方便,防雾性能也不持久。本发明旨采用市场易得原料,生产出工艺简单高效的UV涂层,对常规的PC、PMMA等面罩基材有着优异的附着力,抗划伤性好,可以同时使头盔面罩获得高折射率、透光率等光学性能和持久的防雾性能,进一步提高头盔佩戴使用中舒适性和安全性。
现有技术生产的头盔面罩具有以下缺点:
1、现有的头盔面罩材质多为聚碳酸酯(PC)或是有机玻璃,虽然耐摔但抗划伤性不好,且本身的折射率不高(1.5-1.6),光学性能较差。
2、某些生产商为降低成本而忽略面罩的一些性能,如面罩的折射率、透光率等光学性能和防雾性能。
3、现有的提高UV涂层的折射率,有专利指出用含硫改性的树脂可以提高产品折射率和透光率,但产品生产过程复杂,且未有大规模正常生产的产品,限制了其应用范围拓宽;
4、使用防雾剂来提高基材的防雾性能,一方面影响了基材的透光率、折射率等光学性能,另一方面使用不便利、防雾持久性差、耐水性不佳。
综上所述,现有头盔面罩的工艺和技术,需要在折射率等影响透明性的折射率、透光率等光学性能和持久防雾性方面改进,简化生产工艺,提高头盔佩戴舒适性和安全性。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明旨采用市场易得原料,生产出工艺简单高效的UV涂层,对常规的PC、PMMA等面罩基材有着优异的附着力,抗划伤性好,可以同时使头盔面罩获得高折射率、透光率等光学性能和持久的防雾性能,提高头盔佩戴使用中舒适感和安全性。

一种头盔面罩用低成本高折射率防雾UV涂料,它包括下列质量原料中的一种或多种:
多官能聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、烷氧基化的丙烯酸酯单体、胺改性丙烯酸酯、环氧丙烯酸酯、特殊高折射率单体、引发剂、流平剂、表面活性剂、分散剂、无机纳米粒子、硅烷偶联剂、醇类溶剂。
作为优选方案,以上所述的一种头盔面罩用低成本高折射率防雾UV涂料,它是由下列质量百分比的原料制成:
20-50%的多官能聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、20-40%的烷氧基化的丙烯酸酯单体、1-10%胺改性丙烯酸酯、1-20%环氧丙烯酸酯、10-50%特殊高折射率单体、2-5%引发剂、0.2-0.5%的流平剂、0-0.1%的表面活性剂、0-0.1%的分散剂、1-5%无机纳米粒子、1-5%的硅烷偶联剂、1-5%醇类溶剂制成。

作为优选方案,以上所述的一种头盔面罩用低成本高折射率防雾UV涂料,所述的烷氧基化的丙烯酸酯单体为乙氧基化的三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(其中乙氧基的个数可能为1-15)、丙氧基化甘油三丙烯酸酯、新戊二醇二丙氧基双丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇双丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇双甲基丙烯酸酯、乙氧基乙氧基乙基丙烯酸酯中至少一种或它们混合物

作为优选方案,以上所述的一种头盔面罩用低成本高折射率防雾UV涂料,所述的高折射率丙烯酸酯单体为邻苯基苯氧乙基丙烯酸酯、9,9-(4苯基-2丙烯酰氧基)双芴、2-苯氧基乙基丙烯酸酯、乙氧基化的双酚A二丙烯酸酯(其中乙氧基的个数可能为1-10)中至少一种或混合物。

作为优选方案,以上所述的一种头盔面罩用低成本高折射率防雾UV涂料,所述流平剂为有机硅流平剂、氟碳流平剂、聚丙烯酸酯流平剂中至少一种或混合物。
作为优选方案,以上所述的一种头盔面罩用高折光防雾低成本UV涂料,所述表面活性剂为聚甘油脂肪酸酯、乙氧基化的脂肪酸甲酯、聚甘油月桂酸酯、氟碳表面活性剂、炔二醇表面活性剂、非离子型表面活性剂中至少一种或混合物。
作为优选方案,以上所述的一种头盔面罩用低成本高折射率防雾UV涂料,所述分散剂为酸性共聚物、高分子聚氨酯等为主的分散剂中至少一种或混合物。
作为优选方案,以上所述的一种头盔面罩用低成本高折射率防雾UV涂料,所述无机纳米粒子为纳米二氧化铝、纳米二氧化锆、纳米二硫化钼、纳米二氧化钛、纳米二氧化硅、纳米氧化锌、纳米钛酸钡中至少一种或他们的混合物。
作为优选方案,以上所述的一种头盔面罩用低成本高折射率防雾UV涂料,所述硅烷偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)中至少一种或混合物。
作为优选方案,以上所述的一种头盔面罩用低成本高折射率防雾UV涂料,所述溶剂为无水乙酯、异丙醇、丁醇、乙醚中至少一种或混合物。
本发明项所述的一种头盔面罩用低成本高折射率防雾UV涂料,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按质量百分比将无机纳米粒子、硅烷偶联剂、分散剂和有机溶剂异丙醇混合,2000rpm超声分散30min,纳米有机溶胶;
2)按质量百分比将多官能聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、烷氧基化的丙烯酸酯单体、胺改性丙烯酸酯、环氧丙烯酸酯、特殊高折射率单体、引发剂、流平剂、表面活性剂混合物于高速分散机,转速1500rpm下分散10min,再加入纳米有机溶胶,再分散30min;
3)使用W71岩田喷枪,乙酯兑稀后喷于PC板上,再经UV汞灯固化,光照强为500mj/cm2,可以得到高折射率防雾有机涂层。
本发明主要是通过以下几点方案来改进现有头盔面罩功能的缺陷和不足:
1、本发明采用已有规模化产品的高折射率单体,而不采用复杂的含硫产品,加入到配方体系中,提高固化膜的折射率和透光率等光学性能。
2、本发明将无机纳米颗粒添加到有机涂层中,可以提高在保证透光率的情况下进一步提高涂层的折射率。
3、本发明加入一些特殊性的树脂胺如改性丙烯酸酯和烷氧基化的单体,提供亲水基团,提高了涂层的防雾性能。
4、本发明加入的高抗划伤性脂肪族多官能聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树脂,可以进一步提高涂层的抗划伤性。
5、以上各组分之间形成的庞大交联结构中,高折射率单体OPPEA、BPEF含有稠密的刚性苯环,使得涂层折射率高、透光率高;交联后的固化物存在自由体积,由于自由体积的存在及结构之间的空间位阻大等原因,使得交联聚合物的结构之间留有少量的间隙。使得各组分聚合后,一些端基亲水基团会随着链段结构的铺展而迁移到间隙中,提高涂层的防雾性能,并且保持长久,而防雾剂是采用形成的液膜来阻止水汽在涂层表面的铺展来实现防雾性,故不能长时间保留防雾性;硅溶胶中的接枝后的二氧化硅结构也会迁移一部分到涂层表面的自由空穴,进一步提高涂层的致密度、抗划伤和折射率;本发明制备得到的涂层是各组分交联后的官能团之间的配合而相辅相成取得了优异的性能。
有益效果:本发明和现有技术相比具有以下优点:
通过采用市场化易得的原材料,采用简单高效的生产工艺,获得高折射率、透光率等光学性能和持久防雾性能的面罩涂层,且该涂层兼顾基材的附着力和抗划伤性好,提高头盔佩戴舒适性和安全性,拓宽了应用范围。
具体实施例
下面将结合实施例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述,实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市购获得的常规产品。
目前经验积累,已有常规的使用广泛的在塑胶材料上附着力优异的配方,主要在折射率、抗划伤和防雾性等方面加以改进。
实施例
1、按以下表1的各组份进行配伍得到不同组份的树脂涂料,以下实施例中的胺改性丙烯酸酯是SM6346;环氧丙烯酸酯为SM6104;引发剂为质量比为3:1的2-羟基-2甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮和2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰二苯基氧化磷的混合物;烷氧基化的丙烯酸酯单体为质量比为3:2:1的乙氧基化的三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(乙氧基个数为15)、聚乙二醇双丙烯酸酯、乙氧基乙氧基乙基丙烯酸酯的混合物;特殊高折射率单体为邻苯基苯氧乙基丙稀酸酯(OPPEA)和9,9-(4苯基-2丙烯酰氧基)双芴(BPEF);流平剂为有机硅流平剂L333;多官能聚氨酯丙烯酸酯为脂肪族聚氨酯九丙烯酸酯;引发剂为质量比为3:1的2-羟基-2甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮和2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰二苯基氧化磷的混合物;表面活性剂为乙氧基化的脂肪酸甲酯(FMEE);硅烷偶联剂为KH550。
表1各实施例原料组成
以上不同的配方树脂涂料,按以下步骤制备:
1)按质量百分比将无机纳米粒子、硅烷偶联剂、分散剂和异丙醇混合,2000rpm超声分散30min,制备得纳米有机溶胶;
2)按质量百分比将多官能聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、烷氧基化的丙烯酸酯单体、胺改性丙烯酸酯、环氧丙烯酸酯、特殊高折射率单体、引发剂、流平剂、表面活性剂、无机纳米粒子混合物于高速分散机,转速1500rpm下分散10min,再加入步骤1)的纳米有机溶胶,再分散30min;
3)使用W71岩田喷枪,乙酯兑稀后喷于PC板上,再经UV汞灯固化,光照强为500mj/cm2,可以得到高折射率防雾有机涂层。
2、性能测试
对市售和配方1~8的涂料的各性能检测如下表2所示。

其中,硬度测试采用铅笔法,参照标准是GB/T6739-2006;
附着力测试采用百格法,参照标准是GB/T 9286-1998,其中0级为最优;
抗划伤性测试,采用钢丝绒(0000#)擦拭法,负重500g砝码,以有无擦痕判定;
黄变性测试采用BGD色差仪测试,仅看Δb值,值越大,代表漆膜越黄,耐黄变性越差。
防雾性测试,采用以下两种方法综合判定:1、水浴热雾法,水槽加热自来水,水温60±2℃,将测试面板,置于水面上方10cm的位置,60s后在自然光下,垂直观察试样表面;2、冷雾法,将待测试板置于冰箱冷藏室,温度2±2℃,1小时后取出样板5s内观察涂层表面是否完全透明,是否清晰度与试验前完全一致,或是有无水滴或雾。
透光率测试,采用透光率测试仪,面板测试厚度3mm;
折射率测试,采用阿贝折射仪,面板测试厚度3mm;
耐溶剂性测试,采用耐溶剂擦拭仪,溶剂为酒精,负重500G,擦拭200次,观察漆膜有无表面失光、溶胀粘手、漆膜有无露底、脱落等情况。
由以上表3的测试结果表明,按配方3制得的UV涂料喷涂于PC面罩基材固化后的涂层附着力优秀,抗划伤和耐黄变性好。不仅面罩的折射率和透光率等光学性能提高,防雾性能也能满足日常使用要求,进一步提高头盔佩戴使用中舒适感和安全性,具有广泛的应用前景。

1.一种头盔面罩用低成本高折射率防雾UV涂料,其特征在于:它是由下列质量百分比的原料制成:
20-50%的多官能聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、20-40%的烷氧基化的丙烯酸酯单体、1-10%胺改性丙烯酸酯、1-20%环氧丙烯酸酯、10-50%特殊高折射率单体、2-5%引发剂、0.2-0.5%的流平剂、0-0.1%的表面活性剂、0-0.1%的分散剂、1-5%无机纳米粒子、1-5%的硅烷偶联剂、1-5%醇类溶剂。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种头盔面罩用低成本高折射率防雾UV涂料,其特征在于,所述环氧丙烯酸酯为标准双酚A环氧丙烯酸酯、脂肪酸改性环氧丙烯酸酯中至少一种或它们的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种头盔面罩用低成本高折射率防雾UV涂料,其特征在于,所述的高折射率丙烯酸酯单体为邻苯基苯氧乙基丙烯酸酯、9,9-(4苯基-2丙烯酰氧基)双芴、2-苯氧基乙基丙烯酸酯、乙氧基化的双酚A二丙烯酸酯,其中乙氧基的个数可能为1-10中至少一种或混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种头盔面罩用低成本高折射率防雾UV涂料,其特征在于,所述引发剂为2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮、1-羟基-环己基-苯基甲酮、二苯甲酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰二苯基氧化磷中至少一种或混合物;
所述流平剂为有机硅流平剂、氟碳流平剂、聚丙烯酸酯流平剂中的一种或混合物;
所述表面活性剂为聚甘油脂肪酸酯、乙氧基化的脂肪酸甲酯、聚甘油月桂酸酯、氟碳表面活性剂、炔二醇表面活性剂、离子型表面活性剂中的一种或混合物;
所述分散剂为酸性共聚物、高分子聚氨酯等为主的分散剂中至少一种或混合物;
所述无机纳米粒子为纳米二氧化铝、纳米二氧化锆、纳米二硫化钼、纳米二氧化钛、纳米二氧化硅、纳米氧化锌、纳米钛酸钡中至少一种或他们的混合物;
所述硅烷偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)中至少一种或混合物;
所述溶剂为无水乙酯、异丙醇、丁醇、乙醚中至少一种或混合物。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种头盔面罩用低成本高折射率防雾UV涂料,其特征在于,环氧丙烯酸酯为SM6104,引发剂为质量比为3:1的2-羟基-2甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮和2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰二苯基氧化磷的混合物;烷氧基化的丙烯酸酯单体为质量比为3:2:1的乙氧基化的三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯,乙氧基个数为15、聚乙二醇双丙烯酸酯和乙氧基乙氧基乙基丙烯酸酯的混合物;特殊高折射率单体为邻苯基苯氧乙基丙稀酸酯OPPEA和9,9-(4苯基-2丙烯酰氧基)双芴BPEF;流平剂为有机硅流平剂L333,多官能聚氨酯丙烯酸酯为脂肪族聚氨酯九丙烯酸酯,引发剂为质量比为3:1的2-羟基-2甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮和2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰二苯基氧化磷的混合物;表面活性剂为乙氧基化的脂肪酸甲酯FMEE。
10.权利要求1-9任一项所述的一种头盔面罩用低成本高折射率防雾UV涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分比将无机纳米粒子、硅烷偶联剂、分散剂和醇类溶剂混合,2000rpm超声分散30min,制得纳米有机溶胶;
(2)按质量百分比将多官能聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、烷氧基化的丙烯酸酯单体、胺改性丙烯酸酯、环氧丙烯酸酯、特殊高折射率单体、引发剂、流平剂、表面活性剂等混合物于高速分散机,转速1500rpm下分散10min,再加入纳米有机溶胶,再分散30min;
(3)使用W71岩田喷枪,乙酯兑稀后喷于PC板上,再经UV汞灯固化,光照强为500mj/cm2,可以得到高折射率防雾有机涂层。
