Abstract
本发明公开了一种与空气过滤器整体安装的空气定向过滤器。其目的是提高内燃机的性能而不需改变其的基本结构。这种提高仅仅通过把现在的空气过滤器改变为根据本发明的空气过滤器就可以完成。使用空气过定向滤器将使进入燃烧室的空气因为经过过滤而保持清洁,并且以一种方向保持定向,这使空气和燃料的混合质量较好。因此,提高了燃烧室中的燃烧性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于内燃机的空气过滤器,尤其是指一种具有空气定向装置的空气过滤器,其能够使空气定向地、均匀地通过过滤器。
背景技术
现在,内燃机被设计成通过由良好的燃烧而得到如大功率那样的高性能。这样的良好的燃烧性能会产生大的功率,并且不会对环境产生有害的燃烧残留物。
目前的内燃机广泛应用作农业机械、工业设备和发电机中的驱动装置。
当燃烧室中混合的燃料和空气的燃烧性能被提高时,环境影响和内燃机消耗的单位功率燃料的优化也可以得到改进。当与燃料混合的空气达到一定比例时,就可以得到燃烧性能提高了的空气和燃料的燃烧混合物。
提高燃烧性能的方法之一是燃烧室中的燃料和空气的混合物在燃烧前必须均匀地混合并弥散开。上述的改进通过简单地用装配有空气定向装置的空气过滤器替换掉原来的空气过滤器就可以很经济地完成,而不需要重新设计整个机器的构造。
发明内容
基于先前公开的理由,本发明设计出一种可以提高内燃机中空气和燃料混合物的燃烧质量的装置。该装置与空气过滤器整体地装配在一起,被称为空气定向过滤器。
本发明提供了一种用于内燃机的空气定向过滤器,可不必改变内燃机的基本构造,其特征在于:包括一个形状为金属或其它材料板片的空气定向装置,空气定向装置的整个表面上分布有横截面为半锥形的孔,每个孔的尺寸一致,相互之间的距离相同,该空气定向装置根据空气过滤器的设计要求被安置在空气过滤器的内层部分或者外层部分上,空气定向装置与波纹状的过滤体平行安置,此时,该空气定向装置的上部和下部被空气过滤器的支承环连接;能够使进入燃烧室中的空气被过滤、旋转、搅拌和正确定向,从而由于混合空气的清洁性,尤其是当空气定向装置被以相对于空气过滤器的支承环成特定仰角或迎角安置时,提高了在燃烧室内燃烧的空气一燃料混合物的质量。

具体实施方式
参看图1A和图1B,空气定向装置(5)可以被安置在空气过滤器(1)的外层部分上或者是如图2所示的空气过滤器(1)的内层部分上。空气过滤器(1)的空气定向装置(5)平行于波纹滤纸(6)安置,其上部和下部固接在过滤器的支承环(4)上。空气定向装置(5)根据空气过滤器的设计要求把空气定向装置(5)安置在空气过滤器的内层部分(如图2A、2B所示)或外层部分(如图1A、1B所示)上。
采用现在的把空气定向装置(5)安置在空气过滤器(1)上的结构,进入进气管的空气将处于同一方向。当空气定向装置(5)抬高某一仰角(8),进入过滤器的空气也将被旋转定向。被旋转的空气在和燃料混合时会产生搅拌效果,从而混合物会更加均匀。混合均匀的空气和燃料的混合物在燃烧室燃烧时会产生提高了的燃烧性能,相应地就增加了内燃机的性能。
根据本发明的空气定向装置(5),可以由表面形成为半锥形断面的孔(7)的材料诸如金属板或其它材料制成。如图4所示,空气定向装置(5)表面上的孔之间的距离是一致的。半锥形断面(7)的形状迫使空气形成凹槽,孔的方向决定空气的流向。当孔在同一个方向并且是均匀的时,空气所形成的凹槽将处于同一个方向并且是均匀的,从而,流入空气通道(2)的空气将处于同一个方向并且是均匀的。凹槽的方向由孔的方向和空气定向装置(5)相对于空气过滤器(4)的仰角(8)决定,因为空气过滤器(1)的支承环(4)通常和空气通道(2)形成矩形。
因为在空气过滤器中空气定向装置(5)可以由相对刚性的材料制成,因此它在起空气定向作用时也增强了空气过滤器(1)的结构。
空气定向装置(5)可以被安置在内燃机的各种形状的空气过滤器中,比如,图5中所示的空气定向装置(5)可以被安置到方形的空气过滤器(1)中,该空气定向装置(5)相对于空气过滤器(1)的表面有某一仰角。安装的变化并不会降低所述空气过滤器(1)的空气定向装置(5)的功能和优点。
图6显示了空气过滤器(1)在内燃机中的位置示意图,该空气过滤器被安置在机器的进气道(2)和燃烧室(3)之前。
Claims (1)
1.一种用于内燃机的空气定向过滤器,可不必改变内燃机的基本构造,其特征在于:包括一个形状为金属或其它材料板片的空气定向装置(5),空气定向装置的整个表面上分布有横截面为半锥形的孔,每个孔的尺寸一致,相互之间的距离相同,该空气定向装置(5)根据空气过滤器(1)的设计要求被安置在空气过滤器的内层部分或者外层部分上,空气定向装置(5)与波纹状的过滤体(6)平行安置,此时,该空气定向装置(5)的上部和下部被空气过滤器的支承环(4)连接;能够使进入燃烧室中的空气被过滤、旋转、搅拌和正确定向,从而由于混合空气的清洁性,当空气定向装置(5)被以相对于空气过滤器的支承环(4)成特定仰角(8)或迎角安置时,提高了在燃烧室内燃烧的空气—燃料混合物的质量。
