Abstract
一种射频线缆,其包括内导体、包覆所述内导体的绝缘层、包覆所述绝缘层的屏蔽层及包覆所述屏蔽层的外被层,所述绝缘层通过押出成型方式包覆于所述内导体外侧,所述绝缘层为非实心结构。本发明线缆的信号传输的整体衰减值较小,信号传输稳定可靠。

【技术领域】
本发明是关于一种射频线缆,尤其涉及一种能传输高速信号的射频线缆。
【背景技术】
随着网络时代的快速发展,大数据及物联网窜起,带动高速高频信号线缆需求快速成长,在高频率、大功耗信号传输过程中,为了信号能够稳定且快速地传输,需要降低线缆传输过程中的损耗。现有的射频线缆的结构通常包括信号线、包覆信号线的绝缘层、包覆绝缘层的屏蔽层,其中绝缘层采用实心绝缘结构,不利于信号传输损耗的减少,影响线缆的高频传输效果。因此,需要一种改进的射频线缆来克服现有技术的不足。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种改进的射频线缆,该射频线缆信号传输稳定、损耗少、高频效果好。
为实现上述目的,本发明可以采用以下技术方案:一种射频线缆,其包括内导体、包覆所述内导体的绝缘层、包覆所述绝缘层的屏蔽层及包覆所述屏蔽层的外被层,所述绝缘层通过押出成型方式包覆于所述内导体外侧,所述绝缘层为非实心结构。
进一步地,所述绝缘层包括多个间隔设置的孔。
进一步地,多个所述孔于所述内导体外周均匀分布。
进一步地,所述孔呈扇形,其邻近内导体一端的边长小于其相对端的弧长。
进一步地,在垂直于所述线缆延伸方向的横截面中,多个所述孔的面积小于所述绝缘层的剩余面积。
进一步地,所述内导体为多根绞合导体。
进一步地,所述内导体为铜线、镀银铜线、镀锡铜线中的任意一种。
进一步地,所述外被层为一层或多层,其材质为热封聚酯胶带、聚乙烯材质、聚丙烯材质、全氟乙烯丙烯共聚物材质中的任意一种。
进一步地,所述屏蔽层为金属导体屏蔽层或金属箔屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层螺旋缠绕或纵向包覆所述绝缘层。
进一步地,所述金属导体屏蔽层为铜、镀锡铜、镀银铜中的任意一种,所述金属箔屏蔽层为铝箔、双层铝箔、铜箔、双层铜箔、纯铜带、纯铝带、半导电带中的任意一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明线缆绝缘层采用莲藕状绝缘押出结构,使得信号传输的损耗减少,确保信号传输的稳定性和可靠性,为线缆高频特性的提高和改善提供了较多选择。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图2所示,为符合本发明的射频线缆100。所述射频线缆100包括内导体10、包覆所述内导体10的绝缘层11、包覆所述绝缘层11的屏蔽层20及包覆所述屏蔽层20的外被层30。
所述内导体10为单根或多根绞合导体,其材质为铜线、镀银铜线、镀锡铜线中的任意一种。所述绝缘层11通过押出成型方式包覆于所述内导体10外侧。所述绝缘层包括间隔设置的多个孔12,多个孔12于所述内导体10外周均匀分布,所述孔12呈扇形,其邻近内导体一端的边长为L1,与L1相对的另一端即远离内导体一端的弧长为L2,L1小于L2,在垂直于所述射频线缆100延伸方向的横截面中,多个所述孔12的面积小于所述绝缘层11的剩余面积。所述绝缘层为发泡PE(中文全称:聚乙烯)、或发泡PP(中文全称:聚丙烯)、或发泡FEP(中文全称:全氟乙烯丙烯共聚物)、或固体PE、或固体PP、或固体FEP。所述屏蔽层20为金属导体屏蔽层或金属箔屏蔽层,所述金属导体屏蔽层为铜、或镀锡铜、或镀银铜,所述金属箔屏蔽层为铝箔、或双层铝箔、或铜箔、或双层铜箔、或纯铜带、或纯铝带、或半导电带。所述屏蔽层20螺旋缠绕或纵向包覆所述绝缘层11。所述外被层30为一层或多层,其通过一层或多层热封聚酯胶带包覆或通过一层或多层PE、或PP、或FEP押出成型。
请参阅图2所示为本发明的线缆和传统线缆的性能测试曲线图的比对。为了便于观察,两根测试样品均采用本发明上述实施例的结构并且美国线规36AWG作为样品,将绝缘层为多孔莲藕状结构的线缆测得的曲线记录为曲线1,将绝缘层为实心结构的线缆测得的曲线记录为曲线2,横坐标为频率,单位为GHz,纵坐标为损耗,单位为dB。可以看出随着频率的增加,多孔莲藕状结构的绝缘层的线缆的损耗相对于实心结构绝缘层的线缆的损耗更小,并且随着频率的增加两者之间的差距呈现逐渐加大的趋势。
本发明绝缘层采用多孔莲藕状结构,使得信号传输的损耗减少,进而确保信号传输的稳定性和可靠性,为线缆高频特性的提高和改善提供了较多选择,适应目前高速线缆的发展需求。
然而,可以理解的是,尽管在之前描述中提到了本发明许多特征和优点,包括一些结构和功能的细节,但本公开是说明性的,许多细节是可以改变的,尤其是在所附权利要求表述的术语的广义一般含义所表示的原理范围内的部件形状、尺寸和布置上。
Claims (10)
1.一种射频线缆,其包括内导体、包覆所述内导体的绝缘层、包覆所述绝缘层的屏蔽层及包覆所述屏蔽层的外被层,所述绝缘层通过押出成型方式包覆于所述内导体外侧,其特征在于:所述绝缘层为非实心结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的射频线缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层包括多个间隔设置的孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的射频线缆,其特征在于:多个所述孔于所述内导体外周均匀分布。
4.如权利要求3所述的射频线缆,其特征在于:所述孔呈扇形,其邻近内导体一端的边长小于其相对端的弧长。
5.如权利要求4所述的射频线缆,其特征在于:在垂直于所述线缆延伸方向的横截面中,多个所述孔的面积小于所述绝缘层的剩余面积。
6.如权利要求1所述的射频线缆,其特征在于:所述内导体为多根绞合导体。
7.如权利要求6所述的射频线缆,其特征在于:所述内导体为铜线、镀银铜线、镀锡铜线中的任意一种。
8.如权利要求1所述的射频线缆,其特征在于:所述外被层为一层或多层,其材质为热封聚酯胶带、聚乙烯材质、聚丙烯材质、全氟乙烯丙烯共聚物材质中的任意一种。
9.如权利要求1所述的射频线缆,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层为金属导体屏蔽层或金属箔屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层螺旋缠绕或纵向包覆所述绝缘层。
10.如权利要求9所述的射频线缆,其特征在于:所述金属导体屏蔽层为铜、镀锡铜、镀银铜中的任意一种,所述金属箔屏蔽层为铝箔、双层铝箔、铜箔、双层铜箔、纯铜带、纯铝带、半导电带中的任意一种。
