Abstract
本发明提供了一种生物酶协同挤压剪切制备淀粉基吸管的方法,该方法以淀粉为主料、水为塑化剂、TG为酶制剂,利用双螺杆挤压机熔融共混,通过模具挤压后冷却成型。本发明的方法,具有生产成本低、安全绿色的优点,使用该方法得到的淀粉基吸管,具有强度高和耐水性强、耐热性强、且在热饮中不溶胀、不变形,使用感较好可降解、可食用的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及淀粉衍生物生产技术领域,具体涉及一种生物酶协同挤压剪切制备淀粉基吸管的方法。
背景技术
随着人们健康环保意识的增强,对使用塑料制品存在的问题认识也在逐渐提高。其中,传统塑料吸管除了存在体积小、使用污染性高,难以被回收再利用等危害之外,还有一部分漂浮在海洋上的塑料吸管在老化过程中,会降解成塑料微粒。微塑料微粒会通过食物链累积,最终可能进入人体,威胁人类健康,因此,禁止使用不可降解一次性塑料吸管,成为一种必然的趋势,进而推动了可降解吸管使用。
可降解吸管主要包括纸质吸管、聚乳酸(PLA)吸管、竹吸管、玻璃吸管、麦秸吸管等,其中,纸质吸管存在一咬就变形,在热饮里泡软甚至泡烂,且没有回弹性等问题,PLA吸管存在不耐热、价格高等问题,竹吸管存在不耐用、易裂、易发霉、资源有限、加工复杂以及需通过手洗和手动打磨抛光等问题,玻璃吸管存在易碎、难保存、价格偏高等问题,金属吸管存在不易清洁、金属味等问题,麦秸吸管存在不结实、易断裂等问题;上述的各种问题,使得目前的可降解吸管在性能、成本等方面仍难以替代传统塑料吸管,因此,提供一种生产成本低、产品性能好、易完全降解,能完全替代传统塑料吸管的可降解吸管是目前行业迫切需要解决的任务。
淀粉是一种含多羟基的天然高分子多糖,具有来源广泛(谷物、薯类、豆类等)、价格低廉、可食用、碳减排能力强,且能在自然环境中以较快的速度完全降解等优点。因此,淀粉基可降解塑料已成为国内外研究较为广泛的一类生物基可降解塑料。然而,淀粉较弱的疏水特性(耐水性差)和较差的机械性能(脆性高、断裂伸长率低等)严重限制了淀粉基可降解吸管的实际生产应用。因此,提高淀粉基可降解吸管的疏水特性和机械性能是目前存在的一大技术瓶颈。
研究表明,淀粉基材料的机械性能和耐水性很大程度上与淀粉老化程度(重结晶)有关,而在淀粉热塑性挤压过程中,剪切力对支链淀粉(Ap)分子链结构具有极为显著的影响,而对直链淀粉(Am)影响不大。因此,淀粉熔体中Ap分子链结构变化对淀粉老化程度具有决定性作用。Ap分支链长过短(DP<9)或过长(DP>60)均不易发生分子链缠结,难以形成双螺旋,不易老化结晶;分支度大,空间位阻大,分子链不易绕σ单键(C-C)发生内旋转,链的柔性小,导致老化程度低,结晶度小,但若分支侧链呈均匀分布,分子具有高度立构规整性,分子链充分运动排列,老化程度高,结晶度大。
可见,提供一种具有优异机械性能和耐水性的淀粉基吸管对行业来说具有重要意义。
发明内容
针对现有技术的上述不足,本发明提供了一种生物酶协同挤压剪切制备淀粉基吸管的方法,该方法以淀粉为主料、水为塑化剂、TG为酶制剂,利用双螺杆挤压机熔融共混,通过模具挤压后冷却成型。本发明的方法,具有生产成本低、安全绿色的优点,使用该方法得到的淀粉基吸管,具有强度高和耐水性强、可降解、可食用的优点。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种生物酶协同挤压剪切制备淀粉基吸管的方法,以淀粉为主料、水为塑化剂、TG为酶制剂,利用双螺杆挤压机熔融共混,通过模具挤压后冷却成型。
优选的,上述方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将淀粉、水和TG加入搅拌机混合均匀,之后装入密封容器静置平衡至水分布均匀,得到混合料;
(2)将混合料加入到双螺杆挤压机中,双螺杆挤压机的Ⅰ-Ⅴ段温度为30-60℃,在该温度范围内,TG对淀粉酶解;Ⅵ-Ⅷ段温度为80-110℃,该温度范围内,淀粉熔融为溶体;之后通过模头挤出吸管;
(3)使用冷却系统对挤出的吸管进行冷却、降温,使吸管内部分子排列形成有序致密结晶结构,以提高吸管的机械强度和耐水性;
(4)将吸管进行剪裁,之后放置老化,得到产品。
转移葡萄糖苷酶(Transglucosidase,TG)是一种专一性修饰Ap分支链结构的转糖苷酶;TG将Am分子链的α-1,4糖苷键切断,然后将切下的线性短链通过转糖苷作用经α-1,6糖苷键连接在Ap分子链上形成新分支点,分支度增加。本发明采用动态剪切协同TG定向修饰淀粉熔体中Ap分子链结构,在淀粉在热塑性挤压过程中,Am和Ap分子链首先在剪切力作用下被部分降解形成相对较短的线性链;其次,TG将这些线性短链通过α-1,6糖苷键定向连接在Ap分子链上生成较高分支度、支链分布不均匀的Ap分子链结构;最后,Ap中较长分支侧链继续被动态剪切断裂,形成较高分支度、支链分布相对均匀的Ap分子链结构。
使用上述方法制备的吸管产品,具有较高的强度和耐热性,且在热饮中不溶胀、不变形,使用感较好。
优选的,在步骤(1)中,所述淀粉为木薯淀粉。
优选的,该淀粉基吸管,每100份淀粉中,添加水25-30份、TG 5-10份;将淀粉、TG和水置于搅拌机中半湿搅拌5-20min,之后置于密封容器中静置平衡12-48h。
优选的,该淀粉基吸管,每100份淀粉中,添加水28份、TG 6份;将淀粉、TG和水置于搅拌机中半湿搅拌10min,之后置于密封容器中静置平衡24h。
优选的,在步骤(2)中,双螺杆挤出机的喂料速度为1-10g/min,挤出速度为1-10g/min。
优选的,双螺杆挤压机的Ⅰ区温度为35℃,Ⅱ区温度为40℃,Ⅲ区温度为46℃,Ⅳ区温度为52℃,Ⅴ区温度为58℃,Ⅵ区温度为80℃,Ⅶ区温度为90℃,Ⅷ区温度为110℃,喂料速度为8g/min,挤出速度为7g/min。
优选的,在步骤(3)中,通过冷风对挤出的吸管立刻降温,冷却时间为5-10min。
优选的,冷却时间为8min。
优选的,在步骤(4)中,将吸管裁剪至10-13cm,之后置于4-15℃环境中进行淀粉老化结晶,老化时间为1-7天。
优选的,吸管裁剪至13cm后,置于4℃下老化5天。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明使用的主料为淀粉,不仅具有来源广泛、价格低廉、可食用、碳减排能力强等有点,且具有能够在自然环境中速度完全降解的优点;使用该主料制备的吸管,表面洁白呈半透明状,无不良气味,可食用;该吸管具有较高的机械强度、耐水性和耐热性,能够在热饮中不溶胀、不变形,使用感较好。
2、本发明的方法简单,制备周期短,生产成本低,设备简单,适于工业化生产,且生产期间安全无污染。

实施例1
一种生物酶协同挤压剪切制备淀粉基吸管的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取木薯淀粉100g、水28g、TG 6g,加入搅拌机中,半湿搅拌10min,混合均匀,之后装入密封容器静置平衡24h,水分布均匀,得到混合料;
(2)将混合料加入到双螺杆挤压机中,设置双螺杆挤压机的Ⅰ区温度为35℃,Ⅱ区温度为40℃,Ⅲ区温度为46℃,Ⅳ区温度为52℃,Ⅴ区温度为58℃,Ⅵ区温度为80℃,Ⅶ区温度为90℃,Ⅷ区温度为110℃,喂料速度为8g/min,挤出速度为7g/min,之后通过模头挤出吸管;
(3)通过冷风对挤出的吸管立刻降温,冷却时间为8min,使吸管内部分子排列形成有序致密结晶结构,以提高吸管的机械强度和耐水性;
(4)将吸管裁剪至13cm后,置于4℃下老化5天,得到产品。
对本实施例制备的淀粉基吸管检测,最大弯曲力54.06N,抗弯弹性模数42.15N/cm,吸水率46.97%,浸泡85℃热水,30min后不溶胀变软。
实施例2
一种生物酶协同挤压剪切制备淀粉基吸管的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取木薯淀粉100g、水25g、TG 5g,加入搅拌机中,半湿搅拌20min,混合均匀,之后装入密封容器静置平衡12h,水分布均匀,得到混合料;
(2)将混合料加入到双螺杆挤压机中,设置双螺杆挤压机的Ⅰ区温度为30℃,Ⅱ区温度为35℃,Ⅲ区温度为40℃,Ⅳ区温度为45℃,Ⅴ区温度为50℃,Ⅵ区温度为80℃,Ⅶ区温度为95℃,Ⅷ区温度为100℃,喂料速度为10g/min,挤出速度为7g/min,之后通过模头挤出吸管;
(3)通过冷风对挤出的吸管立刻降温,冷却时间为10min,使吸管内部分子排列形成有序致密结晶结构,以提高吸管的机械强度和耐水性;
(4)将吸管裁剪至13cm后,置于5℃下老化7天,得到产品。
对本实施例制备的淀粉基吸管检测,最大弯曲力51.32N,抗弯弹性模数46.34N/cm,吸水率51.28%,浸泡85℃热水,30min后微溶胀变软。
实施例3
一种生物酶协同挤压剪切制备淀粉基吸管的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取木薯淀粉100g、水30g、TG 8g,加入搅拌机中,半湿搅拌15min,混合均匀,之后装入密封容器静置平衡24h,水分布均匀,得到混合料;
(2)将混合料加入到双螺杆挤压机中,设置双螺杆挤压机的Ⅰ区温度为30℃,Ⅱ区温度为40℃,Ⅲ区温度为50℃,Ⅳ区温度为55℃,Ⅴ区温度为60℃,Ⅵ区温度为85℃,Ⅶ区温度为95℃,Ⅷ区温度为110℃,喂料速度为10g/min,挤出速度为10g/min,之后通过模头挤出吸管;
(3)通过冷风对挤出的吸管立刻降温,冷却时间为5min,使吸管内部分子排列形成有序致密结晶结构,以提高吸管的机械强度和耐水性;
(4)将吸管裁剪至13cm后,置于10℃下老化7天,得到产品。
对本实施例制备的淀粉基吸管检测,最大弯曲力48.96N,抗弯弹性模数48.11N/cm,吸水率56.52%,浸泡85℃热水,30min后溶胀变软。
结合图2可以看出,与现有市面上出售的淀粉基吸管相比,此实例1产品品质(淀粉含量≥95%,最大弯曲力(强度)54.06N,抗弯弹性模数(韧性)42.15N/cm,吸水率46.97%,浸泡85℃热水,30min后不溶胀变软)优于市售同类产品(淀粉含量≥70%,最大弯曲力6.76N,抗弯弹性模数19.32N/cm,吸水率72.06%,浸泡85℃热水,30min后溶胀变软、有絮状溶出物)。这说明,本发明制备的淀粉基吸管比市售淀粉基吸管具有较高的机械强度和耐高温耐水性,具有更高的性价比。
吸水率测定方法:
使用精度为千分之一的电子天平称量淀粉吸管的质量,记为M1;将淀粉吸管浸没在盛有待测温度去离子水的离心管中并将各组装有淀粉吸管的离心管放在烧杯中并保持恒定温度30分钟。到达规定时间后,将淀粉吸管取出,并用吸水纸拭去吸管表面多余水分。将吸水后的吸管在电子天平上称重。记为M2。测量三次取平均值。吸水率的测定公式如下:
力学性能测定方法:
使用万能试验机对淀粉吸管的弯曲力学性能进行测定。根据GB/T 14452-93,使用三点弯曲测量法对圆形截面材料的力学性能进行测定。将淀粉吸管(直径为d)固定在夹具间隔为L=40mm的底座上。将压头紧贴在吸管壁上。将位移(x)、正压力(F)归零。点击开始测量,压头向吸管施加正压力使吸管弯曲直至吸管断裂或发生不可逆形变。吸管断裂时的正压力定义为最大弯曲应力。材料的韧性(弯曲弹性模量,Eb)定义为正压力和位移成线性关系时的二者的比值。
检测结果见表1,如下:

本发明利用生物酶协同双螺杆挤压剪切技术方法制备了一种淀粉基可降解吸管(淀粉含量≥95%),原料成本较低(0.029元/根),绿色可降解产品,可以直接食用。
尽管通过参考优选实施例的方式对本发明进行了详细描述,但本发明并不限于此。在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的前提下,本领域普通技术人员可以对本发明的实施例进行各种等效的修改或替换,而这些修改或替换都应在本发明的涵盖范围内/任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种生物酶协同挤压剪切制备淀粉基吸管的方法,其特征在于,以淀粉为主料、水为塑化剂、TG为酶制剂,利用双螺杆挤压机熔融共混,通过模具挤压后冷却成型。
2.如权利要求1所述的生物酶协同挤压剪切制备淀粉基吸管的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将淀粉、水和TG加入搅拌机混合均匀,之后装入密封容器静置平衡至水分布均匀,得到混合料;
(2)将混合料加入到双螺杆挤压机中,双螺杆挤压机的Ⅰ-Ⅴ段温度为30-60℃,Ⅵ-Ⅷ段温度为80-110℃;之后通过模头挤出吸管;
(3)使用冷却系统对挤出的吸管进行冷却、降温;
(4)将吸管进行剪裁,之后放置老化,得到产品。
3.如权利要求2所述的生物酶协同挤压剪切制备淀粉基吸管的方法,其特征在于,该淀粉基吸管,每100份淀粉中,添加水25-30份、TG 5-10份;将淀粉、TG和水置于搅拌机中半湿搅拌5-20min,之后置于密封容器中静置平衡12-48h。
4.如权利要求3所述的生物酶协同挤压剪切制备淀粉基吸管的方法,其特征在于,该淀粉基吸管,每100份淀粉中,添加水28份、TG 6份;将淀粉、TG和水置于搅拌机中半湿搅拌10min,之后置于密封容器中静置平衡24h。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的生物酶协同挤压剪切制备淀粉基吸管的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(1)中,所述淀粉为木薯淀粉。
6.如权利要求2所述的生物酶协同挤压剪切制备淀粉基吸管的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(2)中,双螺杆挤出机的喂料速度为1-10g/min,挤出速度为1-10g/min。
7.如权利要求2所述的生物酶协同挤压剪切制备淀粉基吸管的方法,其特征在于,双螺杆挤压机的Ⅰ区温度为35℃,Ⅱ区温度为40℃,Ⅲ区温度为46℃,Ⅳ区温度为52℃,Ⅴ区温度为58℃,Ⅵ区温度为80℃,Ⅶ区温度为90℃,Ⅷ区温度为110℃,喂料速度为8g/min,挤出速度为7g/min。
8.如权利要求2所述的生物酶协同挤压剪切制备淀粉基吸管的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(3)中,通过冷风对挤出的吸管立刻降温,冷却时间为5-10min。
9.如权利要求2所述的生物酶协同挤压剪切制备淀粉基吸管的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(4)中,将吸管裁剪至10-13cm,之后置于4-15℃环境中进行淀粉老化结晶,老化时间为1-7天。
10.如权利要求9所述的生物酶协同挤压剪切制备淀粉基吸管的方法,其特征在于,吸管裁剪至13cm后,置于4℃下老化5天。
