本发明属于无纺布制造领域,更具体地,涉及一种路基用聚丙烯长丝增强复合土工织物。
背景技术
路基的强度和稳定性是保证道路质量的基本条件。路基中土壤水分含量大时如不能及时排水,将会发生路基沉降、变形等问题,增加维护成本,同时在道路使用过程中也存在一定的安全隐患。目前路基中使用的土工织物主要依靠纤维间的空隙排水,效果差,同时土工织物表面同路基材料的摩擦阻力小,限制土体侧向位移的能力弱,影响路基的稳定性。
因此,目前亟待提出一种路基用聚丙烯长丝增强复合土工织物及制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提出一种路基用聚丙烯长丝增强复合土工织物。本发明的复合土工织物产品既能提高路基的导排水性能,也能增加土工织物与路基材料的摩擦阻力,提高路基的稳定性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种路基用聚丙烯长丝增强复合土工织物,所述复合土工织物包括上下叠放的多层纤维网;
每两层纤维网之间横向均匀铺放有横向聚丙烯长丝;
所述多层纤维网和所述横向聚丙烯长丝构成的土工织物上绗缝有纵向聚丙烯长丝。
根据本发明,优选地,以每层纤维网的原料总重量计,所述每层纤维网的原料包括含量为98.5-99.5%的聚丙烯树脂和含量为0.5-1.5%的抗UV母粒;
所述聚丙烯树脂的熔融指数为10-15g/10min,等规指数≥97.5%,拉伸屈服应力>30MPa。
根据本发明,优选地,所述每层纤维网的原料依次经加热熔融、过滤除杂、计量纺丝、冷却牵伸和摆丝铺网,得到所述每层纤维网。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种路基用聚丙烯长丝增强复合土工织物,如图1所示,所述复合土工织物的单位面积质量为200(g/m2),包括上下叠放的两层纤维网;
两层纤维网之间横向均匀铺放有横向聚丙烯长丝1;
所述两层纤维网和所述横向聚丙烯长丝1构成的土工织物上绗缝有纵向聚丙烯长丝2。
具体地,上述的路基用聚丙烯长丝增强复合土工织物的制备方法包括:
S1:加热熔融:将每层纤维网的原料加入螺杆挤压机中加热熔融,形成流动的熔体;其中,以每层纤维网的原料总重量计,所述每层纤维网的原料包括含量为98.5%的聚丙烯树脂和含量为1.5%的抗UV母粒;所述聚丙烯树脂的熔融指数为10g/10min,等规指数98.5%,拉伸屈服应力32MPa。
S2:过滤除杂:熔体经熔体过滤器滤掉杂质和胶粒。
S3:计量纺丝:将经所述过滤除杂的熔体通过管道输送进入纺丝箱体,通过纺丝组件的喷丝孔挤出,形成熔体细流。
S4:冷却牵伸:将所述熔体细流被侧吹风冷却的同时被气流牵伸,所述熔体细流内部分子结晶,继而形成具有一定强度的固体纤维丝。
S5:摆丝铺网:固体纤维丝经铺网装置和下吸风装置配合,均匀地在成网帘上形成纤维网。同样的铺网装置有两排,两排间距3-4米,分别用于铺设两层纤维网。
S6:横向聚丙烯长丝铺放:选用线密度2500dtex、纤维强度77N/tex的横向聚丙烯长丝,使用片梭装置将各个横向聚丙烯长丝1间隔8cm,横向均匀的铺放在第一层纤维网上,成网机两侧有固定横向聚丙烯长丝的加紧装置,加紧装置夹持横向聚丙烯长丝随着成网帘上的第一层纤维网3一起向前运行,被第二层纤维网4覆盖。
S7:喷胶处理:覆盖第二层纤维网4后,利用喷胶装置均匀的喷洒丙烯酸乳液,喷嘴下方有下吸风,可以使胶液均匀的穿透两层纤维网,使胶液与纤维充分接触。喷胶后成网机两侧夹持横向聚丙烯长丝的装置打开,将横向聚丙烯长丝留在两层纤维网中。横向聚丙烯长丝的均匀铺放,增加了纤维网内部横向的空隙,提高复合土工织物产品的导排水性能,同时也提高了横向断裂强度。
S8:烘干固结处理:喷洒胶液后的两层纤维网(中间横向布置有横向聚丙烯长丝)进入烘干设备,相邻的纤维被胶液粘结,形成烘干的聚丙烯长丝土工织物。
S9:烧毛处理:将烘干的聚丙烯长丝土工织物送入烧毛机,烧毛机将织物两面的纤维毛羽烧结成球状,增加了所得土工织物表面的摩擦阻力。
S10:绗缝加固:烧毛后的土工织物被绗缝机纵向加固,选用线密度2500dtex、纤维强度77N/tex的纵向聚丙烯长丝,绗缝针头间隔15cm均匀布置,固定横向分布的横向聚丙烯长丝的同时增加土工织物的纵向强度。
S11:切边、卷绕,将两端过长的横向聚丙烯长丝去除,卷绕包装。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种路基用聚丙烯长丝增强复合土工织物,本实施例与实施例1的区别仅在于:
以每层纤维网的原料总重量计,所述每层纤维网的原料包括含量为99%的聚丙烯树脂和含量为1%的抗UV母粒;所述聚丙烯树脂的熔融指数为15g/10min,等规指数98.0%,拉伸屈服应力33MPa。
在步骤S6中,选用线密度3000dtex、纤维强度78N/tex的横向聚丙烯长丝,各个横向聚丙烯长丝之间的间隔为10cm。
在步骤S10中,选用线密度3000dtex、纤维强度78N/tex的纵向聚丙烯长丝,各个纵向聚丙烯长丝之间的间隔为18cm。
测试例
本测试例对实施例1和实施例2的路基用聚丙烯长丝增强复合土工织物按照GB/T15788和GB/T 17633方法进行测试,测试结果见表1(其中普通产品为聚酯纺粘针刺非织造布)。

从表1可以看出,本发明的路基用聚丙烯长丝增强复合土工织物的产品抗拉强度和横向平面透水性能得到明显提升。

Claims (7)

1.一种路基用聚丙烯长丝增强复合土工织物,其特征在于,所述复合土工织物包括上下叠放的多层纤维网;
每两层纤维网之间横向均匀铺放有横向聚丙烯长丝;
所述多层纤维网和所述横向聚丙烯长丝构成的土工织物上绗缝有纵向聚丙烯长丝;
各个横向聚丙烯长丝之间的间隔为8-10cm;
各个纵向聚丙烯长丝之间的间隔为15-18cm;
所述横向聚丙烯长丝和纵向聚丙烯长丝各自独立地为线密度2500-3000dtex、纤维强度>75N/tex的聚丙烯长丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的路基用聚丙烯长丝增强复合土工织物,其中,
以每层纤维网的原料总重量计,所述每层纤维网的原料包括含量为98.5-99.5%的聚丙烯树脂和含量为0.5-1.5%的抗UV母粒;
所述聚丙烯树脂的熔融指数为10-15g/10min,等规指数≥97.5%,拉伸屈服应力>30MPa。
3.根据权利要求2所述的路基用聚丙烯长丝增强复合土工织物,其中,所述每层纤维网的原料依次经加热熔融、过滤除杂、计量纺丝、冷却牵伸和摆丝铺网,得到所述每层纤维网。
4.根据权利要求3所述的路基用聚丙烯长丝增强复合土工织物,其中,所述摆丝铺网采用的装置包括成网帘、铺网装置和下吸风装置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的路基用聚丙烯长丝增强复合土工织物,其中,所述横向聚丙烯长丝通过片梭装置横向均匀铺放在每两层纤维网之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的路基用聚丙烯长丝增强复合土工织物,其中,所述多层纤维网和所述横向聚丙烯长丝经喷胶、烘干固结和烧毛处理构成的土工织物上绗缝有纵向聚丙烯长丝。
7.根据权利要求6所述的路基用聚丙烯长丝增强复合土工织物,其中,
所述喷胶喷洒的胶液为丙烯酸乳液、聚醋酸乙烯酯和醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物中的至少一种;
所述喷胶采用的装置包括喷胶装置和下吸风装置;所述喷胶装置设置有喷嘴,所述下吸风装置设置于所述喷嘴下方。
