Abstract
本发明提供一种含有甲维盐与氯虫苯甲酰胺的水分散粒剂,其包含甲维盐原药、氯虫苯甲酰胺原药、聚羧酸钠盐分散剂、磺酸盐类润湿剂、崩解剂、粘合剂和填料。所述聚羧酸钠盐分散剂为TERSPERSE 2700;所述磺酸盐类润湿剂为TERWET 1004。本发明还涉及所述水分散粒剂的制备方法和用途。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农业领域,具体涉及一种含有甲维盐与氯虫苯甲酰胺的水分散粒剂。
背景技术
甲维盐是一种新型高效半合成抗生素杀虫剂,它具有超高效、低毒、低残留、无公害等生物农药的特点,是目前应用范围较广、防治较为有效的生物杀虫剂,广泛用于蔬菜、果树、棉花等农作物上的多种害虫的防治。甲维盐作用机理阻碍害虫运动神经信息传递而使身体麻痹死亡,可有效防治鳞翅目,螨类、鞘翅目及同翅目害虫,且在土壤和中易降解无残留,对人、畜安全。
氯虫苯甲酰胺为邻甲酰氨基苯甲酰胺类杀虫剂,其作用机理为激活昆虫鱼尼丁受体,过度释放细胞内钙库中的钙离子,导致昆虫瘫痪死亡,对鳞翅目害虫的幼虫活性高,杀虫谱广。氯虫苯甲酰胺是近些年来高效的新型环保高效杀虫剂。
稻纵卷叶螟是我国水稻的主要害虫,近年来由于各种农药的大量使用,导致其抗药性越来越高。在稻纵卷叶螟抗药性不断增加的情况下,对其防治逐渐由单一药剂转变为复配药剂。
CN 114680109A公开了一种具有增效作用的水分散杀虫剂,由阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、氯虫苯甲酰胺、润湿分散剂、崩解剂和填料组成,用于防治水稻、果树、蔬菜和花卉苗木等各类害虫。
CN 111226914A公开了一种含有甲维盐和氯虫苯甲酰胺的杀虫组合物。该组合物中所述甲维盐与氯虫苯甲酰胺的重量比例为2:1~1:4;所述复配杀虫组合物的制备原料还包括烷氧基化牛油醇,对水稻二化螟等虫类具有很高的抑制和灭杀效果。
CN 101554170A公开了一种含有甲维盐和氯虫苯甲酰胺的杀虫组合物,所述组合物可被制备成水分散粒剂,用于防治稻纵卷叶螟等害虫。
CN 101548680A公开了一种含有甲维盐和氯虫苯甲酰胺的杀虫组合物,所述组合物可被制备成乳油、微乳剂、水分散粒剂等,优选用于防治稻纵卷叶螟等害虫。
已知高含量制剂存在诸多优势,例如便于运输、节省包装等。现有技术中虽公开了甲维盐和氯虫苯甲酰胺的复配组合物用于防治稻纵卷叶螟,但是所公开的制剂含量低,且高含量制剂存在稳定性不高的缺陷。因此,存在筛选含有高含量的甲维盐和氯虫苯甲酰胺的稳定制剂的客观需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含有甲维盐与氯虫苯甲酰胺的水分散粒剂,以解决现有技术中存在的上述问题。
本发明一方面涉及一种含有甲维盐与氯虫苯甲酰胺的水分散粒剂,其由如下组分及其重量百分含量组成:
甲维盐原药10.0-15.0%
氯虫苯甲酰胺原药40.0-60.0%
聚羧酸钠盐分散剂3.0-6.0%
磺酸盐类润湿剂1.2-2.4%
崩解剂18.0-22.0%
粘合剂 2.0-4.0%
填料补足100.0%
其中,
所述甲维盐原药与氯虫苯甲酰胺原药的重量比为1:3-5,优选为1:4;
所述聚羧酸钠盐分散剂为TERSPERSE 2700;所述磺酸盐类润湿剂为TERWET 1004;二者的重量比为2.5-5:1,优选为2.5:1。
所述崩解剂选自尿素、硫酸钠、硫酸钙、碳酸氢钠、硫酸铵、氯化镁、氯化钠中的一种或多种,优选为硫酸铵。
所述粘合剂选自淀粉、糊精、羧甲基纤维素、羧乙基纤维素、明胶、阿拉伯胶、黄原胶中的一种或多种,优选为羧甲基纤维素。
所述填料选自凹凸棒土、硅藻土、煅烧高岭土、白炭黑、膨润土、蒙脱石、碳酸钙、沸石中的一种或多种,优选为煅烧高岭土。
在本发明中,通过选用合适的分散剂、润湿剂配伍及其用量配比,辅以其他助剂,使得制备的水分散粒剂在悬浮率、崩解性等方面性能优异。
在本发明一种优选的实施方式中,所述的水分散粒剂中各组分及其重量百分含量为:
甲维盐原药12.0%

聚羧酸钠盐分散剂5.0%
磺酸盐类润湿剂2.0%
崩解剂20.0%
粘合剂 3.0%
填料 补足100.0%。
本发明另一方面涉及所述的含有甲维盐与氯虫苯甲酰胺的水分散粒剂的制备方法,其包含如下步骤:
(1)将配方量的甲维盐原药、氯虫苯甲酰胺原药、聚羧酸钠盐分散剂、磺酸盐类润湿剂、崩解剂和填料混合,将混合料进行气流粉碎;
(2)气流粉碎后的混合料二次混合,然后加粘合剂水溶液捏合造粒;
(3)然后将颗粒烘干、筛分即得。
本发明另一方面涉及所述的含有甲维盐与氯虫苯甲酰胺的水分散粒剂用于防治植物上的农业害虫的用途。
本发明所述的水分散粒剂适用的植物包括:粮食作物、油料作物、蔬菜、果树等,例如玉米、水稻、小麦、大麦、高粱、棉花、大豆、小豆、菜豆、花生、荞麦、甜菜、油菜、向日葵、茄子、西红柿、黄瓜、南瓜、西葫芦、西瓜、冬瓜、萝卜、大头菜、大白菜、甘蓝、芥菜、西兰花、苹果、桃、杏、柑橘、柠檬、蓝莓、葡萄等。优选为农作物;更优选为水稻。
所述的农业害虫包括鳞翅目害虫、半翅目害虫、同翅目害虫、双翅目害虫、膜翅目害虫,优选为鳞翅目害虫。例如,稻纵卷叶螟(Cnaphalocrocismedinalis)、豆荚野螟(Marucatestulalis)、二化螟(Cirphisunipuncta)、甘蓝夜蛾(Mamestrabrassicae)、菜青虫(PierisrapaeLinnaeus)、草地贪夜蛾(Spodopterafugiperda)、草地粘虫(Spodopterafrugiperda)、尺蠖(Rachiplusianu)、大豆夜蛾(Pseudoplusiaincludens)、稻白螟(Scirpophagainnotata)、稻蛀茎夜蛾(Sesamiainferens)、柑桔潜叶蛾(Phyllocnistiscitrella)、柑桔叶潜蛾(Phyllocnisitiscitrella)、麦蛾(Sitotrogacerealella)、美洲粘虫(PseudaletiaunipunctaHaworth)、棉斑实蛾(EariasvittellaFabricius)、棉褐带卷蛾(Adoxophyesorana)、棉铃虫(Heliothisarmigera)、苹果蠹蛾(CydiapomonellaLinnaeus)、苹果小卷蛾(Cydiapomonella)、三化螟(Scirpophagaincertulas)、甜菜夜蛾(SpodopteraexiguaHü bner)、小菜蛾(Plutellaxylostella)、玉米螟(OstrinianubilalisHübner)等。优选为稻纵卷叶螟(Cnaphalocrocismedinalis)。
本发明的有益效果
本发明含有甲维盐与氯虫苯甲酰胺的水分散粒剂,通过选用合适的分散剂、润湿剂配伍及其用量配比,辅以其他助剂,使得制备的水分散粒剂在悬浮率、崩解性等方面性能优异。
另外,本发明中甲维盐与氯虫苯甲酰胺的配伍,能够有效防治农业害虫,延缓害虫抗药性发展。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案进行说明,但本发明并不限制于此。
一、分散剂、润湿剂筛选
1、分散剂筛选
采用流点法进行分散剂筛选,待筛选的分散剂包括:
Soprophor FL,苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐;
Genapol X080,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;
TERSPERSE 2700,聚羧酸钠盐分散剂;
Dispersogen LFS,磷酸酯三乙醇胺;
Morwet D-425,萘磺酸盐缩聚物。
将各分散剂配制成质量分数为5%的水溶液。准确称取 2g 已经粉碎的甲维盐和氯虫苯甲酰胺原药混合物(二者重量比为1:4)于20mL试管中,称量试管质量;然后,逐滴滴加配制的5%的分散剂水溶液,边滴加边进行超声混合,直至糊状物刚好可以沿烧杯壁下滑时,停止滴加,再次称量试管重量,计算所用分散剂水溶液的质量(2次称量质量的差),5次重复取平均值。所用分散剂水溶液的质量除以原药的质量,即为该分散剂对该原药的流点。流点越小表明分散效果越好。结果见下表。

表1结果显示,TERSPERSE 2700的流点较小,因此优选TERSPERSE 2700作为分散剂来制备含有甲维盐和氯虫苯甲酰胺的水分散粒剂。
2、润湿剂筛选
同样采用流点法进行润湿剂筛选,待筛选的润湿剂包括:
TERWET 1004,磺酸盐类润湿剂;
Tergitol-15S-9,仲醇聚氧乙烯醚;
Triton-CG,烷基糖苷;
Dowfax-AS-801,烷基醇烷氧基化硫酸盐。
筛选结果见下表。

表2结果显示,TERWET 1004的流点较小,因此优选TERWET 1004作为润湿剂来制备含有甲维盐和氯虫苯甲酰胺的水分散粒剂。
3、分散剂、润湿剂配比筛选
将5g不同比例的分散剂TERSPERSE 2700、润湿剂TERWET 1004(分散剂和润湿剂总量为5g)与40g活性成分(甲维盐和氯虫苯甲酰胺原药混合物,重量比为1:4)、55g煅烧高岭土混合均匀并研碎,制得活性成分含量为40%,分散剂、润湿剂总量为5%的混合样品,测定其悬浮率,进而确定分散剂、润湿剂的合适比例。
其中,悬浮率的测定方法为:取样品2g,加入盛有100 mL 标准硬水(342mg/L)的烧杯中用玻璃棒搅匀,然后用标准硬水全部洗入250 mL量筒中,并稀释至刻度,盖上塞子,以量筒底部为轴心,将量筒在1 min内上下颠倒30次。打开塞子,垂直放入30℃ 的恒温水浴中,放置30 min。然后用吸管将内容物的9/10(225 mL)移除,抽液时吸管沿量筒内壁随液面下降而下移,避免下部沉淀物搅动。测定试样和留在量筒底部25 mL悬浮液中有效成分的含量。试验设3次重复。按照下式计算样品悬浮率:
悬浮率 = [(m1-m2)/m1] × (10/9)
式中:
m1代表悬浮液试样中有效成分质量;
m2代表留在量筒底部25 mL悬浮液中有效成分质量;
结果如下表所示。

表3结果显示,当TERSPERSE 2700、TERWET 1004的比例为2.5-5:1时,悬浮率较高,大于80%。其中当二者比例为2.5:1时,悬浮率最高。在其他配比下的悬浮率均低于70%。因此,TERSPERSE 2700、TERWET 1004的比例为2.5-5:1是优选的,最优选的比例为2.5:1。

制备方法为:将配方量的甲维盐原药、氯虫苯甲酰胺原药、TERSPERSE 2700、TERWET 1004、硫酸铵和煅烧高岭土混合,将混合料进行气流粉碎。气流粉碎后的混合料二次混合,加粘合剂水溶液捏合造粒。然后将颗粒烘干、筛分即得。

测定本发明实施例1-3制备的制剂与对比例1-2制剂的悬浮率和崩解性。
其中,悬浮率的测定方法如上所述。
崩解性的测定方法为:采用刻度量筒试验法。以崩解时间长短来表示。向盛有90mL蒸馏水的100mL具赛量筒中于25℃下倒入样品颗粒(0.5g),然后夹住量筒中部,塞住口,以8r/min的速度绕中心旋转,直到样品在水中完全崩解,并用秒表记录时间。如此重复5次,取平均值为测定结果。
结果如下表所示。

上表4显示,本发明实施例1-3所制备的制剂在崩解性、悬浮率等方面优于对比例1-2。其中,实施例1的崩解时间最短,悬浮率最大,是最优选的配方。
三、田间试验
试验作物:水稻,孕穗期;
防治对象:稻纵卷叶螟(Cnaphalocrocismedinalis);
供试药剂:实施例1药剂;
对照药剂:200克/升氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂(美国富美实公司,下称对照药剂1)、5%甲维盐水分散粒剂(南通联农佳田作物科技有限公司,下称对照药剂2);
试验设计和安排如下:
施药方法及用量:喷雾法,用水量50升/亩;水稻稻纵卷叶螟卵孵化高峰期至2龄幼虫期施药,整个试验期间施药1次。各处理药剂用量如下表所示。

小区安排和重复:小区面积为30 m2,试验小区之间筑埂,小区间保留50cm保护行。重复次数:4次。各小区随机排列,如下表所示。

调查方法:施药后14d,当空白对照区受害明显或当代为害定型后进行药效调查。每小区五点取样共查25丛稻,在规定时间,统计卷叶率,同时调查卷叶内活虫数。通过下述公式计算药效。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的水分散粒剂,其特征在于,所述崩解剂选自尿素、硫酸钠、硫酸钙、碳酸氢钠、硫酸铵、氯化镁、氯化钠中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的水分散粒剂,其特征在于,所述粘合剂选自淀粉、糊精、羧甲基纤维素、羧乙基纤维素、明胶、阿拉伯胶、黄原胶中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的水分散粒剂,其特征在于,所述填料选自凹凸棒土、硅藻土、煅烧高岭土、白炭黑、膨润土、蒙脱石、碳酸钙、沸石中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的水分散粒剂,其特征在于,
所述崩解剂为硫酸铵;
所述粘合剂为羧甲基纤维素;
所述填料为煅烧高岭土。
7.权利要求1所述的含有甲维盐与氯虫苯甲酰胺的水分散粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包含如下步骤:
(1)将配方量的甲维盐原药、氯虫苯甲酰胺原药、聚羧酸钠盐分散剂、磺酸盐类润湿剂、崩解剂和填料混合,将混合料进行气流粉碎;
(2)气流粉碎后的混合料二次混合,然后加入粘合剂水溶液捏合造粒;
(3)然后将颗粒烘干、筛分即得。
8.权利要求1所述的含有甲维盐与氯虫苯甲酰胺的水分散粒剂用于防治农业害虫的用途。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用途,其特征在于,用于防治水稻稻纵卷叶螟。
